Solvothermal-assisted liquid-phase exfoliation of large size and high quality black phosphorus显示文摘Black phosphorus(BP),especially for BP nanosheets, with unique layered structure among two dimensional(2D)materials has attracted much attention due to its outstanding physical properties, such as ultra-high mobility,in-plane anisotropic properties. However, the small horizontal-size of reported BP limits its applications in the integrated circuit or some functional devices. In this work,a solvothermalassisted liquid-phase exfoliation technique is firstly employed for preparing large size and high-quality BP nanosheets. In the high-polar acetonitrile solvent, solvothermal treatment weakens the Van der Waals forces of block BP.Together with the subsequently ultrasonic processing, effective exfoliation of large size and high-quality BP nanosheets are realized. The TEM,AFM and Raman results indicate that the prepared BP nanosheets are high quality with an average thickness of about 2 nm,and the horizontalsize is up to 10μm.This facile and effective method for exfoliated BP nanosheets provides a promising strategy for the exfoliation of other 2D materials. | Zhe Yan Xuexia He Liaona She Jie Sun Ruibing Jiang Hua Xu Feng Shi Zhibin Lei Zong-Huai Liu | 2018 | Journal of Materiomics2018,4,2: | 2
Intramedullary schwannoma of the upper cervical spinal cord:a case study of identification in pathologic autopsy显示文摘Intramedullary schwannoma of the upper cervical spinal cord is rarely reported in forensic medicine. We herein report a case involving a patient who died of compression from an intramedullary schwannoma in the upper cervical spinal cord.A 30-year-old man initially presented with a five-day history of pain in the left chest that progressed to weakening in the left arm.Although the patient was treated with analgesic poultices,he developed inspiratory dyspnoea and died while working the next day without having undergone any medical imaging examination or surgical treatment.Anatomical and histopathological examinations revealed an intramedullary schwannoma in the left cervical spinal cord(C_(3)-C_(5))underneath the spinal nerve root. The cause of death might have been asphyxia secondary to the tumour, which interfered with the nerve function in the respiratory muscles. This finding suggests that an autopsy is essential for pathologists and medicolegists to comprehensively undertake their due obligation to obtain“the first evidence”,especially when there is a lack of directly related evidence. As part of the central nervous system, the spinal cord could be systematically included in a routine pathological autopsy in some cases. | Xianxian Li Guangtao Xu Ruibing Su Junyao Lv Xiaoping Lai Xiaojun Yu | 2017 | Forensic Sciences Research2017,2,1: | 2
Design and development of the deep-rock in-situ condition-preserved coring calibration platform显示文摘To systematically validate and calibrate the theory and technology of the deep in-situ conditionpreserved coring, the in-situ conditions at different depths should be simulated, and the full-size coring tests should be carried out in this simulated environment. Therefore, a deep-rock in-situ conditionpreserved coring calibration platform was designed and developed. The self-tightening sealing structure and the quick-disassembly structure were designed on the basis of an innovative segmented nonuniformdiameter structure, which was a breakthrough from the traditional high-pressure vessel frame and was verified by finite element simulation and actual testing under extreme working conditions, respectively. To simulate the actual deep in-situ environment with a temperature of 150℃ and pressure of 140 MPa for a large Φ450 mm×H1400 mm core, temperature and pressure control systems were designed by coupling, and a pre-embedded high-pressure-resistant temperature sensor was designed. Finally, highprecision assembly automation, complex movement coordination of the coring device with the platform, and rotary dynamic sealing were achieved by utilizing the combination of adaptive cabin body servo control and an adaptive mechanical structure in a limited space, laying a solid foundation for the calibration of in-situ condition-preserved coring. | Yihang Li Heping Xie Ru Zhang Zetian Zhang Zhilong Zhang Heng Gao Wei Huang Jixun Zhang Jiming Gao Xin Ma Ruibing Xu | 2023 | International Journal of Mining Science and Technology2023,33,11: | 1
Synthetic host-guest pairs as novel bioorthogonal tools for pre-targeting显示文摘Due to its simplicity, high efficiency, and chemo-selectivity, bioorthogonal chemistry has shown a great application potential in pre-targeting.Currently, four bioorthogonal pairs as targeting tools, including (strept)avidin/biotin, antibody/antigen, oligonucleotide hybridization and IEDDA tools, have been developed and applied in targeted delivery.Nevertheless, all of these tools still suffer from some limitations, such as difficult modification, biochemical fragility and larger molecular weight for biological association tools, as well as chemical instability for IEDDA tools.Synthetic host-guest pairs with relatively small molecular sizes not only possess strong chemical stability, but also have the features of fast conjugation rate, tunable binding affinity , easy modification, and high chemo-selectivity.Consequently, they can be used as a novel non-covalent bioorthogonal tool for pre-targeting.In order to further promote the development of host-guest pairs as novel bioorthogonal tools for pre-targeted delivery, we firstly calculate their conversion rate to make researcher aware of their unique advantages;next, we summarize the recent research progress in this area. The future perspectives and limitations of these unique tools will be discussed. This review will provide a systemic overview of the development of synthetic host-guest pairs as novel bioorthogonal tools for pre-targeting, and may serve as a “go for” resort for researchers who are interested in searching for new synthetic tools to improve pre-targeting. | Yan-Long Ma Shi Yan Xiong-Jie Xu Hua Cao Ruibing Wang | 2024 | Chinese Chemical Letters2024,35,2: | 0
Supramolecular Vesicles Based on Gold Nanorods for Precise Control of Gene Therapy and Deferred Photothermal Therapy显示文摘In spite of being a promising therapeutic modality, gene therapy has limited clinical applications, mostly due to the lack of spatiotemporal resolution and inadequate efficacy.Herein,we present a facile strategy to remotely control intracellular gene expression by using gold nanorod-(Au NR)derived,host-guest interaction-mediated supramolecular vesicles as a gene carrier and photothermal transducer.Upon pulsed laser irradiation, mild photothermal conditions dissociate supramolecular vesicles to release gene and simultaneously activate heat shock protein-70 promoter(Hsp70)for spatiotemporally initiating gene expression inside cancer cells.Subsequently, upon introducing a polymeric guest species specifically into cancer cells, the dissociated Au NRs functionalized with macrocyclic host molecules could re-aggregate rapidly in cells to retard exocytosis of these NRs,thereby allowing deferred photothermal therapy to enhance the overall therapeutic outcome. | Ludan Yue Kuikun Yang Jianwen Wei Mengze Xu Chen Sun Yuanfu Ding Zhen Yuan Shu Wang Ruibing Wang | 2022 | CCS Chemistry2022,4,5: | 0
