1Efficacy and safety evaluation of intravenous infusion of cervus and cucumis polypeptides for treatment of avascular necrosis of the femoral head: a randomized clinical trial显示文摘OBJECTIVE: To investigate the efficacy and safety of intravenous cervus and cucumis polypeptides for treating avascular necrosis of the femoral head(ANFH) in regard to pain and hip function in a randomized clinical trial.METHODS: A total of 96 subjects with ANFH who were recruited at the Orthopaedic Hospital Affiliated with Hebei United University and Qian Hai Femoral Head Hospital of Beijing were assigned by lottery to an intervention group(n = 48) or a control group(n = 48). All subjects underwent physical therapy and rehabilitation exercises. In addition,subjects in the intervention group were given intravenous infusions of cervus and cucumis polypeptides. Visual analogue scale(VAS), Harris hip score,and radiography or magnetic resonance imaging were applied to assess all subjects at the beginning of treatment and 3, 6, and 9 months afterward. All the subjects were followed up for 2 years.RESULTS: At the beginning of treatment, there were no statistically significant differences between the two groups in terms of the general condition of patients or the VAS and Harris hip scores(all P > 0.05). At 3, 6, and 9 months after treatment,however, the VAS score decreased and the Harris hip score increased in all patients, with the improvement of intervention group significantly greater than that of the control group(P < 0.05).The total effectiveness rates for the intervention and control groups were 89.58% and 70.83%, respectively, with the difference being statistically significant(P < 0.05). 3Advances in alternating electromagnetic field data processing for earthquake monitoring in China显示文摘The alternating electromagnetic(EM) field is one of the most sensitive physical fields related to earthquakes. There have been a number of publications reporting EM anomalies associated with earthquakes. With increasing applications and research of artificial-source extremely low frequency EM and satellite EM technologies in earthquake studies, the amount of observed data from the alternating EM method increases rapidly and exponentially, so it is imperative to develop suitable and effective methods for processing and analyzing the influx of big data. This paper presents research on the self-adaptive filter and wavelet techniques and their applications to analyzing EM data obtained from ground measurements and satellite observations, respectively. Analysis results show that the self-adaptive filter method can identify both natural- and artificial-source EM signals, and enhance the ratio between signal and noise of EM field spectra, apparent resistivity, and others. The wavelet analysis is capable of detecting possible correlation between EM anomalies and seismic events. 4Seismic attributes and integrated prediction of fractured and caved carbonate reservoirs in the Tarim Basin,China显示文摘The carbonate reservoirs in the Tarim Basin are characterized by anisotropy and strong heterogeneity.Combined with an integrated analysis of data from seismic,geology,and drilling results,a series of attributes which are suitable for fractured and caved carbonate reservoir prediction is discussed,including amplitude,coherence analysis,spectra decomposition,seismic absorption attenuation analysis and impedance inversion.Moreover,3-D optimization of these attributes is achieved by integration of multivariate discriminant analysis and principle component analysis,where the logging data are taken as training samples.Using the optimized results,the spatial distribution and configuration features of the caved reservoirs can be characterized in detail.This technique not only improves the understanding of the spatial distribution of current reservoirs but also provides a significant basis for the discovery and production of carbonate reservoirs in the Tarim Basin.Liu Lifeng Sam Zandong Sun Yang Haijun Han Jianfa Gao Hongliang Jing Bing Zhu Xinghui 2011Petroleum Science2011,8,4:6
5Consensus control of stochastic multi-agent systems: a survey显示文摘In this article, we provide a review of the consensus control problem for stochastic multi-agent systems(MASs). Recent advances are surveyed according to the method of occurrence of the stochasticity of the MASs. First, the consensus problem is discussed for MASs, wherein individual agents are corrupted by random noises, i.e., the dynamics of agents involve stochasticity in process and/or measurement equations. Both additive noises and multiplicative noises are surveyed in detail and special attention is paid to the MASs whose dynamics are governed by It?o differential equations. Moreover, particular effort is devoted to presenting the latest progress on the consensus problem for a special type of stochastic MAS with Markovian jump parameters. Subsequently,the relevant research is summarized for MASs with noisy communication environments and stochastic sampling.Further, we provide a systematic review of the consensus problems for MASs whose communication topology varies randomly in the process of data propagation among agents. 6Mechanically reprogrammable Pancharatnam-Berry metasurface for microwaves显示文摘Metasurfaces have enabled the realization of several optical functionalities over an ultrathin platform,fostering the exciting field of flat optics.Traditional metasurfaces are achieved by arranging a layout of static meta-atoms to imprint a desired operation on the impinging wavefront,but their functionality cannot be altered.Reconfigurability and programmability of metasurfaces are the next important step to broaden their impact,adding customized on-demand functionality in which each meta-atom can be individually reprogrammed.We demonstrate a mechanical metasurface platform with controllable rotation at the meta-atom level,which can implement continuous Pancharatnam–Berry phase control of circularly polarized microwaves.As the proof-of-concept experiments,we demonstrate metalensing,focused vortex beam generation,and holographic imaging in the same metasurface template,exhibiting versatility and superior performance.Such dynamic control of electromagnetic waves using a single,low-cost metasurface paves an avenue towards practical applications,driving the field of reprogrammable intelligent metasurfaces for a variety of applications.Quan Xu Xiaoqiang Su Xueqian Zhang Lijuan Dong Lifeng Liu Yunlong Shi Qiu Wang Ming Kang Andrea Alù Shuang Zhang Jiaguang Han Weili Zhang 2022Advanced Photonics2022,4,1:5

8Earthquake Electromagnetic Precursor Anomalies Detected by a New Ground-based Observation Network显示文摘It is a debated topic if there are any observable precursor anomalies prior to the earthquake(EQ hereafter)and if the stronger EQ can be successfully predicted.During last few decades quite a lot of observable electromagnetic(EM)precursors were published by using techniques equipped in either satellites or on ground-based stations.But there are only a few cases that the shortterm precursor anomalies of EM field before earthquakes were observed by using alternate EM fields on ground.This paper will present a new EM observation network built in recent years and show a new finding of EM field with the variation of a one-year cycle observed using the network.As an example,the short-term precursor anomalies of apparent resistivity before the Yangbi EQ(Ms 5.1)occurred on March 27,2017 in Yunnan Province will be studied.The observed anomalous phenomena indicate that the anomaly before the EQ can be captured only if reasonable effective methods including sophisticated analytical techniques are used,and it is believed that continuously observed data on the fixed observation network for a long time is an effective means for studying anomalies that appeared before earthquakes.This network can also play an important role in studying the EM environment from space.Bing HAN Guoze ZHAO Lifeng WANG Ji TANG Yaxin BI Yan ZHAN Xiaobin CHEN Qibin XIAO Jihong ZHANG 2021Journal of Geodesy and Geoinformation Science2021,4,1:3

10Mapping a mammalian adult adrenal gland hierarchy across species by microwell-seq显示文摘Recently,single-cell RNA-seq technologies have been rapidly updated,leading to a revolution in biology.We previously developed Microwell-seq,a cost-effective and high-throughput single cell RNA sequencing(scRNA-seq)method with a very simple device.Most cDNA libraries are sequenced using an expensive Illumina platform.Here,we present the first report showing combined Microwell-seq and BGI MGISEQ2000,a less expensive sequencing platform,to profile the whole transcriptome of 11,883 individual mouse adult adrenal gland cells and identify 18 transcriptionally distinct clusters.Moreover,we performed a single-cell comparative analysis of human and mouse adult adrenal glands to reveal the conserved genetic networks in these mammalian systems.These results provide new insights into the sophisticated adrenal gland hierarchy and provide a benchmark,low-cost strategy for highthroughput single-cell RNA study.Shujing Lai Lifeng Ma Weigao E Fang Ye Haide Chen Xiaoping Han Guoji Guo 2020Cell Regeneration2020,9,1:2
11Improved strength and ductility of AZ31B Mg alloy sheets processed by accumulated extrusion bonding with artificial cooling显示文摘In this study,accumulated extrusion bonding(AEB)process with application of artificial water cooling was successfully performed to fabricate fined-grains AZ31B Mg alloy sheets at 150℃,200℃ and 250℃.The resultant microstructure and mechanical properties are systematically investigated.It reveals that the processing temperature has an important effect on the microstructural evolution during extrusion.During AEB process at 150℃ and 200℃,{10-12}tensile twinning was activated at early stage of extrusion,and subsequently continuous dynamic recrystallization(CDRX)occurred and dominated the further deformation.However,for the sample extruded at 250℃,hardly any twins can be observed,and new fined dynamic recrystallized grains were found along grain boundaries.Artificial cooling was utilized to reduce the rate of grain growth out of the extrusion die,resulting the grains significantly refined from 11μm to 2.5μm.Local high dislocation density region was also observed in the microstructure of sample processed at 150℃ in artificial cooling condition,and the degree decreased with the processing temperature increase.The results summarized from tensile tests indicated that due to the grain refinement the strength and ductility was significantly enhanced(YS of 186 MPa vs.145 MPa,UTS of 391 MPa vs.336 MPa and FE of 31.5%vs.24.5%compared with the as-received sample).Subsequently,annealing treatment at different temperatures was applied to eliminate the high dislocation density.The sample annealed at 200℃ exhibited the best comprehensive mechanical property with YS of 179 MPa,UTS of 390 MPa and FE of 33.0%.As the annealing temperature increasing,the dislocation density was reduced by static recrystallization(SRX)and grain growth,leading to a decreased strength and ductility.Tingzhuang Han Jingfeng Zou Guangsheng Huang Lifeng Ma Chaojie Che Weitao Jia Lifei Wang Fusheng Pan 2021Journal of Magnesium and Alloys2021,9,5:2

16Establishment of the ELF Network in Yunnan and Electromagnetic Precursory Monitoring Results of the Yangbi MS5.1 Earthquake on March 27,2017显示文摘This paper summarizes the layout of the Yunnan seismic ELF electromagnetic observation network,site selection,ELF electromagnetic instrument system,data processing and other construction. The principle and method of using the ELF electromagnetic wave technique to monitor and predict earthquakes are expounded. The long term monitoring of ELF electromagnetic fields is carried out in the Yunnan earthquake prone area,and at the same time,the changes in electrical parameters and spatial electromagnetic fields of the regional crustal medium structure are monitored. The functions such as automatic,quasi real time, remote monitoring, network monitoring, data processing specialization, data service,data sharing and industrialization of the ELF electromagnetic observation data have been realized. In order to capture the deep electromagnetic precursory information of the earthquakes,service for earthquake prediction research,which has broad application prospects and development potential. Through the research of the seismicity of Yunnan in the trial run period of the project,the preliminary results of the extreme low frequency electromagnetic observation of the Yunnan earthquake in recent years are given. The electromagnetic precursors and the electromagnetic effects of the Yangbi earthquake are recorded. In the 3-month period before the earthquake,the power spectrum of the electric and magnetic fields,the apparent resistivity and the impedance phase in the observed signals are all abnormal,and gradually increased with time.
