| 1 | Design and experiment on intelligent fuzzy monitoring system for corn planters显示文摘When sowing summer corn without tillage,it is necessary to ensure that the furrow opener is free from straw congestion and that the spacing of the sowing can be adjusted according to the breeds of corn and the preset seeding rate per acre.On the basis of the structural features of newly developed no-tillage corn fertilizers,an intelligent fuzzy monitoring system for corn planters was developed in this study.The system facilitates automatic control of the spacing adjustment and the status monitor for the fertilizer tank,seed tank,and seeding orifice.According to the preset number of rows,line spacing,number of plants per acre,and seed germination rate,the control rate can be calculated through designing in surveillance software.The control rate is output to the fuzzy controller through the digital output module of the CAN bus.Fuzzy control is applied to the DC motor for stepless adjustment of the spacing.A system for video surveillance of the working status of a planter is developed for displaying a real-time video image of the planter operation and achieving an anti-congestion status monitoring of a no-tillage planting operation in a dusty environment.Through field trials,the detection accuracy was 91.4%.The seed-clogging fault-alarm accuracy was 96.0%.The entire system remained stable and reliable. | Du Ruicheng Gong Bingcai Liu Ningning Wang Chenchen Yang Zidong Ma Mingjian | 2013 | International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2013,6,3: | 16 |

| 3 | Identification of the lower limit of high-quality source rocks and its relation to hydrocarbon accumulation——Taking the Beier Sag in the Hailaer Basin as an example显示文摘The theory of 'source rock control' has evolved from source-rock-control hydrocarbon accumulation, to effective source-rock-control hydrocarbon accumulation, and to high-quality source-rock-control hydrocarbon accumulation. However, there are problems, such as whether high-quality source rocks exist or not? What high-quality source rocks are, and how to identify them, are yet to be agreed upon. Aimed at this issue of concern to explorationists, and taking the Beier Sag in the Hailaer Basin as an example, this paper defines the high-quality source rocks and the lower limit for evaluation of high-quality source rocks, by using the inflection point on the relationship curve of hydrocarbon (oil) expulsion, which is calculated by the material balance principle, versus total organic carbon (TOC). The results show that when TOC is low, all source rocks have limited hydrocarbon expulsion and slow growth rate, thus they cannot be high-quality source rocks. However, when TOC rises to some threshold, hydrocarbon expulsion increases significantly with TOC. This inflection point should be the lower limit of high-quality source rocks: those with TOC greater than the inflection-point value are high-quality source rocks. In addition, the lower limit of high-quality source rocks is also related to the type and maturity of organic matters in the source rocks, as well as the mineral components of the source rocks affecting the residual hydrocarbons. Theoretically, the lower limit of high-quality source rocks depends on geological conditions rather than being a constant value. However, for the sake of simplicity and practicability, in this paper TOC=2.0% is regarded as the lower limit of high-quality source rocks. The examination of such standard in the work area indicates that the high-quality source rocks in members K 1 n 2 and K 1 n 1 of the Nantun formation contribute 76% and 82% to oil generation, and 96% and 91% to oil expulsion , respectively. | 4 | Effects of key design parameters of tine furrow opener on soil seedbed properties显示文摘The structural parameters of tine furrow openers have significant effects on soil property of seed furrow in no-till planting,thereby affecting crop growth and yields.In order to analyze the effects of key parameters of tine furrow openers on soil properties(soil bulk density,soil water-stable aggregates(WSA),and soil disturbance)of the surface soil layer of 0-10 cm and surface straw disturbance,the tine furrow openers with different structural parameters,including cutting edge thickness,cutting edge curve,penetration clearance angle and rake angle,were designed and tested under no-till conditions.Orthogonal test and single factor test were performed to analyze the effects of different parameters.Results showed that the rake angle,cutting edge thickness and cutting edge curve had significant effects on cross-sectional area of furrow(Af)and disturbance of surface straw;the rake angle had a significant effect on soil bulk density.Soil types and operating depth had significant effects on soil disturbance caused by tine furrow openers.The concave type tine furrow opener produced the lowest soil disturbance and soil bulk density of seed furrow,the highest surface straw disturbance and the greatest content of WSA(>0.5 mm).With increasing rake angles of tine furrow opener,the width of seedbed(Wsb)and the Af decreased first and then increased,respectively,while the width of soil throw(Wst)and the height of ridge(Hr)increased.The Wsb and Af created by tine furrow opener with 60°rake angle were significantly lower than that with others,respectively.The tine furrow opener with rake angle ranged from 45°to 60°created the lowest soil bulk density.As the penetration clearance angle increased,the content of WSA(>0.5 mm)decreased,but the effect of penetration clearance angle on the content of WSA(<0.5 mm)was not significant.The cutting edge thickness(<2 mm)had no significant effects on soil properties of seedbed.This study could provide a reference for optimal design of the tine furrow opener to create more suitable seedbed environment,and promote the application of the light no-till planters. | Zhang Xiangcai Li Hongwen Du Ruicheng Ma Shaochun He Jin Wang Qingjie Chen Wanzhi Zheng Zhiqi Zhang Zhiqiang | 2016 | International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2016,9,3: | 7 |
| 5 | Vertical Variation of Nitrogen Fixers and Ammonia Oxidizers along a Sediment Profile in the Dajiuhu Peatland, Central China显示文摘To investigate the vertical variation of microbial functional groups particular nitrogen fixers and ammonia oxidizers, sediment samples from a 155 cm deep peat profile were collected from the acidic Dajiuhu Peatland and subsequently subjected to clone library construction and quantification. Results showed that nifH gene abundance varied between 105–108 copies per gram dry sediment and reduced gradually with depth. The abundances of ammonia oxidizing archaea(AOA) and ammonia oxidizing bacteria(AOB) abundance were generally comparable in each sample. More AOA was observed with a depth ?55 cm, whereas AOB was more abundant with a depth >55 cm. Phylogenetically nifH could be divided into 94 OTUs which mainly affiliated with ?-Proteobacteria. AOA were affiliated with Nitrosotalea from Group 1.1 a associated(nearly 90%) and Nitrososphaera from Group I.1 b. All AOB belonged to Nitrosospira. Notably, DJH11 with the depth of 50–55 cm was observed to have the highest abundance and the highest diversity of nitrogen fixers and ammonia oxidizers among all the samples. Pearson's correlation analysis showed a positive relationship between water content and p H with the nifH gene abundance. | 14 | Analysis of Risk Factors of Postoperative Neurological Complications in Patients with Stanford Type A Aortic Dissection Undergoing Sun’s Procedure显示文摘Objective:This study analyzed the risk factors of neurological complications in patients with Stanford type A aortic dissection after Sun’s procedure in a single-center with the purpose of improving the effects.Methods:From January 2019 to December 2020,the clinical data of 480 patients with Stanford type A aortic dissection,who were treated by Sun’s procedure in our center were retrospectively analyzed.Univariate and multivariate logistic regression analyses were used to determine the risk factors of postoperative neurological complications.According to whether there were neurological complications after surgery,they were divided into two groups:the group with complications(n=70)and the group without complications(n=410).The clinical data of the two groups were collected and compared.Results:There were 70 cases of patients with postoperative neurological complications in 480 cases.The incidence rates of temporary neurological dysfunction(TND)and permanent neurological dysfunction(PND)was 11.5%(55/480)and 3.1%(15/480),respectively.Univariate analysis showed that the age(≥70 years),stroke history,femoral artery intubation and cardiopulmonary bypass(CPB)time were associated with postoperative PND(p<0.05).Renal dysfunction,emergency surgery,postoperative hypernatremia,postoperative hyperglycemia,postoperative hypoxemia,postoperative low cardiac output syndrome,and assisted time of suction influenced the occurrence of postoperative TND(p<0.05).Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that age(≥70 years),stroke history,femoral artery intubation and CPB time were independent risk factors for PND.Renal dysfunction,emergency surgery,postoperative hypernatremia,postoperative hyperglycemia,postoperative hypoxemia,postoperative low cardiac output syndrome,and aspiration time were independent risk factors for TND.Compared with the two groups,the hospitalization time and ICU time of the patients in the neurological complications group were significantly prolonged,and the mortality rate was significantly increased(p<0.05).Conclusion:There are many risk factors for neurological complications in patients with Stanford type A aortic dissection after surgery.With the improvement of surgical techniques,optimization of cerebral perfusion,and interventions for risk factors,Sun’s procedure remains the preferred treatment for Stanford type A aortic dissection. | Hui Zhang Ruicheng Zhang Hua Zhang Feng Li Jianming Zhao Shen Ma Rujun Zhu Pingfan Wang | 2021 | Journal of Clinical and Nursing Research2021,5,6: | 0 |
| 15 | Composition and Function of Bacterial Communities of Bryophytes and Their Underlying Sediments in the Dajiuhu Peatland, Central China显示文摘Symbiotic microbiomes of Sphagnum have been confirmed to play a fundamental role in carbon and nitrogen cycles, however, little is known about microbiomes associated with other bryophytes in subtropical peatland ecosystems. To explore the differences in community structure, metabolic potential and interaction relationship of bacterial microbiomes associated with different bryophytes species, the gametophytes of three bryophyte species(Sphagnum palustre, Aulacomnium androgynum, and Polytrichum commune) and their underlying peat sediments were collected from the subtropical Dajiuhu Peatland and subjected to Illumina high-throughout sequencing of 16S r RNA gene. Results showed that bacterial diversity was lowest in S. palustre, the dominant moss species, among the three moss species investigated in Dajiuhu Peatland. Bacterial communities from bryophytes clearly separated with those from sediments as indicated by both phylogenetic and taxonomical approaches. Linear discriminant analysis effect size(LEf Se) identified 30 and 36 indicator taxa in mosses and peat sediments. Bacteroidetes, Verrucomicrobia and Thermoleophilia significantly enriched in S. palustre, A. androgynum and P. commune, Chloroflexi, Proteobacteria and Acidobacteria subgroup 6 was indicator taxa for corresponding underlying sediments, respectively. Despite of these differences in compositions, bacterial functional structures were similar among all bryophytes, such as abundant aerobic heterotrophs, rare nitrifiers and denitrifiers. This phenomenon was also observed among the underlying sediments. Network analysis indicated that Proteobacteria and Acidobacteria located in the center of network and exerted strong interactions to other taxa. The sub-network of bacterial communities in sediments was more connected and microbial groups were more competitive than those in bryophytes subnetwork. | 16 | Mechanism of ball milled activated carbon in improving the desalination performance of flow-and fixed-electrode in capacitive deionization desalination显示文摘Capacitive deionization(CDI)is a novel electrochemical water-treatment technology.The electrode material is an important factor in determining the ion separation efficiency.Activated carbon(AC)is extensively used as an electrode material;however,there are still many deficiencies in commercial AC.We adopted a simple processing method,ball milling,to produce ball milled AC(BAC)to improve the physical and electrochemical properties of the original AC and desalination efficiency.The BAC was characterized in detail and used for membrane capacitive deionization(MCDI)and flow-electrode capacitive deionization(FCDI)electrode materials.After ball milling,the BAC obtained excellent pore structures and favorable surfaces for ion adsorption,which reduced electron transfer resistance and ion migration resistance in the electrodes.The optimal ball-milling time was 10 h.However,the improved effects of BAC as fixed electrodes and flow electrodes are different and the related mechanisms are discussed in detail.The average salt adsorption rates(ASAR)of FCDI and MCDI were improved by 134%and 17%,respectively,and the energy-normalized removal salt(ENRS)were enhanced by 21%and 53%,respectively.We believe that simple,low-cost,and environmentally friendly BAC has great potential for practical engineering applications of FCDI and MCDI. | Ge Shen Junjun Ma Jianrui Niu Ruina Zhang Jing Zhang Xiaoju Wang Jie Liu Jiarong Gu Ruicheng Chen Xiqing Li Chun Liu | 2023 | Frontiers of Environmental Science & Engineering2023,17,5: | 0 |

| 18 | A new generation M^(pro)inhibitor with potent activity against SARS-CoV-2 Omicron variants显示文摘Emerging SARS-CoV-2 variants, particularly the Omicron variant and its sublineages, continually threaten the global public health.Small molecule antivirals are an effective treatment strategy to fight against the virus. However, the first-generation antivirals eithershow limited clinical efficacy and/or have some defects in pharmacokinetic (PK) properties. Moreover, with increased use of thesedrugs across the globe, they face great pressure of drug resistance. We herein present the discovery and characterization of a newgeneration antiviral drug candidate (SY110), which is a potent and selective inhibitor of SARS-CoV-2 main protease (Mpro). Thiscompound displayed potent in vitro antiviral activity against not only the predominant SARS-CoV-2 Omicron sublineage BA.5, butalso other highly pathogenic human coronaviruses including SARS-CoV-1 and MERS-CoV. In the Omicron-infected K18-hACE2mouse model, oral treatment with SY110 significantly lowered the viral burdens in lung and alleviated the virus-induced pathology.Importantly, SY110 possesses favorable PK properties with high oral drug exposure and oral bioavailability, and also an outstandingsafety profile. Furthermore, SY110 exhibited sensitivity to several drug-resistance Mpro mutations.
