| 1 | 基于水声学探测的香溪河鱼类资源时空分布特征评估显示文摘为了掌握三峡水库香溪河鱼类资源时空分布特征,2013年5月和11月运用Simrad EY60型分裂波束回声探测仪在香溪河进行了水声学探测,辅以常规渔获物分析方法。渔获物调查共发现鱼类7科41种,其中似鳊、贝氏、、银和蛇等小型鱼类在数量上占据优势地位。水声学探测结果表明,香溪河春季鱼类密度显著高于秋季,采用加权平均法求得2013年5月和11月探测的鱼类密度分别为53.4和15.4 ind./1000 m3。鱼类资源在空间上不均匀分布,从高岚河至香溪河口鱼类密度逐渐降低;在垂直方向上,春季和秋季水声学探测的鱼类密度显示出相同的趋势,即表层>中层>底层。在运用鱼类生物操纵改善水质途径方面,建议通过壮大肉食性鱼类种群来控制小型鱼类资源量,同时通过增殖放流鲢、鳙以加强对浮游植物的滤食作用。 | 连玉喜 黄耿 Malgorzata Godlewska 李翀 赵修江 叶少文 李钟杰 | 2015 | 水生生物学报2015,39,5: | 23 |
| 2 | Mucosal bacterial microflora and mucus layer thickness in adolescents with inflammatory bowel disease显示文摘AIM:To assess the mucosa-associated bacterial microflora and mucus layer in adolescents with inflammatory bowel disease(IBD) .METHODS:Sixty-one adolescents(mean age 15 years,SD ± 4.13) were included in the study.Intestinal biopsies from inflamed and non-inflamed mucosa of IBD patients and from controls with functional abdominal pain were cultured under aerobic and anaerobic conditions.The number of microbes belonging to the same group was calculated per weight of collected tissue.The mucus thickness in frozen samples was measured under a fluorescent microscope.RESULTS:The ratios of different bacterial groups in inflamed and non-inflamed mucosa of IBD patients and controls were specific for particular diseases.Streptococcus spp.were predominant in the inflamed mucosa of Crohn's disease(CD) patients(80% of all bacteria) ,and Lactobacillus spp.were predominant in ulcerative colitis patients(90%) .The differences were statistically significant(P = 0.01-0.001) .Lower number of bifidobacteria was observed in the whole IBD group.A relation was also found between clinical and endoscopic severity and decreased numbers of Lactobacillus and,to a lesser extent,of Streptococcus in biopsies from CD patients.The mucus layer in the inflamed sites was significantly thinner as compared to controls(P = 0.0033) and to non-inflamed areas in IBD patients(P = 0.031) .CONCLUSION:The significantly thinner mucosa of IBD patients showed a predominance of some aerobes specific for particular diseases,their numbers decreased in relation to higher clinical and endoscopic activity of the disease. | Krzysztof Fyderek Magdalena Strus Kinga Kowalska-Duplaga Tomasz Gosiewski Andrzej Wedrychowicz Urszula Jedynak-Wasowicz Malgorzata Sladek Stanislaw Pieczarkowski Pawel Adamski Piotr Kochan Piotr B Heczko | 2009 | World Journal of Gastroenterology2009,15,42: | 14 |

The mission aims at determining the equation of state of matter at supra-nuclear density, measuring effects of QED, and understanding the dynamics of matter in strong-field gravity. In addition to investigating fundamental physics, eXTP will be a very powerful observatory for astrophysics that will provide observations of unprecedented quality on a variety of galactic and extragalactic objects. | 7 | Systemic interleukin-9 in inflammatory bowel disease: Association with mucosal healing in ulcerative colitis显示文摘AIM To evaluate circulating IL9 in inflammatory bowel disease and disease-associated anemia/cachexia and assess its potential as a mucosal healing marker.METHODS Serum IL9 as well as other cytokines(IL1β, IL6, IL13, IFNγ, TNFα, and VEGF-A) were determined in 293 individuals: 97 patients with Crohn's disease(CD) and 74 with ulcerative colitis(UC) and in 122 apparently healthy controls. The clinical activity of CD and UC was expressed in terms of the Crohn's Disease Activity Index(CDAI) and the Mayo Scoring System(MDAI), respectively, and the severity of bowel inflammation in UC patients was assessed using Mayo endoscopic score. Cytokine concentrations were measured by a flow cytometry-based method using Luminex x MAP? technology. Highsensitive C-reactive protein concentrations(hs CRP) were determined in CD and UC patients using the enhanced immunoturbidimetric method.RESULTS Systemic IL9 was significantly lower in healthy individuals [9 pg/m L(95%CI: 8.2-10)] than in patients with inflammatory bowel disease(IBD): both inactive [14.3 pg/m L(11.9-19.9)] and active [27.6 pg/m L(24.5-32), P < 0.0001]. Cytokine concentrations were significantly higher in active CD [27.4 pg/m L(23.4-32.2)] and in active UC [32.7 pg/m L(27-38.9)] compared to inactive diseases [15.9 pg/m L(10.8-23.4) in CD and 19.4 pg/m L(13.9-27.1) in UC, P = 0.001]. IL9 correlated weakly with CDAI(ρ = 0.32, P = 0.003) and MDAI(ρ = 0.35, P = 0.002) and strongly with endoscopic inflammation in UC(ρ = 0.74, P < 0.0001). As a negative marker of mucosal healing(MH), IL9 had an accuracy superior to hs CRP and IL6 [97%(P < 0.0001), 67%(P = 0.071), and 55%(P = 0.525), respectively]. IL9 was significantly higher in cachectic IBD patients [30.25 pg/m L(24.4-37.5) vs 21.88 pg/m L(18-26.5), P = 0.026] and negatively correlated with hemoglobin concentrations(ρ =-0.27, P < 0.001). For paediatric patients, a new era of highly effective DAA agents is beginning, and the first results of available clinical trials are very promising. In this era, the identification and monitoring of patients continues to be an important issue. The availability of non-invasive serological and imaging methods to measure hepatic fibrosis enables the identification of patients with significant or advanced liver fibrosis stages. | 11 | Impact of IL28B and OAS gene family polymorphisms on interferon treatment response in Caucasian children chronically infected with hepatitis B virus显示文摘AIM To investigate the impact of IL28 B and OAS gene polymorphisms on interferon treatment responses in children with chronic hepatitis B.METHODS We enrolled 52 children(between the ages of 4 and 18) with hepatitis B e antigen-negative chronic hepatitis B(CHB), who were treated with pegylated interferon alfa for 48 wk. Single nucleotide polymorphisms in the OAS1(rs1131476), OAS2(rs1293747),OAS3(rs2072136), OASL(rs10849829) and IL28B(rs12979860, rs12980275 and rs8099917) genes were studied to examine their associations with responses to IFN treatment in paediatric patients. We adopted two criteria for the therapeutic response, achieving an hepatitis B virus(HBV) DNA level < 2000 IU/m L and normalization of ALT activity(< 40 IU/L). To perform the analyses, we compared the patients in terms of achieving a partial response(PR) and a complete response(CR) upon measurement at the 24-wk posttreatment follow-up. RESULTS The PR and CR rates were 80.8% and 42.3%, respectively. Factors such as age, gender and liver histology had no impact on the type of response(partial or complete). A statistically significant relationship between higher baseline HBV DNA and ALT activity levels and lower rates of PR and CR was shown(P < 0.05). The allele association analysis revealed that only the IL-28 B rs12979860(C vs T) and IL28 B rs12980275(A vs G) markers significantly affected the achievement of PR(P = 0.021, OR = 3.3, 95%CI: 1.2-9.2 and P = 0.014, OR = 3.7, 95%CI: 1.3-10.1, respectively). However, in the genotype analysis, only IL-28 B rs12980275 was significantly associated with PR(AA vs AG-GG, P = 0.014, OR = 10.9, 95%CI: 1.3-93.9). The association analysis for CR showed that the TT genotype of IL28 B rs12979860 was present only in the no-CR group(P = 0.033) and the AA genotype of OASL rs10849829 was significantly more frequent in the noCR group(P = 0.044, OR = 0.26, 95%CI: 0.07-0.88). | 14 | Phosphorus mobility in dam reservoir affected by redox oscillations:An experimental study显示文摘The internal sedimentary phosphorus(P) load of aquatic systems is able to support eutrophication, especially in dam–reservoir systems where sedimentary P stock is high and where temporary anaerobic conditions occur. The aim of this study therefore is to examine the response of sedimentary P exposed to redox oscillations. Surface sediments collected in the Champsanglard dam–reservoir(on the Creuse River, France) were subjected to two aerobic phases(10 and 12 days) alternated with two anaerobic periods(21 and 27 days)through batch incubations. The studied sediment contained 77 ± 3 μmol/g DW of P, mainly associated with the ascorbate fraction(amorphous Fe/Mn oxyhydroxides). The used sediment was rich in organic matter(OM)(21% ± 1%) with primarily allochthone signature.Our results showed that redox oscillations enhance dissolved inorganic phosphorus release at sediment/water interface. During the first anaerobic stage, the P release was mainly controlled by the dissolution/precipitation of iron minerals. The more pronounced increase of P release during the second anaerobic stage(44%) was due to various mechanisms related to the change in quality of dissolved organic matter(DOM), namely a higher SUVA254 and humification indices. The release of more refractory DOM(rDOM) served to lower the microbial metabolism activity, possibly favored iron oxyhydroxide aggregation and thus limiting iron reduction. In addition, rDOM is able to compete for mineral P sorption sites,leading to a greater P release. It is the third leading cause of cancer-related death worldwide. There are numerous possible factors that stimulate the procarcinogenic activity of important genes. These factors include genetic susceptibility expressed in a singlenucleotide polymorphism, various acquired mutations(chromosomal instability, microsatellite instability, somatic gene mutations, epigenetic alterations) and environmental circumstances(e.g., helicobcter pylori infection, EBV infection, diet, and smoking). Most of the aforementioned pathways overlap, and authors agree that a clear-cut pathway for GC may not exist. Thus, the categorization of carcinogenic events is complicated. Lately, it has been claimed that research on early-onset gastric carcinoma(EOGC) and hereditary GC may contribute towards unravelling some part of the mystery of the GC molecular pattern because young patients are less exposed to environmental carcinogens and because carcinogenesis in this setting may be more dependent on genetic factors. The comparison of various aspects that differ and coexist in EOGCs and conventional GCs might enable scientists to: distinguish which features in the pathway of gastric carcinogenesisare modifiable, discover specific GC markers and identify a specific target. | 17 | Towards an evaluation of alcoholic liver cirrhosis and nonalcoholic fatty liver disease patients with hematological scales显示文摘BACKGROUND Seeking potentially novel blood markers of liver fibrosis and steatosis is constantly of crucial importance.Despite a growing number of studies in this field of hepatology,a certain role of hematological indices in the course of liver disorders has not been fully elucidated,yet.AIM To evaluate a diagnostic accuracy of neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio(NLR),platelet-to-lymphocyte ratio(PLR)and mean platelet volume-to-platelet-ratio(MPR)in the course of alcoholic liver cirrhosis(ALC)and nonalcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD).METHODS One hundred forty-two patients with ALC,92 with NAFLD and 68 persons in control group were enrolled in the study.Hematological indices(NLR,PLR and MPR),indirect and direct markers of liver fibrosis(aspartate transaminase to alkaline transaminase ratio,aspartate transaminase to platelet ratio index,fibrosis-4,gamma-glutamyl transpeptidase to platelet ratio,procollagen Ⅰ carboxyterminal propeptide,procollagen Ⅲ aminoterminal propeptide,transforming growth factor-α,platelet-derived growth factor AB,laminin)were measured in each person.Model for end-stage liver disease(MELD)score in ALC group and NAFLD fibrosis score together with BARD score were calculated in NAFLD patients.Receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curves and area under the curve(AUC)values were applied to assess the sensitivity and specificity of examined markers and to evaluate proposed cut-offs of measured indices in the course of ALC and NAFLD.RESULTS MPR and NLR values in ALC patients were significantly higher in comparison to control group;PLR level was significantly lower.MPR and PLR correlated with assessed indirect and direct markers of liver fibrosis.MPR,NLR and PLR correlated with MELD score.NLR level in NAFLD patients was significantly higher in comparison to controls.MPR correlated with indirect markers of liver fibrosis and NAFLD fibrosis score.AUC values and proposed cut-offs for NLR,PLR and MPR in ALC patients were:0.821(>2.227),0.675(<70.445)and 0.929(>0.048),respectively.AUC values and proposed cut-offs for NLR,PLR and MPR in NAFLD group were:0.725(>2.034),0.528(>97.101)and 0.547(>0.038),respectively.CONCLUSION Hematological markers are inseparably connected with serological indices of liver fibrosis in ALC and NAFLD patients.MPR and NLR turned out to be the most powerful parameters in ALC patients. | Agata Michalak Halina Cichoz-Lach Malgorzata Guz Joanna Kozicka Marek Cybulski Witold Jeleniewicz Andrzej Stepulak | 2020 | World Journal of Gastroenterology2020,26,47: | 6 |
