1Distribution and genesis of the anomalously high porosity zones in the middle-shallow horizons of the northern Songliao Basin显示文摘High-quality reservoirs occur in the middle-shallow horizons of the northern Songliao Basin. The distribution and genesis of their anomalously high porosity zones were studied using measured porosities, examination of ordinary thin sections and blue epoxy resin-impregnated thin sections and by SEM. The results show that there are three anomalously high porosity zones at the depth of 450-900 m, 1,300-1,900 m, 2,050-2,350 m respectively, named zone i, zone ii and zone iii from top to bottom. Horizontally, zone i and zone ii are distributed all over the basin except in the Southeastern Uplift, while zone iii is only distributed in the Central Depression. Zone i was formed by meteoric water leaching as well as organic acid dissolution. Zones ii and iii were dominantly formed by organic acid dissolution. 2CO_2 gas emplacement age in the Songliao Basin: Insight from volcanic quartz ^(40)Ar-^(39)Ar stepwise crushing显示文摘Due to a lack of suitable minerals, the gas/oil emplacement ages have never been accurately obtained before. CH4-CO2-saline- bearing secondary inclusions are found in quartz from the volcanic rocks of the Yingcheng Formation, the container rocks of the deep CO2 gas reservoir in the Songliao Basin. The inclusion fluid was trapped into microcracks in quartz during the gas em- placement and accumulation, providing an optimal target for the 40Ar-39Ar stepwise crushing technique to determine the CO2 gas emplacement age. 40Ar-39Ar dating results of a quartz sample by stepwise crushing yield a highly linear-regression isochron with an age of 78.4±1.3 Ma, indicating that the accumulation of the deep CO2 gas reservoir in the Songliao Basin occurred in the late Cretaceous. 3Characteristics of petroleum accumulation in syncline of the Songliao basin and discussion on its accumulation mechanism显示文摘The relation between oil and water in reservoirs with low and ultra-low permeability is very complicated. Gravitational separation of oil and water is not obvious. Normal reservoirs are located in depression and structural high spot, oil and water transitions are located in their middle. Stagnation is the key fact of oil-forming reservoir in the axis of a syncline based on the research of oil, gas and water migration manner, dynamics and non-Darcy flow in the Songliao basin. In low and ultra-low permeable reservoir, gas and water migrate easily through pore throats because their molecules are generally smaller than the pore throats; but the minimum diameter of oil droplets is larger than pore throats and they must be deformed to go through. Thus, gas and water migrate in advance of oil, and oil droplets remain behind. Pressure differential and the buoyancy force in a syncline reservoir are a main fluid driving force; and capillary force is the main resistance to flow. When the dynamics force is less than resistance, oil is immobile. When the buoyancy force is less than the capillary force, a gravitational separation of oil and water does not occur. 6乳腺肿瘤癌变过程中血管生成与VEGF表达相关性研究(英文)显示文摘Objective: The aim of the study was to detect the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and microvessel density (MVD) in breast benign tissues and malignant tumors to clarify the relationship between VEGF expression, angiogenesis and breast carcinoma occurrence. Methods: The expression of VEGF and MVD in 79 cases of invasive ductal breast carcinoma, 79 corresponding para-cancer normal tissues from primary invasive breast carcinomas, 35 breast carcinoma in situ, 23 breast atypical hyperplasia and 56 breast fibroid tumor were examined by immunohistochemistry staining (SP-method). Results: The positive rate of VEGF and MVD value increased significantly with the increase of the malignant degree of breast tissues (P = 0.000). In breast carcinoma group, the positive rate of VEGF and MVD value with lymph node metastasis were higher than those without lymph node metastasis (P = 0.011 and P = 0.023). A significant higher expression of VEGF and MVD value were observed as the clinical stage increased (P = 0.035 and P = 0.012). The MVD value was higher in VEGF positive group than negative group (P = 0.000). Conclusion: The combining detection of VEGF expression and MVD is helpful for evaluating malignant degree of breast carcinoma. 11The pilot experimental study of 14 MeV fast neutron digital radiography显示文摘14 MeV Fast neutrons has good penetrability and the 14 MeV fast neutron radiography can meet the need of Non-Destructive Test of the structure and lacuna of heavy-massive sample, whose shell is made of heavy metal and in which there are some hydrogen materials, and the study of fast neutron digital radiography just begins in China. By the use of a D-T accelerator, a digital imaging system made up of a fast neutron scintillation screen made of ZnS(Ag) and polypropylene, lens and a scientific grade CCD, the experimental study of fast neutron radiography has been done between 4.3×1010-6.8×1010 n/s of neutron yield. Some 14 MeV fast neutron digital radiographs have been gotten.
