| 8 | Impact of different kinds of biomass mixtures on combustion performance, interaction and synergistic effects in cofiring of coal and biomass in steam power plants显示文摘The cofiring of biomass and coal may be one of the most effective methods to improve energy utilization efficiency and reduce greenhouse gas emissions.This study aims to investigate combustion performance,interaction and synergistic effects in the cofiring of coal and three types of biomass.Blended fuel consisting of coal and three types of biomass such as sawdust,rice husk and solid recovery fuel was selected as the research object.Ultimate and proximate analysis and differential thermogravimetric analysis with heating rates of between 10°C and 40°C/minute are used to analyse combustion characteristics.Simulation of combustion in a 600-MWe steam power plant with a Carolina-type boiler is also carried out with the help of computational fluid dynamic(CFD)analysis to see the effect of the interaction and synergy of the mixed fuel on the performance of the steam generator.The effect on the com-bustion process in the combustion chamber of a steam power plant is also simulated.Based on the analysis of several test results of parameters such as ignition temperature,burnout temperature,calorific value of the fuel mixtures as well as CFD simulation,the results of the study show a strong indication of a positive synergy in mixing some of these biomasses as compared with a fuel mix-ture consisting only of coal and one type of biomass.Practically no power derating of the boiler occurs until the biomass content in the fuel mixture is~30%on a mass basis.The reduction in greenhouse gas emissions also appears significant from the results of the CFD simulation of this study,which is characterized by a decrease in the fraction of CO_(2) in flue gas from 21.5%for coal alone as fuel to 15.9%in the case of cofiring excluding the CO_(2) attributed to the biomass. | Mochamad Soleh Azaria Haykal Ahmad Firman Bagja Juangsa Prihadi Setyo Darmanto Ari Darmawan Pasek | 2023 | Clean Energy2023,7,5: | 0 |

| 10 | Neurofibromatosis type 2 gene mutation and progesterone receptor messenger RNA expression in the pathogenesis of sporadic orbitocranial meningioma显示文摘AIM: To investigate neurofibromatosis type 2(NF2) gene mutation at mRNA levels in sporadic orbitocranial meningioma and its association with progesterone receptor(PR) mR NA expression.METHODS: This was a case-control study. Thirty-four sporadic meningioma patients with no familial NF2-related meningioma history were recruited. They were interviewed for their obstetric, gynecologic, and contraception history. PR investigation was performed with real-time polymerase chain reaction(PCR). NF2 mutation was investigated using Qbiomarker Somatic Mutation PCR Assay at NF2 mRNA level after its cDNA extraction(four mRNA mutation cytoband coordinates for nucleotide change: c.634 C>T/p.Q212, c.655 G>A/p.V219 M, c.784 C>T/p.R262 and c.1228 C>T/p. Q410). RESULTS: After mutation analysis at mRNA level, NF2 gene mutation was found in 35.29% patients. Non-mutation group was strongly associated with exogenous hormonal exposure(non-mutation vs mutation: 95.5% vs 83.3%, P<0.001). PR mR NA was found significantly lower in nonmutation group(P=0.033) which presumed as long term exogenous progesterone exposure. However, mutation group was associated with higher rate of progression to gradeⅡ(mutation vs non-mutation, 18.2% vs 5%, P<0.001) and was associated more in fibrous and anaplastic tumor tissue.CONCLUSION: NF2 mutation-meningioma is associated with higher grade of meningioma. | 11 | 印度尼西亚护生糖尿病溃疡护理知识和态度及影响因素显示文摘目的印度尼西亚糖尿病足部溃疡的发病率远高于全球发病率。护生应具备良好的糖尿病性溃疡护理知识和积极的态度,以期在临床实践中能够进行有效的伤口护理。本研究旨在评估印度尼西亚护理学生糖尿病溃疡护理的知识和态度以及相关因素。方法2021年9月至2022年2月,对印度尼西亚3所护理院校的396名护生进行横断面调查。调查问卷内容包括关于糖尿病溃疡护理的知识和态度。采用χ^(2)检验和多元logistic回归分析对数据进行统计学分析。结果结果显示,43.2%(171/396)的护生对糖尿病性溃疡护理知识不足,但88.9%(352/396)的护生持积极态度。护生对糖尿病性溃疡、糖尿病神经病变、伤口感染的特点和糖尿病溃疡辅助治疗的知识较为缺乏;许多护生认为糖尿病性溃疡的护理较为耗时,很难在临床工作中做到。进入临床实习的学生的相关知识明显优于理论学习阶段的学生(aOR=9.99,95%CI 4.96-20.08,P<0.001)。男生对糖尿病性溃疡护理的积极态度明显不及女生(aOR=0.42,95%CI 0.19-0.96,P=0.048),习惯与同伴分享相关知识的学生的态度比其他学生更为积极(aOR=2.76,95%CI 1.40-5.41,P=0.003)。结论课程设置人员和护理教育工作者应设置和改进有关糖尿病伤口护理的课程,采取有效策略提高学生的相关知识水平和态度。本研究结果可为此提供参考依据。 | Yunita Sari Arif Setyo Upoyo Annas Sumeru Saldy Yusuf Haryanto Nuriya Agis Taufik | 2022 | International Journal of Nursing Sciences2022,9,4: | 0 |

| 13 | Experimental analysis on calcination and carbonation process in calcium looping for CO_(2) capture: study case of cement plants in Indonesia显示文摘Carbon dioxide(CO_(2))is the main contributor to greenhouse gases that affect global warming.The industrial sector is the third largest producer of CO_(2) and the cement industry is one of the industries that consistently produces the most significant CO_(2) emissions.The cement industry produces 5-8% of global CO_(2) emissions.Several methods for reducing specific CO_(2) emissions have been reported in the cement industry,including calcium looping,which uses the reversible reaction between calcination[calcium carbonate(CaCO_(3))decomposition]and carbonation[CO_(2) capture by calcium oxide(CaO)].This work investigates calcium looping employing limestone obtained directly from several cement factories in Indonesia to observe the carbon-absorption characteristics of limestone from different mining locations.The experiment was carried out using a tube furnace equipped with a controlled atmospheric condition that functions as a calciner and a carbonator.X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy with energy-dispersive x-ray spec-troscopy characterization were conducted to analyse the changes in the experimental samples.The results demonstrated that the reactor configuration was capable of performing the calcination process,which converted CaCO_(3) to calcium hydroxide[Ca(OH)_(2)],as well as the carbonation process,which captured carbon and converted it back to CaCO_(3).Parametric analysis was performed on both reactions,including pressure,temperature,duration,particle size and reaction atmosphere.The results show that the limestone obtained from all sites can be used as the sorbents for the calcium-looping process with an average reactivity of 59.01%.Limestone from cement plants in various parts of Indonesia has the potential to be used as carbon sorbents in calcium-looping technology.With a similar CO_(2) concentration as the flue gas of 16.67%,the experimental results show that Bayah limestone has the maximum reactivity,as shown by the highest carbon-content addition of 12.15 wt% and has the highest CO_(2)-capture capability up to>75% per mole of Ca(OH)_(2) as a sorbent.Similar levels of the ability to capture CO_(2) per mole of Ca(OH)_(2) can be found in other limestones,ranging from 14.85% to 34.07%.The results show a promising performance of raw limestones from different mining sites,allowing further study and observation of the possibility of CO_(2) emission reduction in the sustainable cement-production process. | Triya Setia Febriatna Prihadi Setyo Darmanto Firman Bagja Juangsa | 2023 | Clean Energy2023,7,2: | 0 |
