| 1 | Atomistic Surface Passivation of CH_(3)NH_(3)PbI_(3) Perovskite Single Crystals for Highly Sensitive Coplanar-Structure X-Ray Detectors显示文摘Organic-inorganic halide perovskites(OIHPs)are recognized as the promising next-generation X-ray detection materials.However,the device performance is largely limited by the ion migration issue of OIHPs.Here,we reported a simple atomistic surface passivation strategy with methylammonium iodide(MAI)to remarkably increase the ion migration activation energy of CH_(3)NH_(3)PbI_(3)single crystals.The amount of MAI deposited on the crystal surface is finely regulated by a self-assemble process to effectively suppress the metallic lead defects,while not introducing extra mobile ions,which results in significantly improved dark current stability of the coplanar-structure devices under a large electric field of 100Vmm^(-1).The X-ray detectors hence exhibit a record-high sensitivity above 700,000μC Gy^(-1)_(air) cm^(-2)under continuum X-ray irradiation with energy up to 50 keV,which enables an ultralow X-ray detection limit down to 1.5 nGy_(air)s^(-1).Our findings will allow for the dramatically reduced X-ray exposure of human bodies in medical imaging applications. | Yilong Song Liqi Li Weihui Bi Mingwei Hao Yifei Kang Anran Wang Zisheng Wang Hanming Li Xiaohui Li Yanjun Fang Deren Yang Qingfeng Dong | 2020 | Research2020,,1: | 5 |

| 4 | Tunable ultrathin dual-phase P-doped Bi_(2)MoO_(6) nanosheets for advanced lithium and sodium storage显示文摘The construction of electrode materials for lithium-ion batteries(LIBs)and sodium-ion batteries(SIBs)has gradually been an appealing and attractive technology in energy storage research field.In the present work,a facile strategy of synthesizing ultrathin amorphous/nanocrystal dual-phase P-doped Bi_(2)MoO_(6)(denoted as P-BiMO)nanosheets via a one-step wet-chemical synthesis approach is explored.Quite distinct from conventional two-dimensional(2D)nanosheets,our newly developed ultrathin P-BiMO nanosheets exhibit a unique tunable amorphous/nanocrystalline dual-phase structure with several compelling advantages including fast ion exchange ability and superb volume change buffer capability.The experimental results reveal that our prepared P-BiMO-6 electrode delivers an excellent reversible capacity of 509.6 mA·g^(−1) after continuous 1,500 cycles at the current densities of 1,500 mA·g^(−1) and improved rate performance for LIBs.In the meanwhile,the P-BiMO-6 electrode also shows a reversible capacity of 300.6 mA·g^(−1) after 100 cycles at 50 mA·g^(−1) when being used as the SIBs electrodes.This present work uncovers an effective dual-phase nanosheet structure to improve the performance of batteries,providing an attractive paradigm to develop superior electrode materials. | Fucong Lyu Zhe Jia Shanshan Zeng Fei-Xiang Ma Lulu Pan Lizi Cheng Yan Bao Ligang Sun Weihui Ou Peng Du Yang Yang Li Jian Lu | 2022 | Nano Research2022,15,7: | 1 |

| 6 | An optimization of ultra-sonication-assisted extraction from flowers of Apocynum venetum in targeting to amount of free amino acids determined by UPLC-MS/MS显示文摘Amino acids are naturally occurring compounds in many edible or medicinal plants,which possess a variety of nutraceutical effects in human.Here,a method of ultrasound-assisted extraction was optimized using Box-Behnken design of response surface methodology in maximizing the yield of free amino acids deriving from flowers of Apocynum venetum L.Under the optimal condition of ultrasound-assisted extraction,i.e.187.5 W of ultrasonic power,31.93 min of extraction time,and 0.47 mg/ml of solid-liquid ratio,the experimental yield of extractive was 287.17±0.205 mg/g,which was in close agreement with the value,as predicted by the established model.In addition,a hydrophilic interaction ultra-high performance liquid chromatography coupled with QqQ-MS/MS method was developed and validated for simultaneous quantification of 20 types of amino acids without derivatization contained in A.venetum flowers.The analytical method was validated by matrix effect,linearity,limit of detection,limit of quantification,precision,repeatability,stability,and recovery.The analysis results showed that A.venetum flower was rich in free amino acids of~3%of total dried weight,and which contained leucine(13.7 g/mg),isoleucine(7.9 g/mg),and lysine(2.2 g/mg)as the most abundant amino acids.Thus,A.venetum flower could provide beneficial nutrient values for human health,e.g.adult weight maintenance or glucose homeostasis. | Yan Jin Caroline Yang Wang Weihui Hu Yun Huang Miranda Li Xu Huaiyou Wang Xiangpeng Kong Yicun Chen Tina Tingxia Dong Qiwei Qin Karl Wah Keung Tsim | 2019 | Food Quality and Safety2019,3,1: | 0 |

| 8 | Development of robust perovskite single crystal radiation detectors with high spectral resolution through synergetic trap deactivation and self-healing显示文摘Organic-inorganic halide perovskite single crystals(SCs)are promising materials for detecting ionizing radiation owing to their outstanding photoelectric conversion capability and inexpensive solution processability.However,the accuracy and stability of the detectors have been limited due to the charge traps and defects in SCs,especially when operated under high-precision photon-counting mode for energy spectrum acquisition.Here,we proposed a trap freezing deactivation route,which obviously suppressed dark current and noise by up to 97%and 92%,respectively.Furthermore,the bulk ion migration effect was essential for the ability to instantly self-heal defects induced by radiation damage at temperatures down to30C.Consequently,the detector exhibits a record high energy resolution of 7.5%at 59.5 keV for 241Amγ-ray source,which is the best solution-processed semiconductor radiation detectors at the same energy range.In addition,the detector maintains over 90%of its initial performance after 9 months of storage when tested in the air.Our results will represent a revision of the paradigm that high-spectral-resolution and robust radiation detectors can only be realized with high temperature grown inorganic semiconductor single crystals. | Lixiang Wang Yilong Song Liqi Li Liting Tao Minxing Yan Weihui Bi Xueying Yang Yuan Sun Qingfeng Dong Deren Yang Yanjun Fang | 2023 | InfoMat2023,5,9: | 0 |

| 10 | Slack-Nibbling Battery-Aware Task Scheduling显示文摘Dynamic voltage scaling (DVS) is an efficient ap- proach to maximize the battery life of portable devices. A novel overall planning strategy (OPSⅡ) balancing slack supply and demand for DVS is proposed. An OPS Ⅱ-based slack-nibbling overall planning strategy (SNOPS) algorithm is also proposed, which iteratively nibbles slacks for appropriate tasks selected by an overall planning dynamic priority function to perform DVS until the slack is exhausted and an optimum voltage setting is ob- tained. For a high-load task set, SNOPS manages to recover bat- tery overload while maintaining schedulability. For random vari- able-load task sets, SNOPS achieves a saving of 29.51% battery capacity on average, the suboptimal gap is 27.84% narrower than that of our previously proposed OPS-based algorithm, and 92.10% narrower than that of the algorithm proposed by Chowdhury et al.
