1Encapsulating metal organic framework into hollow mesoporous carbon sphere as efficient oxygen bifunctional electrocatalyst显示文摘Applying metal organic frameworks(MOFs) in electrochemical systems is a currently emerging field owing to the rich metal nodes and highly specific surface area of MOFs. However, the problems for MOFs that need to be solved urgently are poor electrical conductivity and low ion transport. Here we present a facile in situ growth method for the rational synthesis of MOFs@hollow mesoporous carbon spheres(HMCS)yolk–shell-structured hybrid material for the first time. The size of the encapsulated Zeolitic Imidazolate Framework-67(ZIF-67) is well controlled to 100 nm due to the spatial confinement effect of HMCS, and the electrical conductivity of ZIF-67 is also increased significantly. The ZIF@HMCS-25% hybrid material obtained exhibits a highly efficient oxygen reduction reaction activity with 0.823 V(vs. reversible hydrogen electrode) half-wave potential and an even higher kinetic current density(JK= 13.8 m A cm-2) than commercial Pt/C. ZIF@HMCS-25% also displays excellent oxygen evolution reaction performance and the overpotential of ZIF@HMCS-25% at 10 m A cm-2 is 407 m V. In addition, ZIF@HMCS-25% is further employed as an air electrode for a rechargeable Zn–air battery, exhibiting a high power density(120.2 m W cm-2 at 171.4 m A cm-2) and long-term charge/discharge stability(80 h at 5 m A cm-2). 2Elastic and thermodynamic properties of TiC from first-principles calculations显示文摘Using the pseudopotential plane-wave method, we investigate the elastic constants and thermodynamic properties of the rocksalt structure Titanium Carbide (TiC). The obtained lattice parameters, bulk modulus and elastic constants are in very good agreement with the available experimental data and other theoretical results. The thermodynamic properties of the cubic TiC are predicted by using the quasi-harmonic Debye model. The normalized volume V/V 0 , bulk modulus B, thermal expansion , heat capacity C V , Grüneisen parameter and Debye temperature dependence on the pressure and temperature are obtained successfully. At low temperature and low pressure, thermal expansion coefficient increases rapidly with temperature. At high temperature and high pressure, the increasing trend becomes tender. 3洛铂联合依托泊苷与顺铂联合依托泊苷一线治疗广泛期小细胞肺癌随机对照临床研究(英文)显示文摘Objective: To compare the efficacy and safety of Lobaplatin plus Etoposide (EL) and Cisplatin plus Etoposide (EP) regimens in chemonaive with extensive-stage small-cell lung cancer (SCLC). Methods: Between July 2010 and July 2011, a total of 62 patients with extensive-stage small-cell lung cancer who received initial treatment in our hospital and 309 hospital of PLA. 31 patients were randomly assigned to the EL Group: Lobaplatin was given intravenously at a dose of 30 mg/m2 on day 1 and Etoposide 100 mg/m2 on days 1 to 3 of 21-day cycles for a maximum of six cycles. Another 31 patients were assigned to the EP Group: Cisplatin was given intravenously at a dose of 75 mg/m2 on day 1 and Etoposide 100 mg/m2 on days 1 to 3 of 21-day cycles for a maximum of six cycles. We evaluated the efficacy, overall response rate (ORR), disease control rate (DCR), the progression-free survival (PFS) and toxicity between the patients of the two groups. Results: All 62 patients were eligible. In the EL group, 2 (6.5%) patients had complete response, 20 (64.5%) patients had partial response, 5 (16.1%) patients had stable disease and 4 (12.9%) patients had progress disease. In the EP group, 2 (6.5%) patients had complete response, 22 (70.9%) patients had partial response, 4 (12.9%) patients had stable disease and 3 (9.7%) patients had progress disease. The ORR of EL and EP group were 70.9% and 77.4%, respectively, showing no significant difference (P = 0.562). The DCR of both groups were 87% and 90%, respectively, showing no significant difference (P = 0.688). Median PFS of patients with EL and EP regimens were 5.5 months and 5 months, respectively, showing no significant difference (P = 0.637). Adverse events were observed in all 62 patients. Grade 1 to 4 anemia was higher in the EP group than in EL group, showing significant difference (P = 0.02). Grade 3 and 4 thrombocytopenia was seen in 4 patients (12.9%) in EL group and 1 patient (3.2%) in EP group. Although one patient had platelet transfusion owing to Grade 4 thrombocytopenia in EL group, no significant difference (P = 0.637) were shown. The incidence of nausea/vomiting was higher in the EP group than in the EL group (96.7% vs 51.6%, P = 0.00). 6Rational construction and triethylamine sensing performance of foam shapedα-MoO_(3)@SnS_(2) nanosheets显示文摘Owing to their high surface area,stable structure and easy fabrication,composite nanomaterials with encapsulation structures have attracted considerable research interest as sensing materials to detect volatile organic compounds.Herein,a hydrothermal route is designed to prepare foam shapedα-MoO_(3)@SnS_(2)nanosheets that exhibit excellent sensing performance for triethylamine(TEA).The developed sensor,based onα-MoO_(3)@SnS_(2)nanosheets,displays a high response of 114.9 for 100 ppm TEA at a low working temperature of 175℃with sensitivity higher than many other reported sensors.In addition,the device shows a wide concentration detection range(from 500 ppb to 500 ppm),good stability after exposure to air for 80 days,and excellent selectivity.The superior sensing characteristics of the developed sensor are attributed to the high crystallinity ofα-MoO_(3)/SnS_(2),excessive and accessible active sites provided by the good permeability of porous SnS_(2)shells,and the excellent conductivity of the encapsulation heterojunction structure.Thus,the foam shapedα-MoO_(3)@SnS_(2)nanosheets presented herein have promising practical applications in TEA gas sensing devices.Xianhui Dong Qing Han Yaru Kang Haidong Li Xinyu Huang Zhengtao Fang Huimin Yuan Ahmed A.Elzatahry Zongtao Chi Guanglei Wu Wanfeng Xie 2022Chinese Chemical Letters2022,33,1:0
7Resistive-type sensors based on few-layer MXene and SnO_(2)hollow spheres heterojunctions:Facile synthesis,ethanol sensing performances显示文摘High-performance and low-cost gas sensors are highly desirable and involved in industrial production and environmental detection.The combination of highly conductive MXene and metal oxide materials is a promising strategy to further improve the sensing performances.In this study,the hollow SnO_(2)nanospheres and few-layer MXene are assembled rationally via facile electrostatic synthesis processes,then the SnO_(2)/Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)nanocomposites were obtained.Compared with that based on either pure SnO_(2)nanoparticles or hollow nanospheres of SnO_(2),the SnO_(2)/Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)composite-based sensor exhibits much better sensing performances such as higher response(36.979),faster response time(5 s),and much improved selectivity as well as stability(15 days)to 100ppm C2H5OH at low working temperature(200°C).The improved sensing performances are mainly attributed to the large specific surface area and significantly increased oxygen vacancy concentration,which provides a large number of active sites for gas adsorption and surface catalytic reaction.In addition,the heterostructure interfaces between SnO_(2)hollow spheres and MXene layers are beneficial to gas sensing behaviors due to the synergistic effect.Lihua Chu Hao Yan Wanfeng Xie Yuxin Shi Muhammad Hilal Changxu Sun Ze Li Meicheng Li 2023Chinese Chemical Letters2023,34,8:0
8Transcriptome resources and genome-wide marker development for Japanese larch(Larix kaempferi)显示文摘While the differential responses of trees to changes in climatic and environmental conditions have been demonstrated as they age,the underlying mechanisms and age control of tree growth and development are complex and poorly understood particularly at a molecular level.In this paper,we present a transcriptome analysis of Larix kaempferi,a deciduous conifer that is widely-grown in the northern hemisphere and of significant ecological and economic value.Using high-throughput RNA sequencing,we obtained about 26 million reads from the stems of 1-,2-,5-,10-,25-and 50-year-old L.kaempferi trees.Combining these with the published Roche 454 sequencing reads and the expressed sequence tags(both mainly from Larix embryogenic cell cultures),we assembled 26670549 reads into 146786 transcripts,of which we annotated 79182 to support investigations of the molecular basis of tree aging and adaption,somatic embryogenesis and wood formation.Using these sequences we also identified many single-nucleotide polymorphisms,simple sequence repeats,and insertion and deletion markers to assist breeding and genetic diversity studies of Larix.Wanfeng LI Suying HAN Liwang QI Shougong ZHANG 2014Frontiers of Agricultural Science and Engineering2014,1,1:0
9Bioinformatic identification of key genes and pathways that may be involved in the pathogenesis of HBV-associated acute liver failure显示文摘In order to explore the molecular mechanisms behind the pathogenesis of acute liver failure(ALF)associated with hepatitis B virus(HBV)infection,the present study aimed to identify potential key genes and pathways involved using samples from patients with HBV-associated ALF.The GSE38941 array dataset was downloaded from the Gene Expression Omnibus database,and differentially expressed genes(DEGs)between 10 liver samples from 10 healthy donors and 17 liver specimens from 4 patients with HBV-associated ALF were analyzed using the Linear Models for Microarray Data package.Gene Ontology and KEGG pathway enrichment analyses of the DEGs were performed,followed by functional annotation of the genes and construction of a proteineprotein interaction(PPI)network.Subnetwork modules were subsequently identified and analyzed.In total,3142 DEGs were identified,of which 1755 were upregulated and 1387 were downregulated.The extracellular exosome,immune response,and inflammatory response pathways may potentially be used as biomarkers of ALF pathogenesis.In total,17 genes(including CCR5,CXCR4,ALB,C3,VGEFA,and IGF1)were identified as hub genes in the PPI network and may therefore be potential marker genes for HBV-associated ALF.Yalan Yang Zhaohui Zhong Yubin Ding Wanfeng Zhang Yang Ma Li Zhou 2018Genes & Diseases2018,5,4:0
