| 1 | Efficient signcryption between TPKC and IDPKC and its multi-receiver construction显示文摘The primitive signcryption provides authenticity and privacy simultaneously. In this paper, we present efficient signcryption schemes between the traditional public key cryptosystem (TPKC) and the identity based cryptosystem (IDPKC). In contrast, all the existing signcryption schemes available in the literature, to our knowledge, are limited to within one type of cryptosystem. We also discuss them in the multi-receiver setting. | 2 | Origin and phylogenetic analysis of Tibetan Mastiff based on the mitochondrial DNA sequence显示文摘At present,the Tibetan Mastiff is the oldest and most ferocious dog in the world. However,the origin of the Tibetan Mastiff and its phylogenetic relationship with other large breed dogs such as Saint Bernard are unclear. In this study,the primers were designed accord-ing to the mitochondrial genome sequence of the domestic dog,and the 2,525 bp mitochondrial sequence,containing the whole sequence of Cytochrome b,tRNA-Thr,tRNA-Pro,and control region of the Tibetan Mastiff,was obtained. Using grey wolves and coyotes as out-groups,the Tibetan Mastiff and 12 breeds of domestic dogs were analyzed in phylogenesis. Tibetan Mastiff,domestic dog breeds,and grey wolves were clustered into a group and coyotes were clustered in a group separately. This indicated that the Tibetan Mastiff and the other domestic dogs originated from the grey wolf,and the Tibetan Mastiff belonged to Carnivora,Canidae,Canis,Canis lupus,Canis lupus familiaris on the animal taxonomy. In domestic dogs,the middle and small breed dogs were clustered at first; German Sheepdog,Swedish Elkhound,and Black Russian Terrier were clustered into one group,and the Tibetan Mastiff,Old English Sheepdog,Leonberger,and Saint Bernard were clustered in another group. This confirmed the viewpoint that many of the famous large breed dogs worldwide such as Saint Bernard possibly had the blood lineage of the Tibetan Mastiff,based on the molecular data. | 8 | Short-ciphertext and BDH-based CCA2 secure certificateless encryption显示文摘Certificateless public key cryptosystem actually belongs to identity based cryptography, with an attractive characteristic that the private key generator does not have access to any user’s full private key. Most of the existing certificateless encryption schemes employ the FO-technique and/or strong assumptions, for example GBDH, Gap-BDH and BDHI, to achieve adaptive chosen ciphertext security (CCA2 security). However, FO-technique introduces redundancy in ciphertext, and strong assumption reduces our confidence in the security of the underlying scheme. In this paper, we present a short-ciphertext CCA2 secure certificateless encryption scheme under the standard BDH assumption. | 12 | Light quality regulates plant biomass and fruit quality through a photoreceptor-dependent HY5-LHC/CYCB module in tomato显示文摘Increasing photosynthesis and light capture offers possibilities for improving crop yield and provides a sustainable way to meet the increasing global demand for food.However,the poor light transmittance of transparent plastic films and shade avoidance at high planting density seriously reduce photosynthesis and alter fruit quality in vegetable crops,and therefore it is important to investigate the mechanisms of light signaling regulation of photosynthesis and metabolism in tomato(Solanum lycopersicum).Here,a combination of red,blue,and white(R1W1B0.5)light promoted the accumulation of chlorophyll,carotenoid,and anthocyanin,and enhanced photosynthesis and electron transport rates by increasing the density of active reaction centers and the expression of the genes LIGHT-HARVESTING COMPLEX B(SlLHCB)and A(SlLHCA),resulting in increased plant biomass.In addition,R1W1B0.5 light induced carotenoid accumulation and fruit ripening by decreasing the expression of LYCOPENEβ-CYCLASE(SlCYCB).Disruption of SlCYCB largely induced fruit lycopene accumulation,and reduced chlorophyll content and photosynthesis in leaves under red,blue,and white light.Molecular studies showed that ELONGATED HYPOCOTYL 5(SlHY5)directly activated SlCYCB,SlLHCB,and SlLHCA expression to enhance chlorophyll accumulation and photosynthesis.Furthermore,R1W1B0.5 light-induced chlorophyll accumulation,photosynthesis,and SlHY5 expression were largely decreased in the slphyb1cry1 mutant.Collectively,R1W1B0.5 light noticeably promoted photosynthesis,biomass,and fruit quality through the photoreceptor(SlPHYB1 and SlCRY1)-SlHY5-SlLHCA/B/SlCYCB module in tomato.Thus,the manipulation of light environments in protected agriculture is a crucial tool to regulate the two vital agronomic traits related to crop production efficiency and fruit nutritional quality in tomato. | Jiarong Yan Juan Liu Shengdie Yang Chenghao Jiang Yanan Liu Nan Zhang Xin Sun Ying Zhang Kangyou Zhu Yinxia Peng Xin Bu Xiujie Wang Golam Jalal Ahammed Sida Meng Changhua Tan Yufeng Liu Zhouping Sun Mingfang Qi Feng Wang Tianlai Li | 2023 | Horticulture Research2023,10,12: | 0 |
| 13 | Molecular Dynamics and Preparation of HO-PAMAM-2.5G Protected Lanthanum Cluster显示文摘HO-PAMAM-2.5 G-protected lanthanum cluster was studied by Virtual Molecule(VM) software. Molecular dynamics (MD) simulation of the nanocomposite system was performed from the view-points of molecular structure and energy′s fluctuation in NVT system. The motivation of this work was to understand the stability and mechanism of the nanocomposite in different proportion. The molecular dynamics simulation results reveal that when the quantity of La in per HO-PAMAM-2.5G amounted to 0~60, the radius of gyration of HO-PAMAM-2.5/La nanocomposite is obviously decreased. The potential energy (PE) that determines the stability of nanocomposite is different according to the quantity of La. The energy of the nanocomposite fluctuated clearly within the range of 0~50 La atoms and this fluctuation gradually tends to flatness in 50~80. While the quantity of La reaches 60, the energy of the nanocomposite drops to the lowest point, the system is steady relatively. Whereafter, according to the simulation results, HO-PAMAM-2.5 G-protected lanthanum clusters were prepared and characterized by transmission electron microscopy (TEM).
