1Frequency spectrum analysis on micro-seismic signal of rock bursts induced by dynamic disturbance显示文摘Blasting and breaking of hard roof are main inducing causes of rock bursts in coal mines with danger of rock burst,and it is important to find out the frequency spectrum distribution laws of these dynamic stress waves and rock burst waves for researching the mechanism of rock burst.In this paper,Fourier transform as a micro-seismic signal conversion method of amplitude-time character to amplitude-frequency character is used to analyze the frequency spectrum characters of micro-seismic signal of blasting,hard roof breaking and rock bursts induced by the dynamic disturbance in order to find out the difference and relativity of different signals.The results indicate that blasting and breaking of hard roof are high frequency signals,and the peak values of dominant frequency of the signals are single.However,the results indicate that the rock bursts induced by the dynamic disturbance are low frequency signals,and there are two obvious peak values in the amplitude-frequency curve witch shows that the signals of rock bursts are superposition of low frequency signals and high frequency signals.The research conclusions prove that dynamic disturbance is necessary condition for rock bursts,and the conclusions provide a new way to research the mechanism of rock bursts.XU Xuefeng DOU Linming LU Caiping ZHANG Yinliang 2010Mining Science and Technology2010,20,5:6
2Mining,characterization,and exploitation of EST-derived microsatellites in Gossypium barbadense显示文摘Simple sequence repeats(SSRs) have been widely applied as molecular markers in genetic studies.However,the number of expressed sequence tags(ESTs) and SSR markers from Gossypium barbadense is fewer than those from other cotton species.In this study,EST-SSR distribution from G.barbadense was characterized and new G.barbadense-derived EST-SSR markers were determined on the basis of the ESTs obtained by randomly sequencing 2 cDNA libraries associated with fiber development in G.barbadense.By mining 9697 non-redundant ESTs,a total of 638 SSR loci derived from 595 ESTs were observed.In G.barbadense,the frequency of ESTs containing SSRs was 6.13%,with an average of 1 SSR in every 10.4 kb of EST sequence.Furthermore,trinucleotide was found to be the most abundant repeat type among 2-6-nucleotide repeat types.It accounted for 26.6% of the total,followed by the hexanucleotide(26.0%) and pentanucleotide repeats(25.9%).Among all the repeat motifs,(AAG)n accounted for the highest proportion.EST-SSR primer pairs were developed using the Primer3 program,and the redundant primers were removed using the virtual PCR approach.As a result,380 non-redundant EST-SSR primer pairs were developed and used to detect polymorphisms between the mapping parents G.hirsutum 'TM-1' and G.barbadense 'Hai7124' for constructing linkage groups in cultivated allotetraploid cotton.Out of these,98(25.8%) primer pairs detected polymorphisms.Finally,95 polymorphic loci from 82 primer pairs were integrated into the backbone genetic map;of these,42 were mapped into the A subgenome and 53 into the D subgenome.The present work provided the foundation for constructing saturated genetic maps and conducting comparative genomic studies on different cotton species.LU YuanDa CAI CaiPing WANG Lei LIN ShaoYan ZHAO Liang TIAN LiangLiang LU JunHong ZHANG TianZhen GUO WangZhen 2010Chinese Science Bulletin2010,55,18:5
3Cloning of a novel gene associated with human nasopharyngeal carcinoma显示文摘One EST N27741 with high expression in normal adult nasopharynx tissues but low expression in adult poorly differentiated squamous nasopharyngeal carcinoma has been selected out by the high-density cDNA array expression profiling technique. The differential expression has been confirmed by RT-PCR. One novel gene of 1096 bp has been cloned based on this EST. Bioinformatics analysis found that the new gene sequence contains a whole reading frame encoding 256 amino acids. There is a stop codon TAA in front of the 5’ end start codon, and a tailing signal AATAAA and poly A tail at the 3’ end. There is no homologous known gene found after searching by blasting this sequence to non-redundancy nucleotide database. 4Profiling gene expression patterns of nasopharyngeal carcinoma and normal nasopharynx tissues with cDNA microarray显示文摘5 μg of total RNAs from normal nasopharynx and nasopharyngeal carcinoma tissue have been labeled with α-32P-dCTP during reverse transcription. The synthesized cDNA probes have been hybridized to high-density cDNA microarray containing 5184 genes or expression sequence tags (ESTs). Then image analysis software has been applied to comparing their expression profiles. Results show that 187 ESTs were of density value above 200 in nasopharyngeal carcinoma tissue while there were 307 such ESTs in normal nasopharynx tissue; 38 ESTs were strongly expressed in nasopharynx, but weakly expressed in nasopharyngeal carcinoma; 48 ESTs were strongly expressed in nasopharyngeal carcinoma, but weakly expressed in normal nasopharynx. These results suggest that there may exist some new differentially expressed genes involved in nasopharyngeal carcinoma development. 7The development of an iridium(Ⅲ) complex functionalized G-quadruplex probe for the stability of G-quadruplex and lifetime image in cytoplasm显示文摘G-quadruplex(G4) is widely known as a non-classical secondary structure of nucleic acid. With the indepth study of G4, it is an urgent need for a phosphorescent probe with a high G4 binding ability to evaluate the level of G4 in the cytoplasm. Thus, this study designed and synthesized Ir-PDP where an Ir(Ⅲ)complex was used as a phosphorescent emitter. Meanwhile, two installed PDPs(pyridostatin derivatives)were used to improve the combination ability with G4 and reduced the cytotoxicity of the Ir(Ⅲ) complex.Compared with other nucleic acid secondary structures, Ir-PDP produced a higher phosphorescence lifetime after interacting with G4. Ir-PDP was distributed in the cytoplasm of living cells, and two-photon phosphorescence lifetime imaging can detect the binding events of the probe in the cytoplasm. The addition of G4 binder PDS significantly regulated cytoplasmic phosphorescence lifetime. 8Ultrahigh Hydrogen Uptake in an Interpenetrated Zn_(4)O-Based Metal–Organic Framework显示文摘As a highly promising candidate for hydrogen storage,crucial to vehicles powered by fuel cells,metal–organic frameworks(MOFs)have attracted the attention of chemists in recent decades.H_(2) uptake in an MOF is influenced by many factors such as pore size,ligand functionalization,and open metal sites.The synergistic effect of these factors can significantly enhance the H_(2) uptake in an MOF.Herein,we report a twofold interpenetrated MOF(UPC-501)based on a Zn_(4)O(COO)_(6)secondary building unit with the H_(2) uptake of 14.8 mmol g^(−1)(2.96 wt%)at 77 K and 0.1 MPa.This uptake is the highest among all the reported porous Zn-based MOF materials.Both experimental and theoretical results confirm that the reduced pore size derived from twofold interpenetration and the imidazole-functionalized ligand are responsible for the extremely high H_(2) uptake of UPC-501.Fu-Gang Li Caiping Liu Daqiang Yuan Fangna Dai Rongming Wang Zhikun Wang Xiaoqing Lu Daofeng Sun 2022CCS Chemistry2022,4,3:0
