1How freezing and thawing processes affect black-soil aggregate stability in northeastern China显示文摘Laboratory experiments were carried out to investigate the effect of freezing and thawing processes on wet aggregate stability (WAS) of black soil. Wet aggregate stability was determined by different aggregate size groups, different water contents, various freeze-thaw cycles, and various freezing temperatures. The results showed that, when at suitable water content, aggregate stability was enhanced, aggregate sta-bility will be disrupted when moisture content is too high or too low, especially higher water content. Temperature also had a significant ef-fect, but moisture content determined the suitable freezing temperatures for a given soil. Water-stable aggregate (WSA>0.5), the total aggre-gate content, and mean weight diameter decreasing with the freeze-thaw cycles increase, reached to 5 percent significance level. 2Two bimetallic W(Ⅳ)-Mn(Ⅱ) complexes based on octacyanometallates:structures and magnetic properties显示文摘Two cyano-bridged heterobimetallic coordination polymers,[{Mn(dpa)2}2W(CN)8·CH3CN·4H2O]n(1)(dpa = 2,2'-dipyridylamine) and [Mn2(H2O)4{W(CN)8}·3H2O]n(2),have been synthesized and characterized structurally and magnetically.X-ray analysis shows that complex 1 is a one-dimensional(1-D) polymer of W2(CN)4Mn2 square units in which adjacent square fragments are interlinked by sharing [W(CN)8]4-moieties to form an infinite chain.Complex 2 is a three-dimensional(3-D) polymer,which shows an unforeseen structure,exhibiting a 3-D open network with a 1-D channel(ca.13.21  × 11.82 ).Fitting of the magnetic properties indicates that both polymers exhibit weakly antiferromagnetic interactions between the adjacent Mn ions.LIU BaoLin,XIAO HongPing,SONG You & YOU XiaoZeng State Key Laboratory of Coordination Chemistry,Nanjing National Laboratory of Microstructures,School of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering,Nanjing University,Nanjing 210093,China 2009Science China Chemistry2009,52,11:4
3Non-obstructive Coronary Artery Disease in Chinese Patients with Angina Diagnosed by Coronary Angiography:A Retrospective Study显示文摘Objective:This study aimed to estimate the proportion of non-obstructive coronary artery disease(CAD)patients in large percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)centers in China.Methods:The study was conducted at 6 large PCI centers in China from January 1,2013 to December 31,2015.Demographic and clinical data were collected from medical records,prescription records,and laboratory reports of patients with symptoms of angina who underwent coronary angiography(CAG).Results:A total of 1713 patients were consecutively screened,1600 of whom were included in the study.CAG showed that 300 patients had non-obstructive CAD while 1300 had obstructive CAD.Among the 300 patients with non-obstructive CAD,203 displayed mild coronary stenosis(20%-49%)and 91 had normal coronary status(ie,<20%stenosis).Of the 1300 patients with obstructive CAD,61.6%(801/1300)had typical symptoms of angina,compared with 49.3%(148/300)for patients with nonobstructive CAD.In addition,there were more women than men in the non-obstructive CAD group,whereas the reverse was observed among obstructive CAD patients.Conclusion:The prevalence of non-obstructive CAD in the Chinese population with coronary heart disease was estimated to be approximately 20%.Additionally,typical angina symptoms were correlated with obstructive CAD,whereas female gender was identified as a risk factor for non-obstructive CAD.Chengfei Peng Shaoping Nie Yingxian Sun Hui Chen Zuyi Yuan Yanjun Gong Xiaozeng Wang Yaling Han 2021Cardiology Discovery2021,1,4:4
4Synthesis,structure and physical properties of the one-dimensional chain complex of tetrathiafulvalene carboxylate显示文摘A new Co(Ⅱ) coordination polymer bearing TTF carboxylate group, [{Co2(trioTTF)2(H2O)6}·5H2O]n (1) (trioTTF=2-(5,6,8,9,11,12,14,15-octahydro-[1,3]dithiolo[4,5-h][1,4,13,7,10]trioxadithiacyclopentadecin-2-ylidene)-1,3-dithiole-4,5-dicarboxylate), has been prepared and characterized. In the structure of 1, shorter intermolecular S····S contacts (3.565 △) are found between the trioTTF groups from neighboring chains. 6Efficacy and safety of bivalirudin without post-procedure infusion in patients with coronary heart disease during elective percutaneous coronary intervention:a real-world study显示文摘To the Editor:Antithrombotic therapy is essential to prevent adverse ischemic events during and after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Anticoagulation during PCI is most commonly achieved with heparin or bivalirudin.Bivalirudin does not activate platelets,does not bind to plasma proteins and has linear pharmaco-kinetics with a short half-life of 25 min.[1,2,3]These characteristics indicate that bivalirudin may be an ideal anticoagulation drug for PCI.Prior trials which were about patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI)undergoing primary PCI showed that a bivalirudin-based anticoagulation strategy decreased the risk of major bleeding,but it was associated with an increased risk of acute stent thrombosis(ST)compared with a heparin-based strategy.[4]It was considered that short half-life of bivalirudin and delayed onset of platelet P2Y12 receptor inhibitor in AMI patients led to a blank period of antithrombotic therapy after primary PCI.Ping Wang Xin Zhao Qimin Yuan Xiaoxue Yu Lin Yang Xiaozeng Wang 2022Chinese Medical Journal2022,,1:3
7Efficient red phosphorescent OLEDs based on the energy transfer from interface exciplex: the critical role of constituting molecules显示文摘A novel acceptor material,9-(4′-(4,6-diphenyl-1,3,5-triazin-2-yl)-[1,1′-biphenyl]-3-yl)-9H-carbazole(o-DTPPC)was developed to form interface exciplex with commonly used donors,to maximize the performances of red phosphorescent organic light emitting diodes(PHOLEDs).It is found that the exciplex involving 4,4′-(cyclohexane-1,1-diyl)bis(N,N-di-p-tolylaniline)(TAPC)exhibits the most significant thermally activated delayed fluorescence(TADF)property,derived from the high triplet energy level as well as strong hole-transporting ability of TAPC.Intriguingly,it is the same donor-acceptor combination which achieved the highest device efficiency when adopted as the host for red PHOLEDs.Maximum efficiencies as high as31.36 cd A^(-1),17.95 lm W^(-1),and 21.01%for the current efficiency,power efficiency and external quantum efficiency,respectively with low efficiency roll-off were realized.The improved performance can be attributed to the efficient TADF properties of the interface exciplex-forming host constituting TAPC,benefiting the F?rster energy transfer.The article first underlines the importance of the constituting molecules in the interface exciplex-forming hosts,shedding new insight about the choice of interface exciplex as the host for PHOLEDs,which may lead to even higher performances,paving their ways towards practical applications.Xiaozeng Song Dongdong Zhang Tianyu Huang Minghan Cai Lian Duan 2018Science China Chemistry2018,61,7:3
8Impact of long-term chemical fertilizer and organic amendment to Fusarium root rot of soybean显示文摘Soil suppressiveness to Fusarium root rot of soybean had been observed in a black soil field after a long-term fertilization with nitrogen(N)and phosphorus(P)fertilizer combined with pig manure as organic amendment(NPM),rather than that with only nitrogen and phosphorus fertilizer(NP)or no fertilizer(NF).To determine the microbial role on this suppressiveness,fungal and bacterial community characteristics in NPM,NP and NF treatments were investigated by q PCR and DGGE.Compared with the similar bacterial community characteristics among 3 treatments,fungal community,especially Fusarium population size and community composition in NPM treatment were different with those of NP and NF groups.Based on the isolation and pathogenicity test,pathogenic F.oxysporum,F.graminearum,F.verticillioide and F.lateritium absolutely dominated Fusarium community in NF and NP groups.Nonpathogenic F.avenaceum,F.equiseti,F.culmorum,F.redolens,F.solani and F.tricinctum dominated Fusarium community in NPM group.Isolation rate of pathogenic Fusarium in NPM reduced from 100%to 38%in NF.These results suggested that the dominance of soil non-pathogenic Fusarium population induced by organic amendment might play an important role on suppressing Fusarium root rot in the tested field.Kaili Wang Xinyu Hu Sai Yang Kaiyan Xing Xin Zhang Lin Zhu Xiaozeng Han Yanli Xu Wei Wei 2020Oil Crop Science2020,5,1:2
9Two Ultraviolet Radiation Datasets that Cover China显示文摘Ultraviolet(UV) radiation has significant effects on ecosystems, environments, and human health, as well as atmospheric processes and climate change. Two ultraviolet radiation datasets are described in this paper. One contains hourly observations of UV radiation measured at 40 Chinese Ecosystem Research Network stations from 2005 to 2015. CUV3 broadband radiometers were used to observe the UV radiation, with an accuracy of 5%, which meets the World Meteorology Organization's measurement standards. The extremum method was used to control the quality of the measured datasets. The other dataset contains daily cumulative UV radiation estimates that were calculated using an all-sky estimation model combined with a hybrid model. The reconstructed daily UV radiation data span from 1961 to 2014. The mean absolute bias error and root-mean-square error are smaller than 30% at most stations, and most of the mean bias error values are negative, which indicates underestimation of the UV radiation intensity. These datasets can improve our basic knowledge of the spatial and temporal variations in UV radiation. 10Duplication and transcriptional divergence of three Kunitz protease inhibitor genes that modulate insect and pathogen defenses in tea plant(Camellia sinensis)显示文摘Kunitz protease inhibitors(KPIs)are ubiquitous in plants and act as crucial compounds in defense responses against insect attack and pathogen infection.However,the influence of gene duplication on the postdivergence of the CsKPI genes involved in biotic stresses in tea plant is not well known.Here,we identified three CsKPI genes from tea plant(Camellia sinensis)and characterized their expression and evolutionary patterns among plant species.We found that CsKPI1,CsKPI2,and CsKPI3 diverged from their common ancestor 72.94 million years ago(MYA),and the tandem duplication of CsKPI2 and CsKPI3 occurred 26.78 MYA.An in vitro protein assay showed that the three CsKPI proteins were functional and inhibited the production of p-nitroanilide(PNA)from an artificial substrate.The three CsKPI-GFP fusion proteins localized to the cytoplasm.We showed that salicylic acid(SA)and transcripts of CsKPI2 and CsKPI3 significantly accumulated after infection with Glomerella cingulata.The application of exogenous SA stimulated the high expression of both CsKPI2 and CsKPI3 by activating cis-elements within their promoters.Under Ectropis oblique attack,CsKPI1 expression and jasmonic acid(JA)levels were more abundant in both insect-damaged leaf tissues and undamaged neighboring leaves.The application of jasmonic acid methyl ester elicited high expression levels of CsKPI1,suggesting that CsKPI1 accumulation requires JA production in tea plant.The overall findings suggest that the transcriptional divergence of KPI genes after duplication led to the specialized role of CsKPI1 in the physiological response to insect stress;the functional conservation between CsKPI2 and CsKPI3 confers resistance to pathogen infection in tea plant.Junyan Zhu Yaxian He Xiaomei Yan Lu Liu Rui Guo Xiaobo Xia Daojie Cheng Xiaozeng Mi Lidiia Samarina Shenrui Liu Enhua Xia Chaoling Wei 2019Horticulture Research2019,6,1:2

12Effects of Long-Term Fertilization Strategies on Soil Productivity and Soybean Rhizobial Diversity in a Chinese Mollisol显示文摘Rhizobial diversity is affected by interactions between soil features, fertilization strategy, and cropping system. However, interactions among the rhizobial community, chemical-organic manure fertilization, and plant production have not been well documented in Mollisols from long-term experiments. Aimed at maintaining and recovering the productivity of Chinese Mollisols, a long-term fertilization experiment had been carried out for 29 years under a wheat-maize-soybean rotation system, involving the application of recycled organic manure (ROM), chemical fertilizers (N, P, and/or K), or ROM plus N, P, and/or K. In the present study, the effects of different treatments were evaluated by determining soil physicochemical features, soybean production, and soybean rhizobial diversity. The results showed that application of ROM plus NPK maintained or increased soil fertility, which was accompanied by higher production and higher diversity of rhizobia, as compared with the other treatments. The negative association of Bradyrhizobium japonicum with N fertilizer, positive association of B. diazoefficiens with soil pH, and alleviation of N-inhibition on the diversity of Bradyrhizobium by the addition of ROM were recorded as new findings.
