1Adaptive fault-tolerant attitude tracking control for spacecraft with time-varying inertia uncertainties显示文摘This paper is devoted to adaptive attitude tracking control for rigid spacecraft in the presence of parametric uncertainties, actuator faults and external disturbance. Specifically, a dynamic model is established based on one-tank spacecraft, which explicitly takes into account changing Center of Mass(CM). Then, a control scheme is proposed to achieve attitude tracking.Benefiting from explicitly considering the changing CM during the controller design process, the proposed scheme possesses good robustness to parametric uncertainties with less fuel consumption.Moreover, a fault-tolerant control algorithm is proposed to accommodate actuator faults with no need of knowing the actuators' fault information. Lyapunov-based analysis is provided and the closed-loop system stability is rigorously proved. 2Serum semaphorin 4C as a diagnostic biomarker in breast cancer:A multicenter retrospective study显示文摘Background:To date,there is no approved blood-based biomarker for breast cancer detection.Herein,we aimed to assess semaphorin 4C(SEMA4C),a pivotal protein involved in breast cancer progression,as a serum diagnostic biomarker.Methods:We included 6,213 consecutive inpatients from Tongji Hospital,Qilu Hospital,and Hubei Cancer Hospital.Training cohort and two validation cohorts were introduced for diagnostic exploration and validation.A pan-cancer cohort was used to independently explore the diagnostic potential of SEMA4C among solid tumors.Breast cancer patients who underwent mass excision prior to modified radical mastectomy were also analyzed.We hypothesized that increased pretreatment serum SEMA4C levels,measured using optimized in-house enzymelinked immunosorbent assay kits,could detect breast cancer.The endpoints were diagnostic performance,including area under the receiver operating characteristic curve(AUC),sensitivity,and specificity.Post-surgery pathological diagnosis was the reference standard and breast cancer staging followed the TNM classification.There was no restriction on disease stage for eligibilities.Results:We included 2667 inpatients with breast lesions,2378 patients with other solid tumors,and 1168 healthy participants.Specifically,118 patients with breast cancer were diagnosed with stage 0(5.71%),620 with stage I(30.00%),966 with stage II(46.73%),217 with stage III(10.50%),and 8 with stage IV(0.39%).Patients with breast cancer had significantly higher serum SEMA4C levels than benign breast tumor patients and normal controls(P<0.001).Elevated serum SEMA4C levels had AUC of 0.920(95%confidence interval[CI]:0.900–0.941)and 0.932(95%CI:0.911–0.953)for breast cancer detection in the two validation cohorts.The AUCs for detecting early-stage breast cancer(n=366)and ductal carcinoma in situ(n=85)were 0.931(95%CI:0.916–0.946)and 0.879(95%CI:0.832–0.925),respectively.Serum SEMA4C levels significantly decreased after surgery,and the reduction was more striking after modified radical mastectomy,compared with mass excision(P<0.001).The positive rate of enhanced serum SEMA4C levels was 84.77%for breast cancer and below 20.75%for the other 14 solid tumors.Conclusions:Serum SEMA4C demonstrated promising potential as a candidate biomarker for breast cancer diagnosis.However,validation in prospective settings and by other study groups is warranted.Ya Wang Long Qiao Jie Yang Xiong Li Yaqi Duan Jiahao Liu Shaoqi Chen Huayi Li Dan Liu Tian Fang Jingjing Ma Xiaoting Li Fei Ye Junxiang Wan Juncheng Wei Qin Xu Ensong Guo Ping Jin Mingfu Wu Lin Zhang Yun Xia Yaqun Wu Jun Shao Yaojun Feng Qing Zhang Zongyuan Yang Gang Chen Qinghua Zhang Xingrui Li Shixuan Wang Junbo Hu Xiaoyun Wang Mona P.Tan Kazuaki Takabe Beihua Kong Qifeng Yang Ding Ma Qinglei Gao 2021Cancer Communications2021,41,12:3
3Oxygen-vacancy-rich TiO_(2)enables highly active and durable water electrolysis of urchin-like RuO_(2)catalyst显示文摘The material innovation is prerequisite to accelerating sluggish oxygen evolution reaction(OER)kinetics,thus promoting the realization of hydrogen energy community.Herein,we develop an oxygen-vacancy-rich TiO_(2)supported RuO_(2)catalyst(RuO_(2)@r-TiO_(2))towards improved OER activity and stability.The oxygen vacancy on TiO_(2)not only supplies electrons to produce lower valence Ru,but also provides sufficient anchoring site for the deposition of RuO_(2)nanocrystal.Beyond that,it can generate strong electronic interaction between TiO_(2)and supported RuO_(2),and thereby tailors the intermediates’adsorption energy on the RuO_(2)surface.As a result,the derived RuO_(2)@r-TiO_(2)catalyst exhibits superior OER activity and stability with the overpotential of 211 mV at a current density of 10 mA cm^(−2)and negligible activity degradation after 6 h operation,outperforming the non-oxygen-vacancy counterpart(223.3 mV,12.75%activity loss)and RuO_(2)catalyst(234.6 mV,42.86%activity loss).GAO HongMei XIAO MeiLing LI GuoQiang GAO LiQin MENG QingLei LUO ZhaoYan LUO ErGui LIU ChangPeng JIN Zhao GE JunJie XING Wei 2022Science China(Technological Sciences)2022,65,10:3
4Event-triggered adaptive control for attitude tracking of spacecraft显示文摘Plug-and-play technology is an important direction for future development of spacecraft and how to design controllers with less communication burden and satisfactory performance is of great importance for plug-and-play spacecraft. Considering attitude tracking of such spacecraft with unknown inertial parameters and unknown disturbances, an event-triggered adaptive backstepping controller is designed in this paper. Particularly, a switching threshold strategy is employed to design the event-triggering mechanism. By introducing a new linear time-varying model, a smooth function, an integrable auxiliary signal and a bound estimation approach, the impacts of the network-induced error and the disturbances are effectively compensated for and Zeno phenomenon is successfully avoided. It is shown that all signals of the closed-loop system are globally uniformly bounded and both the attitude tracking error and the angular velocity tracking error converge to zero. Compared with conventional control schemes, the proposed scheme significantly reduces the communication burden while providing stable and accurate response for attitude maneuvers. 5Microenvironment regulation of M-N-C single-atom catalysts towards oxygen reduction reaction显示文摘The development of cost-effective,robust,and durable electrocatalysts to replace the expensive Pt-based catalysts towards oxygen reduction reaction(ORR)is the trending frontier research topic in renewable energy and electrocatalysis.Particular attention has been paid to metal-nitrogen-carbon(M-N-C)single atom catalysts(SACs)due to their maximized atom utilization efficiency,biomimetic active site,and distinct electronic structure.More importantly,their catalytic properties can be further tailored by rationally regulating the microenvironment of active sites(i.e.,M-N coordination number,heteroatom doping and substitution.Herein,we present a comprehensive summary of the recent advancement in the microenvironment regulation of MN-C SACs towards improved ORR performance.The coordination environment manipulation regarding central metal and coordinated atoms is first discussed,focusing on the structure-function relationship.Apart from the near-range coordination,longrange substrate modulation including heteroatom doping,defect engineering is discussed as well.Besides,the synergy mechanism of nanoparticles and single atom sites to tune the electron cloud density at the active sites is summarized.Finally,we provide the challenges and outlook of the development of M-N-C SACs.Li Zhang Qinglei Meng Ruixue Zheng Liuqing Wang Wei Xing Weiwei Cai Meiling Xiao 2023Nano Research2023,16,4:2
6Neural network-based fault diagnosis for spacecraft with single-gimbal control moment gyros显示文摘This paper proposes a neural network-based fault diagnosis scheme to address the problem of fault isolation and estimation for the Single-Gimbal Control Moment Gyroscopes(SGCMGs)of spacecraft in a periodic orbit.To this end,a disturbance observer based on neural network is developed for active anti-disturbance,so as to improve the accuracy of fault diagnosis.The periodic disturbance on orbit can be decoupled with fault by resorting to the fitting and memory ability of neural network.Subsequently,the fault diagnosis scheme is established based on the idea of information fusion.The data of spacecraft attitude and gimbals position are combined to implement fault isolation and estimation based on adaptive estimator and neural network.Then,an adaptive sliding mode controller incorporating the disturbance and fault estimation results is designed to achieve active fault-tolerant control.In addition,the paper gives the proof of the stability of the proposed schemes,and the simulation results show that the proposed scheme achieves better diagnosis and control results than compared algorithm.Yuandong LI Qinglei HU Xiaodong SHAO 2022Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2022,35,7:2
7Theoretical Analysis and Experimental Study on Breakaway Torque of Large-diameter Magnetic Liquid Seal at Low Temperature显示文摘The existing researches of the magnetic liquid rotation seal have been mainly oriented to the seal at normal temperature and the seal with the smaller shaft diameter less than 100 mm. However, the large-diameter magnetic liquid rotation seal at low temperature has not been reported both in theory and in application up to now. A key factor restricting the application of the large-diameter magnetic liquid rotation seal at low temperature is the high breakaway torque. In this paper, the factors that influence the breakaway torque including the number of seal stages, the injected quantity of magnetic liquid and the standing time at normal temperature are studied. Two kinds of magnetic liquid with variable content of large particles are prepared first, and a seal feedthrough with 140 mm shaft diameter is used in the experiments. All experiments are carried out in a low temperature chamber with a temperature range from 200℃ to -100℃. Different numbers of seal stages are tested under the same condition to study the relation between the breakaway torque and the number of seal stages. Variable quantity of magnetic liquid is injected in the seal gap to get the relation curve of the breakaway torque and the injecting quantity of magnetic liquid. In the experiment for studying the relation between the breakaway torque and the standing time at the normal temperature, the seal feedtrough is laid at normal temperature for different period of time before it is put in the low temperature chamber. The experimental results show that the breakaway torque is proportional to the number of seal stages, the injected quantity of magnetic liquid and the standing time at the normal temperature. Meanwhile, the experimental results are analyzed and the torque formula of magnetic liquid rotation seal at low temperature is deduced from the Navier-Stokes equation on the base of the model of magnetic liquid rotation seal. The presented research can make wider application of the magnetic liquid seal in general.
