1Blockchain and MEC-Assisted Reliable Billing Data Transmission over Electric Vehicular Network:An Actor–Critic RL Approach显示文摘Recently,electric vehicles(EVs)have been widely used under the call of green travel and environmental protection,and diverse requirements for charging are also increasing gradually.In order to ensure the authenticity and privacy of charging information interaction,blockchain technology is proposed and applied in charging station billing systems.However,there are some issues in blockchain itself,including lower computing efficiency of the nodes and higher energy consumption in the consensus process.To handle the above issues,in this paper,combining blockchain and mobile edge computing(MEC),we develop a reliable billing data transmission scheme to improve the computing capacity of nodes and reduce the energy consumption of the consensus process.By jointly optimizing the primary and replica nodes offloading decisions,block size and block interval,the transaction throughput of the blockchain system is maximized,as well as the latency and energy consumption of the system are minimized.Moreover,we formulate the joint optimization problem as a Markov decision process(MDP).To tackle the dynamic and continuity of the system state,the reinforcement learning(RL)is introduced to solve the MDP problem.Finally,simulation results demonstrate that the performance improvement of the proposed scheme through comparison with other existing schemes.Xinyu Ye Meng Li Pengbo Si Ruizhe Yang Enchang Sun Yanhua Zhang 2021China Communications2021,18,8:3
2Fluorine in drinking water and urine in the urban and rural areas of northwestern China——Its determination by a fluoride ion selective electrode显示文摘In this study, the author determined fluorine in drinking water and urine of residents who are divided into four age groups (5, 12, 35-44, 65-74 aged), living in Huangling City, Shaanxi Province and at 6 villages of Qin'an County, Gansu Province, P.R.China. Some residents are living in fluorine exposure areas. A total of 929 residents (463 females and 466 males) involved in the study were selected from 7 tap water systems. Drinking water samples were collected from each area and analyzed using the fluoride ion-selective method. No positive correlation relationship was found between fluorine concentrations in urine and those in drinking water in the area where the fluorine concentrations of drinking water are within the range of 1-2 mg/L. The fluorine absorbed by resistents of different ages is different in amount. With the same concentrations of fluorine in drinking water, more fluorine would be absorbed by young residents than old residents. 3Research on Distributed Data Sharing System based on Internet of Things and Blockchain显示文摘Aiming at the problems of the traditional centralized data sharing platform,such as poor data privacy protection ability,insufficient scalability of the system and poor interaction ability,this paper proposes a distributed data sharing system architecture based on the Internet of Things and blockchain technology.In this system,the distributed consensus mechanism of blockchain and the distributed storage technology are employed to manage the access and storage of Internet of Things data in a secure manner.Up to the physical topology of the network,a hierarchical blockchain network architecture is proposed for local network data storage and global network data sharing,which reduces networking complexity and improves the scalability of the system.In addition,smart contract and distributed machine learning are adopted to design automatic processing functions for different types of data(public or private)and supervise the data sharing process,improving both the security and interactive ability of the system.Enchang SUN Kang MENG Ruizhe YANG Yanhua ZHANG Meng LI 2021Journal of Systems Science and Information2021,9,3:2

7A load balance optimization framework for sharded-blockchain enabled Internet of Things显示文摘Recently,sharded-blockchain has attracted more and more attention.Its inherited immutabili-ty,decentralization,and promoted scalability effectively address the trust issue of the data sharing in the Internet of Things(IoT).Nevertheless,the traditional random allocation between validator groups and transaction pools ignores the differences of shards,which reduces the overall system per-formance due to the unbalance between computing capacity and transaction load.To solve this prob-lem,a load balance optimization framework for sharded-blockchain enabled IoT is proposed,where the allocation between the validator groups and transaction pools is implemented reasonably by deep reinforcement learning(DRL).Specifically,based on the theoretical analysis of the intra-shard consensus and the final system consensus,the optimization of system performance is formed as a Markov decision process(MDP),and the allocation of the transaction pools,the block size,and the block interval are jointly trained in the DRL agent.The simulation results show that the proposed scheme improves the scalability of the sharded blockchain system for IoT.杨兆鑫 YANG Ruizhe LI Meng YU Richard Fei ZHANG Yanhua 2022High Technology Letters2022,28,1:1

9A study on coupling technique and implementation of the wave-circulation coupled model显示文摘The coupler is fundamental for a coupled model to realize complex interactions among component models.This paper focuses on the coupling process of Wave-Circulation(W-C) coupled model which consists of MASNUM(key laboratory of marine science and numerical modeling wave model)and POM(Princeton Ocean Model).The current coupling module of this coupled model is based on the inefficient I/O file,which has already become a performance bottleneck especially when the coupled model utilizes a large number of processes.To improve the performance of the W-C model,a flexible coupling module based on the model coupling toolkit(MCT) is designed and implemented to replace the current I/O file coupling module in the coupled model.Empirical studies that we have carried out demonstrate that our online coupling module can dramatically improve the parallel performance of the coupled model.The online coupling module outperforms the I/O file coupling module.When processes increase to 96,the whole process of EXP-C takes only 695.8 seconds,which is only 58.8%of the execution time of EXP-F.Based on our experiments under 2D Parallel Decomposition(2DPD),we suggest setting parallel decomposition strategies automatically to component models in order to achieve high parallel efficiency.张志远 Liu Li Zhou Yufeng Zhang Cheng Li Ruizhe Chen Yushu Song Guojie Yang Guangwen 2014High Technology Letters2014,20,1:1
10A candy-like photocatalyst by wrapping Co, N-co-doped hollow carbon sphere with ultrathin mesoporous carbon nitride for boosted photocatalytic hydrogen evolution显示文摘Hierarchical carbon material is used as a star cocatalyst in the field of photocatalysis due to its excellent catalytic properties. In this work, mesoporous carbon nitride sheet(MCNS) photocatalyst introduced nitrogen-doped hollow carbon spheres assembled with cobalt nanoparticles(Co@NHC) is synthesized by electrostatic adsorption. A series of characterizations are analyzed to display the structures, morphologies and optical properties of as-prepared materials. The photocatalytic activity of Co@NHC/MCNS material is evaluated with hydrogen evolution under visible light irradiation. The results indicate that 5 wt%Co@NHC/MCNS material reveals higher photocatalytic activity of hydrogen evolution rate of 3675 μmol/g with 4 h reaction time, which is 159 times than that of pure MCNS material. The carbon material with excellent charge transport properties can effectively accelerate the charge transfer from ultrathin MCNS to cobalt nanoparticles. The goal of improving the photocatalytic performance of Co@NHC/MCNS material is achieved. 11Performance analysis of blockchain for civil aviation business data based on M/G/1 queuing theory显示文摘An Ethereum blockchain based on proof of stake ( PoS) consensus mechanism is used to achieve the data sharing within the civil aviation service platform for both airport group management and passengers. Considering the Gas consumption of Ethereum, the dynamic batch-service capacity constraint by the Block Gas Limit and the priority mechanism depending on the different Gas Price of transactions, M/ G/1 queuing theory with batch-service is used to construct the service model of transactions confirmation process in the proposed blockchain system, where the effects of transactions arrival rate, block capacity, service rate and number of nodes on the average confirmation time of transactions with different priority are analyzed, and eventually a performance analysis model of blockchain for civil aviation business data is proposed. 12A compact and reconfigurable low noise amplifier employing combinational active inductors and composite resistors feedback techniques显示文摘A compact and reconfigurable low noise amplifier(LNA)is proposed by combining an input transistor,composite transistors with Darlington configuration as the amplification and output transistor,T-type structure composite resistors instead of a simplex structure resistor,a shunt inductor feedback realized by a tunable active inductor(AI),a shunt inductor peaking technique realized by another tunable AI.The division and collaboration among different resistances in the T-type structure composite resistor realize simultaneously input impedance matching,output impedance matching and good noise performance;the shunt feedback and peaking technique using two tunable AIs not only extend frequency bandwidth and improve gain flatness,but also make the gain and frequency band can be tuned simultaneously by the external bias of tunable AIs;the Darlington configuration of composite transistors provides high gain;furthermore,the adoption of the small size AIs instead of large size passive spiral inductor,and the use of composite resistors make the LNA have a small size.The LNA is fabricated and verified by GaAs/InGaP hetero-junction bipolar transistor(HBT)process.The results show that at the frequency of 7 GHz,the gain S_(21)is maximum and up to 19 dB;the S_(21)can be tuned from 17 dB to 19 dB by tuning external bias of tunable AIs,that is,the tunable amount of S_(21)is 2 dB,and similarly at 8 GHz;the tunable range of 3 dB bandwidth is 1 GHz.In addition,the gain S_(21)flatness is better than 0.4 dB under frequency from 3.1 GHz to 10.6 GHz;the size of the LNA only has 760μm×1260μm(including PADs).Therefore,the proposed strategies in the paper provide a new solution to the design of small size and reconfigurable ultra-wideband(UWB)LNA and can be used further to adjust the variations of gain and bandwidth of radio frequency integrated circuits(RFICs)due to package,parasitic and the variation of fabrication process and temperature.张正 Zhang Yanhua Yang Ruizhe Shen Pei Ding Chunbao Liu Yaze Huang Xin Chen Jitian 2021High Technology Letters2021,27,1:0
13The role of bacteria and its derived biomaterials in cancer radiotherapy显示文摘Bacteria-mediated anti-tumor therapy has received widespread attention due to its natural tumor-targeting ability and specific immune-activation characteristics.It has made significant progress in breaking the limitations of monotherapy and effectively eradicating tumors,especially when combined with traditional therapy,such as radiotherapy.According to their different biological characteristics,bacteria and their derivatives can not only improve the sensitivity of tumor radiotherapy but also protect normal tissues.Moreover,genetically engineered bacteria and bacteria-based biomaterials have further expanded the scope of their applications in radiotherapy.In this review,we have summarized relevant researches on the application of bacteria and its derivatives in radiotherapy in recent years,expounding that the bacteria,bacterial derivatives and bacteria-based biomaterials can not only directly enhance radiotherapy but also improve the anti-tumor effect by improving the tumor microenvironment(TME)and immune effects.Furthermore,some probiotics can also protect normal tissues and organs such as intestines from radiation via anti-inflammatory,anti-oxidation and apoptosis inhibition.In conclusion,the prospect of bacteria in radiotherapy will be very extensive,but its biological safety and mechanism need to be further evaluated and studied.Yu Zhang Ruizhe Huang Yunchun Jiang Wenhao Shen Hailong Pei Guanglin Wang Pei Pei Kai Yang 2023Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2023,13,10:0
14Thermally insulating and fire-retardant bio-mimic structural composites with a negative Poisson's ratio for battery protection显示文摘Battery safety has attracted considerable attention worldwide due to the rapid development of wearable electronics and the steady increase in the production and use of electric vehicles.As battery failures are often associated with mechanical-thermal coupled behaviors,protective shielding materials with excellent mechanical robustness and flame-retardant properties are highly desired to mitigate thermal runaway.However,most of the thermal insulating materials are not strong enough to protect batteries from mechanical abuse,which is one of the most critical scenarios with catastrophic consequences.Here,inspired by wood,we have developed an effective approach to engineer a hierarchical nanocomposite via self-assembly of calcium silicate hydrate and polyvinyl alcohol polymer chains(referred as CSH wood).The versatile protective material CSH wood demonstrates an unprecedented combination of light weight(0.018 g cm-3),high stiffness(204 MPa in the axial direction),negative Poisson's ratio(-0.15),remarkable toughness(6.67×105 J m-3),superior thermal insulation(0.0204 W m-1 K-1 in the radial direction),and excellent fire retardancy(UL94-V0).When applied as a protective cover or a protective layer within battery packages,the tough CSH wood can resist high-impact load and block heat diffusion to block or delay the spread of fire,therefore significantly reducing the risk of property damage or bodily injuries caused by battery explosions.This work provides new pathways for fabricating advanced thermal insulating materials with large scalability and demonstrates great potential for the protection of electronic devices.Fengyin Du Zuquan Jin Ruizhe Yang Menglong Hao Jiawei Wang Gang Xu Wenqiang Zuo Zifan Geng Hao Pan Tian Li Wei Zhang Wei She 2023Carbon Energy2023,5,12:0
15CD71-mediated liposomal arsenic-nickel complex combined with all-trans retinoic acid for the efficacy of acute promyelocytic leukemia显示文摘Clinically,arsenic trioxide(ATO)was applied to the treatment of acute promyelocytic leukemia(APL)as a reliable and effective frontline drug.However,the administration regimen of AsⅢwas limited due to its fast clearance,short therapeutic window and toxicity as well.Based on CD71 overexpressed on APL cells,in present study,a transferrin(Tf)-modified liposome(LP)was established firstly to encapsulate AsⅢin arsenic-nickel complex by nickel acetate gradient method.The AsⅢ-loaded liposomes(AsLP)exhibited the feature of acid-sensitive release in vitro.Tf-modified AsLP(Tf-AsLP)were specifically taken up by APL cells and the acidic intracellular environment triggered liposome to release AsⅢwhich stimulated reactive oxygen species level and caspase-3 activity.Tf-AsLP prolonged half-life of AsⅢin blood circulation,lowered systemic toxicity,and promoted apoptosis and induced cell differentiation at lesion site in vivo.Considering that ATO combined with RA is usually applied as the first choice in clinic for APL treatment to improve the therapeutic effect,accordingly,a Tf-modified RA liposome(Tf-RALP)was designed to reduce the severe side effects of free RA and assist Tf-AsLP for better efficacy.As expected,the tumor inhibition rate of Tf-AsLP was improved significantly with the combination of Tf-RALP on subcutaneous tumor model.Furthermore,APL orthotopic NOD/SCID mice model was established by 60CO irradiation and HL-60 cells intravenously injection.The effect of co-administration(Tf-AsLP+Tf-RALP)was also confirmed to conspicuous decrease the number of leukemia cells in the circulatory system and prolong the survival time of APL mice by promoting the APL cells’apoptosis and differentiation in peripheral blood and bone marrow.Collectively,Tf-modified acid-sensitive AsLP could greatly reduce the systemic toxicity of free drug.Moreover,Tf-AsLP combined with Tf-RALP could achieve better efficacy.Thus,transferrinmodified AsⅢliposome would be a novel clinical strategy to improve patient compliance,with promising translation prospects.Xiao Liu Lili Zhang Yueying Yang Weiwei Yin Yunhu Liu Chunyi Luo Ruizhe Zhang Zhiguo Long Yanyan Jiang Bing Wang 2023Asian Journal of Pharmaceutical Sciences2023,18,4:0
16Detection of abnormal hydroponic lettuce leaves based on image processing and machine learning显示文摘Accurate and fast detection of abnormal hydroponic lettuce leaves is primary technology for robotic sorting.Yellow and rotten leaves are main types of abnormal leaves in hydroponic lettuce.This study aims to demonstrate a feasibility of detecting yellow and rotten leaves of hydroponic lettuce by machine learning models,i.e.Multiple Linear Regression(MLR),K-Nearest Neighbor(KNN),and Support Vector Machine(SVM).One-way analysis of variance was applied to reduce RGB,HSV,and L*a*b*features number of hydroponic lettuce images.Image binarization,image mask,and image filling methods were employed to segment hydroponic lettuce from an image for models testing.Results showed that G,H,and a*were selected from RGB,HSV,and L*a*b*for training models.It took about 20.25 s to detect an image with 30244032 pixels by KNN,which was much longer than MLR(0.61 s)and SVM(1.98 s).MLR got detection accuracies of 89.48%and 99.29%for yellow and rotten leaves,respectively,while SVM reached 98.33%and 97.91%,respectively.SVM was more robust than MLR in detecting yellow and rotten leaves of hydroponic.Thus,it was possible for abnormal hydroponic lettuce leaves detection by machine learning methods.Ruizhe Yang Zhenchao Wu Wentai Fang Hongliang Zhang Wenqi Wang Longsheng Fu Yaqoob Majeed Rui Li Yongjie Cui 2023Information Processing in Agriculture2023,10,1:0
17Transferring in control plane for 5G heterogeneous networks显示文摘The heterogeneous network with the separation of the control plane and user plane(C/U) is an evolutionary approach to the fifth generation(5 G) to achieve high system coverage and capacity. To minimize signaling load of the core network when there is a macro base station(BS) failure in the control plane, a scheme of transferring the control of small cells under the coverage of the failure macro BS to the neighbor macro BSs is proposed. The average handover rates between small cells related to user mobilities, the extended coverage of the neighboring macro BSs under the constraint of transmitting power and the load balance index of the system are analyzed, based on which the formula of maximizing the handovers processed by macro BSs is constructed and further solved by the convex optimization methods. 18Distinct molecular targets of ProEGCG from EGCG and superior inhibition of angiogenesis signaling pathways for treatment of endometriosis显示文摘Endometriosis is a common chronic gynecological disease with endometrial cell implantation outside the uterus.Angiogenesis is a major pathophysiology in endometriosis.Our previous studies have demonstrated that the prodrug of epigallocatechin gallate(ProEGCG)exhibits superior anti-endometriotic and anti-angiogenic effects compared to epigallocatechin gallate(EGCG).However,their direct binding targets and underlying mechanisms for the differential effects remain unknown.In this study,we demonstrated that oral ProEGCG can be effective in preventing and treating endometriosis.Additionally,1D and 2D Proteome Integral Solubility Alteration assay-based chemical proteomics identified metadherin(MTDH)and PX domain containing serine/threonine kinase-like(PXK)as novel binding targets of EGCG and ProEGCG,respectively.Computational simulation and BioLayer interferometry were used to confirm their binding affinity.Our results showed that MTDH-EGCG inhibited protein kinase B(Akt)-mediated angiogenesis,while PXK-ProEGCG inhibited epidermal growth factor(EGF)-mediated angiogenesis via the EGF/hypoxia-inducible factor(HIF-1a)/vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)pathway.In vitro and in vivo knockdown assays and microvascular network imaging further confirmed the involvement of these signaling pathways.Moreover,our study demonstrated that ProEGCG has superior therapeutic effects than EGCG by targeting distinct signal transduction pathways and may act as a novel antiangiogenic therapy for endometriosis.Sze Wan Hung Massimiliano Gaetani Yiran Li Zhouyurong Tan Xu Zheng Ruizhe Zhang Yang Ding Gene Chi Wai Man Tao Zhang Yi Song Yao Wang Jacqueline Pui Wah Chung Tak Hang Chan Roman A.Zubarev Chi Chiu Wang 2024Journal of Pharmaceutical Analysis2024,14,1:0

20Optimizing MDS-coded cache-enable wireless network:a blockchain-based cooperative deep reinforcement learning approach显示文摘Mobile distributed caching(MDC)as an emerging technology has drawn attentions for its ability to shorten the distance between users and data in the wireless network.However,the DC network state in the existing work is always assumed to be either static or real-time updated.To be more realistic,a periodically updated wireless network using maximum distance separable(MDS)-coded DC is studied,in each period of which the devices may arrive and leave.For the efficient optimization of the system with large scale,this work proposes a blockchain-based cooperative deep reinforcement learning(DRL)approach,which enhances the efficiency of learning by cooperating and guarantees the security in cooperation by the practical Byzantine fault tolerance(PBFT)-based blockchain mechanism.Numerical results are presented,and it illustrates that the proposed scheme can dramatically reduce the total file download delay in DC network under the guarantee of security and efficiency.张正 Yang Ruizhe Yu Fei Richard Zhang Yanhua Li Meng 2021High Technology Letters2021,27,2:0
