Study on the testing methods of friction coefficient in metal sheet deep drawing显示文摘A more suitable method is introduced about testing friction coefficient on deep drawingcondition. It is pointed out that many ways to mesture friction coefficient. However, if a study of thefriction and lubrication in sheet metal deep drawing process is made, the testing method recom-mended in this paper should be used. As it is identical with the actual working condition accordingto its testing principle and state of stress. | HE Dannong WANG Rui ZHEN Xiaodan BAO Xingjun LUO Yaun YANG Jianhua ZHANG Wei LI Jun 1. | 2 | Effects of Rectangular Wing Vortex Generators on the Thermal-Hydraulic Performance of Louvered Fin and Flat Tube Heat Exchanger显示文摘In this paper,a novel composite heat transfer enhancement technique comprised of louvered fins(LFs)and rectangular wing vortex generators(RWVGs)is proposed to improve the LF side thermal-hydraulic performance of louvered fin and flat tube heat exchangers(LFHEs).After validation of the LF side pressure dropΔP and heat transfer coefficient hLFof the baseline by experiments, the numerical method is applied to investigate the influential mechanisms of the RWVG parameters(the number N(7 to 15),attack angleβ(30°to 90°),height H_(VG)(0.8 mm to 2 mm)and width W_(VG)(0.8 mm to 1.2 mm))on the performance of the LFHE in the velocity range of 3 m/s to 10 m/s.Results show that thermal-hydraulic performance of the LFHE is significantly impacted by the RWVGs,and according to the performance evaluation criteria(PEC),the LFHE achieves its optimal thermal-hydraulic performance when N=7,β=45°,H_(VG)=1.8 mm and W_(VG)=1 mm.Compared to the baseline, the maximum, minimum and average increments of PEC for the optimal case are 13.85%,4.67%and 8.39%,respectively. | ZHANG Jinglong HU Xingjun LUO Yufei HUI Zheng WANG Jingyu YU Tianming | 2023 | Journal of Thermal Science2023,32,2: | 1
Mapping of individual sensory nerve axons from digits to spinal cord with the transparent embedding solvent system显示文摘Achieving uniform optical resolution for a large tissue sample is a major challenge for deep imaging. For conventional tissue clearing methods, loss of resolution and quality in deep regions is inevitable due to limited transparency. Here we describe the Transparent Embedding Solvent System(TESOS)method, which combines tissue clearing, transparent embedding, sectioning and block-face imaging. We used TESOS to acquire volumetric images of uniform resolution for an adult mouse whole-body sample. The TESOS method is highly versatile and can be combined with different microscopy systems to achieve uniformly high resolution. With a light sheet microscope,we imaged the whole body of an adult mouse, including skin,at a uniform 0.8×0.8×3.5μm^(3) voxel resolution within 120 h.With a confocal microscope and a 40×/1.3 numerical aperture objective,we achieved a uniform sub-micron resolution in the whole sample to reveal a complete projection of individual nerve axons within the central or peripheral nervous system.Furthermore,TESOS allowed the first mesoscale connectome mapping of individual sensory neuron axons spanning 5 cm from adult mouse digits to the spinal cord at a uniform sub-micron resolution. | Yating Yi Youqi Li Shiwen Zhang Yi Men Yuhong Wang Dian Jing Jiayi Ding Qingjie Zhu Zexi Chen Xingjun Chen Jun-Liszt Li Yilong Wang Jun Wang Hanchuan Peng Li Zhang Wenjing Luo Jian Q.Feng Yongwen He Woo-Ping Ge Hu Zhao | 2024 | Cell Research2024,34,2: | 0
Dynamical System Method for Solving Ill-Posed Operator Equations显示文摘Two dynamical system methods are studied for solving linear ill-posed problems with both operator and right-hand nonexact. The methods solve a Cauchy problem for a linear operator equation which possesses a global solution. The limit of the global solution at infinity solves the original linear equation. Moreover, we also present a convergent iterative process for solving the Cauchy problem. | Xingjun Luo Suhua Yang | 2007 | Numerical Mathematics A Journal of Chinese Universities(English Series)2007,16,1: | 0
Using a behavior random permutation model to identify displacement grooming in ungulates显示文摘Behavior affects an individual's life in all aspects,e.g.,enhancing fitness, leveraging predation risk, and reducing competition with conspecifics. However, the sequential distribution of behaviors received less attention and is unclear what the function of displacement behavior is.Displacement activities can be found in vertebrate species but there is no formal method to determine whether a behavior is expressed as a displaced or normal activity.Analyzing the sequential distributions of behaviors in a natural setting may allow researchers to identify unexpected distributions as a possible signature of displacement activities. In this study,we used a behavior random permutation model to detect the presence of a displacement activity in the Tibetan antelope Pantholops hodgsonii and the Tibetan gazelle Procapra picticaudata. The results showed that grooming in both ungulates tended to be accompanied with vigilance, and the frequency of grooming after vigilance was significantly higher than before vigilance.A significant positive correlation between the scan rate and grooming rate in the 2 ungulates was obtained. We suggest that grooming could sometimes be expressed as a displacement activity in ungulates. In addition to providing a general method for further research on displacement activities in a variety of animal species, this study sheds light on the importance of a spectral analysis of sequential distribution of animal behaviors.Behavior random permutation models can be used to explore the relevance between any 2 behaviors in a specific sequence, especially to identify a myriad of unexpected behaviors relative to their normal context of occurrence. | Yunchao Luo Lin Wang Le Yang Xiao-Fen Li Patrick Anselme Xinxin Wang Xingjun Tian Zhongqiu Li | 2023 | Current Zoology2023,69,2: | 0
A novel inactivated whole-cell Pseudomonas aeruginosa vaccine that acts through the cGAS-STING pathway显示文摘Pseudomonas aeruginosa infection continues to be a major threat to global public health, and new safe and efficacious vaccines are needed for prevention of infections caused by P.aeruginosa.X-ray irradiation has been used to prepare whole-cell inactivated vaccines against P.aeruginosa infection. However, the immunological mechanisms of X-ray-inactivated vaccines are still unclear and require further investigation. Our previous study found that an X-ray-inactivated whole-cell vaccine could provide protection against P.aeruginosa by boosting T cells. The aim of the present study was to further explore the immunological mechanisms of the vaccine.Herein,P.aeruginosa PAO1,a widely used laboratory strain, was utilized to prepare the vaccine, and we found nucleic acids and 8-hydroxyguanosine in the supernatant of X-ray-inactivated PAO1(XPa).By detecting CD86,CD80,and MHCII expression,we found that XPa fostered dentritic cell(DC)maturation by detecting.XPa stimulated the cGAS-STING pathway as well as Toll-like receptors in DCs in vitro, and DC finally underwent apoptosis and pyroptosis after XPa stimulation. In addition,DC stimulated by XPa induced CD8+T-cell proliferation in vitro and generated immunologic memory in vivo. Moreover,XPa vaccination induced both Th1 and Th2 cytokine responses in mice and reduced the level of inflammatory factors during infection.XPa protected mice in pneumonia models from infection with PAO1 or multidrug-resistant clinical isolate W9.Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)mice immunized with XPa could resist PAO1 infection. Therefore,a new mechanism of an X-ray-inactivated whole-cell vaccine against P.aeruginosa infection was discovered in this study. | Cuicui Ma Xiao Ma Boguang Jiang Hailong Pan Xueyuan Liao Li Zhang Wenfang Li Yingjie Luo Zhixue Shen Xingjun Cheng Mao Lian Zhenling Wang | 2021 | Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2021,6,11: | 0
An enhanced spectral diversity coregistration method for dualpolarimetric Sentinel-1A/B TOPS data显示文摘Sentinel-1A/B data are crucial for retrieving numerical information about surface phenomena and processes.Coregistration of terrain observation by progressive scans(TOPS)data is a critical step in its application.TOPS data must be fundamentally co-registered with an accuracy of 0.001 pixels. However, various decorrelation factors due to natural vegetation and seasonal effects affect the coregistration accuracy of TOPS data. This paper proposed an enhanced spectral diversity coregistration method for dual-polarimetric(PolESD)Sentinel-1A/B TOPS data. The PolESD method suppresses speckle noise based on a unified non-local framework in dual-pol Synthetic Aperture Radar(SAR),and extracts the phase of the optimal polarization channel from the denoised polarimetric interferometric coherency matrix.Compared with the traditional ESD method developed for single-polarization data, the PolESD method can obtain more accurate coherence and phase and get more pixels for azimuth-offset estimation. In bare areas covered with low vegetation, the number of pixels selected by PolESD is more than the Boxcar method. It can also correct misregistration more effectively and eliminate phase jumps in the burst edge. Therefore,PolESD will help improve the application of TOPS data in low-coherence scenarios. | Nan Fang Xingjun Luo Peng Shen Lei Xie Guoming Liu Feixiang Wei Kun Jiang Wenbin Xu | 2023 | Geodesy and Geodynamics2023,14,5: | 0
