2Microstructure and hardness of WC-Co particle reinforced iron matrix surface composite显示文摘In this study, a high Cr cast iron surface composite material reinforced with WC-Co particles 2-6 mm in size was prepared using a pressureless sand mold infiltration casting technique. The composition, microstructure and hardness were determined by means of energy dispersive spectrometry(EDS), electron probe microanalysis(EPMA), scanning electron microscope(SEM) and Rockwell hardness measurements. It is determined that the obtained composite layer is about 15 mm thick with a WC-Co particle volumetric fraction of ~38%. During solidification, interface reaction takes place between WC-Co particles and high chromium cast iron. Melting and dissolving of prefabricated particles are also found, suggesting that local Co melting and diffusion play an important role in promoting interface metallurgical bonding. The composite layer is composed of ferrite and a series of carbides, such as(Cr, W, Fe)23C6, WC, W2C, M6C and M12C. The inhomogeneous hardness in the obtained composite material shows a gradient decrease from the particle reinforced metal matrix composite layer to the matrix layer. The maximum hardness of 86.3 HRA(69.5 HRC) is obtained on the particle reinforced surface, strongly indicating that the composite can be used as wear resistant material.Zhang Peng Zeng Shaolian Zhang Zhiguo Li Wei 2013China Foundry2013,10,6:4
3Characteristics of coal sludge slurry prepared by a wet-grinding process显示文摘Coal sludge slurry(CSS) is an alternative fuel and a potential competitive method for sludge reduction.Based on the researches of coal water slurry, we studied CSSs by using a wet-grinding process with different types of regional municipal sludge(sludge) in an orthogonal experiment. The sludge type,sludge mixing proportion, dosage of dispersant, and grinding time were tested in this study. The results show that water content and its occurrence characteristics in the sludge have primary hindering influences on slurry ability. The range of fixed-viscosity concentrations with raw wet sludge is from 50.78%to 44.40%(by weight), while the range is from 53.35% to 51.51%(by weight) with dry sludge. All of the CSSs exhibit shear-thinning behaviors with different variation trends, especially the CSSs with more than 15%(by weight) raw wet sludge in it. Adding the same proportion of raw wet sludge increases the thixotropic properties of CSSs and the highest area of thixotropy loop is 3065 Pa/s, while the highest value of dry sludge is 1798 Pa/s. 4Study on dry friction and wear resistance of a WC-Co particle reinforced iron matrix composite material显示文摘In order to select a suitable material for the rolling mill guide application, the dry sliding friction and wear resistance of a tungsten carbide combining cobalt (WC-Co) particle reinforced chromium cast iron composite material were studied. In particular, the wear resistance was discussed in detail. The results showed that the composite material demonstrates 25 times the wear resistance of high Cr cast iron, and 9 times the wear resistance of heat resistant steel. However, the average friction factor in the stable friction stage showed a relationship of μComposites/45#steel>μHigh chromium cast iron/45#steel>μHeat resistant steel/45 # steel. The wear resistance mechanism of the composite material was associated with the reinforcing particles, which protruded from the worn surface to bear the friction load when the matrix material surface was worn, thereby reducing the abrasive and adhesive wear. 13A deep trench super-junction LDMOS with double charge compensation layer显示文摘A deep trench super-junction LDMOS with double charge compensation layer(DC DT SJ LDMOS)is proposed in this paper.Due to the capacitance effect of the deep trench which is known as silicon-insulator-silicon(SIS)capacitance,the charge balance in the super-junction region of the conventional deep trench SJ LDMOS(Con.DT SJ LDMOS)device will be broken,resulting in breakdown voltage(BV)of the device drops.DC DT SJ LDMOS solves the SIS capacitance effect by adding a vertical variable doped charge compensation layer and a triangular charge compensation layer inside the Con.DT SJ LDMOS device.Therefore,the drift region reaches an ideal charge balance state again.The electric field is optimized by double charge compensation and gate field plate so that the breakdown voltage of the proposed device is improved sharply,meanwhile the enlarged on-current region reduces its specific on-resistance.The simulation results show that compared with the Con.DT SJ LD-MOS,the BV of the DC DT SJ LDMOS has been increased from 549.5 to 705.5 V,and the R_(on,sp) decreased to 23.7 mΩ·cm^(2).Lijuan Wu Shaolian Su Xing Chen Jinsheng Zeng Haifeng Wu 2022Journal of Semiconductors2022,43,10:0
