1Coordinated flight control of miniature fixed-wing UAV swarms: methods and experiments显示文摘In this paper,we present our recent advances in both theoretical methods and field experiments for the coordinated control of miniature fixed-wing unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)swarms.We propose a multi-layered group-based architecture,which is modularized,mission-oriented,and can implement large-scale swarms.To accomplish the desired coordinated formation flight,we present a novel distributed coordinated-control scheme comprising a consensus-based circling rendezvous,a coordinated path-following control for the leader UAVs,and a leader-follower coordinated control for the follower UAVs.The current framework embeds a formation pattern reconfiguration technique.Moreover,we discuss two security solutions(inter-UAV collision avoidance and obstacle avoidance)in the swarm flight problem.The effectiveness of the proposed coordinated control methods was demonstrated in field experiments by deploying up to 21 fixed-wing UAVs.Xiangke WANG Lincheng SHEN Zhihong LIU Shulong ZHAO Yirui CONG Zhongkui LI Shengde JIA Hao CHEN Yangguan YU Yuan CHANG Yajing WANG 2019Science China(Information Sciences)2019,62,11:21
2Modeling framework of voltage-source converters based on equivalence with synchronous generator显示文摘Along with the increasing penetration of distributed generation with voltage-source converters(VSCs),there are extensive concerns over the potential virtual rotor angle stability, which is characterized by oscillations of power and frequency during the dynamic process of synchronization in the grid. Several control strategies have been developed for VSCs to emulate rotating inertia as well as damping of oscillations. This paper classifies these strategies and provides a small-signal modeling framework including all kinds of VSCs in different applications for virtual rotor angle stability. A unified perspective based on the famous Phillips–Heffron model is established for various VSCs. Thus, the concepts of equivalent inertia and the synchronizing and damping coefficients in different VSCs are highlighted, based on the similarities with the synchronous generator(SG) system in both physical mechanisms and mathematical models. It revealed the potentiality of various VSCs to achieve equivalence with the SG. This study helps promote the unity of VSCs and traditional SGs in both theories and methods for analyzing the dynamic behavior and enhancing the stability. 3Phillips-Heffron model for current-controlled power electronic generation unit显示文摘This paper presents a Phillips-Heffron model for the generation unit with current-controlled(CC) voltage source converter(VSC) as the interface. A concept of current angle is put forward for the CC-VSC, and the relationship between the current angle and the power angle is also quantified. Based on the current angle, a PhillipsHeffron model is established for the generation unit with CC-VSC, considering the dynamic of phase-locked-loop(PLL) in the weak grid. The model demonstrates that small-signal dynamics of the generation unit is similar to that of the traditional synchronous generator(SG) which is characterized by the electromechanical swing equations.Then the dynamics can be depicted by the famous inertia,synchronizing and damping coefficients. Small-signal stability of a CC-VSC-based single machine infinite bus system is analyzed by means of the traditional theory of power system. 4Reconstruction of hydrological changes based on tree-ring data of the Haba River, northwestern China显示文摘Reconstructing the hydrological change based on dendrohydrological data has important implications for understanding the dynamic distribution and evolution pattern of a given river. The widespread, long-living coniferous forests on the Altay Mountains provide a good example for carrying out the dendrohydrological studies. In this study, a regional composite tree-ring width chronology developed by Larix sibirica Ledeb. and Picea obovata Ledeb. was used to reconstruct a 301-year annual(from preceding July to succeeding June) streamflow for the Haba River, which originates in the southern Altay Mountains, Xinjiang, China. Results indicated that the reconstructed streamflow series and the observations were fitting well, and explained 47.5% of the variation in the observed streamflow of 1957–2008. Moreover, floods and droughts in 1949–2000 were precisely captured by the streamflow reconstruction. Based on the frequencies of the wettest/driest years and decades, we identified the 19 th century as the century with the largest occurrence of hydrological fluctuations for the last 300 years. After applying a 21-year moving average, we found five wet(1724–1758, 1780–1810, 1822–1853, 1931–1967, and 1986–2004) and four dry(1759–1779, 1811–1821, 1854–1930, and 1968–1985) periods in the streamflow reconstruction. Furthermore, four periods(1770–1796, 1816–1836, 1884–1949, and 1973–1997) identified by the streamflow series had an obvious increasing trend. The increasing trend of streamflow since the 1970s was the biggest in the last 300 years and coincided with the recent warming-wetting trend in northwestern China. A significant correlation between streamflow and precipitation in the Altay Mountains indicated that the streamflow reconstruction contained not only local, but also broad-scale, hydro-climatic signals. 5Improvement in collapsibility of ZrO2 ceramic mould for investment casting of TiAl alloys显示文摘Investment casting has been widely recognized as the best option in producing TiAl components with key benefits of accuracy,versatility and integrity.The collapsibility of ceramic moulds for investment casting is critical in the manufacturing process of TiAl components due to TiAl's intrinsic brittleness at room temperature.The aim of the present research is to provide a method for production of TiAl components by investment casting in ZrO2 ceramic moulds with improved collapsibility.Slurries prepared with high polymer additions were utilized during the preparation of ceramic moulds.The stress/strain curves obtained from green and baked ceramic moulds demonstrate that the green strength was increased with the application of high polymer,while baked strength decreased,thus the collapsibility of ceramic moulds was improved.It is suggested that this result is related to the burn-out of high polymer which left a lot of cavities.The experimental findings were also verified by the investment casting of 'I'-shaped TiAl components.Chen Yanfei Xiao Shulong Tian Jing Xu Lijuan Kong Fantao Chen Yuyong 2011China Foundry2011,8,1:8

7Plasma biomarker screening for liver fibrosis with the N-terminal isotope tagging strategy显示文摘A non-invasive diagnostic approach is crucial for the evaluation of severity of liver disease,treatment decisions,and assessing drug efficacy.This study evaluated plasma proteomic profiling via an N-terminal isotope tagging strategy coupled with liquid chromatography/Fourier transform ion cyclotron resonance mass spectrometry measurement to detect liver fibrosis staging.Pooled plasma from different liver fibrosis stages,which were assessed in advance by the current gold-standard of liver biopsy,was quantitatively analyzed.A total of 72 plasma proteins were found to be dysregulated during the fibrogenesis process,and this finding constituted a valuable candidate plasma biomarker bank for follow-up analysis.Validation results of fibronectin by Western blotting reconfirmed the mass-based data.Ingenuity Pathways Analysis showed four types of metabolic networks for the functional effect of liver fibrosis disease in chronic hepatitis B patients.Consequently,quantitative proteomics via the N-terminal acetyl isotope labeling technique provides an effective and useful tool for screening plasma candidate biomarkers for liver fibrosis.We quantitatively monitored the fibrogenesis process in CHB patients.We discovered many new valuable candidate biomarkers for the diagnosis of liver fibrosis and also partly identified the mechanism involved in liver fibrosis disease.These results provide a clearer understanding of liver fibrosis pathophysiology and will also hopefully lead to improvement of clinical diagnosis and treatment.LI ShuLong LIU Xin WEI Lai WANG HuiFen ZHANG JiYang WEI HanDong QIAN XiaoHong JIANG Ying HE FuChu 2011Science China(Life Sciences)2011,54,5:6

9Effect of V and Nb additions on microstructure,properties,and deformability of Ti-45Al-9 (V,Nb,Y) alloy显示文摘Ti-45Al-9(V, Nb, Y) alloys with four different x=V/Nb (atomic ratio x = 1, 1.5, 2 and 3.5) have been prepared, and the microstructures, properties and hot deformation behaviors were investigated. SEM, XRD and TEM results showed that Ti-45Al-9(V, Nb, Y) alloys were mainly composed of γ, α 2 , and β phase, and the volume fraction of β phase increased with the increase of the atomic ratio of V/Nb. The alloys were featured with lamellar microstructure with β and γ phases locating at the colony boundaries, and some β precipitates appearing at γ/γ interfaces. It was found that the colony size decreased with the increase of x. The alloys exhibited moderate mechanical properties at room temperature, with a yield strength of over 600 MPa, and fractures showed mainly translamellar character. 10Low leakage 3×VDD-tolerant ESD detection circuit without deep N-well in a standard 90-nm low-voltage CMOS process显示文摘A new low leakage 3×VDD-tolerant electrostatic discharge(ESD)detection circuit using only low-voltage device without deep N-well is proposed in a standard 90-nm 1.2-V CMOS process.Stacked-transistors technique is adopted to sustain high-voltage stress and reduce leakage current.No NMOSFET operates in high voltage range and it is unnecessary to use any deep N-well.The proposed detection circuit can generate a 38 mA current to turn on the substrate triggered silicon-controlled rectifier(STSCR)under the ESD stress.Under normal operating conditions,all the devices are free from over-stress voltage threat.The leakage current is 88 nA under 3×VDD bias at 25°C.The simulation result shows the circuit can be successfully used for 3×VDD-tolerant I/O buffer.YANG ZhaoNian LIU HongXia WANG ShuLong 2013Science China(Technological Sciences)2013,56,8:3

13Mg-doped ZnO radial spherical structures via chemical vapor deposition显示文摘Mg-doped ZnO radial spherical structures with nanorods grown on both sides of the spherical shell were successfully prepared via chemical vapor deposition (CVD) of Zn and Mg powders in the absence of a catalyst. The structures associated with different growth temperatures (700, 800, and 850°C) were monitored by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and the result shows that the length of the nanorods increase progressively with the growth temperature increasing. X-ray diffraction (XRD) shows that the as-obtained samples can be indexed to high crystallinity with wurtzite structure. The growth of the nanostructures mainly depends on the formation of sphere-like Mg-doped Zn droplets before adding oxygen. 15microRNA-218 promotes gemcitabine sensitivity in human pancreatic cancer cells by regulating HMGB1 expression显示文摘Objective: The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of gemcitabine(GEM) on micro RNA-218(mi R-218) expression in human pancreatic cancer cells.Methods: Quantitative reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction(q RT-PCR) was performed to examine the differences in mi R-218 expression between the GEM-sensitive Bx PC-3 pancreatic cancer cells and GEM-resistant PANC-1 cells. The effect of GEM on the expression of mi R-218 in PANC-1 cells was also investigated. PANC-1 cells were transfected either with HMGB1 si RNA to knock down the expression of HMGB1 or with the recombinant HMGB1 expression vector(pc DNA3.1-HMGB1) to overexpress HMGB1. The effect of ectopic expression of HMGB1 on the apoptosis of mi R-218-transfected and GEMtreated PANC-1 cells was examined by flow cytometric analysis.Results: The mi R-218 expression level was lower in GEM-resistant PANC-1 cells compared to GEMsensitive Bx PC-3 cells(P<0.05). The percentage of apoptotic PANC-1 cells was significantly increased in the mi R-218 mimic + GEM group compared to the mimic ctrl + GEM group and the normal control group(P<0.01). The HMGB1 expression level was markedly decreased in PANC-1 cells transfected with HMGB1 si RNA but was significantly increased in PANC-1 cells transfected with the recombinant HMGB1 expression vector, pc DNA3.1-HMGB1(P<0.01). 16Present Synthesizing Situation and Application Mechanism of Hercynite in Cement Kilns显示文摘The magnesia-hercynite bricks offer a new lining to rotary cement kiln. They are well adopted and widely used in the high temperature zone of cement kiln, and have obtained good performance at rigorous and severe working conditions. The synthesis of hercynite requires a suitable atmosphere with proper O2 partial pressures which makes sure FeO can stably exist at the synthesizing temperature. Current industrial production of hercynite mainly adopts fused method. The other method, sintering method, is not mature and needs further research. The magnesia-hercynite brick shows high hot toughness, high adhesion strength to kiln crust, and good corrosion resistance to alkali salt in cement kilns. The mismatching of thermal expansion between magnesia and hercynite can improve the thermal shock resistance of the bricks, but the oxidation of partial Fe2+, the high temperature solution, and low temperature exsolution of transgranular secondary spinel lead to cubical expansion, formation of more cracks, and poor thermal shock resistance of the bricks.MA Shulong LI Yong LI Yue LI Hui SUN Jialin 2011China's Refractories2011,20,3:2

18Continuous synthesis of ultra-fine fiber for wearable mechanoluminescent textile显示文摘Continuous mechanoluminescence(ML)fibers and fiber-woven textiles have the potential to serve as new wearable devices for sensors,healthcare,human-computer interfacing,and Internet of Things.Considering the demands on wearability and adaptability for the ML textiles,it is essential to realize the continuous synthesis of fiber,while maintaining a desired small diameter.Here,we develop a novel adhere-coating method to fabricate ML composite fiber,consisting of a thin polyurethane(PU)core and ZnS:Cu/polydimethylsiloxane(PDMS)shell,with the outer diameter of 120μm.By diluting PDMS to tune the thickness of liquid coating layer,droplets formation has been effectively prevented.The composite fiber exhibits a smooth surface structure and superior ML performances,including high brightness,excellent flexibility,and stability.In addition,a weft knitting textile fabricated by the continuous ML fiber can be easily delighted by manually stretching,and the ML fibers can emit visible signals upon human motion stimuli when woven into commercial cloth.Such continuous ultra-fine ML fibers are promising as wearable sensing devices for human motion detection and human-machine interactions.Shulong Chang Yuan Deng Na Li Lijun Wang Chong-Xin Shan Lin Dong 2023Nano Research2023,16,7:2
19Properties of New Mullite-SiC Bricks for CDQ Shafts显示文摘Currently the service life of CDQ shafts in China is mainly restricted by the properties of the inclined flue bricks.In this work,based on the systematic analysis of the damage mechanism of inclined flue refractories,high performance mullite-SiC bricks were developed.The bricks were produced by corundum,andalusite,SiC and other high purity raw materials.Metal silicon and alumina ultra micropowder were added to form dispersion multi-phase structure,fortifying the matrix and improving the microstructure.The products have excellent properties such as low porosity,high density,good wear resistance,high refractoriness under load,and good thermal shock resistance.The products can replace the ordinary mullite-SiC bricks and obtain a good service life.MA Shulong WEI Yingfeng WANG Zhifeng MA Fei XIA Wenbin ZHOU Xiaowei 2017China's Refractories2017,26,1:2
20Effect of yttrium on microstructure and mold filling capacity of a near-α high temperature titanium alloy显示文摘The addition of rare earth yttrium(Y) can improve the performances of high temperature titanium alloys,such as the tensile ductility,thermal stability and creep property,etc.However,few studies on the effect of Y on the castability of titanium alloys have been carried out,which is significant to fabrication of thin-walled complex titanium castings by investment casting.In this study,the microstructure and mold filling capacity of a Ti-1100 alloy with different Y additions(0,0.1wt.%,0.3wt.%,0.5wt.% and 1.0wt.%) were investigated systematically through investment casting experiments,and the casting experiments were carried out in a centrifugal titanium casting machine.The microstructures of the alloy were observed via the optical microscopy,scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy.The mold filling capacity was tested by using of a grid pattern and was evaluated by the number of segments completely filled by the cast alloy.The results indicate that the grain size is decreased and the mold filling capacity is improved significantly with increasing the addition of Y from 0 to 1.0wt.%.The average primary grain size of Ti-1100 alloy is reduced from 250 μm to 50 μm and the mold filling capacity is increased from 61.5% to 100%.Considering the potential harmful effect on tensile properties of titanium alloys due to high concentrations of Y,it is suggested that Y addition should be about 0.3wt.%.Zhao Ertuan Chen Yuyong Kong Fantao Zhang Changjiang Xiao Shulong 2012China Foundry2012,9,4:1
