| 1 | Development and utilization of a new chemically-induced soybean library with a high mutation density显示文摘Mutagenized populations have provided important materials for introducing variation and identifying gene function in plants. In this study, an ethyl methanesulfonate(EMS)-induced soybean(Glycine max) population,consisting of 21,600 independent M_2 lines, was developed.Over 1,000 M_(4(5))families, with diverse abnormal phenotypes for seed composition, seed shape, plant morphology and maturity that are stably expressed across different environments and generations were identified. Phenotypic analysis of the population led to the identification of a yellow pigmentation mutant, gyl, that displayed significantly decreased chlorophyll(Chl) content and abnormal chloroplast development. Sequence analysis showed that gyl is allelic to Minn Gold, where a different single nucleotide polymorphism variation in the Mg-chelatase subunit gene(ChlI1a) results in golden yellow leaves. A cleaved amplified polymorphic sequence marker was developed and may be applied to marker-assisted selection for the golden yellow phenotype in soybean breeding. | 2 | Effects of Different Drying Methods on the Functional and Structural Properties of Dietary Fiber from Peanut Shell显示文摘[Objectives] This study was conducted to investigate the drying methods,functional and structure properties of dietary fiber( DF) from peanut shells.[Methods]Peanut shells were used as a raw material to prepare peanut shell dietary fiber( DF) by hot air drying( HA) and vacuum freeze drying( VF),respectively,and their functional and structural characteristics were compared in detail. [Results]The solubility,water holding capacity,oil holding capacity and swelling capacity of HA-DF and VF-DF were 2. 15 %,7. 63 g/g,7. 73 g/g,10. 35 ml/g and 3. 85 %,14. 98 g/g,15. 25 g/g,15. 85 ml/g,respectively. The total phenol contents were 2. 623 and 5. 173 mg GAE/g,respectively. The IC(50) values of ·OH,O2^-· and DPPH free radicals were 4. 16 and 4. 09 mg/ml,7. 90 and 3. 32 mg/ml,and 3. 19 and 3. 09 mg/ml,respectively. The molecular weight of VF-DF was smaller,and it had narrow molecular weight distribution and denser particles. Electron microscopy showed that VF-DF had a porous network like honeycomb and swelled structure. | 3 | Enhanced thermoelectric performance in Cl-doped BiSbSe_(3) with optimal carrier concentration and effective mass显示文摘Possessing inherently low thermal conductivity,BiSbSe_(3) is a promising thermoelectric material for medium temperature.Therefore,to substantially optimize the thermoelectric performance of BiSbSe_(3),researchers mainly focus on the strategies to improve its electrical transport properties.Among these strongly coupled thermoelectric parameters,carrier concentration and effective mass are two intrinsic variables to decisively affect the electrical transport properties.In this work,Cl as a donor dopant is effective to provide extra electrons in n-type BiSbSe_(3),and the carrier concentration and effective mass can be well optimized simultaneously with increasing Cl content owing to the multiple conduction bands in BiSbSe_(3).What’s more,maximum weighted mobility~53 cm^(2)V^(-1)s^(-1)is obtained in Cl-doped BiSbSe_(3),which contributes to a largely enhanced power factor~4.8μW cm^(-1)K^(-2)at room temperature and outperforms other halogen-doped BiSbSe_(3) samples.Finally,combining the significantly enhanced power factor and maintained low thermal conductivity,a maximum ZT~1.0 is achieved in Cl-doped BiSbSe_(3) at 800 K. | Sining Wang Lizhong Su Yuting Qiu Yu Xiao Li-Dong Zhao | 2021 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2021,,11: | 2 |

| 6 | Detection and Analysis of Pesticide Residues in Chinese Chives and Risk Assessment of Dietary Intake显示文摘[Objectives]This study was conducted to understand the status of pesticide residues and dietary intake risk of Chinese chives in Tangshan area. [Methods] Sixty eight kinds of pesticide residues in 415 Chinese chive samples collected from Tangshan area were qualitatively and quantitatively determined by high-performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(HPLC-MS/MS) and gas chromatography(GC) in 2020. [Results] The results showed that 41 kinds of pesticide residues were detected in the 415 Chinese chive samples, and the detection rate was 69.4%(288/415), and there was a combination of pesticides in many samples. According to the National Food Safety Standard―Maximum Residue Limits of Pesticides in Food(GB 2763-2019), the residues of 12 pesticides exceeded the maximum residue limits(MRLs), and the unqualified rate was 38.07%(158/415). The highest detection rate of clothianidin was 41.20%(171/415), but there was no MRL in GB 2763-2019. The next was procymidone, the detection rate of which was 35.42%(147/415), and the over-standard rate was 30.12%(125/415). Forbidden and restricted pesticides were detected in some samples. According to the dietary exposure risk assessment, the NEDI/ADI values were all less than 1 and the intake risk was within acceptable range. In Tangshan area, the types of pesticides used in Chinese chive production are complex, and there are risks of multi-residue pollution and use of banned and restricted pesticides and unregistered pesticides. It is suggested that routine monitoring of pesticide residues and management of pesticide use should be strengthened to ensure the quality and safety of agricultural products. | 7 | Determination of Residual Amount of 15 Plant Growth Regulators in Bean Sprouts by HPLC-MS/MS显示文摘[Objectives]This study was conducted to effectively monitor PGR residues in bean sprouts to provide guarantee for the food safety of agricultural products.[Methods]A high-performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(HPLC-MS/MS)method for the determination of residues of 15 plant growth regulators(PGRs)in bean sprouts was established using bean sprouts as an experimental material.Samples were extracted with a solution containing 5%acetic acid-acetonitrile(1∶99,V/V),purified with anhydrous magnesium sulfate,and diluted with methanol solvent to constant volume.The solutions were filtered through 0.22μm filtering membrane and the target analytes were separated on a Phenomenex H18 column.The identification of each compound was established by retention time matching along with the accurate mass measurement of the precursor ions and their main fragment ions.The quantification was carried out using matrix-matched external standard method.[Results]The retention time of the 15 PGRs were found in the range from 5.8-11.7 min under the optimized conditions.The linear relation was good in the concentration range of 0.005-0.050μg/ml,and the correlation coefficients of the 15 PGRs were≥0.9990.The limits of detection were in the range of 0.03-0.92 g/kg,and the limits of quantification were in the range of 0.50-2.10μg/kg.The average recovery in the recovery test at 3 concentration levels was 80%-110%,and the relative standard deviations were in the range of 2.8%-7.5%.[Conclusions]This method is simple and accurate,and can quickly qualitatively and quantitatively analyze the residues of 15 PGRs in bean sprouts.The proposed procedure was simple,quick and accurate for the simultaneous determination of the 15 PGRs in bean sprout. | Lei WANG Yi ZHANG Baiqin ZHENG Shuai WANG Kai GE Sining TANG Shuhong ZHANG Liwu HAO | 2021 | Agricultural Biotechnology2021,10,6: | 1 |

| 11 | UPLC-QTOF/MS Method for Screening and Determination of 59 Non-labeled Components in Veterinary Drug Preparations显示文摘[Objectives]This study was conducted to provide an accurate and reliable method for rapid high-throughput screening of veterinary drug preparations.[Methods]For the matrixes of veterinary drug preparations,high-performance liquid chromatography-high resolution quadrupole time-of-flight mass spectrometry(UPLC-QTOF/MS)was used to establish a fast screening method for 59 non-standard components in five categories of antiviral agents,aminoglycosides,quinolones,sulfonamides,and tetracyclines in veterinary drugs.The target drugs were separated by a Waters ACQUITY UPLC HSS T3 chromatographic column(50 mm×2.1 mm,1.8μm),and data were collected in the positive ion mode.Good separation of the 59 drugs was achieved within 7 min.[Results]In the concentration range of 0-100 ng/ml,each drug showed a good linear relationship,and the correlation coefficients were all greater than 0.999.The detection limits of the 59 drugs were in the range of 0.1-0.5 mg/ml,and the recovery under the addition concentration of 5 mg/ml was in the range of 85.2%-103.8%.[Conclusions]The method is fast,simple,accurate,and highly sensitive,and is suitable for high-throughput screening and qualitative identification of non-standard components in veterinary drug preparations. | Xueliang PANG Lei WANG Biao QI Sining TANG Yanhua YAN Xuesong WANG Lixue DONG Yi ZHANG Aijun LI | 2022 | Agricultural Biotechnology2022,11,1: | 1 |

| 19 | Do root modules still exist after they die?显示文摘Background:The terminal branch orders of plant root systems are increasingly known as an ephemeral module.This concept is crucial to recognize belowground processes.However,it is unknown if root modules still exist after they die?Methods:The decomposition patterns of the first five root orders were observed for 3 years using a branch-order classification,a litter-bag method and sequential sampling in a common subalpine tree species(Picea asperata)of southwestern China.Results:Two root modules were observed during the 3-year incubation.Among the first five branch orders,the first three order roots exhibited temporal patterns of mass loss,nutrients and stoichiometry distinct from their woody mother roots throughout the experimental period.This study,for the first time,reported the decomposition pattern of each individual root order and found a similar decomposition dynamic among ephemeral root branches in a forest tree species.Conclusions:Results from this study suggest that root modules may also exist after death,while more data are needed for confirmation.The findings may further advance our understanding of architecture-associated functional heterogeneity in the fine-root system and also improve our ability to predict belowground processes. | Jihong Li Chengming You Li Zhang Han Li Bo Tan Yang Liu Lixia Wang Sining Liu Zhenfeng Xu | 2021 | Forest Ecosystems2021,8,2: | 0 |
