1Interacting with Text:The Role of Dialogue in Learning to Read and Write显示文摘English language teachers in China are expressing growing interest in the model of language provided by systemic functional linguistics and genre theory. This paper offers further insights into the methods developed in this framework,for teaching reading and writing in school and academic contexts. These methods involve carefully planned interactions between teachers and students,that enable all students in a class to successfully practise skills in academic reading and writing. The paper outlines the models of language and language learning that underpin the methods,and illustrates the kinds of classroom interactions used for writing and reading. 2微波预处理对秸秆厌氧消化影响的研究显示文摘以秸秆为研究对象,比较不同的微波强度预处理作用下对秸秆厌氧消化产气特性的影响,研究日产气量、pH值、甲烷气体浓度及生物降解率4个参数的变化趋势,结果表明:微波预处理对秸秆厌氧消化有明显效果,平均日产气量由未被预处理的6.21mL/gVS上升到8.16mL/gVS,上升了31.33%,达到最大日产气量时间由原来的第12d,提前至第2~第7d不等,最大日产气量由原来的23.43mL/gVS上升到43.49mL/gVS;在360~900W范围内,微波强度越大,反应的pH值下降越快,秸秆厌氧消化最大日产气量越提前;经过微波预处理的甲烷浓度平均浓度由原来的50%提高至62%左右,其生物能范围也由未处理前的17.58MJ/m^3提高至23.46MJ/m^3,物降解率由未预处理的44.12%,提高至71.55%。冯磊 李润东 Bernhard Raninger Martin J. 7Hijacking antibody-induced CTLA-4 lysosomal degradation for safer and more effective cancer immunotherapy显示文摘It remains unclear why the clinically used anti-CTLA-4 antibodies, popularly called checkpoint inhibitors, have severe immunotherapy-related adverse effects (irAEs) and yet suboptimal cancer immunotherapeutic effects (CITE). Here we report that while irAE-prone Ipilimumab and TremeIgG1 rapidly direct cell surface CTLA-4 for lysosomal degradation, the non-irAE-prone antibodies we generated, HL12 or HL32, dissociate from CTLA-4 after endocytosis and allow CTLA-4 recycling to cell surface by the LRBA-dependent mechanism. Disrupting CTLA-4 recycling results in robust CTLA-4 downregulation by all anti-CTLA-4 antibodies and confers toxicity to a non-irAE-prone anti-CTLA-4 mAb. Conversely, increasing the pH sensitivity of TremeIgG1 by introducing designed tyrosine-to-histidine mutations prevents antibody-triggered lysosomal CTLA-4 downregulation and dramatically attenuates irAE. Surprisingly, by avoiding CTLA-4 downregulation and due to their increased bioavailability, pH-sensitive anti-CTLA-4 antibodies are more effective in intratumor regulatory T-cell depletion and rejection of large established tumors. 10Accuracy details in realistic CFD modeling of an industrial centrifugal pump in direct and reverse modes显示文摘Numerical computation of the flowfield inside a pump is herein used as a numerical laboratory, subject to the limitations of modeling assumptions and to experimental verification. A numerical computation of the flow inside a real industrial centrifugal pump is performed that includes a very sophisticated geometry. Conversely to other computations, in this test case no simplification of the geometry was introduced. Numerical computations are obtained using Spalart-Allmaras turbulence model. A detailed analysis of the turbulent flowstructure is performed for the design point and two off design conditions. Additional computations were performed in order to compare the numerical and experimental pump characteristics; these were obtained under normalized testing conditions. Further computations are presented for the pump working in reverse turbine mode (PAT). Detailed analyses of the flow allow a comparison of the internal flow losses when the pump is operating in direct and reverse mode.
