| 1 | T21 China 2050: A Tool for National Sustainable Development Planning显示文摘The Sustainable Development Goals(SDGs)of the United Nations 2030 Agenda are a key focus for implementing the Sustainable Development(SD)concept.But generally speaking,SD goals and targets are continuously evolving,country specific,complex to implement,and are often given relatively short time horizons,such as the 15-year horizon for the SDGs.Many SD issues need a much longer time horizon as the policy interventions to deal with these issues can take decades before their effects become apparent,which is especially true for China.The T21 China 2050 is developed to study the long-term SD challenges and opportunities of the country.In its business-as-usual simulation to 2050,T21 China 2050 reveals some of the sustainability challenges facing China,including 1)aging population and labor force decline,2)huge food imports,3)land degradation and loss of arable land,4)water shortages,5)huge fossil fuel imports,and 6)carbon dioxide emissions.These SD issues are a subset of the SDGs specifically relevant to China over a time horizon well beyond 2030.The model is then used to test possible policy interventions in these six areas under two separate scenarios:Balanced and Narrowly Focused.The major results from these two scenarios are compared with those of the business-as-usual scenario.The simulations show that by adopting certain policy measures,China’s path towards SD can be further improved.It also shows that a variety of policy measures can be selected and tested with the T21 China 2050 model for exploring the future SD prospects of the country.Specific policies recommended include:extension of retirement age,adjustment of the current family planning policy,protection of agriculture land,promotion of agricultural R&D to raise yield,improvement of public transportation to slow private vehicle ownership,increased investment in renewable energy,and water conservation. | Weishuang Qu Wenzhao Shi Junze Zhang Tong Liu | 2020 | Geography and Sustainability2020,1,1: | 2 |
| 2 | Experiment on Tissue Culture Technique of Saposhnikovia divaricata(Turcz.) Schischk显示文摘The study aimed to optimize the induction and differentiation medium by exploreing different tissue culture of Saposhnikovia divaricata (Turcz.) Schischk. In tissue culture with the root, stem segments, young leaf, cotyledonary node and axillary bud of Saposhnikovia divaricata (Turcz.) Schischk as explants, a lot of plantleles were obtained and the corresponding plant regeneration-system was established. The results showed that when use MS+1.0 mg · L-1 6-BA +0.2 mg · L-1 NAA as callus induction medium, the cotyledonary node had the highest bourgeon rate, and its callus was better than any others; MS +2 mg · L-1 6-BA +0.4 mg · L-1 NAA was the best adventitious buds induction medium, and the best adventitious buds induced condition was 3% sucrose as carbon source, illumination for 12-14 h · d-1 and pH 5.8. | 3 | Enhanced efficiency and stability of perovskite solar cells by 2D perovskite vapor-assisted interface optimization显示文摘Organic–inorganic perovskites solar cells(PSCs)have attracted great attention due to their rapid progress in power conversion efficiency(PCE).However,there is still an enormous challenge to achieve both high efficiency and stability devices as the decomposition of perovskite materials under humid and light conditions.Herein,we demonstrate that high efficiency and stability of PSCs can be obtained by the reaction of three-dimensional(3D)perovskite with 1,4-butanediamine iodide(BEAI2)vapor.The incorporation of BEAI2 intensively promotes the crystallization of perovskite film with large grain size(~500 nm).Further characterization reveals that the post-treatment perovskite film delivered low interface trap density with long carrier lifetime(>200 ns),long carrier diffusion length(>600 nm)and large carrier mobility(>1.5 cm^2 V-1S-1).Solar cells employing such post-treatment films demonstrated 19.58%PCE without hysteresis.Moreover,the post-treatment devices can retain over 90%original efficiencies stored under ambient atmospheric conditions and exhibit better stability under 85℃and continuous illumination as a two-dimensional(2D)perovskite thin layer is formed on the surface/or at the grain boundaries of 3D perovskite.This study offers an effective way to obtain PSCs with high efficiency and stability. | Minghui Chen Pengwei Li Chao Liang Hao Gu Weishuang Tong Shiping Cheng Weili Li Ganqing Zhao Guosheng Shao | 2020 | Journal of Energy Chemistry2020,29,6: | 1 |

| 5 | Characteristics of Soil Seed Banks of Typical Plant Communities in Hilly Area of Funiu Mountain显示文摘[Objectives]The purpose was to investigate the characteristics of soil seed bank of typical plant communities in hilly area of Funiu Mountain.[Methods]The seed density,number of species and species composition of the soil seed bank of typical plant communities such as Themeda japonica,Imperata cylindrica,Vitex negundo,Quercus acutissima,Robinia pseudoacacia,Platycladus orientalis and Populus canadensis in the surface,top 0-5 and top 5-10 cm soil were studied.[Results]The seed reserves of plant communities at different succession stages were(220.00±95.39)–(2650.00±1064.52)seeds/m2.A total of 48 species were counted in the seed bank,belonging to 45 genera in 22 families.Total 27 species were identified in the above-ground vegetation,belonging to 25 genera in 14 families.In the shallow soil where the seeds gathered,the seed densities of Imperata cylindrica and Themeda japonica were relatively low.The reserves of plant communities with different naturalness degrees were(403.33±64.29)-(2110.00±356.79)seeds/m2.A total of 67 species were counted in the seed bank,belonging to 64 genera in 37 families.A total of 45 species were identified in the above-ground vegetation,belonging to 43 genera in 28 families.In the soil layers of 0-5 and 5-10 cm,the seed density of natural secondary Q.acutissima was higher than those of planted P.canadensis,P.orientalis and R.pseudoacacia.In each soil layer,the species number of natural secondary Q.acutissima forest was slightly smaller than those of planted P.canadensis,P.orientalis and R.pseudoacacia forests.[Conclusions]The seeds in the soil seed bank may not completely come from existing above-ground vegetation.Manual assistance is required for vegetation restoration or reconstruction relying on soil seed bank,to ensure the direction of community succession. | Yanjiao LI Pengsen CAI Weishuang TONG Huashan GAO Yan ZHAO Limin WANG | 2020 | Asian Agricultural Research2020,12,11: | 0 |

| 9 | Extraction Process Optimization and Anti-oxidant Activity of Total Flavonoids in Dendrobium nobile Lindl.显示文摘[Objectives]To improve the yield of flavonoids from Dendrobium nobile Lindl.[Methods]On the basis of four single-factor experiments of solid/liquid ratio,extraction temperature,extraction time and ethanol volume fraction,the ultrasonic-assisted extraction process of total flavonoids from D.nobile Lindl.was optimized using quadratic general rotary unitized design,and the in-vitro anti-oxidant activity of the flavonoids extracted was evaluated preliminarily.[Results]The optimized extraction process for flavonoids in D.nobile Lindl.was as follows:extraction time 10 min,solid/liquid ratio 1∶15(g∶mL),extraction temperature 75℃and ethanol volume fraction 90%.According to the revised optimal process,6 repeated experiments were carried out,and the average yield of flavonoids was(0.5515±0.0004)mg/g,consistent with the predicted value of the model.The results of anti-oxidation experiment show that the flavonoids extracted from D.nobile Lindl.have better scavenging effect on ABTS and DPPH free radicals,and the scavenging activity is proportional to the mass concentration of the extract.[Conclusions]The optimized extraction process for flavonoids from D.nobile Lindl.is reasonable and feasible,and the flavonoids in D.nobile Lindl.have strong antioxidant activity. | Huashan GAO Minghui CHEN Guang QI Ke ZHANG Yanjiao LI Zhonglin WANG Zhilu ZHANG Weishuang TONG | 2020 | Medicinal Plant2020,11,4: | 0 |
