3Improved precise positioning with BDS-3 quad-frequency signals显示文摘The establishment of the BeiDou global navigation satellite system(BDS-3)has been completed,and the current constellation can independently provide positioning service globally.BDS-3 satellites provide quad-frequency signals,which can benefit the ambiguity resolution(AR)and high-precision positioning.This paper discusses the benefits of quad-frequency observations,including the precision gain of multi-frequency high-precision positioning and the sophisticated choice of extra-wide-lane(EWL)or wide-lane(WL)combinations for instantaneous EWL/WL AR.Additionally,the performance of EWL real-time kinematic(ERTK)positioning that only uses EWL/WL combinations is investigated.The results indicate that the horizontal positioning errors of ERTK positioning using ionosphere-free(IF)EWL observations are approximately 0.5 m for the baseline of 27 km and 1 m for the baseline of 300 km.Furthermore,the positioning errors are reduced to the centimetre level if the IF EWL observations are smoothed by narrow-lane observations for a short period.Bofeng Li Zhiteng Zhang Weikai Miao Guang’e Chen 2020Satellite Navigation2020,1,1:4
4Three-Phase Microstructure Topology Optimization of Two-Dimensional Phononic Bandgap Materials Using Genetic Algorithms显示文摘The bandgap,an important characteristic of the periodic structure,is dispersionrelated,which can be designed by tailoring the layout of materials within the periodic microstructures.A typical example of a periodic structure is phononic crystals (PnCs),which are traditionally fabricated from two-phase materials.Herein,we investigate the topologies of periodic three-phase PnCs.The microstructures of the three-phase PnCs are optimized using a two-stage genetic algorithm,and three case studies are proposed to obtain the following:(1)the maximum relative bandgap width,(2)the maximum absolute bandgap width,and (3)the max- imum bandgap at a specified frequency.More importantly,the three-phase material provides significant advantages compared to the typical two-phase materials,such as a low-frequency bandgap.This research is expected to contribute highly to vibration and noise isolation,elastic wave filters,and acoustic devices.WeiKai Xu Jinying Ning Meng Zhang Wei Wang Tianzhi Yang 2018Acta Mechanica Solida Sinica2018,31,6:4
5Emission Characteristics of VOCs from Automobile Coating Industry in Chongqing City显示文摘To fully analyze emission characteristics of volatile organic compounds( VOCs) from automobile coating industry in Chongqing City,related enterprises in the city were investigated in detail. The results show that the emission of VOCs from the automobile industry in Chongqing City was approximately 20 000 t in 2012,and the contribution rate of automobile coating was 83%. Most VOCs discharged from automobile coating industry were mainly from the use of coatings,diluents,curing agents and other materials containing VOCs. During the process of automobile coating,VOCs were mainly produced during the processes of spraying and drying. Besides,VOCs are partly produced during the processes of mixing paint,gluing,waxing,and repairing. The major ingredients of VOCs discharged during the process of automobile coating were methylbenzene,dimethylbenzene,trimethylbenzene,cumene,ethyl acetate,butyl alcohol,n-butyl alcohol,isobutyl alcohol,formaldehyde,butanone,acetone,cyclohexanone,and methyl ethyl ketone. Besides,the ingredients of naphtha and aromatic hydrocarbon in VOCs need to be determined. The maximum ozone formation potential( OFP) of the above pollutants by the typical enterprises was 900-1 300 mg/m^3. The production of secondary organic aerosol( SOA) was 3 636-11 073 t/a,which didn't include the contribution of aldehydes,ketones,ethers and esters to SOA. 6Elevational patterns of carbon,nitrogen and phosphorus in understory bryophytes on the eastern slope of Gongga Mountain,China显示文摘Aims The nutrient uptake,requirement and releasing rates of bryophytes are very different from those of tracheophytes.However,it is diffi-cult to make a quantitative evaluation of bryophytes’roles in nu-trient cycling and their specific eco-physiological adaptations due to lack of knowledge of their concentrations and stoichiometric ratios of carbon(C),nitrogen(N)and phosphorus(P).To fill this gap,the present study aims to investigate:(i)what are the elevational trends of C,N and P concentrations and stoichiometric ratios of bryophytes?(ii)whether C,N and P concentrations and stoichio-metric ratios of bryophytes differ between different bryophyte types(in terms of the growth form and living substrate)?and(iii)how do the exponent scalings of N and P of bryophytes change along the elevational gradient?Methods We measured and calculated the C,N,P concentrations and stoi-chiometric ratios of bryophytes from four elevations on the eastern slope of Gongga Mountain(22 species in total).Differences in these traits among elevations,and between different bryophyte types were compared.The log-log allometric regression parameters of N and P at each elevation were also determined and compared.Important Findings The C,N and P concentrations of bryophytes showed decreasing trends with increasing elevations.More specifically,erect bryo-phytes possessed higher C and N concentrations than those of pros-trate species,and terricolous species had higher P concentration than that of corticolous and saxicolous species.Bryophytes from different elevations had an invariant allometric regression slope for P versus N.Future research at a larger scale is in need for a more generalized law of bryophytes.Zhe Wang Chunyan Pi Xiaoming Li Weikai Bao 2019Journal of Plant Ecology2019,12,4:3
7Storage life of silicone rubber sealing ring used in solid rocket motor显示文摘It is urgent to carry out detailed research on storage performance of rubber sealing ring to get the criterion for its storage life. This paper acquires material ageing regularity by theoretical analysis and experimental confirmation. On this condition, failure mode and failure criterion of typical sealing structure is studied, and the failure mechanism is found. Thus by analyzing the stress distribution, the relationship between ageing state and sealing condition is established. Rationalization proposal is put forward and storage life of sealing ring is evaluated. 8Identifying EGFR-Expressed Cells and Detecting EGFR Multi-Mutations at Single-Cell Level by Microfluidic Chip显示文摘EGFR mutations companion diagnostics have been proved to be crucial for the efficacy of tyrosine kinase inhibitor targeted cancer therapies. To uncover multiple mutations occurred in minority of EGFR-mutated cells,which may be covered by the noises from majority of unmutated cells, is currently becoming an urgent clinical requirement. Here we present the validation of a microfluidic-chip-based method for detecting EGFR multimutations at single-cell level. By trapping and immunofluorescently imaging single cells in specifically designed silicon microwells, the EGFR-expressed cellswere easily identified. By in situ lysing single cells, the cell lysates of EGFR-expressed cells were retrieved without cross-contamination. Benefited from excluding the noise from cells without EGFR expression, the simple and cost-effective Sanger's sequencing, but not the expensive deep sequencing of the whole cell population, was used to discover multi-mutations. We verified the new method with precisely discovering three most important EGFR drugrelated mutations from a sample in which EGFR-mutated cells only account for a small percentage of whole cell population. The microfluidic chip is capable of discovering not only the existence of specific EGFR multi-mutations,but also other valuable single-cell-level information: on which specific cells the mutations occurred, or whether different mutations coexist on the same cells. 11Two Ultraviolet Radiation Datasets that Cover China显示文摘Ultraviolet(UV) radiation has significant effects on ecosystems, environments, and human health, as well as atmospheric processes and climate change. Two ultraviolet radiation datasets are described in this paper. One contains hourly observations of UV radiation measured at 40 Chinese Ecosystem Research Network stations from 2005 to 2015. CUV3 broadband radiometers were used to observe the UV radiation, with an accuracy of 5%, which meets the World Meteorology Organization's measurement standards. The extremum method was used to control the quality of the measured datasets. The other dataset contains daily cumulative UV radiation estimates that were calculated using an all-sky estimation model combined with a hybrid model. The reconstructed daily UV radiation data span from 1961 to 2014. The mean absolute bias error and root-mean-square error are smaller than 30% at most stations, and most of the mean bias error values are negative, which indicates underestimation of the UV radiation intensity. These datasets can improve our basic knowledge of the spatial and temporal variations in UV radiation. 13Smart Hydrogels for Bone Reconstruction via Modulating the Microenvironment显示文摘Rapid and effective repair of injured or diseased bone defects remains a major challenge due to shortages of implants.Smart hydrogels that respond to internal and external stimuli to achieve therapeutic actions in a spatially and temporally controlled manner have recently attracted much attention for bone therapy and regeneration.These hydrogels can be modified by introducing responsive moieties or embedding nanoparticles to increase their capacity for bone repair.Under specific stimuli,smart hydrogels can achieve variable,programmable,and controllable changes on demand to modulate the microenvironment for promoting bone healing.In this review,we highlight the advantages of smart hydrogels and summarize their materials,gelation methods,and properties.Then,we overview the recent advances in developing hydrogels that respond to biochemical signals,electromagnetic energy,and physical stimuli,including single,dual,and multiple types of stimuli,to enable physiological and pathological bone repair by modulating the microenvironment.Then,we discuss the current challenges and future perspectives regarding the clinical translation of smart hydrogels.Weikai Chen Hao Zhang Qirong Zhou Fengjin Zhou Qin Zhang Jiacan Su 2023Research2023,,4:1

16Nitrogen and phosphorus translocation of forest floor mosses as affected by a pulse of these nutrients显示文摘藓类是亚高山森林、北方针叶林和极地苔原等原始生态系统的重要组成部分。养分沉降是这些生态系统的主要养分来源。然而,对藓类如何利用大气沉降这一时间上异质性较高的养分来源的认识缺乏,限制了我们对藓类在生态系统养分循环中作用的认识,也制约了模拟和预测生态系统服务功能动态变化的有效性。本研究中,我们重点关注如下问题:(1)藓类新生部分的氮、磷含量随氮或磷沉降量的变化;(2)氮或磷养分沉降如何影响藓类的氮磷转运;(3)氮磷转运与藓类新生部分养分含量的关联性?为此,我们在位于青藏高原东部的亚高山冷杉林中开展了设置有不同氮、磷施加量水平的突发养分沉降实验。以林下优势度最高的塔藓和锦丝藓为对象,我们在施加实验处理8天和1年后,分别测定了不同年龄藓类茎段中的氮、磷含量。研究结果发现,养分处理8天后,锦丝藓和塔藓的所有茎段的氮或磷含量均随处理中氮或磷施加量的增加而增加,表明它们能够高效率地吸收施加的氮或磷。养分处理1年后,形成于养分处理后的新生茎段中的氮、磷含量以及氮磷比与处理后8天的藓类茎段中氮、磷含量以及氮磷比呈正相关关系,表明藓类将吸收的养分转运至新生部分,转运过程受源—库关系的调控。磷转运效率解释了新生茎段21%-23%的氮磷比变化,而氮转运与新生茎段氮磷比没有显著关系,结果暗示磷转运对藓类生长的重要性。上述结果表明,养分转运是藓类植物利用间断的沉降养分的关键机制,也使藓类成为生态系统中重要的养分库。Xin Liu Zhe Wang Xiaoming Li Weikai Bao 2020Journal of Plant Ecology2020,13,5:1
