| 1 | DESIGN AND FABRICATION OF Si/SiGe PMOSFETs显示文摘Based on theoretical analysis and computer-aided simulation, optimized design principles for Si/SiGe PMOSFET are given in this paper, which include choice of gate materials,determination of germanium percentage and profile in SiGe channel, optimization of thickness of dioxide and silicon cap layer, and adjustment of threshold voltage. In the light of these principles,a SiGe PMOSFET is designed and fabricated successfully. | 5 | Webpage Matching Based on Visual Similarity显示文摘With the rapid development of the Internet,the types of webpages are more abundant than in previous decades.However,it becomes severe that people are facing more and more significant network security risks and enormous losses caused by phishing webpages,which imitate the interface of real webpages and deceive the victims.To better identify and distinguish phishing webpages,a visual feature extraction method and a visual similarity algorithm are proposed.First,the visual feature extraction method improves the Visionbased Page Segmentation(VIPS)algorithm to extract the visual block and calculate its signature by perceptual hash technology.Second,the visual similarity algorithm presents a one-to-one correspondence based on the visual blocks’coordinates and thresholds.Then the weights are assigned according to the tree structure,and the similarity of the visual blocks is calculated on the basis of the measurement of the visual features’Hamming distance.Further,the visual similarity of webpages is generated by integrating the similarity and weight of different visual blocks.Finally,multiple pairs of phishing webpages and legitimate webpages are evaluated to verify the feasibility of the algorithm.The experimental results achieve excellent performance and demonstrate that our method can achieve 94%accuracy. | Mengmeng Ge Xiangzhan Yu Lin Ye Jiantao Shi | 2022 | Computers, Materials & Continua2022,,5: | 0 |
| 6 | GmSAP5,a soybean A20/AN1 domain-containing stress-associated protein gene activated by GmAREB3,increases drought stress resistance in soybean by mediating ABA signaling显示文摘Drought stress impairs crop growth and productivity.Stress-associated proteins(SAPs),a class of zinc finger proteins containing the A20/AN1 domain,function in various stress responses in plants.However,little is known about the function of SAPs in drought-stress responses in soybean,an oil and protein crop.We report that a GmSAP5 protein confers drought tolerance by increasing sensitivity to abscisic acid(ABA)and reducing stomatal aperture.Overexpression and RNA interference of GmSAP5in soybean hairy roots resulted in elevated resistance and sensitivity to drought stress,respectively.ABA and proline contents increased in GmSAP5-overexpressing plants under water-deficit conditions.Lower water loss rates and higher relative water contents were observed in GmSAP5-overexpressing plants,resulting in increased drought-stress resistance.A yeast one-hybrid assay and luciferase transient transcriptional activity assay showed that GmAREB3,an AREB/ABF transcription factor,could bind to the promoter of GmSAP5 and activate its expression.These results suggest that GmSAP5 acts downstream of GmAREB3 and improves drought-stress resistance by mediating ABA signaling. | Zehao Hou Xiangzhan Zhang Yimiao Tang Taifei Yu Lei Zheng Jun Chen Yongbin Zhou Yongwei Liu Ming Chen Zhao-Shi Xu Youzhi Ma | 2022 | The Crop Journal2022,10,6: | 0 |

| 9 | Skipping Undesired High-Frequency Content to Boost DPI Engine显示文摘Deep Packet Inspection(DPI)at the core of many monitoring appliances,such as NIDS,NIPS,plays a major role.DPI is beneficial to content providers and censorship to monitor network traffic.However,the surge of network traffic has put tremendous pressure on the performance of DPI.In fact,the sensitive content being monitored is only a minority of network traffic,that is to say,most is undesired.A close look at the network traffic,we found that it contains many undesired high frequency content(UHC)that are not monitored.As everyone knows,the key to improve DPI performance is to skip as many useless characters as possible.Nevertheless,researchers generally study the algorithm of skipping useless characters through sensitive content,ignoring the high-frequency non-sensitive content.To fill this gap,in this literature,we design a model,named Fast AC Model with Skipping(FAMS),to quickly skip UHC while scanning traffic.The model consists of a standard AC automaton,where the input traffic is scanned byte-by-byte,and an additional sub-model,which includes a mapping set and UHC matching model.The mapping set is a bridge between the state node of AC and UHC matching model,while the latter is to select a matching function from hash and fingerprint functions.Our experiments show promising results that we achieve a throughput gain of 1.3-2.6 times the original throughput and 1.1-1.3 times Barr’s double path method. | Likun Liu Jiantao Shi Xiangzhan Yu Hongli Zhang Dongyang Zhan | 2020 | Computers, Materials & Continua2020,,5: | 0 |

| 11 | Abnormal Event Correlation and Detection Based on Network Big Data Analysis显示文摘With the continuous development of network technology,various large-scale cyber-attacks continue to emerge.These attacks pose a severe threat to the security of systems,networks,and data.Therefore,how to mine attack patterns from massive data and detect attacks are urgent problems.In this paper,an approach for attack mining and detection is proposed that performs tasks of alarm correlation,false-positive elimination,attack mining,and attack prediction.Based on the idea of CluStream,the proposed approach implements a flow clustering method and a two-step algorithm that guarantees efficient streaming and clustering.The context of an alarm in the attack chain is analyzed and the LightGBM method is used to perform falsepositive recognition with high accuracy.To accelerate the search for the filtered alarm sequence data to mine attack patterns,the PrefixSpan algorithm is also updated in the store strategy.The updated PrefixSpan increases the processing efficiency and achieves a better result than the original one in experiments.With Bayesian theory,the transition probability for the sequence pattern string is calculated and the alarm transition probability table constructed to draw the attack graph.Finally,a long-short-term memory network and embedding word-vector method are used to perform online prediction.Results of numerical experiments show that the method proposed in this paper has a strong practical value for attack detection and prediction. | Zhichao Hu Xiangzhan Yu Jiantao Shi Lin Ye | 2021 | Computers, Materials & Continua2021,,10: | 0 |
| 12 | Double-Layer Positional Encoding Embedding Method for Cross-Platform Binary Function Similarity Detection显示文摘The similarity detection between two cross-platform binary functions has been applied in many fields,such as vulnerability detection,software copyright protection or malware classification.Current advanced methods for binary function similarity detection usually use semantic features,but have certain limitations.For example,practical applications may encounter instructions that have not been seen in training,which may easily cause the out of vocabulary(OOV)problem.In addition,the generalization of the extracted binary semantic features may be poor,resulting in a lower accuracy of the trained model in practical applications.To overcome these limitations,we propose a double-layer positional encoding based transformer model(DP-Transformer).The DPTransformer’s encoder is used to extract the semantic features of the source instruction set architecture(ISA),which is called the source ISA encoder.Then,the source ISA encoder is fine-tuned by the triplet loss while the target ISA encoder is trained.This process is called DPMIRROR.When facing the same semantic basic block,the embedding vectors of the source and target ISA encoders are similar.Different from the traditional transformer which uses single-layer positional encoding,the double-layer positional encoding embedding can solve the OOV problem while ensuring the separation between instructions,so it is more suitable for the embedding of assembly instructions.Our comparative experiment results show that DP-MIRROR outperforms the state-of-the-art approach,MIRROR,by about 35%in terms of precision at 1. | JIANG Xunzhi WANG Shen YU Xiangzhan GONG Yuxin | 2022 | Chinese Journal of Electronics2022,31,4: | 0 |
