3Inhomogeneity of microstructure and mechanical properties in the nugget of friction stir welded thick 7075 aluminum alloy joints显示文摘In this study, 20 mm thick AA7075-T6 alloy plates were joined by friction stir welding. The microstructure and mechanical properties of the nugget zone along the thickness direction from the top to the bottom was investigated. The results showed that the microstructure including the grain size, the degree of dynamic recrystallization, the misorientation angle distribution and the precipitation phase containing its size, type and content exhibited a gradient distribution along the thickness direction. The testing results of mechanical properties of the slices showed that the nugget was gradually weakened along the depth from the top to the bottom. 4Influence of alloying elements on hot tearing susceptibility of Mg-Zn alloys based on thermodynamic calculation and experimental显示文摘Based on the hot tearing index|△T/△(fs)^(0.5)|recently proposed by Kou and the thermodynamic calculations of Pandat software,Al,Cu,and Mn elements were picked up and their influence on hot tearing susceptibility of Mg-x Zn(x=6,8,10,wt%)alloys was studied by experiments.The results indicate that Al addition can significantly reduce the hot tearing susceptibility of Mg-Zn alloys.Either 0.5Cu or 0.3Mn addition individually can reduce the HTS of the Mg-6Zn-(1,4)Al alloys,while adding together increases the susceptibility.The addition of 0.5Cu and 0.3Mn both individually and together increases the HTS of Mg-8/10Zn-1Al alloys.Based on the experimental and calculation results,the index can be modified to|△T/△(fs)^(0.5)|(d)^(2)for more accurate prediction on the hot tearing resistance of Mg-Zn based alloys.Grain refinement significantly improves the hot tearing resistance of Mg-Zn based alloys.Zhenzhen Yang Ke Wang Penghuai Fu Liming Peng Bin Hu Ming Liu Anil K.Sachdev 2018Journal of Magnesium and Alloys2018,6,1:6

8Characteristics Investigation of Single-Sided Ironless PMLSM Based on Halbach Array for Medium-Speed Maglev Train显示文摘This paper investigates characteristics of ironless permanent magnet linear synchronous motor(PMLSM)based on Halbach array used for medium-speed(200km/h)maglev train.Long primary ironless coil is laid in the middle of track and the Halbach permanent magnet array is attached to the bottom of each bogie as a source of traction,U-shape electromagnets at the both sides of the train for levitation.Two dimensional analytical model of single-sided ironless PMLSM based on Halbach array is established,using linear overlay method,the no-load air gap magnetic field is calculated firstly,winding current density distribution is obtained for calculating the characteristics of thrust and normal force against power angle,including force characteristics with equal and unequal pole pitch,the influence of steel sleeper,etc.Besides,the mathematical model for this type motor is built by 3D finite element method,the traction characteristics of medium-speed maglev under maximum speed 200km/h are calculated.The characteristics of this type motor are satisfactory owing to there is no detent force in the motor and thrust force reach maximum meanwhile normal force can be eliminated.Calculation method is verified by comparing finite element results,experimental result on a 200kW type motor further validates the accuracy of calculation and some important conclusions are obtained.Zhihua Zhang Liming Shi Ke Wang Yaohua Li 2017CES Transactions on Electrical Machines and Systems2017,1,4:3
9Multifractal Analysis of Geochemical Stream Sediment Data in Bange Region, Northern Tibet显示文摘The aim of this study is to quantify the geochemical elements distribution patterns analyzed from stream sediment data and then to delineate favorable areas for mineral exploration. A total of 7 270 stream sediment samples were collected from four subareas and 37 rock(ore) chip samples from five different locations in the Bange region, northern Tibet(China). The multifractal spectra of 12 elements including Au, Ag, As, Cu, Mo, Pb, Zn, W, Sn, Bi, Sb and Hg are represented by the method of moments, and characterized by five quantitative multifractal parameters. The results show that the multifractality for Cu and Bi in the Gongma area is much stronger than those in other subareas. Both the asymmetry index of multifractal spectra and the variance coefficients of Cu and Bi in this area are the highest, which imply that the distribution pattern of Cu and Bi in the Gongma area is the most heterogeneous. These multifractal parameters indicate that the Gongma area is the most favorable for prospecting Cu and Bi. The results obtained by the method of moments are in agreement with petrochemical analysis and field observation. 12Side chain engineering on D18 polymers yields 18.74%power conversion efficiency显示文摘Donor-acceptor(D-A)conjugated copolymers contain-ing fused-ring acceptor units demonstrate outstanding per-formance in organic solar cells(OSCs)[1−13].We have in-vented highly efficient D-A copolymer donors D18 and D18-Cl by using a fused-ring acceptor unit,dithieno[3′,2′:3,4;2″,3″:5,6]benzo[1,2-c][1,2,5]thiadiazole(DTBT)[1,2].OSCs with D18 or D18-Cl gave power conversion efficiencies(PCEs)of 18.56%and 18.69%,respectively[3,4].Side chain engineering is an effective approach to improve the per-formance of conjugated polymers in optoelectronic devi-ces[14−16].The alkyl side chains not only determine polymers’solubility,but also influence their crystallinity and mobility.In this work,we develop two efficient donors D18-B and D18-Cl-B via side chain engineering on D18 polymers(Fig.1(a)).These donors offer PCEs up to 18.74%(certified 18.2%)in tern-ary OSCs.Xianyi Meng Ke Jin Zuo Xiao Liming Ding 2021Journal of Semiconductors2021,42,10:2

174‑Terminal Inorganic Perovskite/Organic Tandem Solar Cells Offer 22%Efficiency显示文摘After fast developing of single-junction perovskite solar cells and organic solar cells in the past 10 years,it is becoming harder and harder to improve their power conversion efficiencies.Tandem solar cells are receiving more and more attention because they have much higher theoretical efficiency than single-junction solar cells.Good device performance has been achieved for perovskite/silicon and perovskite/perovskite tandem solar cells,including 2-terminal and 4-terminal structures.However,very few studies have been done about 4-terminal inorganic perovskite/organic tandem solar cells.In this work,semi-transparent inorganic perovskite solar cells and organic solar cells are used to fabricate 4-terminal inorganic perovskite/organic tandem solar cells,achieving a power conversion efficiency of 21.25%for the tandem cells with spin-coated perovskite layer.By using drop-coating instead of spin-coating to make the inorganic perovskite films,4-terminal tandem cells with an efficiency of 22.34%are made.The efficiency is higher than the reported 2-terminal and 4-terminal inorganic perovskite/organic tandem solar cells.In addition,equivalent 2-terminal tandem solar cells were fabricated by connecting the sub-cells in series.The stability of organic solar cells under continuous illumination is improved by using semi-transparent perovskite solar cells as filter.Ling Liu Hanrui Xiao Ke Jin Zuo Xiao Xiaoyan Du Keyou Yan Feng Hao Qinye Bao Chenyi Yi Fangyang Liu Wentao Wang Chuantian Zuo Liming Ding 2023Nano-Micro Letters2023,15,2:1
18Improving tensile-shear properties of friction stir lap welded dissimilar Al/Mg joints by eliminating hook defect and controlling interfacial reaction显示文摘To improve tensile-shear properties of fiction stir lap welded(FSLW) dissimilar Al/Mg joints, pin-tip profiles were innovatively designed and welding speed was optimized, and effects of them on formation, interface microstructure and mechanical properties of different FSLW joints were investigated. With increasing the welding speed, the tensile-shear load of FSLW joints produced by three pins presents an increasing firstly and then decreasing trend. Compared with Rpin, the hook and hole defect in the joints made by S-pin and T-pin are eliminated owing to additional eccentric force. Moreover, the joints obtained by T-pin at 75 mm/min have the highest tensile-shear load, and a maximum value of 3.425 kN is produced, which increases by 96.8%.Meanwhile, the pin-tip profile improves significantly the interface reaction depending on the welding temperature. For R-pin, thick brittle intermetallic compounds of about 6.9 μm Al3Mg2and 13.3 μm Al12Mg17layers at the welding interface derived from diffusion reaction are formed, resulting in continuous cracks. However, using T-pin can raise the interface temperature, and which makes the interface liquefy locally to generate only 2.2 μm Al3Mg2layer and dispersive(Al12-Mg17+Mg) eutectic structure.
