| 1 | Fungal diversity notes 367-490:taxonomic and phylogenetic contributions to fungal taxa显示文摘This is a continuity of a series of taxonomic papers where materials are examined, described and novel combinations are proposed where necessary to improve our traditional species concepts and provide updates on their classification. In addition to extensive morphological descriptions and appropriate asexual and sexual connections,DNA sequence data are also analysed from concatenated datasets(rDNA,TEF-a,RBP2 and b-Tubulin)to infer phylogenetic relationships and substantiate systematic position of taxa within appropriate ranks.Wherever new species or combinations are being proposed,we apply an integrative approach(morphological and molecular data as well as ecological features wherever applicable).Notes on 125 fungal taxa are compiled in this paper, including eight new genera,101 new species, two new combinations, one neotype, four reference specimens, new host or distribution records for eight species and one alternative morphs. The new genera introduced in this paper are Alloarthopyrenia,Arundellina,Camarosporioides,Neomassaria,Neomassarina,Neotruncatella,Paracapsulospora and | 5 | Mesenchymal stem cell tracking in the intervertebral disc显示文摘Low back pain is a common clinical problem, which leads to significant social, economic and public health costs. Intervertebral disc(IVD) degeneration is accepted as a common cause of low back pain. Initially, this is characterized by a loss of proteoglycans from the nucleus pulposus resulting in loss of tissue hydration and hydrostatic pressure. Conservative management, including analgesia and physiotherapy often fails and surgical treatment, such as spinal fusion, is required. Stem cells offer an exciting possible regenerative approach to IVD disease. Preclinical research has demonstrated promising biochemical, histological and radiological results in restoring degenerate IVDs. Cell tracking provides an opportunity to develop an in-depth understanding of stem cell survival, differentiation and migration, enabling optimization of stem cell treatment. Magnetic Resonance Imaging(MRI) is a non-invasive, non-ionizing imaging modality with high spatial resolution, ideally suited for stem cell tracking. Furthermore, novel MRI sequences have the potential to quantitatively assess IVD disease, providing an improved method to review response to biological treatment. Superparamagnetic iron oxide nanoparticles have been extensively researched for the purpose of cell tracking. These particles are biocompatible, non-toxic and act as excellent MRI contrast agents. This review will explore recent advances and issues in stem cell tracking and molecular imaging in relation to the IVD. | Charles Handley Tony Goldschlager David Oehme Peter Ghosh Graham Jenkin | 2015 | World Journal of Stem Cells2015,7,1: | 1 |

| 7 | The quest for a globally comprehensible Russula language显示文摘Since 2007,the quality of Russula descriptions has improved and the use of molecular support for species delimitation and the number of published new species has increased. However, the description style is not consistent and has regional or author-specific patterns. Most recent publications still favour descriptions of spores compared to hymenium and pileipellis elements, and usually only the spore size is provided with statistical support. This study proposes standards for descriptions of the microscopic structure of Russula species(Russulaceae,Agaricomycetes). We present the description template, the template measurements table, the specific terminology and the essential chemical reagents. The proposed standards were tested by mycologists from 11 countries who met at the Russula Microscopy Workshop in Slovakia.Descriptions of 26 species from 9 countries and four continents were prepared, among them R.amarissima,R.castanopsidis,R.seperina and R.subtilis are re-described and 15 species are introduced as new:R.abietiphila,R.amerorecondita,R.aurantioflava,R.echidna,R.flavobrunnescens,R.fluvialis,R.fortunae,R.garyensis,R.gemmata,R.laevis,R.madrensis,R.olivaceohimalayensis,R.purpureogracilis,R.sancti-pauli and R.wielangtae.Seven descriptions for candidate new species are provided without a formal name assignment.Pairwise comparison of species described in this study with available similar descriptions of related species suggests that microscopic characters from all parts of the basidiomata can be equally important for species recognition and they deserve the same treatment including number of measurements and statistics. The majority of recent studies does not recognise differences between the pileus margin and centre, but more than one-third of the species described in this study show distinct differences between the pileus areas, emphasizing the importance to specify the origin of pileipellis observations. This study proved that there is frequently insufficient difference in the ITS barcode between closely related species and that it is necessary to use more genetic markers combined with ecological and geographical data. | Slavomır Adamcik Brian Looney Miroslav Cabon Sona Jancovicova Katarina Adamcikova Peter G.Avis Magdalena Barajas Rajendra P.Bhatt Adriana Corrales Kanad Das Felix Hampe Aniket Ghosh Genevieve Gates Ville Kalviainen Abdul Nasir Khalid Munazza Kiran Ruben De Lange Hyun Lee Young Woon Lim Alejandro Kong Cathrin Manz Clark Ovrebo Malka Saba Tero Taipale Annemieke Verbeken Komsit Wisitrassameewong Bart Buyck | 2019 | Fungal Diversity2019,,6: | 1 |

| 13 | Ageing and reliability of electrical insulation: the risk of hybrid AC/DC grids显示文摘With an impetuous growth of DC links and future grids that will be often hybrid, providing AC and DC supply to nearby or the same customer,an important element is often neglected, that is,electrical insulation. There are no doubts that overhead lines will step back compared to insulated cables, for known reasons of environmental impact, right of way and reliability, especially in an urban or harsh environment. On the other hand, while AC insulation systems have been investigated and used for decades, there is no analogue experience for DC polymeric insulation, nor for insulation systems subjected to power electronics supply. This study aims at enhancing the attention on this topic, focusing on insulation ageing mechanisms and models of relevance for hybrid AC/DC assets and grids.Ageing and life models for AC,DC and power electronics supply are discussed and compared to experimental data, focusing on partial discharge and space charge. It is shown how these two phenomena affect lifetime for different AC,DC and transient operating conditions. The main drivers for insulation design and material selection are discussed, showing that insulation reliability can be achieved only if operating stresses, ageing mechanisms and life models are known and accounted for properly by insulation designers. | Gian Carlo Montanari Peter Morshuis Paolo Seri Riddhi Ghosh | 2020 | High Voltage2020,5,5: | 0 |
