| 1 | A study of orthogonal,balanced and symmetric multi-wavelets on the interval显示文摘The construction and properties of interval multi-wavelets based on symmetric/anti-symmetric orthogonal multi-wavelets on L2(R) with arbitrary supports and multiplicity 2 are introduced. | 3 | Nutritional strategies to alleviate oxidative stress in sows显示文摘The performance of high-yielding sows is directly related to the productivity of pig farming. Fetaldevelopment mainly occurs during the last month of pregnancy, and the aggressive metabolic burden ofsows during this stage eventually leads to systemic oxidative stress. When affected by oxidative stress,sows exhibit adverse symptoms such as reduced feed intake, hindered fetal development, and evenabortion. In addition, milk synthesis during the lactation period causes a severe metabolic burden. Thebiological response to oxidative stress during this period is associated with a decrease in milk production,which further affects the growth of piglets. Understanding the nutritional strategies to alleviateoxidative stress in sows is crucial to maintain their reproduction and lactation performance. Recently,advances have been made in the field of nutrition to relieve oxidative stress in sows during late pregnancyand lactation. | 5 | 臀上动脉及腰动脉穿支皮瓣的3D血管造影术研究显示文摘背景与目的3D血管造影术由Comelius首先提出,并由Voigt于1975年推进。至今,已有多种改良方法。临床上,利用3D技术评估穿支皮瓣已不再是新鲜事,而完全是一种必要手段。结合运用3D数字成像技术和血管造影术,我们发明了一种新的可视化血管的3D技术。这一方法可为腰动脉和臀上动脉肌皮穿支提供一种数字模型,以利于提高对腰动脉和臀上动脉跨界穿支皮瓣的安全提升。方法对2具尸体行全身明胶一氧化铅动脉灌注。然后,对尸体标本行螺旋cT扫描及3D重建。对6具新鲜尸体注射乳胶。将尸体样本分层解剖,以证明每条穿支血管。结果尸体样本中平均有5条直径0.6mm的臀上动脉肌皮穿支。起自腰动脉的穿支血管,其平均直径和血供区域分别为0.7mm和30cm2。腰部区域的3D重建模型可以显示其形态、空间位置,以及腰动脉和臀上动脉的毗邻关系。结论结合传统断层影像,腰动脉和臀上动脉穿支皮瓣的3D模型可以为穿支血管解剖提供更深入的理解。3D重建模型已是一种有效的临床手段,将来,其还可在基础科学研究、临床培训、术前设计和模拟手术方面发挥更大价值。 | Koonhei W. | 17 | Maternal sodium acetate supplementation promotes lactation performance of sows and their offspring growth performance显示文摘Milk yield and composition are critical determining factors for the early growth and development of neonates.The objective of this experiment was to comprehensively evaluate the effects of dietary sodium acetate(SA)supplementation on the milk yield and composition of sows and the growth performance of their offspring.A total of 80 sows(Landrace×Yorkshire,3 to 6 parity)were randomly assigned to 2groups(with or without 0.1%SA)from d 85 of gestation to d 21 of lactation.The result shows that maternal 0.1%SA supplementation significantly increased sows milk yield,milk fat,immunoglobulin A(IgA)and IgG content in milk(P<0.05),with the up-regulation of short-chain fatty acids receptors(GPR41 and GPR43)expression and the activation of mammalian target of rapamycin complex C1(mTORC1)signaling pathway.Consistently,in our in vitro experiment,SA also activated m TORC1signaling in porcine mammary epithelial cells(P<0.05).Furthermore,the improvement of milk quality and quantity caused by maternal SA supplementation led to the increase in body weight(BW)and average daily weight gain(ADG)of weaning piglets,with the improvement of gut health and colonization of the beneficial bacteria(P<0.05).In conclusion,maternal supplementation of 0.1%SA improved the lactation performance(milk yield and milk fat)of sows,possibly with the activation of GPR41/GPR43-mTORC1 signaling.Furthermore,enhanced milk quality improved growth performance,gut health and the colonization of beneficial microbial flora of their piglets. | Yingao Qi Tenghui Zheng Siwang Yang Qianzi Zhang Baofeng Li Xiangfang Zeng Yongxing Zhong Fang Chen Wutai Guan Shihai Zhang | 2023 | Animal Nutrition2023,,3: | 0 |

| 19 | Cytotoxicity of Quartz and Montomrillointe in Human Lung Epthlial Cell显示文摘In this study A549 cell viability, extracellular activities of lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), tumor necrosis factor (TNF)–α and interleukin (IL)-6 levels were investgated after incubation with quartz (KWC-Q4 and KWC-Q3), Nano-SiO2, and KWC-M, the micronucleaus test and comet assay was carried out to evaluate the genotoxicity. The results showed that, there were significant difference in the cell death rate and extracellular LDH activity compared with the control group, and appeared a good linear relationship in certain concentration range. All mineral particle tested can induce the increase of TNF-α after incubation with mineral powders at 200 μg/mL for 3h merely, and significant increase of IL-6 for 24h, the results indicated the inflammatory reaction can be triggered by the exposure of KWC-Q4, KWC-Q3, Nano-SiO2, and KWC-M. The micronucleus test result showed the MNF (Micronucleus frequency) listed as Nano-SiO2>KWC-Q3>KWC-Q4. There is no significant increase of KWC-M compared with the control group, maybe resulted from its high cell death rate at low concentration. | 20 | Sulforaphane enhances Nrf2-mediated antioxidant responses of skeletal muscle induced by exhaustive exercise in HIIT mice显示文摘Nuclear factor erythroid-derived 2-like 2(Nrf2)is the master regulator of antioxidant defenses.High-intensity interval training(HIIT)has been proposed as a time-efficient training program and has become a substantial component of modern training program In the present study,we evaluated the effects of sulforaphane(SFN),a dietary isothiocyanate derived from cruciferous vegetables and a potent Nrf2 activator,on Nrf2-mediated antioxidant defense responses of skeletal muscle induced by exhaustive exercise in HIIT mice.Male C57 BL/6 J mice were randomly allocated into control group,HIIT group,and HIIT pretreated with SFN(HIIT+SFN)group.On the third day after completion of a 6-weeks HIIT protocol,an exhaustive treadmill test was conducted in all mice.Mice were intraperitoneally injected with SFN(HIIT+SFN group)or PBS(HIIT and control mice)4 times in 3 days prior to the exhaustive treadmill test.The results indicated that the 6-weeks HIIT protocol did not increase the antioxidative capacity of skeletal muscle during exhaustive exercise.Importantly,SFN treatment improved anti oxidative capacity of skeletal muscle in response to the acute exhaustive exercise by increasing mRNA and nucleoprotein expression of Nrf2 and these genes involved in antioxidant generation and decreasing blood creatine kinase(CK)and 4-hydroxy-2-nonenal(4-HNE)-modified protein levels in the HIIT mice. | Yangwenjie Wang Yang Xiang Ruiqi Wang Xiangning Li Jianxiong Wang Siwang Yu Ying Zhang | 2022 | Food Science and Human Wellness2022,11,5: | 0 |
