| 3 | Increased brachial-ankle pulse wave velocity is associated with impaired endothelial function in patients with coronary artery disease显示文摘Background Pulse wave velocity and flow-mediated vasodilation (FMD) are widely used as noninvasive modalities for evaluating atherosclerosis. However, it is not known whether pulse wave velocity is related to FMD in patients with coronary artery disease (CAD). Therefore, the present study was designed to investigate the alteration in brachial-ankle pulse wave velocity (baPWV) and endothelial function in CAD patients. Methods Thirty-three patients with CAD and thirty control subjects were recruited for this study. baPWV was measured non-invasively using a VP 1000 automated PWV/ABI analyzer (PWV/ABI, Colin Co. Ltd., Komaki, Japan). Endothelial function as reflected by FMD in the brachial artery was assessed with a high-resolution ultrasound device. Results baPWV was increased in CAD patients compared with control subjects [(1756.1±253.1) cm/s vs (1495.3±202.3) cm/s, P<0.01]. FMD was significantly reduced in CAD patients compared with control subjects [(5.2±2.1) % vs (11.1±4.4) %, P<0.01]. baPWV correlated with FMD (r =-0.68, P<0.001). The endothelium-independent vasodilation induced by sublingual nitroglycerin in the brachial artery was similar in the CAD group compared with the control group. Conclusions CAD is associated with increased baPWV and endothelial dysfunction. Increased baPWV parallels diminished endothelial function. | 4 | The cloning of Dmc1 cDNAs and a comparative study of its expression in different ploidy cyprinid fishes显示文摘Dmc1 (disrupted meiotic cDNA) is a functionally specific gene, which was firstly discovered in yeast and then found to encode a protein required for homologous chromosome synapsis during the process of meiosis. In this investigation, we cloned the partial cDNAs of Dmc1 of diploid red crucian carp, Japanese crucian carp, common carp, triploid crucian carp and allotetraploid hybrids by using a pair of degenerate primers based on the conservative sequence of amino acids of the DMC1 protein in yeast, mouse and human. The full length cDNAs were then obtained by rapid amplification of cDNA ends (RACE). Our data showed that the full length cDNAs of Dmc1 in the three diploid fishes are all 1375 bp long, while it is 1383 bp long in triploids and 1379 bp long in allotetraploids. And despite of the variation in length, all the cDNAs encode a protein of 342 amino acids. A high homology of 97.3% of the DMC1 protein can be drawn by comparing the amino acid sequences in the three diploids, which is also of 86%, 86% and 95% similarity to human, mouse and zebrafish, respectively. A comparative study of the expression pattern of Dmc1 was carried out by RT-PCR using specific primers against the same se-quences of coding regions in different ploidy cyprinid fishes, from which it was showed that Dmc1 was expressed only in gonads of these five kinds of fishes. The expression pattern of Dmc1 in both ovaries and testes from different ploidy fishes within breeding season was also studied by Real-time PCR, and the results showed that the expression of this gene was greatly different among the three different ploidy fishes, which was the highest of triploid and lowest of allotetraploids. The histological sections data showed matured gonads of both diploid red crucian carp and allotetraploids in breeding season, although the latter demonstrated a higher maturation, and no gonadal maturation could be observed in triploids. In conclusion, we suggest that Dmc1 is specifically expressed in the period of meiosis in all the ploidy cyprinid fishes and directly related with the development of gonad in a manner of ploidy-independent way. The mission aims at determining the equation of state of matter at supra-nuclear density, measuring effects of QED, and understanding the dynamics of matter in strong-field gravity. In addition to investigating fundamental physics, eXTP will be a very powerful observatory for astrophysics that will provide observations of unprecedented quality on a variety of galactic and extragalactic objects. | 7 | Physical modeling and spectrum spread analysis of surface clutter in forward scattering radar显示文摘In this paper, based on the processing results of measured clutter data in forward scattering radar, a special phenomenon that the clutter spectrum spread is insensitive to the wind speed and carrier frequency is observed. The pendulum model is first time introduced into the physical modeling and formation mechanism analysis of surface clutter, and the quantitative expression of clutter spectrum spread is analytically obtained. Under the assumption of pendulum model, the processing results of measured clutter data agree well with the results of theoretical analysis, which fully verifies the correctness of pendulum model and reveals the formation mechanism of surface clutter spectrum in forward scattering radar. | 16 | Vertically standing PtSe_2 film: a saturable absorber for a passively mode-locked Nd:LuVO_4 laser显示文摘The novel vertically standing Pt Se2 film on transparent quartz was prepared by selenization of platinum film deposited by the magnetron sputtering method, and an Nd:Lu VO4 passively mode-locked solid-state laser was realized by using the fabricated Pt Se2 film as a saturable absorber. The X-ray diffraction pattern and Raman spectrum of the film indicate its good crystallinity with a layered structure. The thickness of Pt Se2 film is measured to be 24 nm according to the cross-section height profile of the atomic force microscope image. Highresolution transmission electron microscopy images clearly demonstrate its vertically standing structure with an interlayer distance of 0.54 nm along the c-axis direction. The modulation depth(ΔT) and saturation fluence(Φs)of Pt Se2 film are measured to be 12.6% and 17.1 μJ∕cm2, respectively. The obtained mode-locked laser spectrum has a central wavelength of 1066.573 nm, with a 3 d B bandwidth of 0.106 nm. The transform limited pulse width of the mode-locked laser was calculated to be 15.8 ps. A maximum average output power of 180 m W with a working repetition rate of 61.3 MHz is obtained. | 17 | Constant Speed Control for Complex Cross-section Welding Using Robot Based on Angle Self-Test显示文摘Expandable profile liner(EPL) is a promising new oil well casing cementing technique, and welding is a major EPLs connection technology. Connection of EPL is still in the stage of manual welding so far, automatic welding technology is a hotspot of EPL which is one of the key technologies to be solved. A robot for automatic welding of '8' type EPL is studied. Four quadrants of mathematical equations of the 8-shaped cross-section track of EPL, consisting of multiple arcs, are established. Mechanism program for complex cross-section welding of EPL based on angle detection is proposed according to characteristics of small size, small valleys, and large forming errors, etc. A welding velocity vector control model is established by linkage control of a welding vehicle, a small driven actuator, and a height tracking mechanism. A constant speed control model based on an angle and symmetrical analysis model of rectangular coordinate system for EPL is built. Constraint conditions of constant speed control between each section are analyzed with 4 sections in first quadrant as an example, and cooperation work mechanism of the welding vehicle and the small tracking actuator is established based on pressure detection. The constant speed control model using angle self-test can be used to avoid the need for a precise mathematical model for tracking control and to adapt manufacture and installation deviation of EPL workpiece. The model is able to solve constant speed and trajectory tracking problems of EPL cross-section welding. EPL seams welded by the studied robot are good in appearance, and non-destructive testing(NDT) shows the seams are good in quality with no welding defects. | 20 | Establishment and evaluation of the system of extracorporeal liver perfusion in pigs显示文摘BACKGROUND; In recent years, extracorporeal liver per- fusion (ECLP) has been regarded as a treatment of acute liver failure ( ALF ); but the system of ECLP has many problems. The purpose of this experiment was to detect the factors affecting the system of ECLP and to establish a sta- ble and effective system of ECLP. METHODS; Livers were harvested from health pigs, ac- cording to the different styles of perfusion and oxygena- tion, which were randomly divided into 3 groups. The liv- ers in group A (n =4) were subjected to single portal vein perfusion, oxygenating perfusion blood; the livers in group B (n =4) to dual ( portal vein and hepatic artery) vessel perfusion, oxygenating blood, together; and the livers in group C ( n = 4) to dual (portal vein and hepatic artery) vessel perfusion, but oxygenating blood, separately. The perfusion time, the data of bile production, and hemody- namic parameters of extracorporeal livers in each group were tested. The histological examination of liver tissues from each group was performed at the end of perfusion. RESULTS: The perfusion time of the liver in group A is significantly shorter than in groups B and C (P<0.05). At 1 , 3 , 6 hours after perfusion, the data of bile production and hemodynamic parameters of livers in group A were sta- tistically different from those of livers in groups B and C (P<0.05). At 1, 3, 6 hours after perfusion, the data of group B were not statistically different from those of livers in group C (P>0.05). But at 12 hours after perfusion, the data of group B were statistically different from those of liv- ers in group C (P<0.01).
