2Design Technologies for Silicon-Based High-Efficiency RF Power Amplifiers:A Brief Overview显示文摘This paper presents a brief overview of several promising design technologies for high efficiency silicon-based radio frequency(RF) power amplifiers(PAs) as well as the use of these technologies in mobile broadband wireless communications.Four important aspects of PA design are addressed in this paper.First,we look at class-E PA design equations and provide an example of a class-E PA that achieves efficiency of 65-70% at 2.4 GHz.Then,we discuss state-of-the-art envelope tracking(ET) design for monolithic wideband RF mobile transmitter applications.A brief overview of Doherty PA design for the next-generation wireless handset applications is then given.Towards the end of the paper,we discuss an inherently broadband and highly efficient class-J PA design targeting future multi-band multi-standard wireless communication protocols.Ruili Wu Jerry Lopez Yan Li Donald Y.C.Lie 2011ZTE Communications2011,9,3:1
3Immunomodulatory hybrid bio-nanovesicle for self-promoted photodynamic therapy显示文摘Thylakoid(Tk)membranes are of unique superiority in photodynamic therapy(PDT)because they not only carry abundant chlorophylls containing photosensitizer porphyrin but also can produce O_(2).However,the current therapeutic performance of Tk is dramatically limited because of their poor tumor targeting and inefficient O_(2) production.Here,we report an immunomodulatory bio-nanovesicle of Tk membranes fused with M1 macrophage-derived extracellular vesicles(M1 EV)for efficient PDT of tumors.The hybrid nanovesicle Tk@M1 was prepared by squeezing the Tk membranes of spinach with M1 EV.The systemic study confirmed that Tk@M1 can not only actively accumulate in tumors but also effectively regulate the inactive immune microenvironment of tumors.Such activated'hot'tumors significantly enhance the PDT efficacy of Tk@M1 attributed to the increased O_(2) from catalase catalyzed decomposition of augmented H_(2)O_(2),providing a novel idea about constructing natural systems for effective tumor treatment.Houli Liu Yao Lei Weidong Nie Helin Zhao Yuzhu Wu Liping Zuo Guanghao Wu Ruili Yang Hai-Yan Xie 2022Nano Research2022,15,5:1

9Air pollution health burden embodied in China's supply chains显示文摘Product trade plays an increasing role in relocating production and the associated air pollution impact among sectors and regions.While a comprehensive depiction of atmospheric pollution redistribution through trade chains is missing,which may hinder targeted clean air cooperation among sectors and regions.Here,we combined five state-of-the-art models from physics,economy,and epidemiology to track the anthropogenic fine particle matters(PM_(2.5))related premature mortality along the supply chains within China in 2017.Our results highlight the key sectors that affect PM_(2.5)-related mortality from both production and consumption perspectives.The consumption-based effects from food,light industry,equipment,construction,and services sectors,caused 2e22 times higher deaths than those from a production perspective and totally contributed 63%of the national total.From a cross-boundary perspective,25.7%of China's PM_(2.5)-related deaths were caused by interprovincial trade,with the largest transfer occurring from the central and northern regions to well-developed east coast provinces.Capital investment dominated the cross-boundary effect(56%of the total)by involving substantial equipment and construction products,which greatly rely on product exports from regions with specific resources.This supply chain-based analysis provides a comprehensive quantification and may inform more effective joint-control efforts among associated regions and sectors from a health risk perspective.Hongyan Zhao Ruili Wu Yang Liu Jing Cheng Guannan Geng Yixuan Zheng Hezhong Tian Kebin He Qiang Zhang 2023Environmental Science and Ecotechnology2023,,4:0

12Thylakoid engineered M2 macrophage for sonodynamic effect promoted cell therapy of early atherosclerosis显示文摘Atherosclerosis is the most common cause of cardiovascular diseases that contribute to the major morbidity worldwide,but still lacking of effective treatment strategy.Here,a hybrid cell is constructed for the sonodynamic effect promoted cell therapy of early atherosclerosis by fusing M2 macrophages with thylakoid(TK)membranes.After systemic administration,the obtained TK-M2 actively accumulates in the early atherosclerotic plaques,wherein M2 macrophages relieve the cholesterol accumulation and the inflammation in the foam cells.Meanwhile,the TK membranes decorated on the M2 macrophages exhibit both type I and type II sonodynamic effects under ultrasound(US)activation,inducing the direct apoptosis of foam cells.The cooperation of M2 and TK leads to significant outcome in eliminating atherosclerotic plaques without obvious side-effects,providing a new avenue for atherosclerosis treatment.Guanghao Wu Changwen Mu Qianru Zhao Yao Lei Ran Cheng Weidong Nie Jiamin Qu Yuping Dong Ruili Yang Haiyan Xie 2024Nano Research2024,17,4:0
13Characteristics of the multiple replicon plasmid IncX1-X1 in multidrug-resistant Escherichia coli from Malayan pangolin(Manis javanica)显示文摘Potential zoonotic pathogens may be transmitted from wildlife to humans through the illegal wild meat trade,which has become a pressing issue.However,research on the antimicrobial resistance genes(ARGs)of Malayan pangolin(Manis javanica)intestinal bacteria is limited.Here,multidrug-resistant Escherichia coli M172-1(ST354)isolated from Malayan pangolin feces in 2019 was found to be resistant to 13 antibiotics.BGWAS analysis revealed 4 plas-mids,namely,pM172-1.1,pM172-1.2,pM172-1.3,and pM172-1.4,in the isolate.The pM172-1.2,pM172-1.3,and pM172-1.4 plasmids carried ARGs,namely,IncHI2-HI2A,IncX1-X1,and IncX1,respectively.pM172-1.3 and pM172-1.4 contained intact IntI1 integrons(Is26/IntI1/arr2/cmlA5/blaOXA-10/ant(3′′)-IIA/dfrA14/Is26).No-tably,pM172-1.3 resulted from the fusion of 2 pM172-1.4 copies and carried many more ARGs.In addition to pM172-1.3 from the same host,other drug-resistant bacteria(E.coli M159-1(ST48),E.coli S171-1(ST206),and Klebsiella pneumoniae S174-1(ST2354))in the same Malayan pangolin fecal samples also carried 3 plasmids with 100%gene coverage of pM172-1.4 and 99.98%identity.Therefore,ARGs in IncX1 might spread in the intestinalflora of Malayan pangolin and between species via the illegal food chain,posing a potential threat to public health and safety.Fang JI Shelan LIU Xue WANG Jianan ZHAO Jiayue ZHU Jianchun YANG Chenglin ZHANG Zhongxin JIA Ruili ZHAO Guocheng HU Jing WANG Jianhua QIN Gang LI Bin WU Chengmin WANG 2023Integrative Zoology2023,18,2:0
