1Incorporating the magnetic alignment of GO composites into Pebax matrix for gas separation显示文摘The mixed matrix membranes(MMMs) were developed by incorporating graphite oxide(GO) flakes functionalized with iron oxide(Fe_3O_4) into Pebax matrix. The Pebax/Fe_3O_4–GO MMMs were used to separate CO_2/CH_4 and CO_2/N_2 gas mixture. The results showed that the MMMs with magnetic alignment presented the better gas separation performance than that of random arrangement of Pebax/Fe_3O_4–GO mixed matrix membranes. The reason was that the Fe_3O_4–GO flakes arranged magnetically in the membrane played a multiple role in improving the performance of MMMs. Firstly, under the action of the magnetic field,the magnetic alignment of Fe_3O_4–GO flakes in Pebax matrix constructed the shorter transfer path for gas molecule, increasing the CO_2 permeability. Secondly, the hydroxyl groups in GO flakes and the presence of Fe_3O_4 have stronger binding force for water, improving the CO_2 solubility selectivity. Thirdly, the better interaction between the magnetic alignment of GO composites and polymer matrix, reduced the interface defects. Especially, the optimum gas separation performance was obtained at the Fe_3O_4–GO flakes content of 3 wt% in Pebax matrix at vertical arrangement with selectivity of 47 and 75 for CO_2/CH_4 and CO_2/N_2, respectively, and CO_2 permeability of 538 Barrer at 0.2 MPa and room temperature.Weifang Zhu Yun Qin Zhongming Wang Jianshu Zhang Ruili Guo Xueqin Li 2019Journal of Energy Chemistry2019,28,4:5
2Effect of acupuncture at Renying(ST 9) on gene expression profile of hypothalamus in spontaneously hypertensive rats显示文摘OBJECTIVE: To investigate changes in gene expression profiles in the hypothalamus related to the effects of acupuncture at the Renying(ST 9) acupoint in spontaneously hypertensive(SH) rats.METHODS: We randomly divided 18 SH rats into Renying(ST 9) group and model control group, 9 body weight-matched Wistar-Kyoto rats were used as blank controls. Acupuncture was performed manually for 20-min daily over 28 d in the Renying(ST 9) group. Rat Gene 2.0 array technology was used for the determination of gene expression profiles and the screened key genes were verified by real-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR) analyses.RESULTS: The different groups exhibited differential gene expression: compared with the blank control group, 48 genes were up-regulated and 91 genes were down-regulated in the model group;compared with the model group, 79 genes were up-regulated and 80 genes were down-regulated in Renying(ST 9) group. The RT-PCR results of the key genes including Chi3 l1, Ephx2, Klk1, 5-HT1 A and Cbs were consistent with that of gene chip analysis.CONCLUTION: Acupuncture at Renying(ST 9)could significantly lower the blood pressure of SH rats and affect their hypothalamic gene expression profile. 3Preparation and adsorption performance of multi-morphology H_(1.6)Mn_(1.6)O_(4) for lithium extraction显示文摘In this paper,a lithium-ion sieve(LIS)with different morphologies,such as rod-like(LIS-R),spherical(LIS-S),flower-like(LIS-F),and three-dimensional macroporous-mesoporous(LIS-3D),was prepared by hydrothermal synthesis,solid reaction,and hard-template synthesis.The results showed that the LIS with different morphologies presented great differences in specific surface area,pore volume,adsorption selectivity,and structure stability.LIS-3D with highest specific surface area and pore volume displayed the maximum adsorption capacity and adsorption rate,but the stability of LIS-3D was poor because of the manganese dissolution.By comparison,LIS-S has the best structural stability while maintaining a satisfactory adsorption capacity(35.02 mg·g^(-1))and adsorption rate.The LIS-S remained about 90%of the original adsorption capacity after five cycles of adsorption-desorption process.In addition,in the simulated brine system(the magnesium to lithium ratio of 400),the LIS-S exhibited the highest selectivity(α_(Mg)^(Li))of 425.14.In sum,the LIS-S with good morphology is a potential adsorbent for lithium extraction from brine.Xiulei Li Baifu Tao Qingyuan Jia Ruili Guo 2021Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2021,34,6:3
4Registration Based on ORB and FREAK Features for Augmented Reality Systems显示文摘This paper proposes a novel registration method for augmented reality(AR) systems based on Oriented FAST and RotatedBRIEF(ORB) and Fast Retina Keypoint(FREAK) natural features. In the proposed ORBFREAK method, feature extraction is implemented based on the combination of ORB and FREAK, and the feature points are matched using Hamming distance. To get good matching points, cross-checks and least median squares are used to perform outlier filtration, and camera pose is estimated using the matched points. 5Mixed matrix membrane containing metal oxide nanosheets for efficient CO_(2)separation显示文摘The two-dimensional(2D)nanosheet zinc cobaltate(ZnCo_(2)O_(4))was added into polyether block amide(Pebax)matrix to prepare mixing matrix membrane(MMM)for separating carbon dioxide(CO_(2))/methane(CH4)gas mixture.The 2D porous ZnCo_(2)O_(4)nanosheets were composed of chemically interconnected metal oxide nanoparticles.The ZnCo_(2)O_(4)nanoparticles in the nanosheets constructed large-quantity pores of 11.78 nm and provided abundant transfer channels for gas molecule.Moreover,the synergistic effect of bimetallic Zn^(2+)and Co^(2+)would promote the generation of oxygen vacancies(Oδ-),which could provide more CO_(2)(Cδ+)adsorption sites,thereby increased the selectivity of the membrane.The large aspect ratio of the ultra-thin ZnCo_(2)O_(4)nanosheets showed better dispersion in the membrane.The pure gas separation performance data showed the CO_(2)permeability and CO_(2)/CH4 selectivity of Pebax/ZnCo_(2)O_(4)membrane were 139.10 Barrer and 15.38,respectively,when the filling amount was 0.5 wt%.Compared with pure Pebax membrane,the separation performance(permeability and selectivity)were increased with 165.67%and 75.57%,respectively.Weifang Zhu Fu Liu Minmin Gou Ruili Guo Xueqin Li 2021Green Chemical Engineering2021,2,1:2

13Transcriptomic and epigenomic remodeling occurs during vascular cambium periodicity in Populus tomentosa显示文摘Trees in temperate regions exhibit evident seasonal patterns,which play vital roles in their growth and development.The activity of cambial stem cells is the basis for regulating the quantity and quality of wood,which has received considerable attention.However,the underlying mechanisms of these processes have not been fully elucidated.Here we performed a comprehensive analysis of morphological observations,transcriptome profiles,the DNA methylome,and miRNAs of the cambium in Populus tomentosa during the transition from dormancy to activation.Anatomical analysis showed that the active cambial zone exhibited a significant increase in the width and number of cell layers compared with those of the dormant and reactivating cambium.Furthermore,we found that differentially expressed genes associated with vascular development were mainly involved in plant hormone signal transduction,cell division and expansion,and cell wall biosynthesis.In addition,we identified 235 known miRNAs and 125 novel miRNAs.Differentially expressed miRNAs and target genes showed stronger negative correlations than other miRNA/target pairs.Moreover,global methylation and transcription analysis revealed that CG gene body methylation was positively correlated with gene expression,whereas CHG exhibited the opposite trend in the downstream region.Most importantly,we observed that the number of CHH differentially methylated region(DMR)changes was the greatest during cambium periodicity.Intriguingly,the genes with hypomethylated CHH DMRs in the promoter were involved in plant hormone signal transduction,phenylpropanoid biosynthesis,and plant–pathogen interactions during vascular cambium development.These findings improve our systems-level understanding of the epigenomic diversity that exists in the annual growth cycle of trees.Bo Chen Huimin Xu Yayu Guo Paul Grunhofer Lukas Schreiber Jinxing Lin Ruili Li 2021Horticulture Research2021,8,1:0
14The evaluation of voting rules based on voting networks:Weber problem with support domain显示文摘This study focuses on improving the Weber model to obtain a more optimised solution, by whichwe can measure effectively the quality of the voting rules. By introducing the voter’s supportingdomain and the candidate’s supported degree to depict the emotional factors of voters and thereal voting network, we propose the concept of validity for a candidate. Upon the traditionalWeber model, two improved models are presented and the corresponding global optimal candidateis used as the evaluation benchmark for the voting rules. The experiments show that theoptimal solution of the two models has better robustness in complex voting networks, can beused as a standard to evaluate the voting rules. 15Effect of periodic wide atmospheric pressure change on CO emission in closed goaf显示文摘Atmospheric pressure fuctuation is one of the most important factors afecting the climate environment and gas emission in the fre area.To obtain the infuence rule of the surface atmospheric pressure change on the gas sampling and abnormal emission in the mine closed goaf,the No.1 coal mine in Dananhu was taken as the research object.Using Fourier transform and Fisher harmonic analysis and other statistical methods,the infuence of the periodic variation of atmospheric pressure on the gas leakage and outfow in the closed goaf was studied.The results showed that there were three atmospheric pressure periods of 15.2 d,1 d and 182.2 d,and the probability was greater than 95%.The time period with the highest number of atmospheric pressure peaks was 7:00–8:00,which accounted for 20.2%of total occurrence number in a day.And the time periods with the highest number of atmospheric pressure trough were 2:00,15:00 and 16:00,accounting for 27.4%.The peak-to-trough transition time was mainly concentrated around 6 h,and the diurnal variation curve of atmospheric pressure was mainly bimodal.The atmospheric pressure change rate was mostly concentrated in 10–50 Pa/h.It was determined that the distance that the gas sampling pipe was pre-laid into the inner side of the closed wall should be greater than 44.4 m,and the CO concentration and atmospheric pressure in the closed goaf were both periodic and negative with atmospheric pressure.The research results have important guiding signifcance for the monitoring,early warning and environmental protection of the goaf.Zhuangzhuang Shao Bo Tan Ruili Hu Xiaozhen Song Yan Guo Tianze Li Shuhui Fu Chaohuan Chen Haiyan Wang 2023International Journal of Coal Science & Technology2023,10,4:0
