3Depression compromises antiviral innate immunity via the AVP-AHI1-Tyk2 axis显示文摘Depression is a serious public-health issue.Recent reports have suggested higher susceptibility to viral infections in depressive patients.However,how depression affects antiviral innate immune signaling remains unknown.Here,we revealed a reduction in expression of Abelson helper integration site 1(AHI1)in the peripheral blood mononuclear cells(PBMCs)and macrophages from the patients with major depressive disorder(MDD),which leads to attenuated antiviral immune response.We found that depression-related arginine vasopressin(AVP)induces reduction of AHI1 in macrophages.Further studies demonstrated that AHI1 is a critical stabilizer of basal type-I-interferon(IFN-I)signaling.Mechanistically,AHI1 recruits OTUD1 to deubiquitinate and stabilize Tyk2,while AHI1 reduction downregulates Tyk2 and IFN-I signaling activity in macrophages from both MDD patients and depression model mice.Interestingly,we identified a clinical analgesic meptazinol that effectively stimulates AHI1 expression,thus enhancing IFN-I antiviral defense in depression model mice.Our study promotes the understanding of the signaling mechanisms of depression-mediated antiviral immune dysfunction,and reveals meptazinol as an enhancer of antiviral innate immunity in depressive patients.Hong-Guang Zhang Bin Wang Yong Yang Xuan Liu Junjie Wang Ning Xin Shifeng Li Ying Miao Qiuyu Wu Tingting Guo Yukang Yuan Yibo Zuo Xiangjie Chen Tengfei Ren Chunsheng Dong Jun Wang Hang Ruan Miao Sun Xingshun Xu Hui Zheng 2022Cell Research2022,32,10:3
4Isolation of a novel characterized Issatchenkia terricola from red raspberry fruits on the degradation of citric acid and enrichment of flavonoid and volatile profiles in fermented red raspberry juice显示文摘High content of citric acid in red raspberry juice leads to poor sensory experience. This study developed a feasible method to degrade citric acid in red raspberry juice using a novel characterized Issatchenkia terricola WJL-G4 isolated from red raspberry fruits. I. terricola WJL-G4 exhibited a potent capability of reducing the citric acid contents from(22.8 ± 0.08) g/L to(6.2 ± 0.02) g/L within 36 h fermentation, then completely depleted after 48 h. Furthermore, the contents of phenolic compound, including neochlorogenic acid, p-coumaric acid, raspberry ketone, and rutin significantly increased after 36 h fermentation. Fermentation increased total flavonoid contents in red raspberry juice, compared to that in control group. Volatile profiles exhibited to be enriched after fermentation, which contributed to the improvement of the juice taste. 11Protective effects of Ginkgo biloba extract on 6-hydroxydopamine-induced apoptosis in PC12 cells显示文摘The present study analyzed the protective effects of Ginkgo biloba extract against 6-hydroxydopamine-induced PC12 cell apoptosis in a model of Parkinson's disease. The results showed that Ginkgo biloba extract had a potent cytoprotective action and inhibited apoptosis of PC12 cells induced by 6-hydroxydopamine. Ginkgo biloba extract decreased the ratio of Bax to Bcl-2 and markedly inhibited the activation of p53 and caspase-3. These experimental findings indicate that Ginkgo biloba extract may significantly reduce the effects of oxidative stress induced by 6-hydroxydopamine in PC12 cells and suppress cell apoptosis. 16传统止血和凝血试验与肝硬化急性上消化道出血的关系:一项回顾性研究显示文摘目的:回顾性比较伴与不伴急性上消化道出血(AUGIB)或急性食管静脉曲张出血(AEVB)的肝硬化患者止血/凝血指标的差异,包括血小板计数(PLT)、凝血酶原时间(PT)、国际标准化比率(INR)和活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)。方法:2012年1月至2014年6月间,共计1734例肝硬化患者纳入研究。根据其病史分为AUGIB组(497例)和无AUGIB组(1237例);同时根据内镜检查结果分为AEVB组(297例)和无AEVB组(1259例),另178例AUGIB患者由于缺乏内镜资料,既未入AEVB组,也未归入无AEVB组。结果:AUGIB组与无AUGIB组患者相比,PLT(99.99±89.90 vs 101.47±83.03,P=0.734)和APTT(42.96±15.20 vs 43.77±11.01,P=0.219)的差异无统计学意义,但PT显著延长(17.30±5.62 vs 16.03±4.68,P<0.001),INR显著增高(1.45±0.69 vs 1.31±0.59,P<0.001)。PT可以独立预测AUGIB的发生,PT越低,AUGIB出现的可能性越小(OR=0.968,95%CI:0.942-0.994)。AEVB组与无AEVB组患者相比,PLT显著减少(86.87±62.14 vs 101.74±83.62,P=0.004),APTT显著缩短(40.98±7.98 vs 43.72±10.97,P<0.001),但PT(16.53±3.71 vs 16.0464.68,P=0.088)和INR(1.35±0.41 vs 1.3160.59,P=0.225)的差异则无统计学意义。PLT可独立预测AEVB的发生,PLT越高,AEVB出现的可能性越大(OR=1.004,95%CI:1.002-1.006)。结论:PLT与肝硬化患者门脉高压出血密切相关。Jing Li Xingshun Qi Han Deng Ying Peng Lichun Shao Jiaxin Ma Xiaolin Sun Hongyu Li Xiaozhong Guo 2016Gastroenterology Report2016,4,4:1

18A Prototype of beam position and phase measurement electronics for the LINAC in ADS显示文摘This article presents a prototype of beam position and phase measurement(BPPM)electronics designed for the LINAC in China Accelerator Driven Sub-critical system(ADS).The signals received from the Beam Position Monitor(BPM)detectors are narrow pulses with a repetition frequency of 162.5 MHz and a dynamic range more than40 dB.Based on the high-speed high-resolution Analog-to-Digital conversion technique,the input RF signals are directly converted to In-phase and Quadrature-phase(IQ)streams through under-sampling,which simplifies both the analog and digital processing circuits.All signal processing is integrated in one single FPGA,in which real-time beam position,phase and current can be obtained.A series of simulations and tests have been conducted to evaluate the performance.Initial test results indicate that this prototype achieves a phase resolution better than 0.1 degree and a position resolution better than 20μm over a 40 dB dynamic range with the bandwidth of 780 kHz,which is well beyond the application requirements.HU Xiaofang ZHAO Lei GAO Xingshun LIU Shubin AN Qi 2013Nuclear Science and Techniques2013,24,6:1
