| 1 | A high stable pH-temperature dual-sensitive liposome for tuning anticancer drug release显示文摘In order to improve the targeting and availability of liposomes to cancer cells,the temperature sensitivity of 1,2-Dipalmitoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphocholine(DPPC)and the pH sensitivity of PASP in PASP-g-C8 are incorporated in a drug delivery system.A composite pH-temperature dual-sensitive liposomes(CPTLPs)was obtained as an efficient drug delivery system.The bionic bilayer is self-assembled by cholesterol/cationic temperature-sensitive lipids as base layer and pH-sensitive octylamine grafted poly aspartic acid(PASP-g-C8)as anchors coated outside.Cytarabine(CYT)was chosen as a model drug.SEM and DLS were used to observe the morphology characteristics of CPTLPs in different micro environment.The results demonstrated that the CPTLPs remained active in both normal(pH7.4 and 37°C)and tumor tissues(pH 5.0 and 42°C).As a stable colloidal system,the zeta potential of CPTSLs was−41.6 mV.In vitro drug-release experiments,the CTY encapsulated dual-sensitive liposomes,CPTSLs(+),not only have significant pH-temperature sensitivity but have more prolonged release in vitro than control groups.MTT tests results indicated that the cell apoptotic effects induced by CPTSLs(+)were nearly 30%higher than the naked drug CTY in HepG2 cells,and 20%lower apoptotic in vero cells.The CPTSLs(+)sustained a stable emulsion form,less toxic effects on normal cells,and exhibited a good pH-temperature sensitivity,thus expected to be a promising tumor targeting drug delivery. | Yilin Zhao Fuli Cai Xiangyi Shen Haijia Su | 2020 | Synthetic and Systems Biotechnology2020,5,2: | 2 |

| 3 | A novel cartridge for nucleic acid extraction,amplification and detection of infectious disease pathogens with the help of magnetic nanoparticles显示文摘Nucleic acid detection(NAD)based on real-time polymerase chain reaction(real-time PCR)is gold standard for infectious disease detection.Magnetic nanoparticles(MNPs)are widely used for nucleic acid extraction(NAE)because of their excellent properties.Microfluidic technology makes automated NAD possible.However,most of the NAD microfluidic chips are too complex to be applied to point-of-care(POC)testing.In this paper,a simple-structure cartridge was developed for POC detection of infectious diseases.This self-contained cartridge can be divided into a magnetic-controlled NAE part,a valve-piston combined fluidic control part and a PCR chip,which is able to extract nucleic acid from up to 500μL of liquid samples by MNPs and finish the detection process from“sample in”to“answer out”automatically.Performance tests of the cartridges show that it met the demands of automated NAD.Results of on-cartridge detection of hepatitis B virus(HBV)demonstrated that this system has good uniformity and no cross-contamination between different cartridges,and the limit of detection(LOD)of this system for HBV in serum is 50 IU/mL.Multiplex detections of severe acute respiratory syndrome coronaviruses 2(SARS-CoV-2)with a concentration of 500 copies/mL were carried out on the system and 100%positive detection rate was achieved. | Yile Fang Yue Wang Liangxi Zhu Haoran Liu Xiangyi Su Yuan Liu Zhu Chen Hui Chen Nongyue He | 2023 | Chinese Chemical Letters2023,34,8: | 0 |
| 4 | Cobalt single atoms supported on monolithic carbon with a hollow-on-hollow architecture for efficient transfer hydrogenations显示文摘Single-atom catalysts(SACs)have received considerable attention in hydrogenation of nitroaromatic compounds to aromatic amines.In order to enhance the exposure of single atoms and overcome the mass transfer limitation,construction of hierarchical porous supports for single atoms is highly desirable.Herein,we report a straightforward method to synthesize Co single-atoms supported on a hollow-on-hollow structured carbon monolith(Co_(1)/HOHC-M)by pyrolysis ofα-cellulose monolith loaded with PS-core@ZnCo-zeolite imidazolate frameworks-shell nanospheres(PS@Zn-ZIFs/α-cellulose).The hollow-on-hollow structure consists of a large hollow void with a diameter of~290 nm(derived from the decomposition of polystyrene(PS)nanospheres)and a thin shell with hollow spherical pores with a diameter of~10 nm(derived from the evaporation of ZnO nanoparticles that are in-situ formed during pyrolysis in the presence of CO_(2)fromα-cellulose decomposition).Benefitting from the hierarchically porous architecture,the Co_(1)/HOHC-M exhibits excellent catalytic performance(reaction rate of 421.6 mmol·gCo^(-1)·h^(−1))in the transfer hydrogenation of nitrobenzene to aniline,outperforming the powdered sample of Co_(1)/HCS without the hollow spherical mesopores(reaction rate of 353.8 mmol·gCo^(-1)·h^(−1)).It is expected that this strategy could be well extended in heterogeneous catalysis,given the wide applications of porous carbon-supported single-atom catalysts. | Xiangyi Gong De-Chang Li Qian Zhang Wenquan Wang Zhengbin Tian Ge Su Minghua Huang Guang-Hui Wang | 2023 | Nano Research2023,16,8: | 0 |
