| 2 | Measurement-device-independent quantum secret sharing and quantum conference based on Gaussian cluster state显示文摘Cluster state is the basic resource for one-way quantum computation and a valuable resource for establishing quantum network, because it has a flexible and varied composition form. We present measurement-device-independent quantum secret sharing(QSS) and quantum conference(QC) schemes based on continuous variable(CV) four-mode cluster state with different structures. The users of the protocol prepare their own Einstein-Podolsky-Rosen(EPR) states, respectively. One mode of these EPR states is sent to an untrusted relay where a generalized Bell measurement creates different types of CV cluster states among four users, while the other mode is kept at their own station. We show that a shared secret key for QSS and QC schemes is distilled based on the shared quantum correlation among four users. QC and four users QSS are implemented based on the star shape CV cluster state. QSS with three users are implemented based on the linear or square shape CV cluster states. The results show that the secure transmission distance for an asymmetric network, where the transmission distances between the users and relay are different, is longer than that of a symmetric network, where the transmission distances between the users and relay are the same. | 13 | Cyanidin-3-O-glucoside alleviates trimethyltin chloride-induced neurodegeneration by maintaining glutamate homeostasis through modulation of the gut microbiota显示文摘Trimethyltin chloride(TMT)is a potent neurotoxin to cause neurodegeneration,especially in hippocampus.This study aimed to identify dietary components that can effectively attenuate TMT-induced neurodegeneration in humans.The predominant anthocyanin in human diets,cyanidin-3-O-glucoside(C3G,5 or 50 mg/kg),was given to mice for 16 days,and TMT(2.7 mg/kg)was injected intraperitoneally once on the eighth day.C3G(50 mg/kg)significantly alleviated TMT-induced seizures and subsequent cognitive impairment by ameliorating hippocampal neurodegeneration and synaptic dysfunction.Furthermore,C3G treatment restored glutamate homeostasis in brain and reversed glutamine synthetase(GS)inhibition in reactive astrogliosis and neuroinflammation,which are critical for C3G's neuroprotective effects.Notably,C3G decreased the lipopolysaccharide,tumor necrosis factor-α,interleukin-6,and interleukin-1βlevels in the mice,which potentially by modulating the relative abundance of Atopobiaceae and Lachnospiraceae in the gut.C3G may be a promising and practical dietary component for reducing TMT-induced neurodegeneration. | Yu Xi Wenhui Li Junru Wang Meihong Yu Xiangquan Zeng He Li Jian Li | 2024 | Food Science and Human Wellness2024,13,2: | 0 |
| 14 | Preparation of a Salmonella LAMP Detection Kit显示文摘[Objectives] This study was conducted to establish a method for rapid detection of Salmonella at the grassroots level, and a corresponding product was developed. [Methods] By analyzing the invA gene of Salmonella, two pairs of efficient, rapid and specific amplification primers were designed and screened for the six conserved domains of the gene, and the LAMP detection kit for Salmonella based on this method was produced. [Results] The method is simple, sensitive, rapid and specific. The minimum detection concentration is 10~2-10~3 CFU/ml. | 15 | Interfacial engineering of atomic platinum-doped molybdenum carbide quantum dots for high-rate and stable hydrogen evolution reaction in proton exchange membrane water electrolysis显示文摘Platinum(Pt)-based electrocatalysts remain the only practical cathode catalysts for proton exchange membrane water electrolysis(PEMWE),due to their excellent catalytic activity for acidic hydrogen evolution reaction(HER),but are greatly limited by their low reserves and high cost.Here,we report an interfacial engineering strategy to obtain a promising low-Pt loading catalyst with atomically Pt-doped molybdenum carbide quantum dots decorated on conductive porous carbon(Pt-MoCx@C)for high-rate and stable HER in PEMWE.Benefiting from the strong interfacial interaction between Pt atoms and the ultra-small MoCx quantum dots substrate,the Pt-MoCx catalyst exhibits a high mass activity of 8.00 A·mgPt−1,5.6 times higher than that of commercial 20 wt.%Pt/C catalyst.Moreover,the strong interfacial coupling of Pt and MoCx substrate greatly improves the HER stability of the Pt-MoCx catalyst.Density functional theory studies further confirm the strong metal-support interaction on Pt-MoCx,the critical role of MoCx substrate in the stabilization of surface Pt atoms,as well as activation of MoCx substrate by Pt atoms for improving HER durability and activity.The optimized Pt-MoCx@C catalyst demonstrates>2000 h stability under a water-splitting current of 1000 mA·cm^(−2)when applied to the cathode of a PEM water electrolyzer,suggesting the potential for practical applications. | Lulu Chen Yichao Huang Yanping Ding Ping Yu Fang Huang Wenbo Zhou Limin Wang Yangyang Jiang Haitao Li Hanqing Cai Lin Wang Hang Wang Meihong Liao Lianming Zhao Zhuangjun Fan | 2023 | Nano Research2023,16,10: | 0 |
| 16 | SiRAP2-12,a Positive Regulatory Factor,Effectively Improves the Waterlogging Tolerance of Foxtail Millet(Setaria italica)显示文摘Foxtail millet(Setaria italica)growth was inhibited because of waterlogging stress,which has caused yield reduc-tion.ERF family plays an important role to plant adversity tolerance.In our study,we obtained 19,819 differential expressed genes(DEGs)between the two treatments based on the RNA-seq sequencing of foxtail millet of water-logging stress.Furthermore,a total of 28 ERF family members were obtained,which have a complete open read-ing frame.We studied the evolution and function of SiERF family and how they affected the waterlogging tolerance.It was found that SiERF1A/B/C(GenBank ID:OR775217,OR775219,OR775218)and SiRAP2-12(GenBank ID:OR775216)have similar functions to the known waterlogging tolerance genes of other plants.Among them,the SiRAP2-12 expression was obviously significantly up-regulated in foxtail millet after 5d water-logging stress.After SiRAP2-12 was silenced,the activity of defense enzymes in millet decreased significantly.In details,superoxide dismutase(SOD),catalase(CAT)and peroxidase(POD),the osmotic regulator proline(Pro),and the activity of the anaerobic respiratory enzyme alcohol dehydrogenase(ADH)content were decreased by 78.61%,29.52%,79.95%,19.41%and 54.77%,respectively.In contrast,the relative electrical conductivity contents(REC),malondialdehyde(MDA),and hydrogen peroxide(H_(2)O_(2))of the foxtail millet subjected to virus-induced gene silencing clearly increased by 1.03-fold,36.09%,and 15.21%,respectively.The content of sodium(Na^(+))in the SiRAP2-12-silenced foxtail millet also increased,but that of potassium(K^(+))decreased.Interestingly,we found that ethylene content was significantly reduced.Further,the SiAOC1 expression,an essential gene for ethylene synthesis,was inhibited in SiRAP2-12-silenced foxtail millet after waterlogging stress.Taken together,we hypothesized that SiRAP2-12 might be a positive regulator of millet tolerance to waterlogging stress. | Xueyan Xia Xiaohong Fu Yu Zhao Jihan Cui Nuoya Xiao Jingxin Wang Yiwei Lu Meihong Huang Cheng Chu Jia Zhang Mengxin Yang Shunguo Li Jianfeng Liu | 2024 | Phyton-International Journal of Experimental Botany2024,93,3: | 0 |
