| 2 | Upconversion luminescence of Gd2O3:Er3+and Gd2O3:Er3+/silica nanophosphors fabricated by EDTA combustion method显示文摘Gd2O3:Er^3+nanophosphors were fabricated by the combustion method in presence of Na2 ethylene diamine tetra acetic acid(EDTA-Na2)as fuel at not high temperature(≤350℃)within a very short time of 5 min.The added concentration of Er^3+ions in Gd2O3 matrix was changed from 0.5 mol%to 5.0 mol%.The X-ray diffraction pattern of samples indicates the monoclinic structure of Gd2O3:Er^3+.The morphology and chemical composition analysis of the Gd2O3:Er^3+samples are characterized by a field emission scanning electron microscope(FESEM)and a Fourier-transform infrared spectrometer(FTIR).The photoluminescence(PL),photo luminescence excitation(PLE)and upconversion(UC)at room temperature of the prepared materials with different concentrations of Er^3+were investigated.The PL of Gd2O3:Er^3+nanomaterials are shown in visible at 545,594,623,648,688 nm under excitation at 275 nm.The emission bands from transitions of Er^3+from 2P3/2 to 4F9/2 are observed,UC luminescent spectra of the Gd2O3:Er^3+/silica nanocomposites under 976 nm excitation show the bands at 548 and 670 nm.The influence of excitation power at 980 nm for transitions were measured and calculated.The results indicate that the upconversion process of Gd2O3:Er^3+/silica is two photons absorption mechanism.The low temperature dependence of UC luminescent intensities of the main bands of Gd2O3:Er^3+was investigated towards development of a nanotemperature sensor in the range of 10-300 K. | Le Quoc Minh Tran Kim Anh Nguyen Duy Hung Pham Thi Minh Chau Nguyen Thi Quy Hai Ho Van Tuyen Vu Thi Thai Ha Vu Duc Tu Wieslaw Strek | 2019 | Journal of Rare Earths2019，37，11： | 2 |
| 3 | Biological remediation of acid mine drainage:Review of past trends and current outlook显示文摘Formation of acid mine drainage(AMD)is a widespread environmental issue that has not subsided throughout decades of continuing research.Highly acidic and highly concentrated metallic streams are characteristics of such streams.Humans,plants and surrounding ecosystems that are in proximity to AMD producing sites face immediate threats.Remediation options include active and passive biological treatments which are markedly different in many aspects.Sulfate reducing bacteria(SRB)remove sulfate and heavy metals to generate non-toxic streams.Passive systems are inexpensive to operate but entail fundamental drawbacks such as large land requirements and prolonged treatment period.Active bioreactors offer greater operational predictability and quicker treatment time but require higher investment costs and wide scale usage is limited by lack of expertise.Recent advancements include the use of renewable raw materials for AMD clean up purposes,which will likely achieve much greener mitigation solutions. | K.Rambabu Fawzi Banat Quan Minh Pham Shih-Hsin Ho Nan-Qi Ren Pau Loke Show | 2020 | Environmental Science and Ecotechnology2020，，2： | 2 |

| 10 | Novel CagA ELISA exhibits enhanced sensitivity of Helicobacter pylori CagA antibody显示文摘AIM To develop a novel Helicobacter pylori(H.pylori)CagA antibody enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)suitable for detecting serum anti-CagA antibodies with high sensitivity.METHODS Recombinant East Asian-type CagA protein was purified and immobilized for ELISA.Serum samples from 217Vietnamese individuals(110 H.pylori-infected and107 uninfected individuals)were applied.Conventional ELISA from Western-type CagA and our East Asian-type CagA ELISA were evaluated by comparing 38 subjects with the Western-type genotype and 72 subjects with the East Asian-type cagA genotype.Histological scores of the gastric mucosa were determined using the updated Sydney System to examine the relationship with anti-CagA antibody titers.RESULTS Recombinant 70-100 k Da fragments were immobilized on the ELISA plate.In ROC analysis,the area under the curve of our East Asian-type CagA ELISA was comparable to that of conventional CagA ELISA.The sensitivity of the two ELISAs differed depending on the cagA genotype.The sensitivity of East Asian-type Cag A ELISA was higher for subjects infected with East Asiantype cagA H.pylori(P<0.001),and the sensitivity of the conventional CagA ELISA tended to be higher for subjects infected with Western cagA H.pylori(P=0.056).The titer of anti-CagA antibody tended to correlate with monocyte infiltration scores(r=0.25,P=0.058)and was inversely correlated with H.pylori density(r=-0.26,P=0.043).CONCLUSION The novel ELISA is useful to detect anti-CagA antibodies in East Asian countries,and the titer may be a marker for predicting chronic gastritis. | Yuichi Matsuo Yasutoshi Kido Junko Akada Seiji Shiota Tran Thanh Binh Tran Thi Huyen Trang Ho DQ Dung Pham Huu Tung Tran Dinh Tri Ngo P Minh Thuan Le Quang Tam Bui Chi Nam Vu Van Khien Yoshio Yamaoka | 2017 | World Journal of Gastroenterology2017，23，1： | 1 |
