1Research on the Mechanism of Penetration Increase by Flux in A-TIG Welding显示文摘The mechanism of penetration depth increased by activating flux in activating tungsten inert gas (A-TIG) weldingwas studied by measuring the distribution of trace element Bi in the weld and monitoring the change of arc voltageduring A-TIG welding of stainless steel 0Crl8Ni9 with fluxes SiO2 and TiO2. The results show that the mechanismof penetration depth in A-TIG welding depends on the sort of flux used. The weld pool convection after coating theflux SiO2 and flux TiO2 is changed inversely compared with convectional TIG welding without flux. The arc voltageis increased by flux SiO2 whilst flux TiO2 does not have effect on the arc voltage. The reason of penetration depthincrease for SiO2 is due to the constriction of arc plasma and the change of surface tension gradient. 2Strength Prediction of Aluminum–Stainless Steel-Pulsed TIG Welding–Brazing Joints with RSM and ANN显示文摘Pulsed TIG welding–brazing process was applied to join aluminum with stainless steel dissimilar metals. Major parameters that affect the joint property significantly were identified as pulsed peak current, base current, pulse on time,and frequency by pre-experiments. A sample was established according to central composite design. Based on the sample,response surface methodology(RSM) and artificial neural networks(ANN) were employed to predict the tensile strength of the joints separately. With RSM, a significant and rational mathematical model was established to predict the joint strength.With ANN, a modified back-propagation algorithm consisting of one input layer with four neurons, one hidden layer with eight neurons, and one output layer with one neuron was trained for predicting the strength. 3Employee quality,monitoring environment and internal control显示文摘We investigate the effect of internal control employees(ICEs) on internal control quality. Using special survey data from Chinese listed firms, we find that ICE quality has a significant positive influence on internal control quality.We examine the effect of monitoring on this result and find that the effect is more pronounced for firms with strict monitoring environments, especially when the firms implement the Chinese internal control regulation system(CSOX), have higher institutional ownership or attach greater importance to internal control. Our findings suggest that ICEs play an important role in the design and implementation of internal control systems. 18Aqueous Zn^(2+)/Na^(+) dual-salt batteries with stable discharge voltage and high Coulombic efficiency by systematic electrolyte regulation显示文摘While aqueous Zn-Na hybrid batteries have garnered widespread attention because of their low cost and high safety,it is still challenging to achieve long cycle-life and stable discharge-voltage due to sluggish reaction kinetics,zinc dendrite formation,and side reactions.Herein,we design a Zn^(2+)/Na^(+) dual-salt battery,in which sodiation of the NVP cathode favors zinc intercalation under an energy threshold,leading to decoupled redox reactions on the cathode and anode.Systematic investigations of the electrolyte effects show that the ion intercalation mechanism and the kinetics in the mixture of triflate-and acetate-based electrolytes are superior to those in the common acetate-only electrolytes.As a result,we have achieved fast discharging capability,suppressed zinc dendrites,a stable discharge voltage at 1.45 V with small polarization,and nearly 100%Coulombic efficiency in the dual-salt mixture electrolyte with optimized concentration of 1 M Zn(OAc)_(2)+1 M NaCF_(3)SO_(3).This work demonstrates the importance of electrolyte regulation in aqueous dual-salt hybrid batteries for the energy storage.Chunli Wang Lianshan Sun Maoxin Li Lin Zhou Yong Cheng Xin Ao Xiuyun Zhang Limin Wang Bingbing Tian Hong Jin Fan 2022Science China Chemistry2022,65,2:1

20Establishment of an indicator framework for global One Health Intrinsic Drivers index based on the grounded theory and fuzzy analytical hierarchy-entropy weight method显示文摘Background:One Health has become a global consensus to deal with complex health problems.However,the pro‑gress of One Health implementation in many countries is still relatively slow,and there is a lack of systematic evalua‑tion index.The purpose of this study was to establish an indicator framework for global One Health Intrinsic Drivers index(GOH-IDI)to evaluate human,animal and environmental health development process globally.Method:First,82 studies were deeply analyzed by a grounded theory(GT)method,including open coding,axial coding,and selective coding,to establish a three-level indicator framework,which was composed of three selective codes,19 axial codes,and 79 open codes.Then,through semi-structured interviews with 28 health-related experts,the indicators were further integrated and simplifed according to the inclusion criteria of the indicators.Finally,the fuzzy analytical hierarchy process combined with the entropy weight method was used to assign weights to the indi‑cators,thus,forming the evaluation indicator framework of human,animal and environmental health development process.Results:An indicator framework for GOH-IDI was formed consisting of three selective codes,15 axial codes and 61 open codes.There were six axial codes for“Human Health”,of which“Infectious Diseases”had the highest weight(19.76%)and“Injuries and Violence”had the lowest weight(11.72%).There were four axial codes for“Animal Health”,of which“Animal Epidemic Disease”had the highest weight(39.28%)and“Animal Nutritional Status”had the low‑est weight(11.59%).Five axial codes were set under“Environmental Health”,among which,“Air Quality and Climate Change”had the highest weight(22.63%)and“Hazardous Chemicals”had the lowest weight(17.82%).Conclusions:An indicator framework for GOH-IDI was established in this study.The framework were universal,balanced,and scientifc,which hopefully to be a tool for evaluation of the joint development of human,animal and environmental health in diferent regions globally.Jiaxin Feng Zhaoyu Guo Lin Ai Jingshu Liu Xiaoxi Zhang Chunli Cao Jing Xu Shang Xia Xiao‑Nong Zhou Jin Chen Shizhu Li 2022Infectious Diseases of Poverty2022,11,6:0
