Cadmium accumulation and tolerance of two castor cultivars in relation to antioxidant systems显示文摘To investigate the effects of Cd on tolerance and antioxidant activities of castor, two different castor(Ricinus communis L.) cultivars(Zibo No. 5 and Zibo No. 8) were used for a hydroponic experiment(0, 1 and 2 mg/L Cd) and a pot experiment using Cd-contaminated soil(34 mg/kg) with the addition of ethylenedinitrilotetraacetic acid(EDTA). The results indicated that there were significant differences between the two cultivars with respect to Cd uptake in shoots(113–248 mg/kg for Zibo No. 5 and 130–288 mg/kg Zibo No. 8), biomass tolerance indexes(64.9%–74.6% for Zibo No. 5 and 80.1%–90.9% for Zibo No. 8) in the hydroponic experiment and survival rates(0% for Zibo No. 5 and 100% for Zibo No. 8)determined by the addition of EDTA in the pot experiment, suggesting that Zibo No. 8 has higher tolerance than Zibo No. 5. Moreover, the castor cultivars have low bioconcentration factors(4.80% for Zibo No. 5 and 5.43% for Zibo No. 8) and low translocation factors(<1%).Consequently, Zibo No. 8 can participate in Cd phytostabilization in highly Cd-polluted areas. The results indicated that glutathione(GSH) as a non-enzymatic antioxidant, and antioxidant enzymes including superoxide dismutase(SOD), catalase(CAT) and guaiacol peroxidase(GPX), were cultivar- and dose-dependent. The higher tolerance of Zibo No. 8compared with Zibo No. 5 can be attributed to the higher GSH levels in the root and higher GPX activity in the leaf. | Hanzhi Zhang Qingjun Guo Junxing Yang Tongbin Chen Guangxu Zhu Marc Peters Rongfei Wei Liyan Tian Chunyu Wang Deyun Tan Jie Ma Gangming Wang Yingxin Wan | 2014 | Journal of Environmental Sciences2014,26,10: | 15
Ore-finding method of fault tectono-geochemistry in the Tongchang Cu-Au polymetallic orefield, Shaanxi, China:Ⅰ. Dynamics of tectonic ore-forming processes and prognosis of concealed ores显示文摘Based on the research content and conception of dynamics of tectonic ore-forming processes, with the focus on the dynamics and processes of mineral source, ore formation, transport, accumulation, dissipation and mineralization in response to magmatic invasion and metallogenic fluid under tectonic stress, this paper deals with the ore-finding method of fault tectono-geochemistry and its application on the basis of ore deposit genesis, 'giant pressure shadow' structure and ore-finding method of tectonic stress field in the Tongchang orefield, expounds the rules of magmatic emplacement and ore fluid migration and concentration under the control of the structural stress field, hence providing the theoretical basis for the localization and prognosis of concealed ores. The fault tectono-geochemical features show that the Cu-Au polymetallic ore deposits (mineralization) in the orefield are closely related with volcano-(exhalation) sedimentation, magmatism and tectono-reworking. Fault tectono-geochemical anomalies can be applied to prognosis of metallogenetic target areas for ore exploration and can provide strong evidence of 'giant pressure shadow' structure. In addition, quite a number of important target areas have been defined in combination with the characteristics of the tectonic stress field, and part of the target areas have been proved by practical activities. | HAN Runsheng MA Deyun WU Peng MA Gengsheng | 2009 | Chinese Journal Of Geochemistry2009,28,4: | 8
Metallogenic dynamics of the Yimen-type copper deposits and prediction of concealed ores显示文摘1 Geology and origin of the Yimen-type copper deposits THE Yimen copper mining district is located in a rift environment on the margins of the Yangtze continent and occurs in the middle segment of the Wuding-Yimen-Yuanjiang fault depression zone in theProterozoic Kunyang rift, with the Lujijiang fault as the boundary in the west and the Luoci-Yimen faultas the boundary in the east, and in the north it borders on the Luwu copper ore field and in the south itlinks with the Yuanjiang copper deposit, thus constituting an SN-striking elongated basin. Exposed in themining district are mainly the Heishantou, Dalongkou, Meidang, Yingming, Luoxue, Elachang and Lujijiang formations of the Early-Middle Proterozoic Kunyang Group, constituting a suite of lightly metamorphic rocks of low greenschist facies, and locally the Debadu Formation-complexes of the Early Proterozoic-Archean Dahongshan Group. The mining district can be divided into two ore zones: the east ore zone andthe west ore zone. Mainly distributed in the west ore zone are the volcano-sedox-strongly reworked-deepsource superimposed-type ( Fengshan-type) ore deposits, including the Sanjiachang ( including theShishan and Fengshan copper deposits), Yiduochang, Elachang, Tianxing and Meishan copper deposits(occurrences) which are all designated to the typical Yimen-type copper deposits. | 4 | “Giant pressure shadow” structure and ore-finding method of tectonic stress field in the Tongchang Cu-Au polymetallic orefield,Shaanxi,China:Ⅱ.Dynamics of tectonic ore-forming processes and prognosis of concealed ores显示文摘The Tongchang orefield is located in the central part of the Mianxian-Lueyang-Yangpingguan area that is celebrated as a 'gold triangle' area,at the juncture of the latitudinal tectonic zone of South Qinling, the Longmenshan Cathysian tectonic zone and the Sichuan-Yunnan longitudinal tectonic zone, where there are distributed Cu-Au polymetallic ore deposits(occurrences) including the Tongchang,Chenjiaba,Qinjiabian,Hongtushi,Yinshangou and Xiakouyi ore deposits(mineralization).Based on the 'giant pressure shadow' structure put forward and demonstrated by numerical modeling of the tectonic stress field and the static photoelasticity experiments on the basis of tectonic ore-controlling laws in the orefield, tectonic metallogenesis driven by orefield tectonic stress has been discussed in terms of its geological setting, orefield geomechanics, and tectonic stress field. It is thought that the dynamic evolution model of the tectonic stress field controls the whole process of formation of the polymetallic ore deposits(mineralization) in the orefield,as well as the deformation field. As a result,it controls the emplacement of rockbodies and the transformation of ore-source bodies, and provides both the channel-ways for ore-forming fluids and ore-hosting space.Furthermore,it controls the migration potential field of fluids and, thereafter, its flow direction, rate and volume;the tectonic stress field also controls the energy field and hence controls the position of occurrence of ore deposits and their scale. The method of tectonic stress field has been applied to ore prognosis in the orefield. The rules of magmatic emplacement and metallogenic fluid migrating and concentrating under the control of the structural stress field were expounded, hence providing the theoretical basis for the prognosis of concealed ores.In addition,a number of important target areas have been defined. | HAN Runsheng WANG Lei MA Deyun GU Xiaochun FAN Zhuguo | 2010 | Chinese Journal Of Geochemistry2010,29,4: | 4

Helium, lead and sulfur isotope geochemistry of the Gejiu Sn-polymetallic ore deposit and the s ources of ore-forming materials显示文摘Studies on the helium, lead and sulfur isotopic composition were performed of the Gejiu super-large Sn-polymetallic ore deposit. The results indicated that the ore-forming materials came from different sources and the deposit is a product of superimposed mineralization. The deposit is characterized by multi-source and multi-period mineralization, which experienced submarine hydrothermal deposition and Late Yanshanian magmatic hydrothermal mineralization. It is held that the Gejiu super-large Sn-polymetallic ore deposit is a multi-genesis deposit. | ZHANG Huan LUO Taiyi GAO Zhenmin MA Deyun TAO Yan | 2007 | Chinese Journal Of Geochemistry2007,26,4: | 1

NUMERICAL SIMULATION OF THE STRUCTURAL STRESS FIELD OF BEIYA GOLD DEPOSIT显示文摘Based on the study about the geological background of Beiya Gold Deposit, numerical simulation was conducted about the three-dimensional structural stress field for Beiya Gold Deposit by applying finite element theory and by employing a linear elasticity model. Results of the simulation indicate that the Beiya syncline is a faulted basin, and a hidden fracture occurs in the west wing of the syncline.Under the action of the EW-trending compressive force, four nearly NS-trending fractures (groups) were generated in the stress stretching areas of the two wings of the syncline, and these fractures constitute favorable tectonic positions for the upward intrusion of porphyry magma and the occurrence of Au-Pb-Zn polymetallic deposits. | MA Deyun and GAO Zhenmin(Open Laboratory of Ore Deposit Geochemistry, Institute of Geochemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Guiyang 550002, China Department of Earth Science, Kunming University of Scienceand Technology, Kunming 650093, China) | 2003 | Geotectonica et Metallogenia2003,27,1: | 0
