1Numerical simulation for the coupling effect of local atmospheric circulations over the area of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei Province显示文摘Using the model system MM5.V3 and multi-layer grid nesting technique, we have done a multi-scale numerical simulation over the area of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei Province to analyze the temperature and wind field there and study its local circulations. The results show a coupling effect of Urban Heat Island Circulation (UHIC), Mountain Valley Breeze (MVB) and Sea Land Breeze (SLB) occurs in this area when the synoptic system is weak. The SLB can penetrate deep into the mainland for about 200 km when it is blooming. MVB can extend to south and cover almost the whole plain area in Beijing. Both MVB and SLB are diurnal periodical; meanwhile the phase of MVB drops behind that of SLB for about six hours. As a local circulation, the UHIC weakens the two circulations above, and it also has a diurnal period. As a result, the coupling effect of circulations reveals not only different features in spring-summer period and autumn-winter period in a year but also the difference between early morn- ing to noonday and afternoon to night in a day. We noted the diffusion of contamination over the area around Beijing, and found the steady presence of a transport routine of contamination over North-China throughout the year caused by the Coupling Effect mentioned above. 2Temperature field distribution of burnt surrounding rock in UCG stope显示文摘In order to study temperature field distribution in burnt surrounding rock and to determine ranges of burnt surrounding rock, coal-wall coking cycle and heat influence in the underground coal gasification(UCG) stope, based on the Laplace transform and inversion formula, we studied the temperature analytical solution of one-dimensional unsteady heat conduction for multi-layer overlying strata under the first and the forth kinds of boundary conditions, and we also carried out a numerical simulation of twodimensional unsteady heat conduction by the COMSOL multiphysics. The results show that when the boundary temperature of surrounding rock has a linear decrease because of a directional movement of heat source in the UCG flame working face, the temperature in surrounding rock increases first and then decreases with time, the peak of temperature curve decreases gradually and its position moves inside surrounding rock from the boundary. In the surrounding rock of UCG stope, there is an envelope curve of temperature curve clusters. We analyzed the influence of thermophysical parameters on envelope curves and put forward to take envelope curve as the calculation basis for ranges of burnt surrounding rock, coal-wall coking cycle and heat influence. 3Research and Evaluation on Key Technological Indicators for Airborne and Shipborne Gravimetry显示文摘Gravimetry technical guides are the scientific basis for air-sea gravimetry. However, the existing technical guides in China are behind the application requirements. This study analyzed the most important indicators of air-sea gravimetry, including the density of survey lines, gravimetry accuracy and space resolution, stability and reliability of the air-sea gravimeter, and proposed a gravimetry accuracy assessment system consisting of gravity RMS of error, systematic error and mean error, and an assessment system for the gravimeter stability consisting of the relative accuracy of the scale value, monthly zero-drift, RMS of the monthly nonlinear zero-drift variation and the threshold of the monthly nonlinear zero-drift variation. The mathematic models for the measurement point determination in shipborne gravimetry, E tv s correction for airborne gravimetry, platform tilt correction and evaluation air-sea gravimetry were also analyzed and modified. 6Clapping and Broadcasting Synchronization in Wireless Sensor Networks显示文摘The Clapping and Broadcasting Synchronization (CBS) algorithm,which is specifically designed for large-scale sensor networks with low communication overhead and high synchronization accuracy,is introduced.The CBS protocol uses broadcasting rather than pairwise communication to accomplish synchronization.In the CBS scheme,the initial offset of local clocks can be successfully eliminated by the operation of clapping nodes,which leads to significant improvement in synchronization accuracy.The CBS protocol was implemented on the TelosB platform and its performance was evaluated in a variety of experiments.The results demonstrate that the CBS protocol outperforms the current state-of-the-art approach,the Flooding Time Synchronization Protocol (FTSP),in both single-hop and multi-hop scenarios in terms of synchronous precision and energy consumption.In multi-hop scenarios,the CBS algorithm keeps about 50% of its synchronization errors within 1 ms.In comparison,the FTSP keeps less than 7% of its synchronization errors within this range.In both single-hop and multi-hop scenarios,the CBS protocol is over 3.2 times more energy-efficient than the FTSP.Xingfa Shen Xin Qian Bei Zhao Qiming Fang Guojun Dai 2011Tsinghua Science and Technology2011,16,6:1
7Regulation of nitrogen starvation responses by the alarmone(p)ppGpp in rice显示文摘Nitrogen is an essential macronutrient for all living organisms and is critical for crop productivity and quality.In higher plants,inorganic nitrogen is absorbed through roots and then assimilated into amino acids by the highly conserved glutamine synthetase/glutamine:2-oxoglutarate aminotransferase(GS/GOGAT)cycle.How nitrogen metabolism and nitrogen starvation responses of plants are regulated remains largely unknown.Previous studies revealed that mutations in the rice ABNORMAL CYTOKININ RESPONSE1(ABC1)gene encoding Fd-GOGAT cause a typical nitrogen deficiency syndrome.Here,we show that ARE2(for ABC1 REPRESSOR2)is a key regulator of nitrogen starvation responses in rice.The are2 mutations partially rescue the nitrogen-deficient phenotype of abc1 and the are2 mutants show enhanced tolerance to nitrogen deficiency,suggesting that ARE2 genetically interacts with ABC1/Fd-GOGAT.ARE2 encodes a chloroplast-localized Rel A/Spo T homolog protein that catalyzes the hydrolysis of guanosine pentaphosphate or tetraphosphate(p)pp Gpp,an alarmone regulating the stringent response in bacteria under nutritional stress conditions.The are2 mutants accumulate excessive amounts of(p)pp Gpp,which correlate with lower levels of photosynthetic proteins and higher amino acid levels.Collectively,these observations suggest that the alarmone(p)pp Gpp mediates nitrogen stress responses and may constitute a highly conserved mechanism from bacteria to plants.Hanwen Li Jinqiang Nian Shuang Fang Meng Guo Xiahe Huang Fengxia Zhang Qing Wang Jian Zhang Jiaoteng Bai Guojun Dong Peiyong Xin Xianzhi Xie Fan Chen Guodong Wang Yingchun Wang Qian Qian Jianru Zuo Jinfang Chu Xiaohui Ma 2022Journal of Genetics and Genomics2022,49,5:1
8E3GCAPS: Efficient EEG-Based Multi-Capsule Framework with Dynamic Attention for Cross-Subject Cognitive State Detection显示文摘Cognitive state detection using electroencephalogram(EEG)signals for various tasks has attracted significant research attention.However,it is difficult to further improve the performance of crosssubject cognitive state detection.Further,most of the existing deep learning models will degrade significantly when limited training samples are given,and the feature hierarchical relationships are ignored.To address the above challenges,we propose an efficient interpretation model based on multiple capsule networks for cross-subject EEG cognitive state detection,termed as Efficient EEG-based Multi-Capsule Framework(E3GCAPS).Specifically,we use a selfexpression module to capture the potential connections between samples,which is beneficial to alleviate the sensitivity of outliers that are caused by the individual differences of cross-subject EEG.In addition,considering the strong correlation between cognitive states and brain function connection mode,the dynamic subcapsule-based spatial attention mechanism is introduced to explore the spatial relationship of multi-channel 1D EEG data,in which multichannel 1D data greatly improving the training efficiency while preserving the model performance.The effectiveness of the E3GCAPS is validated on the Fatigue-Awake EEG Dataset(FAAD)and the SJTU Emotion EEG Dataset(SEED).Experimental results show E3GCAPS can achieve remarkable results on the EEG-based cross-subject cognitive state detection under different tasks.Yue Zhao Guojun Dai Xin Fang Zhengxuan Wu Nianzhang Xia Yanping Jin Hong Zeng 2022China Communications2022,19,2:0

11MIIP inhibits clear cell renal cell carcinoma proliferation and angiogenesis via negative modulation of the HIF-2α-CYR61 axis显示文摘Objective:In various cancers,migration and invasion inhibitory protein(MIIP)is expressed at low level and is involved in cancer pathogenesis.Herein,we sought to explore the function of MIIP in clear cell renal cell carcinoma(ccRCC).Methods:CCK-8,colony formation,cell cycle,and endothelial cell tube formation assays were performed to evaluate the roles of MIIP in ccRCC proliferation and angiogenesis.To explore the underlyi ng mechanism,we con ducted RNA-sequencing,GSEA,qRT-PCR,Western blot,ELISA,cell transfection,coimmunoprecipitation,and ubiquitination assays in ccRCC cell lines.Furthermore,xenograft tumor growth in nude mice,and Ki-67 and CD31 staining in xenograft tissues were examined.Finally,the association of MIIP expression with clinical pathology and the expression status of HIF-2a and cysteine-rich 61(CYR61)were further analyzed in human RCC tissues through Western blot and immunohistochemistry.Results:Both in vitro and in vivo functional experiments indicated that forced expression of MIIP inhibited ccRCC proliferation and angiogenesis,whereas silencing MIIP either in normal HK-2 cells or in ccRCC cells had the opposite effect(P<0.05).Mechanistically,CYR61 was identified as a gene significantly downregulated by MIIP overexpression,and was required for the suppressive role of MIIP in ccRCC.MIIP was found to promote HSP90 acetylation and thus impair its chaperone function toward HIF-2a.Consequently,RACK1 binds HIF-2a and causes its ubiquitination and proteasomal degradation,thus decreasing the transcription of its target,CYR61.Finally,analyses of clinical samples demonstrated that MIIP is significantly downregulated in cancer vs.normal tissues in RCC cases,and its expression is negatively associated with histological grade,metastasis,the prognosis of patients with RCC,and the expression of HIF-2a and CYR61(P<0.05).Conclusions:MIIP is a novel tumor suppressor in ccRCC via negative regulation of HIF-2a-CYR61 axis.Fengqi Yan Qinhao Wang Mingyuan Xia Yi Ru Wei Hu Guang Yan Xin Xiong Mei Zhang Jiancai Wang Qi Li Bo Zhang He Wang Wei Lin Guojun Wu Xia Li 2022Cancer Biology & Medicine2022,19,6:0
