1中蒙俄经济走廊土地利用变化格局及其驱动因素研究显示文摘中蒙俄经济走廊战略地位显著,研究其土地利用格局变化与机理,对亚欧大陆复杂巨系统的生态环境保护和社会经济可持续发展意义重大。本文基于全球土地覆盖遥感数据和实地考察,对自苏联解体及蒙古私有化以来的1992—2019年,中蒙俄经济走廊土地利用格局及其驱动因素和时空变化规律进行了研究。结果表明:(1)1992—2019年,中蒙俄经济走廊土地利用变化活跃,土地转换面积为361954 km^(2),主要表现为林地持续下降,建设用地、耕地面积迅速扩张。(2)中国部分的林地呈现先减后增的趋势,2000年后东北平原北部林地增加显著,灌丛与草地、裸地分别净减少13325 km^(2)、16632km^(2);蒙古国部分的林地、灌丛与草地均呈现先减后增的趋势,而裸地面积先增后减,苏赫巴托尔省、肯特省、东戈壁省和戈壁苏木贝尔省四省交界地带裸地增加明显;俄罗斯部分的林地持续下降,共减少46742 km^(2),耕地面积增加8478 km^(2),贝加尔湖周边裸地增加41417 km^(2);俄蒙边境、色楞格河流域以及中蒙俄铁路沿线地区存在沙漠化风险。(3)人口、经济、产业结构以及政策等是中蒙俄经济走廊土地利用变化的主要因素。2010—2018年,人口密度对转为林地的土地影响最大,其解释力q值为0.2597,GDP总量对转为建设用地、裸地、耕地的影响最大,其解释力q值分别为0.9094、0.2234、0.5518。就三国而言,中国部分主要受人口和经济因素以及退耕还林政策的影响,而蒙古国部分则受私有化后超载过牧及开垦耕地的影响,俄罗斯部分主要是砍伐林地和开垦耕地的影响。本研究结果旨在为中蒙俄经济走廊土地资源可持续利用和管理提供科学依据。厉静文 董锁成 李宇 杨洋 Boldanov Tamir 2021地理研究2021,40,11:18
2Effects of alkaline-electrolyzed and hydrogen-rich water,in a high-fat-diet nonalcoholic fatty liver disease mouse model显示文摘AIM To identify the effect of hydrogen-rich water(HRW) and electrolyzed-alkaline water(EAW) on high-fat-induced non-alcoholic fatty acid disease in mice.METHODS Mice were divided into four groups:(1) Regular diet(RD)/regular water(RW);(2) high-fat diet(HFD)/RW;(3) RD/EAW; and(4) HFD/EAW. Weight and body composition were measured. After twelve weeks, animals were sacrificed, and livers were processed for histology and reverse-transcriptase polymerase chain reaction. A similar experiment was performed using HRW to determine the influence and importance of molecular hydrogen(H2) in EAW. Finally, we compared the response of hepatocytes isolated from mice drinking HRW or RW to palmitate overload.RESULTS EAW had several properties important to the study:(1) pH = 11;(2) oxidation-reduction potential of-495 mV; and(3) H2 = 0.2 mg/L. However, in contrast to other studies, there were no differences between the groups drinking EAW or RW in either the RD or HFD groups. We hypothesized that the null result was due to low H2 concentrations. Therefore, we evaluated the effects of RW and low and high HRW concentrations(L-HRW = 0.3 mg H2/L and H-HRW = 0.8 mg H2/L, respectively) in mice fed an HFD. Compared to RW and L-HRW, H-HRW resulted in a lower increase in fat mass(46% vs 61%), an increase in lean body mass(42% vs 28%), and a decrease in hepatic lipid accumulation(P < 0.01). Lastly, exposure of hepatocytes isolated from mice drinking H-HRW to palmitate overload demonstrated a protective effect from H2 by reducing hepatocyte lipid accumulation in comparison to mice drinking regular water.CONCLUSION H2 is the therapeutic agent in electrolyzed-alkaline water and attenuates HFD-induced nonalcoholic fatty liver disease in mice.Karen Jackson Noa Dressler Rotem S Ben-Shushan Ari Meerson Tyler W LeBaron Snait Tamir 2018World Journal of Gastroenterology2018,24,45:9

4Accelerating CFD–DEM simulation of processes with wide particle size distributions显示文摘Size-reduction systems have been extensively used in industry for many years. Nevertheless, reliable engineering tools to be used to predict the comminution of particles are scarce. Computational fluid dynamics(CFD)–discrete element model(DEM) numerical simulation may be used to predict such a complex phenomenon and therefore establish a proper design and optimization model for comminution systems.They may also be used to predict attrition in systems where particle attrition is significant. Therefore,empirical comminution functions(which are applicable for any attrition/comminution process), such as:strength distribution, selection, equivalence, breakage, and fatigue, have been integrated into the threedimensional CFD–DEM simulation tool. The main drawback of such a design tool is the long computational time required owing to the large number of particles and the minute time-step required to maintain a steady solution while simulating the flow of particulate materials with very fine particles.The present study developed several methods to accelerate CFD–DEM simulations: reducing the number of operations carried out at the single-particle level, constructing a DEM grid detached from the CFD grid enabling a no binary search, generating a sub-grid within the DEM grid to enable a no binary search for fine particles, and increasing the computational time-step and eliminating the finest particles in the simulation while still tracking their contribution to the process.The total speedup of the simulation process without the elimination of the finest particles was a factor of about 17. The elimination of the finest particles gave additional speedup of a factor of at least 18.Therefore, the simulation of a grinding process can run at least 300 times faster than the conventional method in which a standard no binary search is employed and the smallest particles are tracked.Tamir Brosh Haim Kalman Avi Levy 2014Particuology2014,12,1:3
