| 2 | Insights Into the Interfacial Degradation of High-Voltage All-Solid-State Lithium Batteries显示文摘Poly(ethylene oxide)(PEO)-based solid polymer electrolyte(SPE)is considered as a promising solid-state electrolyte for all-solid-state lithium batteries(ASSLBs).Nevertheless,the poor interfacial stability with high-voltage cathode materials(e.g.,LiCoO_(2))restricts its application in high energy density solid-state batteries.Herein,high-voltage stable Li_(3)AlF_(6) protective layer is coated on the surface of LiCoO_(2) particle to improve the performance and investigate the failure mechanism of PEO-based ASSLBs.The phase transition unveils that chemical redox reaction occurs between the highly reactive LiCoO_(2) surface and PEO-based SPE,resulting in structure collapse of LiCoO_(2),hence the poor cycle performance of PEO-based ASSLBs with LiCoO_(2) at charging voltage of 4.2 V vs Li/Li+.By sharp contrast,no obvious structure change can be found at the surface of Li_(3)AlF_(6)-coated LiCoO_(2),and the original layered phase was well retained.When the charging voltage reaches up to 4.5 V vs Li/Li+,the intensive electrochemical decomposition of PEO-based SPE occurs,leading to the constant increase of cell impedance and directly causing the poor performance.This work not only provides important supplement to the failure mechanism of PEO-based batter-ies with LiCoO_(2),but also presents a universal strategy to retain structure stability of cathode-electrolyte interface in high-voltage ASSLBs. | Jiawen Li Yuchen Ji Haoran Song Shiming Chen Shouxiang Ding Bingkai Zhang Luyi Yang Yongli Song Feng Pan | 2022 | Nano-Micro Letters2022,14,12: | 2 |

| 6 | Achieving exceptional activity and durability toward oxygen reduction based on a cobalt-free perovskite for solid oxide fuel cells显示文摘In response to the shortcomings of cobalt-rich cathodes, iron-based perovskite oxides appear as promising alternatives for solid oxide fuel cells (SOFCs). However, their inferior electrochemical performance at reduced temperatures (<700 ℃) becomes a major bottleneck for future progress. Here, a novel cobalt-free perovskite Ba_(0.75)Sr_(0.25)Fe_(0.875)Ga_(0.125)O_(3−δ) (BSFG) is developed as an efficient oxygen reduction electrode for SOFCs, featuring cubic-symmetry structure, large oxygen vacancy concentration and fast oxygen transport. Benefiting from these merits, cells incorporated with BSFG achieve exceptionally high electrochemical performance, as evidenced by a low polarization area-specific resistance of 0.074 Ω cm^(2) and a high peak power density of 1145 mW cm^(−2) at 600 ℃. Meanwhile, a robust short-term performance stability of BSFG cathode can be ascribed to the stable crystalline structure and favorable thermal expansion behavior. First-principles computations are also conducted to understanding the superior activity and durability toward oxygen reduction reaction. | 14 | A positive feedback loop of ARF6 activates ERK1/2 signaling pathway via DUSP6 silencing to promote pancreatic cancer progression显示文摘ERK1/2 are essential proteins mediating mitogen-activated protein kinase signaling downstream of RAS in pancreatic adenocarcinoma(PDAC).Our previous study reveals that ARF6 plays a positive regulatory role in ERK1/2 pathway in a feedback loop manner.A significant part of the literature on ARF6 has emphasized its oncogenic effect as an essential downstream molecule of ERK1/2,and no research has been done on the regulation mechanisms of the feedback loop between ARF6 and the ERK1/2 signaling pathway.In the present study,we explore the gene network downstream of ARF6 and find that DUSP6 may be the critical signal molecule in the positive feedback loop between ARF6 and ERK1/2.Specifically,to elucidate the negative correlations between ARF6 and DUSP6 in pancreatic cancer,we examine their expressions in pancreatic cancer tissues by immunohistochemical staining.Then the impact of DUSP6 on the proliferation and apoptosis of PDAC cells are investigated by gain-of-function and loss-of-function approaches.Mechanism explorations uncover that ARF6 suppresses the expression of DUSP6,which is responsible for the dephosphorylation of ERK1/2.Altogether,these results indicate that DUSP6 plays a tumor-suppressive role and acts as an intermediate molecule between ARF6 and ERK1/2 in PDAC cells,thereby forming a positive feedback loop. | Bingkai Xiao Yue Zhang Zekun Lu Weibo Chen Yong An Guangchen Zu Xiaowu Xu Di Wu Hao Yang Yi Qin Xuemin Chen | 2022 | Acta Biochimica et Biophysica Sinica2022,54,10: | 0 |

BSI CISs with the high quantum efficiency and sensitivity were irradiated by 1 MeV neutron up to the fluences of 10^(9) cm^(-2). The displacement damage induced variations of the mean dark signal,Dark signal nonuniformity(DSNU), dark signal spikes and Random telegraph signal(RTS) on the different epitaxial layer thicknesses are analyzed.
