1Numerical simulation of gas-solid flow with two fluid model in a spouted-fluid bed显示文摘The flow characteristics in a spouted-fluid bed differ from those in spouted or fluidized beds because of the injection of the spouting gas and the introduction of a fluidizing gas.The flow behavior of gas-solid phases was predicted using the Eulerian-Eulerian two-fluid model(TFM) approach with kinetic theory for granular flow to obtain the flow patterns in spouted-fluid beds.The gas flux and gas incident angle have a significant influence on the porosity and particle concentration in gas-solid spouted-fluid beds.The fluidizing gas flux affects the flow behavior of particles in the fountain.In the spouted-fluid bed,the solids volume fraction is low in the spout and high in the annulus.However,the solids volume fraction is reduced near the wall.Shuyan Wang Liqian Zhao Chunsheng Wang Yinsong Liu Jinsen Gao Yang Liu Qinglin Cheng 2014Particuology2014,12,3:7
2Mineral Potential Mapping for Tungsten Polymetallic Deposits in the Nanling Metallogenic Belt, South China显示文摘The Nanling belt in South China has considerable resources of tungsten polymetallic commodities and is one of the most important metallogenic belts in the world. Data-driven weights-of-evidence(WofE) and fuzzy logic models are used to evaluate the tungsten polymetallic potential of the Nanling belt. Initially, seven ore-controlling factors derived from multi-source geospatial datasets(e.g., geological, geochemical, and geophysical) are used for data integration in the two models. Two mineral potential maps are generated that efficiently predicate the locations of the deposits. The WofE map predicate 81% of the deposits within 13.6% of the study area, whereas the fuzzy logic map predicate 81.5% of the deposits within 13% of the area. The predictive maps are syntheses of spatial association rules, which provide better understanding of those factors that control the distribution of mineralization and trigger eventual exploration work in new areas. Subsequently, in order to evaluate the success rate accuracy, the receiver operating characteristic curves and area under the curves(AUCs) for the two potential maps are constructed. The results show that the AUCs for the WofE and fuzzy logic models are 0.775 7 and 0.840 6, respectively. The higher AUC value for the fuzzy logic model implies that it delineate a greater number of favorable areas compared with the WofE model. 3Correlation between cold and hot pattern in traditional Chinese medicine and gene expression profiles in rheumatoid arthritis显示文摘Clinical manifestations of rheumatoid arthritis(RA)are diversified,and based on the manifestations,the patients with RA could be classified into different patterns under traditional Chinese medicine.These patterns decide the selection of herbal prescription,and thus they can help find a subset of rheumatoid arthritis patients for a type of therapy.In the present study,we combine genome-wide expression analysis with methods of systems biology to identify the functional gene networks for the sets of clinical symptoms that comprise the major information for pattern classification.Clinical manifestations in rheumatoid arthritis were clustered with factor analysis,and two factors(similar to cold and hot patterns in traditional Chinese medicine)were found.Microarray technology was used to reveal gene expression profiles in CD4^(+)T cells from 21 rheumatoid arthritis patients.Protein-protein interaction information for these genes from databases and literature data was searched.The highly-connected regions were detected to infer significant complexes or pathways in this protein-protein interaction network.The significant pathways and function were extracted from these subnetworks using the Biological Network Gene Ontology tool.The genes significantly related to hot and cold patterns were identified by correlations analysis.MAPK signalling pathway,Wnt signaling pathway,and insulin signaling pathway were found to be related to hot pattern.Purine metabolism was related to both hot and cold patterns.Alanine,aspartate,and tyrosine metabolism were related to cold pattern,and histindine metabolism and lysine degradation were related to hot pattern.The results suggest that cold and hot patterns in traditional Chinese medicine were related to different pathways,and the network analysis might be used for identifying the pattern classification in other diseases.Miao Jiang Cheng Xiao Gao Chen Cheng Lu Qinglin Zha Xiaoping Yan Weiping Kong Shijie Xu Dahong Ju Pu Xu Youwen Zou Aiping Lu 2011Frontiers of Medicine2011,5,2:2

6Electrospinning organic solvent resistant preoxidized poly(acrylonitrile)nanofiber membrane and its properties显示文摘A high performance preoxidized poly(acrylonitrile)(O-PAN)nanofiber membrane with excellent solvent resistance,thermal stability and flexibility was fabricated by the preoxidation of electrospun PAN nanofiber membrane.The performance of resultant O-PAN nanofiber membrane was optimized by altering the PAN concentration and preoxidation temperature.The results showed that the O-PAN nanofiber membrane which made from PAN concentration of 14%(mass)and preoxidation temperature of 250.0℃ have a more optimal comprehensive performance.In the long-term separation test of SiO2 particle(1 μm)in DMAc suspension,the permeate flux of O-PAN nanofiber membrane stabilized at 227.91 L·m^(-2)·h^(-1)(25℃,0.05 MPa)while the SiO2 rejection above 99.6%,which showed excellent solvent resistance and separation performance.In order to further explore the application of the O-PAN nanofiber membrane,the OPAN nanofiber membrane was treated with fluoride and used in oil/water separation process.The O-PAN nanofiber membrane after hydrophobic treatment showed excellent hydrophobicity and good oil/water separation performance with the permeate flux about 969.59 L·m^(-2)·h^(-1)while the separation efficiency above 96.1%.The O-PAN nanofiber membrane exhibited a potential application prospect in harsh environment separation.Zhiwei Du Jinxue Cheng Qinglin Huang Mingxing Chen Changfa Xiao 2023Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2023,53,1:1

12Research Article Core/hybrid-shell structures boost thermoelectric performance of flexible inorganic/organic nanowire films显示文摘Interface control in inorganic/organic composites has always been regarded as one of the effective means to optimize their thermoelectric(TE)performance,and the past few years have witnessed its development,including carrier-energy filtering and phonon scattering.However,the energy barrier created by the band alignment at the composite interface depends on the Fermi level difference between the organic and inorganic components,which is difficult to be controlled by the common means.Herein,a core/hybrid-shell strategy aiming for efficient interface control is proposed to tune the energy barrier of the inorganic/organic core/shell nanowire interface.The Fermi level of hybrid-shell can be effectively controlled by separating the charge carriers compared to the single-shell composites.The energy barrier of the core/hybrid-shell interface is tuned to an appropriate position,and the energy filtering effect is utilized,resulting in a substantial improvement in power factor and reduction in thermal conductivity for the prepared core/hybrid-shell composites with good air-stability and flexibility.Moreover,both the flexible p type and p-n type TE devices based on the prepared core/hybrid-shell films yield excellent output properties with the maximum power densities of 41 and 45μW·cm^(−2)at a temperature difference of ca.30 K,respectively.This study provides a novel strategy to improve the TE performance of the inorganic/organic composites,displaying great potential for low-power wearable electronics.Changcun Li Xiaoqi Lan Peipei Liu Jingkun Xu Qinglin Jiang Congcong Liu Cheng Liu Fengxing Jiang 2023Nano Research2023,16,4:1

17The Stability Criterion Model and Stability Analysis of Waxy Crude Oil Pipeline Transportation System Based on Excess Entropy Production显示文摘Based on the theory of non-equilibrium thermodynamics, considering the dynamic effect of molecular diffusion and the change in thermodynamic parameters caused by wax precipitation, the phenomenological relations of different thermodynamic 'force' and 'flow' interactions were derived. The corresponding thermodynamic model of a waxy crude oil pipeline transportation system was built, and then, the excess entropy production expression was proposed. Furthermore, the stability criterion model of the pipeline transportation system was established on the basis of Lyapounov stability theory. Taking the oil pipeline in Daqing oilfield as an example, based on the four parameters of out-station temperature, out-station pressure, flow rate and water content, the stable and unstable regions of the system were divided, and the formation mechanisms of the two different regions were analyzed. The experimental loop device of wax deposition rate was designed, and then, the wax deposition rate under the four parameters was measured. 18Development characteristics and petroleum geological significance of Permian pyroclastic flow volcanic rocks in Western Sichuan Basin,SW China显示文摘By examining field outcrops, drilling cores and seismic data, it is concluded that the Middle and Late Permian “Emeishan basalts” in Western Sichuan Basin were developed in two large eruption cycles, and the two sets of igneous rocks are in unconformable contact. The lower cycle is dominated by overflow volcanic rocks;while the upper cycle made up of pyroclastic flow volcanic breccia and pyroclastic lava is typical explosive facies accumulation. With high-quality micro-dissolution pores and ultra-fine dissolution pores, the upper cycle is a set of high-quality porous reservoir. Based on strong heterogeneity and great differences of pyroclastic flow subfacies from surrounding rocks in lithology and physical properties, the volcanic facies and volcanic edifices in Western Sichuan were effectively predicted and characterized by using seismic attribute analysis method and instantaneous amplitude and instantaneous frequency coherence analysis. The pyroclastic flow volcanic rocks are widely distributed in the Jianyang area. 19TGF-β1-induced RAP2 regulates invasion in pancreatic cancer显示文摘Pancreatic cancer is highly lethal due to its aggressive invasive properties and capacity for metastatic dissemination.Additional therapeutic targets and effective treatment options for patients with tumours of high invasive capacity are required.Ras-related protein-2a(RAP2)is a member of the GTP-binding proteins.RAP2 has been reported to be widely upregulated in many types of cancers via regulating cytoskeleton reorganization,cell proliferation,migration,and adhesion,as well as inflammation.As a member of the RAS oncogene family,which has been demonstrated to drive pancreatic cancer oncogenesis and many other malignancies,the physiological roles of RAP2 in pancreatic cancer have seldom been discussed.In the present study,we explored the correlation between RAP2 expression and the prediction of overall survival of pancreatic cancer patients.Mechanistic studies were carried out to shed light on the role of RAP2 in pancreatic cancer invasion and how RAP2 is regulated in the invasive process.Our results demonstrated that patients with higher RAP2 expression showed unfavourable prognoses.In vitro studies demonstrated that silencing of RAP2 inhibited the invasion of pancreatic cancer cells.Moreover,our results demonstrated that transforming growth factor-β1(TGF-β1),an inducer of the metastatic potential of pancreatic cancer cells,regulates the expression of RAP2 via the transcription factor c-Myc.In conclusion,the present study uncovered RAP2 as a novel predictive marker and therapeutic target for pancreatic cancer.Kaizhou Jin Chen Liu He Cheng Qinglin Fei Qiuyi Huang Zhiwen Xiao Xianjun Yu Weiding Wu 2022Acta Biochimica et Biophysica Sinica2022,54,3:0
20Proteomic Analysis of Chrysanthemum Lateral Buds after Removing Apical Dominance Based on Label-Free Technology显示文摘Studying the genetic basis and regulatory mechanism of chrysanthemum lateral bud outgrowth is of great significance for reduction the production cost of cut chrysanthemum.To clarify the molecular basis of lateral bud elongation after removal of apical dominance in chrysanthemum,label-free quantification analysis was used to analyze the proteome changes after apical bud removal.Quantitative real-time PCR(qPCR)was used to analyze the changes in the expression of three plant hormone-related genes.A total of 440 differentially expressed proteins were successfully identified at three time points during the lateral bud elongation.The number of differentially expressed proteins in the three stages(24 h/0 h,48 h/0 h,48 h/24 h)were 219,332,and 97,respectively.The difference in expressed proteins in the three comparison stages mainly involves RNA processing and modification;translation,ribosomal structure and biogenesis;Posttranslational modification,protein turnover,and chaperones.Path analysis showed that there was various physiological activities in the process of lateral bud dormancy breaking and elongation,which involved energy metabolism,biosynthesis,signal transduction and stress response in the growth process of lateral buds.qPCR indicated that the expression of cytokinin synthesis related gene was significantly increased after the removal of apical dominance,while the expression of strigolactones synthesis related gene experiences a dramatic fall to promote the development of the lateral buds.However,there was a drop before a slight increase in the expression of the auxin synthesis related gene,which was mainly due to the removal of apical dominance that led to the loss of indoleacetic acid in the main stem.However,with formation of the new apical source,indoleacetic acid can be released again.Sicong Zheng Jingjing Song Cheng Luo Xin Li Qiqi Ma Beibei Jiang Qinglin Liu Yuanzhi Pan 2022Phyton-International Journal of Experimental Botany2022,91,3:0
