| 1 | 精子密度与染色体畸变及生殖激素水平关系探讨显示文摘目的探讨精子密度与染色体畸变及生殖激素水平之间的关系。方法采用计算机辅助精液分析进行精液常规参数检测;采集外周血淋巴细胞培养,进行染色体核型分析;采用放射免疫分析法检测血清生殖激素水平。结果精子密度与FSH之间呈显著负相关性(r=-0.562,P<0.001);与LH之间呈显著负相关性(r=-0.347,P<0.001)。与密度正常组比较,少精症组与无精症组血清FSH、LH水平均显著增高(P<0.001,P<0.01);与少精症组比较,无精症组血清FSH、LH水平均显著增高(P<0.01)。与46,XY组比较,克氏症患者血清FSH,LH水平显著升高(P<0.05),血清T水平显著降低(P<0.05);小Y染色体与46,XY,t(13;14)易位患者血清FSH,LH水平明显升高。结论染色体畸变与生殖激素FSH、LH水平与精子密度显著相关,少精子症和无精子症患者应进行染色体及血清生殖激素检测。 | 李付彪 韩潇 赵竞 刘大博 Saima khan 刘睿智 | 2007 | 中国实验诊断学2007,11,9: | 3 |
| 2 | Competitive role of nitrogen functionalities of N doped GO and sensitizing effect of Bi_(2)O_(3)QDs on TiO_(2)for water remediation显示文摘The promising solar irradiated photocatalyst by pairing of bismuth oxide quantum dots(BQDs)doped TiO_(2)with nitrogen doped graphene oxide(NGO)nanocomposite(NGO/BQDs-TiO_(2))was fabricated.It was used for degradation of organic pollutants like 2,4-dichlorophenol(2,4-DCP)and stable dyes,i.e.Rhodamine B and Congo Red.X-ray diffraction(XRD)profile of NGO showed reduction in oxygenic functional groups and restoring of graphitic crystal structure.The characteristic diffraction peaks of TiO_(2)and its composites showed crystalline anatase TiO_(2).Morphological images represent spherical shaped TiO_(2)evenly covered with BQDs spread on NGO sheet.The surface linkages of NO-O-Ti,C-O-Ti,Bi-O-Ti and vibrational modes are observed by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)and Raman studies.BQDs and NGO modified TiO_(2)results into red shifting in visible region as studied in diffused reflectance spectroscopy(DRS).NGO and BQDs in TiO_(2)are linked with defect centers which reduced the recombination of free charge carriers by quenching of photoluminescence(PL)intensities.X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS)shows that no peak related to C-O in NGO/BQDs-TiO_(2)is observed.This indicated that doping of nitrogen into GO has reduced some oxygen functional groups.Nitrogen functionalities in NGO and photosensitizing effect of BQDs in ternary composite have improved photocatalytic activity against organic pollutants.Intermediate byproducts during photo degradation process of 2,4-DCP were studied through high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).Study of radical scavengers indicated that O_(2)^(·-) has significant role for degradation of 2,4-DCP.Our investigations propose that fabricated nanohybrid architecture has potential for degradation of environmental pollutions. | Saima Noor Shamaila Sajjad Sajjad Ahmed Khan Leghari Cristina Flox Saeed Ahmad | 2021 | Journal of Environmental Sciences2021,33,10: | 2 |

| 4 | Electrical, Thermal, Photocatalytic and Antibacterial Studies of Metallic Oxide Nanocomposite Doped Polyaniline显示文摘ZnOe-ZrO2 nanocomposite was prepared by sole gel method and in-situ polymerization was used to synthesize ZnOe-ZrO2 nanocomposite doped polyaniline(PANI).The materials were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),Fourier transform infrared(FTIR) spectroscopy,transmission electron microscopy(TEM),scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy(EDX) to ensure the crystallite size,functional groups,morphology and chemical composition of the polymer nanocomposite complex.The average particle size of the ZnOe-ZrO2 nanoparticles was found to be 20.5 nm.Thermal gravimetric analysis(TGA) was used to study the thermal stability of the complex,shows improved thermal stability of polymer nanocomposite as compared to the pure organic polymer.The material also possesses good electrical conductivity.Additionally,the photocatalytic activity of the materials was investigated by monitoring the decolorization of Acid Blue 29 dye in a UV photocatalytic reactor and PANI-ZnOe-ZrO2 was found to possess higher photocatalytic activity than pure PANI.Finally,the antibacterial activity of the materials was examined and it was observed that PANI-ZnOe-ZrO2 could be used as an excellent antibacterial agent.Hence,desired properties could be integrated by mixing appropriate phases of the materials for specific applications such as heterogeneous catalyst,antibacterial agents,antibiotics delivery and high temperature conducting polymers. | Saima Sultana Rafuddin Mohammad Zain Khan Khalid Umar M.Muneer | 2013 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2013,29,9: | 1 |

| 9 | Automatic Heart Disease Detection by Classification of Ventricular Arrhythmias on ECG Using Machine Learning显示文摘This paper focuses on detecting diseased signals and arrhythmias classification into two classes:ventricular tachycardia and premature ventricular contraction.The sole purpose of the signal detection is used to determine if a signal has been collected from a healthy or sick person.The proposed research approach presents a mathematical model for the signal detector based on calculating the instantaneous frequency(IF).Once a signal taken from a patient is detected,then the classifier takes that signal as input and classifies the target disease by predicting the class label.While applying the classifier,templates are designed separately for ventricular tachycardia and premature ventricular contraction.Similarities of a given signal with both the templates are computed in the spectral domain.The empirical analysis reveals precisions for the detector and the applied classifier are 100%and 77.27%,respectively.Moreover,instantaneous frequency analysis provides a benchmark that IF of a normal signal ranges from 0.8 to 1.1 Hz whereas IF range for ventricular tachycardia and premature ventricular contraction is 0.08–0.6 Hz.This indicates a serious loss of high-frequency contents in the spectrum,implying that the heart’s overall activity is slowed down.This study may help medical practitioners in detecting the heart disease type based on signal analysis. | Khalid Mahmood Aamir Muhammad Ramzan Saima Skinadar Hikmat Ullah Khan Usman Tariq Hyunsoo Lee Yunyoung Nam Muhammad Attique Khan | 2022 | Computers, Materials & Continua2022,,4: | 1 |

| 11 | Does sevoflurane sedation in pediatric patients lead to“pseudo”leptomeningeal enhancement in the brain on 3 Tesla magnetic resonance imaging?显示文摘BACKGROUND Prominent leptomeningeal contrast enhancement(LMCE)in the brain is observed in some pediatric patients during sedation for imaging.However,based on clinical history and cerebrospinal fluid analysis,the patients are not acutely ill and do not exhibit meningeal signs.Our study determined whether sevoflurane inhalation in pediatric patients led to this pattern of‘pseudo’LMCE(pLMCE)on 3 Tesla magnetic resonance imaging(MRI).AIM To highlight the significance of pLMCE in pediatric patients undergoing enhanced brain MRI under sedation to avoid misinterpretation in reports.METHODS A retrospective cross-sectional evaluation of pediatric patients between 0-8 years of age was conducted.The patients underwent enhanced brain MRI under inhaled sevoflurane.The LMCE grade was determined by two radiologists,and interobserver variability of the grade was calculated using Cohen’s kappa.The LMCE grade was correlated with duration of sedation,age and weight using the Spearman rho rank correlation.RESULTS A total of 63 patients were included.Fourteen(22.2%)cases showed mild LMCE,48(76.1%)cases showed moderate LMCE,and 1 case(1.6%)showed severe LMCE.We found substantial agreement between the two radiologists in detection of pLMCE on post-contrast T1 imaging(kappa value=0.61;P<0.001).Additionally,we found statistically significant inverse and moderate correlations between patient weight and age.There was no correlation between duration of sedation and pLMCE.CONCLUSION pLMCE is relatively common on post-contrast spin echo T1-weighted MRI of pediatric patients sedated by sevoflurane due to their fragile and immature vasculature.It should not be misinterpreted for meningeal pathology.Knowing pertinent clinical history of the child is an essential prerequisite to avoid radiological overcalling and the subsequent burden of additional investigations. | Kiran Hilal Kumail Khandwala Saima Rashid Faheemullah Khan Shayan Sirat Maheen Anwar | 2023 | World Journal of Radiology2023,15,4: | 0 |

For classificationperformance, the proposed models such as Bat levy flight Artificial NeuralNetwork (BatLFANN) and Bat levy Flight Back Propagation (BatLFBP) arecompared with the other state-of-the-art algorithms like Bat Artificial NeuralNetwork (BatANN), Bat back propagation (BatBP), Bat Gaussian distribution Artificial Neural Network (BatGDANN). And Bat Gaussian distributionback propagation (BatGDBP), in-terms of means squared error (MSE) andaccuracy. At time t = 0, the fluid and both the cylinders are at rest and at t = 0 + , cylinders suddenly begin to oscillate around their common axis in a simple harmonic way having angular frequencies ω 1 and ω 2 . The obtained solutions satisfy the governing differential equation and all imposed initial and boundary conditions. The solutions for the motion between the cylinders, when one of them is at rest, can be obtained from our general solutions. | 20 | Helicobacter pylori outer membrane protein Q genotypes and their susceptibility to antiadhesive phytotherapeutic agents显示文摘OBJECTIVE: Helicobacter pylori is a Gram-negative organism. Its outer membrane protein Q(Hop Q) mediates host-pathogen interactions; Hop Q genotypes 1 and 2 are found associating with gastroduodenal pathologies. The authors measured the anti-adhesion effects of the extracts of Abelmoschus esculentus, Zingiber officinale, Trachyspermum ammi, Glycyrrhiza glabra, Curcuma longa and Capsicum annum against Hop Q genotypes and H. pylori cytotoxin-associated gene A(Cag A).METHODS: DNA was extracted by polymerase chain reaction of the Hop Q genotypes(i.e., type 1, type 2 and Cag A) from 115 H. pylori strains. The effect of the extracts from selected dietary ingredients was determined using a gastric adenocarcinoma cell line and a quantitative DNA fragmentation assay. The anti-adhesive effect of these extracts on H. pylori was tested using an anti-adhesion analysis.RESULTS: C. annum, C. longa and A. esculentus showed prominent anti-adhesion effects with resultant values of 17.3% ± 2.9%, 14.6% ± 3.7%, 13.8% ± 3.6%, respectively, against Hop Q type 1 and 13.1% ± 1.7%, 12.1% ± 2%, 11.1% ± 1.6%, respectively, against Hop Q type 2. C. longa(93%), C. annum(89%) and A. esculentus(75%) had better anti-adhesive activity against H. pylori with Hop Q type 1 compared to Hop Q type 2 with respective values of 70%, 64% and 51%.
