| 2 | Behavior of High Performance PVA Fiber Reinforced Cement Composites in Triaxial Compression显示文摘Based on an extensive experimental program,the paper studies the behavior of HPFRCC under triaxial compression. The experimental parameters are lateral confining pressure and PVA fiber content by volume. The test results indicate that ultimate strength and peak strain are significantly improved with the increases of confining pressure. The confining effect introduced by the fibers becomes minor in triaxial compression tests,where there is relatively high external confining pressure. The axial stress-strain curves with different confining pressure and different PVA fiber content by volume are obtained. Lateral confining pressure constraints the lateral expansion of HPFRCC,so there is a big plastic deformation with its ultimate strength improved. At lower confining pressure,PVA fiber content by volume has some effect on the decreased section of stress-strain curve. | 3 | 超低管电流三维自适应迭代剂量降低重建CT猪结肠成像质量与辐射剂量显示文摘目的探讨超低管电流三维自适应迭代剂量降低(AIDR3D)重建CT猪结肠成像的图像质量与辐射剂量。方法制作10段猪结肠息肉模型,每段猪结肠黏膜设有30枚直径1-15mm的结节样模拟息肉。对所有模型均采用640层CT机进行扫描,管电压120kVp,电流剂量分别为10、20、30、40、50mAs。并获得滤波反投影(FBP)和AIDR3D重建图像,不同管电流及重建方法组合10组数据:A组(10mA,FBP)、B组(10mAs,AIDR3D)、C组(20 mAs,FBP)、D组(20mAs,AIDR3D)、E组(30mAs,FBP)、F组(30mAs,AIDR3D)、G组(40mAs,FBP)、H组(40mAs,AIDR3D)、I组(50mAs,FBP)、J组(50mAs,AIDR3D)。测算图像的噪声、SNR及CNR作为定量指标,并对图像质量进行主观定性评分。以有效辐射剂量为指标比较各组图像的辐射剂量。结果相同管电流条件下,AIDR3D图像的噪声低于FBP图像,SNC及CNR均高于FBP图像(P均〈0.05)。D组与I组图像的噪声(P=0.052)、SNR(P=0.129)及CNR(P=0.053)差异均无统计学意义。B组图像的噪声(P=0.002)高于I组,SNR及CNR均低于I组(P均〈0.001)。相同管电流条件下,AIDR3D图像的质量评分高于FBP图像(P均〈0.05)。D组与I组的图像质量评分差异无统计学意义(P=0.121)。B组的图像质量评分低于I组(P〈0.001)。与I组(50 mAs,FBP)比较,D组(20 mAs,AIDR3D)的有效辐射剂量降低了59.90%,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论超低管电流(20 mAs)扫描结合AIDR3D重建的猪结肠CT图像质量可媲美常规低管电流(50 mAs)扫描结合FBP重建的图像质量,并有效减低辐射剂量。 | 沈合松 梁丹 罗明月 段侪杰 Wen-li Cai 朱珊珊 邱建平 李文儒 Jerome Z Liang | 2015 | 中国医学影像技术2015,31,1: | 4 |
| 4 | Shift current bulk photovoltaic effect in polar materials—hybrid and oxide perovskites and beyond显示文摘The bulk photovoltaic effect(BPVE)refers to the generation of a steady photocurrent and above-bandgap photovoltage in a single-phase homogeneous material lacking inversion symmetry.The mechanism of BPVE is decidedly different from the typical p-n junction-based photovoltaic mechanism in heterogeneous materials.Recently,there has been renewed interest in ferroelectric materials for solar energy conversion,inspired by the discovery of above-bandgap photovoltages in ferroelectrics,the invention of low bandgap ferroelectric materials and the rapidly improving power conversion efficiency of metal halide perovskites.However,as long as the nature of the BPVE and its dependence on composition and structure remain poorly understood,materials engineering and the realisation of its true potential will be hampered.In this review article,we survey the history,development and recent progress in understanding the mechanisms of BPVE,with a focus on the shift current mechanism,an intrinsic BPVE that is universal to all materials lacking inversion symmetry.In addition to explaining the theory of shift current,materials design opportunities and challenges will be discussed for future applications of the BPVE. | Liang Z Tan Fan Zheng Steve M Young Fenggong Wang Shi Liu Andrew M Rappe | 2016 | npj Computational Materials2016,,1: | 4 |
| 5 | Pilot study on efficacy of reduced cathartic bowel preparation with polyethylene glycol and bisacodyl显示文摘AIM:To evaluate the efficacy of reduced cathartic bowel preparation with 2 L polyethylene glycol(PEG)-4000 electrolyte solution and 10 mg bisacodyl enteric-coated tablets for computed tomographic colonography(CTC).METHODS:Sixty subjects who gave informed consent were randomly assigned to study group A,study group B or the control group.On the day prior to CTC,subjects in study group A were given 20 mL 40% wt/vol barium sulfate suspension before 3 mealtimes,60 mL 60% diatrizoate meglumine diluted in 250 mL water after supper,and 10 mg bisacodyl enteric-coated tablets 1 h before oral administration of 2 L PEG-4000 electrolyte solution.Subjects in study group B were treated identically to those in study group A,with the exception of bisacodyl which was given 1 h after oral PEG-4000.Subjects in the control group were managed using the same strategy as the subjects in study group A,but without administration of bisacodyl.Residual stool and fluid scores,the attenuation value of residual fluid,and discomfort during bowel preparation in the three groups were analyzed statistically.RESULTS:The mean scores for residual stool and fluid in study group A were lower than those in study group B,but the differences were not statistically significant.Subjects in study group A showed greater stool and fluid cleansing ability than the subjects in study group B.The mean scores for residual stool and fluid in study groups A and B were lower than those in the control group,and were significantly different.There was no significant difference in the mean attenuation value of residual fluid between study group A,study group B and the control group.The total discomfort index during bowel preparation was 46,45 and 45 in the three groups,respectively,with no significant difference.CONCLUSION:Administration of 10 mg bisacodyl enteric-coated tablets prior to or after oral administration of 2 L PEG-4000 electrolyte solution enhances stool and fluid cleansing ability,and has no impact on the attenuation value of residual fluid or the discomfort index.The former is an excellent alternative for CTC colorectum | Zhi-Yuan Chen He-Song Shen Ming-Yue Luo Chai-Jie Duan Wen-Li Cai Hong-Bing Lu Guo-Peng Zhang Yang Liu Jerome Z Liang | 2013 | World Journal of Gastroenterology2013,19,4: | 3 |

| 7 | 口服复方聚乙二醇-4000前吞服比沙可啶对简化CT结肠镜肠道清洁准备的作用显示文摘目的探讨口服复方聚乙二醇-4000前吞服比沙可啶对简化CT结肠镜肠道清洁准备的作用。方法将40例接收CT结肠镜检查的患者随机均分成试验组、对照组。检查前1天,试验组三餐前口服40%W/V硫酸钡20ml,晚餐后将60%泛影葡胺20ml溶于250ml水并服完,口服2L复方聚乙二醇-4000电解质液之前1h吞服10mg比沙可啶肠溶片;对照组不吞服比沙可啶,其余同试验组。统计分析两组结直肠存留肠液评分、存留肠液CT值及存留粪块评分。结果试验组存留肠液平均评分(1.50±0.06)低于对照组(1.78±0.08),差异有统计学意义(P=0.024)。试验组、对照组存留肠液平均CT值分别为(729±29)HU、(597±27)HU,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。试验组存留粪块评分(1.96±0.11)低于对照组(2.63±0.12),差异有统计学意义(P=0.001)。结论口服复方聚乙二醇-4000前吞服比沙可啶既可增强对肠液的清洁能力,又不影响存留肠液CT值,同时可增强对肠道粪块的清洁能力,较单独口服复方聚乙二醇-4000的肠道清洁效果好,是CT结肠镜前较好的简化肠道准备方法。 | 陈志远 沈合松 罗明月 段侪杰 卢虹冰 张国鹏 刘洋 Wen-Li CAI Jerome Z LIANG | 2013 | 中国医学影像技术2013,29,4: | 2 |
