1Therapeutic effects of endoscopic variceal ligation combined with partial splenic embolization for portal hypertension显示文摘AIM: To evaluate the feasibility of a new strategy of endoscopic variceal ligation combined with partial splenic embolization (EVL-PSE) for patients with cirrhosis and portal hypertension. METHODS: From May 1999 to May 2002, 41 cases with cirrhosis and portal hypertension underwent EVL-PSE. Hemodynamics of the main portal vein (MPV), the left gastric vein (LGV) and azygos vein, including maximum velocity, flow rate and vein diameter, were assessed by Doppler ultrasonography. RESULTS: One case died from pulmonary artery embolism. One case complicated with splenic abscess was successfully managed by laparotomy. The esophageal varices and hypersplenism were well controlled after EVL-PSE in other patients. After EVL-PSE, the flow rate and velocity of MPV was significantly reduced (P<0.05), as well as the flow rate of the LGV and azygos vein. During the follow-up, no recurrent bleeding was found. CONCLUSION: Being more convenient and less invasive, EVL-PSE is hopeful to be a proper intervention strategy for portal hypertensive patients with impaired hepatic function or those intolerant to shunting or devascularization surgery.Rui-YunXu BoLiu NanLin 2004World Journal of Gastroenterology2004,10,7:13
2Anlotinib has good efficacy and low toxicity: a phase Ⅱ study of anlotinib in pre-treated HER-2 negative metastatic breast cancer显示文摘Objective:Anlotinib is a novel tyrosine kinase inhibitor blocking angiogenesis.This study was performed to assess the efficacy and safety of anlotinib in patients with metastatic breast cancer.Methods:Patients with HER2-negative breast cancer,who were pre-treated with anthracycline or taxanes in a neoadjuvant,adjuvant,or metastatic setting,and had treatment failure after at least one prior chemotherapy regimen in the metastatic setting were enrolled.Anlotinib was administered at 12 mg daily for 14 days in a 21-day cycle until disease progression or unacceptable toxicity occurred.Simultaneously,5–10 m L of venous blood was collected to perform circulating tumor DNA(ct DNA)testing every 2 treatment cycles.The primary endpoint was the objective response rate(ORR).Secondary endpoints included the disease control rate(DCR),progression-free survival(PFS),overall survival,safety,and biomarkers.Results:Twenty-six eligible patients were enrolled,with a median age of 56(30–75)years.The median follow-up time was 10.5 months.The ORR was 15.4%,the DCR was 80.8%,and the median PFS was 5.22 months(95%confidence interval 2.86–6.24).Fourteen(53.8%)patients survived for more than 10 months.The changes in the detectable ct DNA variant allele frequency were consistent with the tumor response.The most common treatment-related adverse events were hypertension(57.7%),thyroidstimulating hormone elevation(34.6%),and hand-foot syndrome(23.1%).Conclusion:Anlotinib showed objective efficacy with tolerable toxicity in heavily pre-treated,metastatic HER2-negative breast cancer.The dynamic changes in the ct DNA variant allele fraction may be predictive of the tumor response.Nanlin Hu Yiran Si Jian Yue Tingting Sun Xue Wang Zhuqing Jia Songlin Gao Qiao Li Yang Shao Jiayu Wang Yang Luo Fei Ma Binghe Xu Peng Yuan 2021Cancer Biology & Medicine2021,18,3:11
3Kinetics and Mechanism of Interfacial Reaction in a SiC_f/Ti Composite显示文摘In order to evaluate the interfacial reaction, a SiCf/Ti (TA1) composite was fabricated by a vacuum hot pressingmethod and then heat-treated in vacuum at 800℃ for up to 100 h. The elemental distributions of C, Si and Ti at theinterfacial reaction zone were investigated. It was found that the reaction zone occurs during the fabrication processand continuously grows at high temperature because the Si and C atoms diffuse from SiC fibers to the matrix and Tiatoms diffuse in the opposite direction. 5Phase Ⅱ study of apatinib in combination with oral vinorelbine in heavily pretreated HER2-negative metastatic breast cancer and clinical implications of monitoring ctDNA显示文摘Objective:Apatinib is an oral TKI targeting VEGFR-2.Single-agent apatinib treatment has been shown to produce an objective response in patients with pretreated m BC.Oral vinorelbine also holds promise as a treatment of choice in patients with m BC.This study aimed to investigate the efficacy and safety of the oral vinorelbine-apatinib combination in patients with pretreated m BC.In addition,we detected gene variants in ct DNA to explore the therapeutic implications.Methods:This study enrolled patients with HER2-negative m BC who were pretreated with anthracycline/taxanes.Patients were treated with apatinib at 500 mg/425 mg daily plus oral vinorelbine 60 mg/m2 on days 1,8,and 15 of every cycle(3 weeks).The primary endpoint was PFS.The secondary endpoints were ORR,CBR,OS,and safety.Patients eligible for ct DNA detection were evaluated before and during treatment.Results:Forty patients were enrolled.The median PFS was 5.2 months(95%CI,3.4–7.0 months),and the median OS was 17.4 months(95%CI,8.0–27.0 months).The ORR was 17.1%(6/35),and the CBR was 45.7%(16/35).The most common AEs included gastrointestinal reaction,myelosuppression,and hypertension.In 20 patients,ct DNA was detected at baseline and during treatment.A significant difference was found in PFS for undetected vs.detected baseline ct DNA(13.9 months vs.3.6 months,P=0.018).Conclusions:All-oral therapy with apatinib plus vinorelbine displayed objective efficacy in patients with heavily pretreated HER2-negative m BC,with acceptable and manageable toxicity profiles.Patients with no gene variant detected and lower variant allele frequencies in ct DNA at baseline showed longer PFS.Anjie Zhu Peng Yuan Nanlin Hu Mingzhou Li Wenmiao Wang Xue Wang Jian Yue Jiayu Wang Yang Luo Fei Ma Pin Zhang Qing Li Binghe Xu Shanbo Cao Giuseppe Lippi Yoichi Naito Mohammed A.Osman Gustavo N.Marta Gianluca Franceschini Armando Orlandi 2021Cancer Biology & Medicine2021,18,3:4

7Measurement of interfacial residual stress in SiC fiber reinforced Ni-Cr-Al alloy composites by Raman spectroscopy显示文摘Raman spectroscopy was used to measure Raman spectra of the inner SiC fibers and surface C-rich layers of SiC fibers, composite precursors and SiCf/Ni-Cr-Al composites. The residual stresses of the inner SiC fibers and surface C-rich layers were calculated, and the effect of the(Al + Al_2O_3) diffusion barrier layer on the interfacial residual stress in the composites was analyzed in combination with the interface microstructure and energy disperse spectroscopy(EDS) elements lining maps. The results show that the existence of(Al + Al_2O_3) diffusion barrier improves the compatibility of the SiCf/Ni-Cr-Al interface,inhibits the adverse interfacial reaction, and relieves the residual stress inside SiC fibers and at the interface of composite material. Heat treatment can reduce the residual stress at the interface. 9An effective strategy towards construction of CVD SiC fiber-reinforced superalloy matrix composite显示文摘In this work,a modified approach for preparing CVD SiC fiber-reinforced superalloy matrix composites was rationally developed.The composites were fabricated by vacuum hot pressing(VHP)process using precursor wires coated with(Al+Al2O3)diffusion barrier layers and GH4169 superalloy coatings.BNi-7 brazing filler metals were introduced on the surface of precursor wires in order to decrease the temperature of the VHP process.It was found that the VHP temperature was reduced by about 100℃,and the melting,diffusion,nucleation and growth processes of BNi-7 fillers at 900?C motivated the recrystallization and plastic flow of the matrix under the increasing pressure,thereby a compact composite composed of intact SiC fibers and fine equiaxial grain structure superalloy matrix was achieved.Meanwhile,the elements were distributed homogeneously among the fibers in the composite and no interfacial reactions occurred.This method provides a new insight for designing and manufacturing high-quality composites in practical engineering.Haoqiang Zhang Lin Liu Zhiliang Pei Nanlin Shi Jun Gong Chao Sun 2020Journal of Materials Science & Technology2020,47,14:3
10Very high upper critical fields of F-doped Fe-based layered superconductors NdO_(0.88)F_(0.12)FeAs and CeO_(0.88)F_(0.12)FeAs显示文摘Using the solid state reaction method, we have synthesized the polycrystalline F-doped NdO0.88F0.12FeAs and CeO0.88F0.12FeAs with the superconducting transition temperatures at about 48 and 40 K, respectively. To obtain the upper critical field Hc2 of Nd(Ce)O0.88F0.12FeAs samples, we measured the electrical resistivity under magnetic field up to 14 T. 11Synthesis of Ultrafine Fe_3O_4 Powder via a Novel Ageing Process显示文摘Ultrafine Fe3O4 powder was successfully synthesized via a novel ageing process from a precursor FeO(OH), which was the hydrolysate of FeCl3 in the urea solution. The structure of as-synthesized powder was characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), and the morphology of these nanoparticles was investigated using a transmission electron microscope (TEM). Pure phase Fe3O4 was obtained and the mean diameter of these nanoparticles was about 21 nm.Furthermore, the study indicated that the precursor FeO(OH) played an important role in the formation of Fe3O4nanoparticles. 13Preparation and Characterization of Polyaniline Nanofibers by Template-free Method显示文摘In the presence of p-toluene sulfonic acid (TSA) as a dopant, polyaniline (PAni) nanofibers, (about 80~165 nm in diameter) were successfully synthesized with a chemical template-free method. It was found that the formation probability, morphology, and diameter of the resulting PAni-TSA nanofibers were sensitive to the synthetic conditions,such as reaction temperature, the molar ratio of TSA to aniline, and the concentration of TSA in the polymerization media. 14Band structure reconstruction across nematic order in high quality FeSe single crystal as revealed by optical spectroscopy study显示文摘We perform an in-plane optical spectroscopy measurement on high quality Fe Se single crystals grown by a vapor transport technique. Below the structural transition at Ts 90 K, the reflectivity spectrum clearly shows a gradual suppression around 400 cm 1and the conductivity spectrum shows a peak at higher frequency. The energy scale of this gap-like feature is comparable to the width of the band splitting observed by ARPES. The low-frequency conductivity consists of two Drude components and the overall plasma frequency is smaller than that of the Fe As based compounds, suggesting a lower carrier density or stronger correlation effect. The plasma frequency becomes even smaller below Tswhich agrees with the very small Fermi energy estimated by other experiments. 17Multiple MRI score systems versus Acute Physiology,Age and Chronic Healthy EvaluationⅡscore in predicting the severity of acute pancreatitis:a ROC analysis显示文摘目的:评价多种磁共振评分系统与急性生理年龄慢性健康评分系统Ⅱ预测急性胰腺炎严重程度的准确性。方法:临床确诊161例急性胰腺炎患者接受MRI检查(其中平扫86例,平扫+增强75例),对75例急性胰腺炎MRI增强患者,五种磁共振评分系统(Balthazar分级、磁共振严重指数、修正磁共振严重指数、胰外炎症磁共振评分、肠系膜水肿与腹膜腔积液评分)对其严重程度进行评价,对所有161例急性胰腺炎患者,三种磁共振评分系统(Balthazar分级、胰外炎症磁共振评分、肠系膜水肿与腹膜腔积液评分)对其严重程度进行评价。利用ROC曲线比较分析磁共振评分系统与急性生理年龄慢性健康评分系统Ⅱ预测急性胰腺炎严重程度的准确性。结果:161例急性胰腺炎患者,25例(15.5%)临床上确诊为重度急性胰腺炎,6例(3.7%)死亡。磁共振严重指数、胰外炎症磁共振评分预测急性胰腺炎严重程度及死亡具有较高的准确性,但磁共振评分系统与急性生理年龄慢性健康评分系统Ⅱ预测急性胰腺炎严重程度无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:与急性生理、年龄、慢性健康评分系统Ⅱ比较,磁共振评分系统预测急性胰腺炎严重程度没有优势,急性胰腺炎入院接受MRI检查评价严重程度不被推荐。Tang Wei Zhang Xiao-ming Zhai Zhao-hua Zeng Nanlin 2014放射学实践2014,29,10:1
