In final, the Chinese consensus guidelines for the diagnosis and management of GIST(2017 edition) was formed on the basis of 2013 edition consensus guidelines, which is hereby announced. | 2 | Genome analysis of Taraxacum kok-saghyz Rodin provides new insights into rubber biosynthesis显示文摘The Russian dandelion Taraxacum kok-saghyz Rodin(TKS), a member of the Composite family and a potential alternative source of natural rubber(NR) and inulin, is an ideal model system for studying rubber biosynthesis. Here we present the draft genome of TKS, the first assembled NR-producing weed plant. The draft TKS genome assembly has a length of 1.29 Gb, containing 46 731 predicted protein-coding genes and68.56% repeats, in which the LTR-RT elements predominantly contribute to the genome enlargement. We analyzed the heterozygous regions/genes, suggesting its possible involvement in inbreeding depression.Through comparative studies between rubber-producing and non-rubber-producing plants, we found that enzymes of the mevalonate(MVA) pathway and rubber elongation might be critical for rubber biosynthesis, and several key isoforms have been isolated and shown to be predominantly expressed in the latex, indicating their crucial functions in rubber biosynthesis. Moreover, for two important families in rubber elongation, the CPT/CPTL and REF/SRPP families, diverse evolutionary tracks have been revealed. | 3 | Plasma metabolomic and lipidomic alterations associated with COVID-19显示文摘The pandemic of the coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)has become a global public health crisis.The symptoms of COVID-19 range from mild to severe,but the physiological changes associated with COVID-19 are barely understood.In this study,we performed targeted metabolomic and lipidomic analyses of plasma from a cohort of patients with COVID-19 who had experienced different symptoms.We found that metabolite and lipid alterations exhibit apparent correlation with the course of disease in these patients,indicating that the development of COVID-19 affected their whole-body metabolism.In particular,malic acid of the TCA cycle and carbamoyl phosphate of the urea cycle result in altered energy metabolism and hepatic dysfunction,respectively.It should be noted that carbamoyl phosphate is profoundly down-regulated in patients who died compared with patients with mild symptoms.And,more importantly,guanosine monophosphate(GMP),which is mediated not only by GMP synthase but also by CD39 and CD73,is significantly changed between healthy subjects and patients with COVID-19,as well as between the mild and fatal cases.In addition,dyslipidemia was observed in patients with COVID-19.Overall,the disturbed metabolic patterns have been found to align with the progress and severity of COVID-19.This work provides valuable knowledge about plasma biomarkers associated with COVID-19 and potential therapeutic targets,as well as an important resource for further studies of the pathogenesis of COVID-19. | Di Wu Ting Shu Xiaobo Yang Jian-Xin Song Mingliang Zhang Chengye Yao Wen Liu Muhan Huang Yuan Yu Qingyu Yang Tingju Zhu Jiqian Xu Jingfang Mu Yaxin Wang Hong Wang Tang Tang Yujie Ren Yongran Wu Shu-Hai Lin Yang Qiu Ding-Yu Zhang You Shang Xi Zhou | 2020 | National Science Review2020,7,7: | 9 |

| 5 | Optimal power allocation for secure directional modulation networks with a full-duplex UAV user显示文摘This paper makes an investigation of a secure unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)-aided communication network based on directional modulation(DM). In this network, ground base station(GBS) acts as a control center to transmit confidential message and artificial noise(AN). The UAV user, moving along a linear flight trajectory, is intended to receive the useful information from GBS. At the same time, it also sends AN signals to further interference eavesdropper’s channel. Aiming at maximizing secrecy rate during the UAV flight process, a joint optimization problem is formulated with respect to power allocation(PA)factors, beamforming vector and AN projection matrices. For simplicity, maximum rate transmission, nullspace projection and the leakage-based method are applied to form the transmit beamforming vector, AN projection matrix at GBS, and AN projection vector at UAV user, respectively. Following this, the optimization problem reduces to a bivariate optimization programme with two PA factors. An alternating iterative algorithm(AIA) is proposed to optimize the two PA factors. | 6 | Syn-tectonic sedimentation and its linkage to fold-thrusting in the region of Zhangjiakou, North Hebei, China显示文摘The timing of the 'Yanshanian Movement' and the tectonic setting that controlled the Yanshan fold-and-thrust belt during Jurassic time in China are still matters of controversy. Sediments that filled the intramontane basins in the Yanshan belt perfectly record the history of 'Yanshanian Movement' and the tectonic background of these basins. Recognizing syn-tectonic sedimentation, clarifying its relationship with structures, and accurately defining strata ages to build up a correct chronostratigraphic framework are the key points to further reveal the timing and kinematics of tectonic deformation in the Yanshan belt from the Jurassic to the Early Cretaceous. This paper applies both tectonic and sedimentary methods on the fold-and-thrust belt and intramontane basins in the Zhangjiakou area, which is located at the intersection between the western Yanshan and northern Taihangshan. Our work suggests that the pre-defined 'Jurassic strata' should be re-dated and sub-divided into three strata units: a Late Triassic to Early Jurassic unit, a Middle Jurassic unit, and a Late Jurassic to early Early Cretaceous unit. Under the control of growth fold-and-thrust structures, five types of growth strata developed in different growth structures: fold-belt foredeep type,thrust-belt foredeep type, fault-propagation fold-thrust structure type, fault-bend fold-thrust structure type, and fault-bend foldthrust plus fault-propagation fold composite type. The reconstructed 'source-to-sink' systems of Late Triassic to Early Jurassic,Middle Jurassic and Late Jurassic to early Early Cretaceous times, which are composed of a fold-and-thrust belt and flexure basins, imply that the 'Yanshanian Movement' in our study area started in the Middle Jurassic. During Middle Jurassic to early Early Cretaceous times, there have been at least three stages of fold-thrust events that developed 'Laramide-type' basementinvolved fold-thrust structures and small-scale intramontane broken 'axial basins'. | 9 | Dynamic Connectivity in Cislunar Communication Networking Based on Geosynchronous Orbit Relay Satellites显示文摘The architecture of cislunar multi-hop communication networks, which focuses on the requirements of lunar full-coverage and continuous cislunar communications, is presented on the basis of Geosynchronous Orbit (GEO) satellite network relays. According to the geographical distribution of the forthcoming Chinese Deep Space Measuring and Controlling Network (DSMCN), two networking schemes are proposed and two elevation angle optimization models are established for locating GEO relay satellites. To analyze the dynamic connectivity, a dynamic network model is constructed with respect to the time-varying characteristics of cislunar trunk links. The advantages of the two proposed schemes, in terms of the Connectivity Rate (CR), Interruption Frequency (IF), and Average Length of Connecting Duration (ALCD), are corroborated by several simulations. In the case of the lunar polar orbit constellation case, the gains in the performance of scheme I are observed to be 134.55%, 117.03%, and 217.47% compared with DSMCN for three evaluation indicators, and the gains in the performance of scheme II are observed to be 238. 22%, 240.40%, and 572.71%. | 11 | The shallow Longmenshan crustal S-velocity structure of the fault zone using ambient noise tomography of a seismic dense array显示文摘The Longmenshan fault zone(LMSF),characterized by complex structures and strong seismicity,is located at the junction between the eastern margin of the Tibetan Plateau and the north-western Sichuan basin.Since the Wenchuan earthquake on May 12,2008,abundant studies of the formation mechanism of earthquakes along the LMSF were performed.In this study,a short-period dense seismic array deployed across the LMSF was applied by ambient noise tomography.Fifty-two 3-D seismic instruments were used for data acquisition for 26 days.We calculated the empirical Green's functions(EGFs)between different station-pairs and extracted 776 Rayleigh-wave dispersion curves between 2 and 7 s.And then,we used the direct-inversion method to obtain the fine shallow crustal S-wave velocity structure within 6 km depth in the middle section of the Longmenshan fault zone and nearby areas.Our results show that the sedimentary layer(>5 km)exists in the northwest margin of Sichuan Basin with a low S-wave velocity(~1.5-2.5 km/s)which is much thicker than that beneath the Longmenshan fault zone and the Songpan-Garze block.The high-velocity structures with clear boundaries below the middle of Longmenshan fault zone(~2-4 km)and the Songpan-Garze block(~4.5-6 km)probably reveal the NW-SE distribution patterns of both the Pengguan complex and the high-density belt hidden in the northwest of the Pengguan complex.And the obviously high-velocity anomalies observed at the depth of^1-2 km in the southeastern margin of the Songpan-Garze block can be considered as the Laojungou granites.Our results provide a high-resolution shallow velocity structure for detailed studies of the Longmenshan fault zone. | Dandan Li Gaochun Wang Ruihua Lin Kai Deng Xiaobo Tian | 2019 | Earthquake Science2019,32,5: | 3 |
| 12 | Nonradical-dominated peroxymonosulfate activation through bimetallic Fe/Mn-loaded hydroxyl-rich biochar for efficient degradation of tetracycline显示文摘Biochar-based transition metal catalysts have been identified as excellent peroxymonosulfate(PMS)activators for producing radicals used to degrade organic pollutants.However,the radical-dominated pathways for PMS activation severely limit their practical applications in the degradation of organic pollutants from wastewater due to side reactions between radicals and the coexisting anions.Herein,bimetallic Fe/Mn-loaded hydroxyl-rich biochar(FeMn-OH-BC)is synthesized to activate PMS through nonradical-dominated pathways.The as-prepared FeMn-OH-BC exhibits excellent catalytic activity for degrading tetracycline at broad pH conditions ranging from 5 to 9,and about 85.0%of tetracycline is removed in 40 min.Experiments on studying the influences of various anions(HCO_(3)^(−),NO_(3)^(−),and H_(2)PO_(4)^(−))show that the inhibiting effect is negligible,suggesting that the FeMn-OHBC based PMS activation is dominated by nonradical pathways.Electron paramagnetic resonance measurements and quenching tests provide direct evidence to confirm that 1O2 is the major reactive oxygen species generated from FeMn-OH-BC based PMS activation.Theoretical calculations further reveal that the FeMn-OH sites in FeMn-OH-BC are dominant active sites for PMS activation,which have higher adsorption energy and stronger oxidative activity towards PMS than OH-BC sites.This work provides a new route for driving PMS activation by biochar-based transition metal catalysts through nonradical pathways. | Yihui Li Deying Lin Yongfu Li Peikun Jiang Xiaobo Fang Bing Yu | 2023 | Nano Research2023,16,1: | 3 |

| 15 | 缺氧激活前药evofosfamide(TH-302)在体内和体外对鼻咽癌的疗效显示文摘背景与目的肿瘤缺氧被认为是肿瘤转移和疾病复发的重要因素。Evofosfamide是一种缺氧激活前药,可选择性地靶向实体瘤的缺氧区域。由于缺氧诱导因子?1α(hypoxia?inducible factor?1α,HIF?1α)在鼻咽癌(nasopharyngeal carcinoma,NPC)组织中高表达,本研究探讨了evofosfamide在鼻咽癌中的疗效。方法我们评估了evofosfamide作为单药或联合顺铂(DDP)在NPC细胞系CNE?2、HONE?1和HNE?1以及裸鼠异种移植瘤模型中的疗效。结果 Evofosfamide在NPC细胞系中表现出缺氧选择性细胞毒性。在缺氧条件下,对CNE?2、HNE?1和HNE?1细胞的50%抑制浓度(50%inhibition concentration,IC50)分别为8.33±0.75、7.62±0.67和0.31±0.07μmol/L。与常氧对照组相比,在缺氧条件下其增敏率为9–300倍。通过联合指数值评估,evofosfamide联合DDP对NPC细胞的细胞毒性具有协同效应。在缺氧条件下用0.05μmol/L的evofosfamide处理后,细胞周期G2期被阻滞。在缺氧条件下用evofosfamide处理后,组蛋白H2AX磷酸化(Histone H2AXphosphorylation,γH2AX)(DNA损伤的标志之一)表达增强,而HIF?1α表达受到抑制。在HNE?1 NPC异种移植瘤模型中,evofosfamide作为单药或联合DDP显示出抗肿瘤活性。异种移植物组织缺氧区在evofosfamide单药治疗和联合DDP治疗后均明显减少。结论我们的结果为evofosfamide作为单药或联合DDP可选择性靶向鼻咽癌缺氧部分提供了临床前证据,为evofosfamide治疗鼻咽癌的潜在临床应用提供了理论依据。 | Yan Huang Ying Tian Yuanyuan Zhao Cong Xue Jianhua Zhan Lin Liu Xiaobo He Li Zhang | 2018 | 癌症2018,37,12: | 2 |

In this paper, V2 I channel measurements at 5.92 GHz are conducted in typical urban and highway scenarios.The frequency and bandwidth of transmission, as well as the deployment of the RSU(roadside unit) and the OBU(on board unit), are selected by considering the recommendation proposed by 3 GPP TR 36.885. Then,based on the measured data, the key channel characteristic parameters of the V2 I channel are extracted,including path loss, root-mean-square delay spread,stationarity distance, and Doppler spread, etc. Also,the statistical characteristics of the parameters, including time-varying and Doppler characteristics, are investigated and characterized. | 20 | Ambient air pollution and low temperature associated with case fatality of COVID-19: A nationwide retrospective cohort study in China显示文摘The evidence for the effects of environmental factors on COVID-19 case fatality remains controversial,and it is crucial to understand the role of preventable environmental factors in driving COVID-19 fatality.We thus conducted a nationwide cohort study to estimate the effects of environmental factors(temperature,particulate matter[PM2.5,PM10],sulfur dioxide[SO2],nitrogen dioxide[NO2],and ozone[O3])on COVID-19 case fatality.A total of 71,808 confirmed COVID-19 cases were identified and followed up for their vital status through April 25,2020.Exposures to ambient air pollution and temperature were estimated by linking the city-and county-level monitoring data to the residential community of each participant.For each participant,two windows were defined:the period from symptom onset to diagnosis(exposure window I)and the period from diagnosis date to date of death/recovery or end of the study period(exposure window II).Cox proportional hazards models were used to estimate the associations between these environmental factors and COVID-19 case fatality.COVID-19 case fatality increased in association with environmental factors for the two exposure windows.For example,each 10 mg/m^(3) increase in PM2.5,PM10,O3,and NO2 in window I was associated with a hazard ratio of 1.11(95%CI 1.09,1.13),1.10(95%CI 1.08,1.13),1.09(95 CI 1.03,1.14),and 1.27(95%CI 1.19,1.35)for COVID-19 fatality,respectively.A significant effect was also observed for low temperature,with a hazard ratio of 1.03(95%CI 1.01,1.04)for COVID-19 case fatality per 1C decrease.Subgroup analysis indicated that these effects were stronger in the elderly,as well as in those with mild symptoms and living in Wuhan or Hubei.Overall,the sensitivity analyses also yielded consistent estimates.Short-term exposure to ambient air pollution and low temperature during the illness would play a nonnegligible part in causing case fatality due to COVID-19.Reduced exposures to high concentrations of PM2.5,PM10,O3,SO2,and NO2 and low temperature would help improve the prognosis and reduce public health burden. | Fei Tian Xiaobo Liu Qingchen Chao Zhengmin(Min)Qian Siqi Zhang Li Qi Yanlin Niu Lauren DArnold Shiyu Zhang Huan Li Hualiang Lin Qiyong Liu | 2021 | The Innovation2021,2,3: | 2 |
