| 1 | Geochronology and significance of volcanic rocks in the Ning-Wu Basin of China显示文摘The Ning-Wu(Nanjing-Wuhu) Basin is one of the most important volcanic basins in the Middle-Lower Yangtze River Valley,eastern China.It consists of four volcanic units,i.e.,the Longwangshan,Dawangshan,Gushan,and Niangniangshan Formations.Their LA-ICP MS U-Pb zircon ages are 134.8±1.8,132.2±1.6,129.5±0.8,and 126.8±0.6 Ma,respectively.Results of this study indicate that all volcanic rocks in the Ning-Wu Basin were formed in the Early Cretaceous from 135 to 127 Ma,lasting 8-10 m.y.No Jurassic volcanic activities occurred in any of the volcanic basins of the Middle-Lower Yangtze River Valley,including the Ning-Wu Basin.These new chronological results provide significant evidence for further study of this region to improve our understanding of Mesozoic tectonic,magmatic,and metallogenic processes of eastern China. | ZHOU TaoFa FAN Yu YUAN Feng ZHANG LeJun QIAN Bin MA Liang YANG XiFei David R COOKE | 2011 | Science China Earth Sciences2011,54,2: | 33 |

| 3 | Hepatocellular carcinoma and non-alcoholic steatohepatitis:The state of play显示文摘Hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC) is now the fifth cancer of greatest frequency and the second leading cause of cancer related deaths worldwide. Chief amongst the risks of HCC are hepatitis B and C infection, aflatoxin B1 ingestion, alcoholism and obesity. The latter can promote non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD), that can lead to the inflammatory form non-alcoholic steatohepatitis(NASH), and can in turn promote HCC. The mechanisms by which NASH promotes HCC are only beginning to be characterized. Here in this review, we give a summary of the recent findings that describe and associate NAFLD and NASH with the subsequent HCC progression. We will focus our discussion on clinical and genomic associations that describe new risks for NAFLD and NASH promoted HCC. | 5 | 罗格列酮与全反式维甲酸联合对骨髓瘤细胞增殖抑制作用及其机制探讨显示文摘目的探讨罗格列酮(RGZ)与全反式维甲酸(ATRA)在体内外对骨髓瘤细胞生长的影响及其作用途径。方法用RG2和ATRA单独或联合处理多发性骨髓瘤细胞系U266和RPMI8226细胞,采用^1H—TdR掺入法检测细胞增殖变化;Annexin—V和PI双染后采用流式细胞术检测细胞凋亡;用半定量RT-PCR方法检测凋亡抑制基因FLIP、XIAP及survivin mRNA表达变化;采用荧光CaspACE试剂盒检测caspase-3活性变化;采用裸鼠体内成瘤试验观察骨髓瘤细胞在动物体内生长情况。结果RGZ对骨髓瘤细胞具有增殖抑制作用,且呈剂量依赖关系(U266组r=0.991,P〈0.01;RPMI8226组r=0.961,P〈0.01);与RGZ单用组比较,ATRA与RGZ联合对骨髓瘤细胞的增殖抑制作用更明显(U266组P〈0.001;RPMI8226组P〈0.01);10μmol/L的RGZ处理组U266细胞凋亡率为(9.8±1.7)%,RPMI8226细胞凋亡率为(10.7±3.3)%,且诱导凋亡作用呈时间、剂量依赖性,ATRA与RGZ联合应用时,凋亡细胞的比例较相应的RGZ单独处理组显著升高(P值均〈0.01);RGZ能抑制FLIP、XIAP及survivin mRNA的表达,ATRA能协同RGZ进一步抑制FLIP、XIAP及survivin mRNA的表达;经RGZ处理的骨髓瘤细胞caspase-3活性显著增加,RGZ与ATRA联合处理后caspase-3活性较RGZ处理组显著增加(P〈0.01);RGZ可明显抑制骨髓瘤细胞在裸鼠体内的生长(P〈0.001),并且ATRA与RGZ联合能增强RGZ在裸鼠体内对骨髓瘤细胞生长的抑制作用(P〈0.01)。结论RGZ能通过抑制FLIP、XIAP及survivin的表达、促进caspase-3的活化从而诱导细胞凋亡,抑制细胞增殖。ATRA能增强RGZ对骨髓瘤细胞的上述作用,两者联合具有协同效应。 | 黄海雯 吴德沛 陈广华 常惠荣 Chow HCH Leung AYH Liang R | 2009 | 中华血液学杂志2009,30,4: | 5 |

| 7 | Comparison Between AFLP and RFLP Markers in Detecting the Diversity of Rice(Oryza sativa L.)显示文摘AFLP and RFLP were used to study the diversity of 20 rice cultivars. 15 primer combinations were used in the AFLP analysis and 47 - 118 bands were amplified in each lane. A total of 107 polymorphic bands were detected in the RFLP analysis using 49 RFLP probes. The cluster analysis based on RFLP data showed that 20 rice cultivars could be divided into an indica group and a japonica group, as did the AFLP data; however AFLP is more suitable in detecting the difference of pedigree and ecotype among the 20 cultivars.The genetic distance based on AFLP and RFLP data showed the same tendency, but AFLP markers increased the measure of genetic distance among intra-subspecific cultivars and decreased the measure of genetic distance among inter-subspecific cultivars relative to RFLP markers.
