17脂质微胶囊缓释包被有机酸化剂及风味相同的天然酸混合物对猪胃肠道的影响显示文摘试验通过在仔猪体内使用山梨酸和香草醛作为指示剂,检验有机酸(OA)及风味相同的天然酸(NIF)包被混合物在仔猪体内浓度的变化,以及与非包被的相同酸化剂混合物作用效果的比较,观察肠道微生物可能会产生的后果。试验将15头断奶仔猪随机分成3个日粮处理组,在体重达到29.5±0.27kg左右时屠宰。日粮处理组分为对照组、添加经过氢化植物油脂质微胶囊包被的OA和NIF混合物组(包被混合物,PB组)、添加与PB组相同的未经活性包被的OA和NIF混合物组(无保护混合物,NPB组)。对胃、空肠前段、空肠后段、回肠、盲肠,以及结肠采样,用于测定肠道内容物内山梨酸以及香草醛示踪剂的浓度。在对照组仔猪体内并没有检测出山梨酸和香草醛,且这两种物质在PB组和NPB组仔猪的胃内并无显著差异。PB组仔猪肠道内的示踪剂含量逐渐减少,而NPB组仔猪的空肠前段中的示踪剂含量与胃中相比迅速下降。PB组仔猪肠道内的山梨酸和香草醛含量显著高于NPB组(P=0.02)。PB组的仔猪后段空肠和盲肠内的大肠杆菌含量显著低于对照组和NPB组(P=0.03)。对照组和PB组仔猪盲肠乳酸杆菌数量要显著高于NPB组(P=0.03),且NPB组的乳酸杆菌含量呈现出显著的下降趋势(P=0.02),而后段空肠内的pH值则要显著高于对照组和PB组(P=0.02)。利用固态脂质微胶囊将OA和NIF包被使用,能够使其中的活性成分缓慢释放,并且能够防止进入到胃内的有效成分迅速失活。A.
