| 1 | Relationships of ozone formation sensitivity with precursors emissions,meteorology and land use types,in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,China显示文摘Due to the influences of precursors emissions,meteorology,geography and other factors,ozone formation sensitivity(OFS)is generally spatially and temporally heterogeneous.This study characterized detailed spatial and temporal variations of OFS in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area(GBA)from 2012 to 2016 based on OMI satellite data,and analyzed the relationships of OFS with precursors emissions,meteorology and land use types(LUTs).From 2012 to 2016,the OFS tended to be NOx-limited in GBA,with the value of FNR(HCHO/NO 2)increasing from 2.04 to 2.22.According to the total annual emission statistics of precursors,NOx emissions decreased by 33.1%and VOCs emissions increased by 35.2%from 2012 to 2016,directly resulting in OFS tending to be NO x-limited.The Grey Relation Analysis results show that total column water(TCW),surface net solar radiation(SSR),air temperature at 2 m(T2)and surface pressure(SP)are the top four meteorological factors with the greatest influences on OFS.There are significant positive correlations between FNR and T2,SSR,TCW,and significant negative correlations between FNR and SP.In GBA,the OFS tends to be NO x-limited regime in wet season(higher T2,SSR,TCW and lower SP)and VOCs-limited regime in dry season(lower T2,SSR,TCW and higher SP).The FNR displays obvious gradient variations on different LUTs,with the highest in“Rural areas”,second in“Suburban areas”and lowest in“Urban areas”. | Yuping Chen Hui Yan Yijuan Yao Chunling Zeng Ping Gao Liyue Zhuang Liya Fan Daiqi Ye | 2020 | Journal of Environmental Sciences2020,32,8: | 5 |
| 2 | Block Copolymer Networks Composed of Poly(ε-caprolactone) and Polyethylene with Triple Shape Memory Properties显示文摘In this contribution, we reported a novel synthesis of block copolymer networks composed of poly(ε-caprolactone)(PCL) and polyethylene(PE) via the co-hydrolysis and condensation of α,ω-ditriethoxylsilane-terminated PCL and PE telechelics. First, α,ω-dihydroxylterminated PCL and PE telechelics were synthesized via the ring-opening polymerization of ε-caprolactone and the ring-opening metathesis polymerization of cyclooctene followed by hydrogenation of polycyclooctene. Both α,ω-ditriethoxylsilane-terminated PCL and PE telechelics were obtained via in situ reaction of α,ω-dihydroxyl-terminated PCL and PE telechelics with 3-isocyanatopropyltriethoxysilane. The formation of networks was evidenced by the solubility and rheological tests. It was found that the block copolymer networks were microphase-separated. The PCL and PE blocks still preserved the crystallinity. Owing to the formation of crosslinked networks, the materials displayed shape memory properties. More importantly, the combination of PCL with PE resulted that the block copolymer networks had the triple shape memory properties, which can be triggered with the melting and crystallization of PCL and PE blocks. | 3 | A stability locomotion-control strategy for quadruped robots with center-of-mass dynamic planning显示文摘Locomotion stability is essential for controlling quadruped robots and adapting them to unstructured terrain.We propose a control strategy with center-of-mass(CoM)dynamic planning for the stable locomotion of these robots.The motion trajectories of the swing legs are synchronized with the CoM of the robot.To implement the synchronous control scheme,we adjusted the swing legs to form a support triangle.The strategy is applicable to both static walk gait and dynamic trot gait.In the motion control processes of the robot legs,the distribution of the ground reaction forces is optimized to minimize joint torque and locomotion energy consumption.We also used an improved joint-torque controller with varied controller coefficients in the stance and swing phases.The simulation and experimental results demonstrate that the robot can complete omnidirectional locomotion in both walk and trot gaits.At a given locomotion speed,the stability margins for the robot during walking and trotting were 27.25%and 37.25%higher,respectively,than in the scheme without CoM planning.The control strategy with energy consumption optimization(ECO)reduced the energy consumption of the robot in walk and trot gaits by 11.25%and 13.83%,respectively,from those of the control scheme without ECO. | Yangyang HAN Guoping LIU Zhenyu LU Huaizhi ZONG Junhui ZHANG Feifei ZHONG Liyu GAO | 2023 | Journal of Zhejiang University-Science A(Applied Physics & Engineering)2023,24,6: | 0 |
| 4 | CDK11 negatively regulates Wnt/β-catenin signaling in the endosomal compartment by affecting microtubule stability显示文摘Objectives:Improper activation of Wnt/β-catenin signaling has been implicated in human diseases.Beyond the well-studied glycogen synthase kinase 3p(GSK3p)and casein kinase 1(CK1),other kinases affecting Wnt/β-catenin signaling remain to be defined.Methods:To identify the kinases that modulate Wnt/β-catenin signaling,we applied a kinase small interfering RNA(siRNA)library screen approach.Luciferase assays,immunoblotting,and real-time polymerase chain reaction(PCR)were performed to confirm the regulation o f the Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway by cyclin-dependent kinase 11(CDK11)and to investigate the underlying mechanism.Confocal immunofluorescence,coimmunoprecipitation(co-IP),and scratch wound assays were used to demonstrate colocalization,detect protein interactions,and explore the function of CDK11.Results:CDK11 was found to be a significant candidate kinase participating in the negative control of Wnt/P-catenin signaling.Down-regulation of CDK11 led to the accumulation of Wnt/β-catenin signaling receptor complexes,in a manner dependent on intact adenomatosis polyposis coli(APC)protein.Further analysis showed that CDK11 modulation of Wnt/P-catenin signaling engaged the endolysosomal machinery,and CDK11 knockdown enhanced the colocalization of Wnt/β-catenin signaling receptor complexes with early endosomes and decreased colocalization with lysosomes.Mechanistically,CDK11 was found to function in Wnt/β-catenin signaling by regulating microtubule stability.Depletion of CDK11 down-regulated acetyl-a-tubulin.Moreover,co-IP assays demonstrated that CDK11 interacts with the a-tubulin deacetylase SIRT2,whereas SIRT2 down-regulation in CDK11-depleted cells reversed the accumulation of Wnt/(3-catenin signaling receptor complexes.CDK11 was found to suppress cell migration through altered W nt/β-catenin signaling.Conclusions:CDK11 is a negative modulator of Wnt/β-catenin signaling that stabilizes microtubules,thus resulting in the dysregulation of receptor complex trafficking from early endosomes to lysosomes. | Danmin Ou Lin Chen Jiang He Zhuoxian Rong Jie Gao Liyu Liu Feiyu Tang Jiang Li Yuezhen Deng Lunquan Sun | 2020 | Cancer Biology & Medicine2020,17,2: | 0 |

| 6 | Examined lymph node numbers influence prognosis in rectal cancer treated with neoadjuvant therapy显示文摘Background:The number of lymph nodes examined(LNe)is often insufficient in patients with rectal cancer(RC)treated with neoadjuvant therapy;however,its prognostic value remains controversial.Thus,we retrospectively explored whether LNe had an influence on staging and prognosis and investigated whether there was a cut-off value for better prognosis in patients with RC treated with neoadjuvant therapy.Methods:Data were collected from seven prospective hospital databases in China from July 2002 to May 2018.Binary logistic regression models were used to predict lymph node metastasis.The cut-off value for LNe was determined using X-tile 3.6.1.Survival outcomes and risk factors were analyzed using the log-rank test and Cox regression model.Results:A total of 482 patients were included,of whom 459 had complete overall survival(OS)information.Using the percentile method,the total number of lymph nodes examined(TLNe)was 14-16(40th-60th percentile),and the proportion of patients with lymph node metastasis reached a maximum of 48.1%.Cox multivariate analysis showed that the odds ratio(OR)remained the highest when TLNe was 14-16(OR=3.379,P=0.003).The 3-year and 5-year OS were 85.4% and 77.8%,respectively.Negative lymph nodes examined(NLNe)of≤6 was an independent risk factor for 3-year and 5-year OS(3-year OS 71.1%vs.85.9%,P=0.004;5-year OS 66.3%vs.74.3%,P=0.035).Subgroup analysis for patients with ypN+showed that higher 3-year and 5-year OS were achieved when the TLNe was>10,78.8%vs.54.0%(P=0.005),and 60.8%vs.36.0%(P=0.012),respectively.Patients with ypN0M0 had a higher 5-year OS when the TLNe was>19(P=0.055).Conclusion:The TLNe and NLNe influenced the staging accuracy and demonstrated prognostic value in patients with RC treated with neoadjuvant therapy. | Liyu Zhu Lin Wang Zhidong Gao Yujian Zeng Kaixiong Tao Quan Wang Xinming Li Huanhu Zhang Zhanlong Shen Jing Zhou Kai Shen Yingjiang Ye Aiwen Wu | 2023 | Cancer Pathogenesis and Therapy2023,1,3: | 0 |
