3Weighted adaptive filtering algorithm for carrier tracking of deep space signal显示文摘Carrier tracking is laid great emphasis and is the difficulty of signal processing in deep space communication system.For the autonomous radio receiving system in deep space, the tracking of the received signal is automatic when the signal to noise ratio(SNR) is unknown.If the frequency-locked loop(FLL) or the phase-locked loop(PLL) with fixed loop bandwidth, or Kalman filter with fixed noise variance is adopted, the accretion of estimation error and filter divergence may be caused.Therefore, the Kalman filter algorithm with adaptive capability is adopted to suppress filter divergence.Through analyzing the inadequacies of Sage–Husa adaptive filtering algorithm, this paper introduces a weighted adaptive filtering algorithm for autonomous radio.The introduced algorithm may resolve the defect of Sage–Husa adaptive filtering algorithm that the noise covariance matrix is negative definite in filtering process.In addition, the upper diagonal(UD) factorization and innovation adaptive control are used to reduce model estimation errors,suppress filter divergence and improve filtering accuracy.The simulation results indicate that compared with the Sage–Husa adaptive filtering algorithm, this algorithm has better capability to adapt to the loop, convergence performance and tracking accuracy, which contributes to the effective and accurate carrier tracking in low SNR environment, showing a better application prospect.Song Qingping Liu Rongke 2015Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2015,28,4:7
4Chemical compound cinobufotalin potently induces FOXO1-stimulated cisplatin sensitivity by antagonizing its binding partner MYH9显示文摘In this study,we present novel molecular mechanisms by which FOXO1 functions as a tumor suppressor to prevent the pathogenesis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC).First,we observed that FOXO1 not only controlled tumor stemness and metastasis,but also sensitized NPC cells to cisplatin(DDP)in vitro and in vivo.Mechanistic studies demonstrated that FOXO1-induced miR-200b expression through the GSK3β/β-catenin/TCF4 network-mediated stimulation of ZEB1,which reduced tumor stemness and the epithelial–mesenchymal transition(EMT)signal.Furthermore,we observed FOXO1 interaction with MYH9 and suppression of MYH9 expression by modulating the PI3K/AKT/c-Myc/P53/miR-133a-3p pathway.Decreased MYH9 expression not only reduced its interactions with GSK3β,but also attenuated TRAF6 expression,which then decreased the ubiquitin-mediated degradation of GSK3βprotein.Increased GSK3βexpression stimulated theβ-catenin/TCF4/ZEB1/miR-200b network,which increased the downstream tumor stemness and EMT signals.Subsequently,we observed that chemically synthesized cinobufotalin(CB)strongly increased FOXO1-induced DDP chemosensitivity by reducing MYH9 expression,and the reduction in MYH9 modulated GSK3β/β-catenin and its downstream tumor stemness and EMT signal in NPC.In clinical samples,the combination of low FOXO1 expression and high MYH9 expression indicated the worst overall survival rates.Our studies demonstrated that CB potently induced FOXO1-mediated DDP sensitivity by antagonizing its binding partner MYH9 to modulate tumor stemness in NPC.YongHao Li Xiong Liu Xian Lin Menyang Zhao Yanyi Xiao Chen Liu Zixi Liang Zelong Lin Renhui Yi Zibo Tang Jiahao Liu Xin Li Qingping Jiang Libo Li Yinyin Xie Zhen Liu Weiyi Fang 2019Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2019,4,1:6
5Simultaneously Enhanced Cryogenic Tensile Strength,Ductility and Impact Resistance of Epoxy Resins by Polyethylene Glycol显示文摘Rubbers have been well accepted for modifying brittle epoxies but rubber modified epoxies usually posses lowered tensile strength though enhanced ductility and fracture resistance.In this work,a polyethylene glycol(PEG-4000) is used to modify diglycidyl ether of bisphenol A/methyltetrahydrophthalic anhydride system for enhancing cryogenic tensile strength,ductility and impact resistance.The results display that the cryogenic tensile strength,ductility(failure strain) and fracture resistance(impact strength) are all enhanced for the modified epoxy system at proper PEG contents.The maximum tensile strength(127.8 MPa) at the cryogenic temperature(77 K) with an improvement of 30.1%is observed for the modified system with the 15 wt%PEG content.The ductility and impact resistance at both room temperature and cryogenic temperature are all improved for the modified epoxy system with proper PEG-4000 contents.These observations are explained by the positron annihilation lifetime spectroscopy results and scanning electron microscopy results.Moreover,the glass transition temperature decreases slightly with increasing PEG content.Qingping Feng Jiaoping Yang Yu Liu Hongmei Xiao Shaoyun Fu 2014Journal of Materials Science & Technology2014,30,1:6

8A transceiver frequency conversion module based on 3D micropackaging technology显示文摘The idea of Ku-band transceiver frequency conversion module design based on 3D micropackaging technology is proposed. By using the double frequency conversion technology,the dual transceiver circuit from Ku-band to L-band is realized by combining with the local oscillator and the power control circuit to complete functions such as amplification, filtering and gain. In order to achieve the performance optimization and a high level of integration of the Ku-band monolithic microwave integrated circuits(MMIC) operating chip, the 3 D vertical interconnection micro-assembly technology is used. By stacking solder balls on the printed circuit board(PCB), the technology decreases the volume of the original transceiver to a miniaturized module. The module has a good electromagnetic compatibility through special structure designs. 9Free-volume evolution of glassy Zr_(65)Al_(7.5)Ni_(10)Cu_(17.5) during inhomogeneous deformation显示文摘Free-volume evolutions of the as-cast and pre-annealed Zr65Al7.5Ni10Cu17.5 metallic glasses during cold-rolling were investigated using differential scanning calorimetry. As deformation degree increases, free volume in the glasses always increases first and then saturates above a critical strain, while the structure remains completely amorphous. The glass with less initial free volume possesses a higher increase rate of free-volume content during deformation, and as a result the free-volume contents of all the glasses approach each other at higher strains. 10Alteration of P2X3 expression in dorsal root ganglia after sciatic nerve ligation显示文摘BACKGROUND:The expressions of P2X3 receptor in dorsal root ganglia(DRG)after different peripheral nerve injuries are diverse.It indicates the different roles of P2X3 in different models-caused neuropathologic pains.OBJECTIVE:To observe the expressions of P2X3 in corresponding DRG after sciatic nerve ligation in rats.DESIGN:Controlled observation experiment.SETTING:Department of Morphology,Hunan Traditional Chinese Medical College;Department of Human Anatomy and Neurobiology,Xiangya Medical College,Central South University.MATERIALS:Thirty-five healthy adult SD rats of clean grade an d either gender,weighing(200±20)g,were involved.According to the random digits table,the involved rats were randomized into 3 groups:normal group(n =5),sham-operated group(n =5)and experimental group(n =25).The experimental group were subdivided into 3,7,14,21,28 days groups according to different surviving time after operation,5 rats at each time point.Polyclonal rabbit anti-P2X3 antibody(ABCAM company);biotinylated goat anti-rabbit IgG(Zhongshanjingqiao Biotechnical Co.,Ltd.,Beijing);Motic fluorescence microscope(Motic,Germany).METHODS:The experiments were carried out in the Department of Human Anatomy and Neurobiology,Xiangya Medical College,Central South University from June to December 2006.① Rats of experimental group were created into models by ligation of right sciatic nerve according to the method of Seltzer et al.Left sciatic nerve was used as self-control.As for rats in the sham-operated group,ligation of sciatic nerve was omitted,but other procedures were the same as those in the experimental group.Rats of normal group were untouched.② Rats of the normal group and sham-operated group survived for 14 days separately,and those of experimental group survived for corresponding time.After being deeply anesthetized by intraperitoneal injection of over-dose sodium pentobarbital,the rats of experimental group were transcardially perfused.L4-6 corresponding DRG connected to sciatic nerve were taken for preparing transverse sections serially.③P2X3 expression in L4-6 DRG was detected by immunohistochemistry,immunofluorescence and image analysis techniques.MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES:P2X3 expression in L4-6 DRG of rats in each group.RESULTS:Thirty-five SD rats were involved in the final analysis.① P2X3 expression in DRG:In normal DRG of rats,there were abundant P2X3 immuno-positive small-and medium-sized primary sensory neurons,especially the small ones,which mostly received the input from C fibers.There were only a few large neurons expressing P2X3.The immuno-positive products mostly were located in the cytoplasm and processes.The expression of P2X3 had a slight but significant decrease in ipsilateral L4-6 DRG 3 days after sciatic nerve ligation,and a decreasing tendency was observed with the elongation of time.At 28 days,the expression had not returned to base line,and still maintained at a low level.② P2X3 immuno-positive gray scale in DRG:P2X3 immuno-positive gray scale in ipsilateral side L4-6 DRG was 117.74±2.38,129.12± 4.86,133.56±3.79,148.75±6.90 and 150.49±5.15,respectively at 3,7,14,21 and 28 days after sciatic nerve ligation,which was significantly higher than that in the normal group and sham-operated group(105.11±3.52,104.22±5.41,F =78.861,P < 0.05),also significantly higher than that in the contralateral side(105.53±5.85,108.54±3.70,104.07±4.16,106.55±2.02,106.29±5.19,t =3.48-13.95,P < 0.05);There were no significant differences when comparing sham-operated group or contralateral side at each time point with normal group(P > 0.05)CONCLUSION:P2X3 is significantly down regulated in L4-6 DRG after sciatic nerve ligation.It may exert certain effects in neuropathic pain.Guoxing Zhou Lesi Xie Qiben Wang Qingping Yu Xiaofu Liu Qiumei Liu Wei Peng Zhicheng Zeng 2007Neural Regeneration Research2007,2,4:3

12The Response of Vegetation Biomass to Soil Properties along Degradation Gradients of Alpine Meadow at Zoige Plateau显示文摘Alpine grassland of the Tibetan Plateau has undergone severe degradation, even desertification. However, several questions remain to be answered, especially the response mechanisms of vegetation biomass to soil properties. In this study, an experiment on degradation gradients was conducted in an alpine meadow at the Zoige Plateau in 2017. Both vegetation characteristics and soil properties were observed during the peak season of plant growth. The classification and regression tree model(CART) and structural equation modelling(SEM) were applied to screen the main factors that govern the vegetation dynamics and explore the interaction of these screened factors. Both aboveground biomass(AGB) and belowground biomass(BGB) experienced a remarkable decrease along the degradation gradients. All soil properties experienced significant variations along the degradation gradients at the 0.05 significance level. Soil physical and chemical properties explained 54.78% of the variation in vegetation biomass along the degradation gradients. AGB was mainly influenced by soil water content(SWC), soil bulk density(SBD), soil organic carbon(SOC), soil total nitrogen(STN), and pH. Soil available nitrogen(SAN), SOC and p H, had significant influence on BGB. Most soil properties had positive effects on AGB and BGB, while SBD and p H had a slightly negative effect on AGB and BGB. The correlations of SWC with AGB and BGB were relatively less significant than those of other soil properties. Our results highlighted that the soil properties played important roles in regulating vegetation dynamics along the degradation gradients and that SWC is not the main factor limiting plant growth in the humid Zoige region.
