1DESIGN AND FABRICATION OF Si/SiGe PMOSFETs显示文摘Based on theoretical analysis and computer-aided simulation, optimized design principles for Si/SiGe PMOSFET are given in this paper, which include choice of gate materials,determination of germanium percentage and profile in SiGe channel, optimization of thickness of dioxide and silicon cap layer, and adjustment of threshold voltage. In the light of these principles,a SiGe PMOSFET is designed and fabricated successfully. 2GmSAP5,a soybean A20/AN1 domain-containing stress-associated protein gene activated by GmAREB3,increases drought stress resistance in soybean by mediating ABA signaling显示文摘Drought stress impairs crop growth and productivity.Stress-associated proteins(SAPs),a class of zinc finger proteins containing the A20/AN1 domain,function in various stress responses in plants.However,little is known about the function of SAPs in drought-stress responses in soybean,an oil and protein crop.We report that a GmSAP5 protein confers drought tolerance by increasing sensitivity to abscisic acid(ABA)and reducing stomatal aperture.Overexpression and RNA interference of GmSAP5in soybean hairy roots resulted in elevated resistance and sensitivity to drought stress,respectively.ABA and proline contents increased in GmSAP5-overexpressing plants under water-deficit conditions.Lower water loss rates and higher relative water contents were observed in GmSAP5-overexpressing plants,resulting in increased drought-stress resistance.A yeast one-hybrid assay and luciferase transient transcriptional activity assay showed that GmAREB3,an AREB/ABF transcription factor,could bind to the promoter of GmSAP5 and activate its expression.These results suggest that GmSAP5 acts downstream of GmAREB3 and improves drought-stress resistance by mediating ABA signaling.Zehao Hou Xiangzhan Zhang Yimiao Tang Taifei Yu Lei Zheng Jun Chen Yongbin Zhou Yongwei Liu Ming Chen Zhao-Shi Xu Youzhi Ma 2022The Crop Journal2022,10,6:0
3Targeted Adversarial Examples Generating Method Based on cVAE in Black Box Settings显示文摘In recent years,adversarial examples has become one of the most important security threats in deep learning applications.For testing the security of deep learning models in adversarial environment,many researches focus on generating adversarial examples quickly and efficiently.In order to solve the problems of existing generative adversarial networks based methods which can not effectively generate the targeted adversarial examples in black box settings,and to improve the temporal performance of gradient-based generating methods,an adversarial examples generating method based on conditional Variational autoencoder(cVAE)is proposed in this paper,where a cVAE is designed elaborately to generate adversarial examples without most of the detailed information about the attacked deep learning models,of which the output can be controlled arbitrarily by these crafted inputs,used to test the robustness of deep learning models against adversarial examples.The experimental results show that the proposed method can achieve a comparable attack success rate and a better temporal performance than the existing gradient-based generating methods in black box environment.YU Tingyue WANG Shen ZHANG Chunrui WANG Zhenbang LI Yetian YU Xiangzhan 2021Chinese Journal of Electronics2021,30,5:0

5Extraction of artemisinin with hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin aqueous solution for fabrication of drinkable extract显示文摘A process for extraction of artemisinin(Ars)from Artemisia annua L.based on aqueous solution of cyclodextrin derivative under ultrasonic irradiation was proposed.Among the test additives,the system containing edible hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin(HPBCD)was shown to be efficient for this extraction.The optimal extraction conditions were predicted by artificial neural network,under which the extraction amount of Ars could reach 8.66 mg per gram of the leaves,much higher than the value in water(1.70 mg g-1).Kinetics study indicated that HPBCD enhanced the equilibrium amount of Ars in water,and ultrasonic irradiation accelerated extraction rate and reduced the activation energy.Mechanism study showed that the formation of Ars-HPBCD complex during extraction enhanced the water solubility of Ars and facilitated the extraction,and the configuration of Ars-HPBCD complex was modeled by molecular docking,which was further verified by characterizations.This work provides a convenient way to fabricate the traditional tea-based medicament of natural drugs to make production of this famous antimalarial medicine cheaper.Yongqiang Zhang Yingying Cao Xiangzhan Meng Phonphat Prawang Hui Wang 2021Green Chemical Engineering2021,2,2:0
6Skipping Undesired High-Frequency Content to Boost DPI Engine显示文摘Deep Packet Inspection(DPI)at the core of many monitoring appliances,such as NIDS,NIPS,plays a major role.DPI is beneficial to content providers and censorship to monitor network traffic.However,the surge of network traffic has put tremendous pressure on the performance of DPI.In fact,the sensitive content being monitored is only a minority of network traffic,that is to say,most is undesired.A close look at the network traffic,we found that it contains many undesired high frequency content(UHC)that are not monitored.As everyone knows,the key to improve DPI performance is to skip as many useless characters as possible.Nevertheless,researchers generally study the algorithm of skipping useless characters through sensitive content,ignoring the high-frequency non-sensitive content.To fill this gap,in this literature,we design a model,named Fast AC Model with Skipping(FAMS),to quickly skip UHC while scanning traffic.The model consists of a standard AC automaton,where the input traffic is scanned byte-by-byte,and an additional sub-model,which includes a mapping set and UHC matching model.The mapping set is a bridge between the state node of AC and UHC matching model,while the latter is to select a matching function from hash and fingerprint functions.Our experiments show promising results that we achieve a throughput gain of 1.3-2.6 times the original throughput and 1.1-1.3 times Barr’s double path method.Likun Liu Jiantao Shi Xiangzhan Yu Hongli Zhang Dongyang Zhan 2020Computers, Materials & Continua2020,,5:0
7REGγ drives Lgr5^(+) stem cells to potentiate radiation induced intestinal regeneration显示文摘Leucine-rich repeat containing G protein-coupled receptor 5(Lgr5), a marker of intestinal stem cells(ISCs), is considered to play key roles in tissue homoeostasis and regeneration after acute radiation injury. However, the activation of Lgr5 by integrated signaling pathways upon radiation remains poorly understood. Here, we show that irradiation of mice with whole-body depletion or conditional ablation of REGγ in Lgr5^(+) stem cell impairs proliferation of intestinal crypts, delaying regeneration of intestine epithelial cells. Mechanistically, REGγ enhances transcriptional activation of Lgr5 via the potentiation of both Wnt and Hippo signal pathways. TEAD4 alone or cooperates with TCF4, a transcription factor mediating Wnt signaling, to enhance the expression of Lgr5. Silencing TEAD4 drastically attenuated β-catenin/TCF4 dependent expression of Lgr5.
