| 1 | Characteristics of petroleum accumulation in syncline of the Songliao basin and discussion on its accumulation mechanism显示文摘The relation between oil and water in reservoirs with low and ultra-low permeability is very complicated. Gravitational separation of oil and water is not obvious. Normal reservoirs are located in depression and structural high spot, oil and water transitions are located in their middle. Stagnation is the key fact of oil-forming reservoir in the axis of a syncline based on the research of oil, gas and water migration manner, dynamics and non-Darcy flow in the Songliao basin. In low and ultra-low permeable reservoir, gas and water migrate easily through pore throats because their molecules are generally smaller than the pore throats; but the minimum diameter of oil droplets is larger than pore throats and they must be deformed to go through. Thus, gas and water migrate in advance of oil, and oil droplets remain behind. Pressure differential and the buoyancy force in a syncline reservoir are a main fluid driving force; and capillary force is the main resistance to flow. When the dynamics force is less than resistance, oil is immobile. When the buoyancy force is less than the capillary force, a gravitational separation of oil and water does not occur. | 2 | Experimental evaluation of heterobeltiosis and heterosis between two populations of Pacific abalone Haliotis discus hannai Ino显示文摘A2×2 factorial cross between two populations of Pacific abalone Haliotis discus hannai Ino,collected separately from Dalian(D)in China and Miyagi(M)in Japan,was conducted to compare performances in fertilization rate,hatching rate,metamorphosis rate and growth at days 20,43,160 and 330 between purebreds(DD and MM)and crossbreds(DM and MD)and investigate the magnitude of heterobeltiosis(better parent)and heterosis(mid-parent).Heterobeltiosis and heterosis for all the traits analyzed were evidently different between crossbreds DM and MD.Heterobeltiosis in the crossbred DM varied among traits,with values of 2.5% for the fertilization rate,2.2% for the hatching rate,-1.9% for the metamorphosis rate and 7.4% for the growth at the day 330.The crossbred DM displayed positive heterotic values for fertilization rate(5.4%),hatching rate(7.4%),metamorphosis rate(7.6%)and growth(12.0%)at the day 330.However,both heterobeltiosis and heterosis for all the traits in the crossbred MD were negative except those for the growth at days 20 and 43.The results indicate the importance of selecting superior hybrid varieties if the exploitation of hybrid vigor is considered in the Pacific abalone breeding program. | DENG Yuewen LIU Xiao WU Fucun ZHANG Guofan | 2008 | Acta Oceanologica Sinica2008,27,4: | 3 |

| 12 | Se-alloying reducing lattice thermal conductivity of Ge_(0.95)Bi_(0.05)Te显示文摘High lattice thermal conductivity of intrinsic GeTe limits the wide application of GeTe-based thermoelectrics.Recently,the optimization of GeTe-based thermoelectric materials has been focusing on reducing lattice thermal conductivity via strengthening phonon scattering.In this study,we systematically studied thermoelectric properties of Se-alloyed Ge_(0.95) Bi_(0.05) Te via theoretical calculations,structural characterizations,and performance evaluations.Our results indicate that Se-alloying can induce dense point defects with mass/strain-field fluctuations and correspondingly enhance point defect phonon scattering of the Ge_(0.95) Bi_(0.05) Te matrix.Se-alloying might also change chemical bonding strength to introduce resonant states in the base frequency of Ge_(0.95) Bi_(0.05) Te matrix,which can strengthen Umklapp phonon scattering.Finally,a decreased lattice thermal conductivity from∼1.02 W m^(−1) K^(−1) to∼0.65 W m^(−1) K^(−1) at 723 K is obtained in Ge_(0.95) Bi_(0.05) Te_(1-x) Se_(x) pellets with increasing the Se content from 0 to 0.3.A peak figure of merit of∼1.6 at 723 K is achieved in Ge_(0.95) Bi_(0.05) Te_(0.7) Se_(0.3) pellet,which is∼77%higher than that of pristine GeTe.This study extends the understanding on the thermoelectric performance of GeTe. | De-Zhuang Wang Wei-Di Liu Xiao-Lei Shi Han Gao Hao Wu Liang-Cao Yin Yuewen Zhang Yifeng Wang Xueping Wu Qingfeng Liu Zhi-Gang Chen | 2022 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2022,,11: | 0 |
