| 1 | Synergistically Enhanced Mucoadhesive and Penetrable Polypeptide Nanogel for Efficient Drug Delivery to Orthotopic Bladder Cancer显示文摘Intravesical chemotherapy has been recommended after the gold standard of transurethral resection of the bladder tumor to prevent bladder cancer(BC)from local recurrence in the clinic.However,due to rapid urine excretion and barrier protection of the bladder wall,the clinical performances of chemotherapeutic drugs are severely compromised.In the present work,a smart positively charged disulfide-crosslinked nanogel of oligoarginine-poly(ethylene glycol)-poly(L-phenylalanine-co-L-cystine)(R_(9)-PEG-P(LP-co-LC))was prepared to prolong the retention period and enhance the penetration capability of chemotherapeutic agent toward the bladder wall.PEG significantly improved the aqueous dispersibility of the 10-hydroxycamptothecin(HCPT)-loaded R_(9)-PEG-P(LP-co-LC)(i.e.,R_(9)NG/HCPT)and enhanced the mucoadhesive capability by the nonspecific interaction between PEG chain and the bladder mucosa accompanied with the electrostatic interaction between the cationic R_(9)and negatively charged bladder mucosa.Besides,R_(9),as a cell-penetrating peptide,efficiently penetrated through the cell membrane and delivered carried cargo.The disulfide bond endowed the selective release behavior of HCPT triggered by the intracellular reductive microenvironment.As an advanced chemotherapeutic nanoformulation,the smart R_(9)NG/HCPT demonstrated superior cytotoxicity against human BC 5637 cells in vitro and remarkably enhanced tumor suppression activity toward orthotopic BC models of mouse and rat in vivo,indicating its great potential in the clinical intravesical BC chemotherapy. | Hui Guo Faping Li Heping Qiu Weiguo Xu Pengqiang Li Yuchuan Hou Jianxun Ding Xuesi Chen | 2020 | Research2020,,1: | 7 |

| 3 | Ge surface passivation by GeO_2 fabricated by N_2O plasma oxidation显示文摘In this paper, Ge surface passivation by Ge O2 grown by N2 O plasma oxidation is presented and experimentally demonstrated. Results show that stoichiometrically Ge O2 can be achieved by N2 O plasma oxidation at 350°C. The transmission electron microscope observation reveals that the Ge O2/Ge interface is automatically smooth and the thickness of Ge O2is~0.9 nm with 120 s N2 O plasma oxidation. The interface state density of Ge surface after N2 O plasma passivation is about~3×1011 cm-2e V-1. With Ge O2 passivation,the hysteresis of MOS capacitor with Al2O3 as gate dielectric is reduced to~55 m V, compared to 130 m V of the untreated one. | 6 | cDNA-SCoT Analysis of Differential Expressed Genes in Allium tuberosum Induced by Botrytis cinerea显示文摘[Objectives]To investigate the molecular mechanism of gene differential expression in A.tuberosum under Botrytis cinerea stress.[Methods]The leaf of A.tuberosum was inoculated with B.cinerea to induce resistance,then leaf samples were taken at 2,4,8,12 and 24 h,respectively,after inoculation,and used for cDNA-SCoT analysis to detect the gene differential expressions.[Results]More than 800 bands with length of 100-1800 bp were obtained using 60 SCoT primers.A total of 40 differentially expressed EST sequences were screened out,and 18 non-redundant ESTs with high quality were obtained by cluster analyses of the ESTs sequencing.The results of BlastN showed that the differential genes of A.tuberosum mainly related to disease defense,signal transduction,and protein metabolism.[Conclusions]Further analysis of gene function indicated that brassinosteroid biosynthesis-like proteins,NBS-LRR type disease resistance protein,jasmonic acid induced protein,abscisic stress ripening protein may be involved in the process of the incompatible interaction between the A.tuberosum and B.cinerea. | Minghui CHEN Zhilu ZHANG Yanjiao LI Pengqiang YAO Shiping CHENG Ganqing ZHAO | 2020 | Asian Agricultural Research2020,12,10: | 0 |
