3间接荧光抗体法快速诊断海兰褐蛋鸡J亚群禽白血病的研究显示文摘某地区海兰褐蛋鸡发生肿瘤性传染病 ,经临床症状和病理学检查 ,在肝、脾、肾、卵巢、输卵管、肺、骨髓、腺胃、肠道等可见胞浆内充满球形嗜酸性颗粒的骨髓瘤细胞 ,呈灶状或弥漫性的分布。该变化是禽骨髓细胞瘤病病理学的特征性变化 ,具有证病意义。经用特异性抗 J亚群白血病病毒囊膜蛋白 gp85的单克隆抗体的免疫组化方法 ,在病料组织切片上检出病毒抗原 ,从而确诊为蛋鸡 J亚群禽白血病。本研究是尝试用间接荧光抗体法来快速诊断该病。采用特异性抗 J亚群禽白血病病毒囊膜蛋白 gp85单克隆抗体对组织触片作间接荧光抗体试验 ,检测 J亚群禽白血病病毒抗原。在骨髓、食管、肌肉、输卵管、肾都出现了范围广而且很明亮的荧光 ;肝、肺、脾的荧光较为明亮 ;心脏的荧光较弱 ,但清晰可见。表明在病料组织中存在特异性病毒抗原。徐镔蕊 董卫星 何召庆 冯小宇 余春明 张丽 任艳丽 L F LEE Mao-xiang LI 2002中国兽医杂志2002,38,9:49

8Comparative effectiveness of i-SCAN^(TM) and high-definition white light characterizing small colonic polyps显示文摘AIM:To evaluate accuracy of in vivo diagnosis of adenomatous vs non-adenomatous polyps using i-SCAN digital chromoendoscopy compared with high-definition white light.METHODS:This is a single-center comparative effectiveness pilot study.Polyps(n = 103) from 75 averagerisk adult outpatients undergoing screening or surveillance colonoscopy between December 1,2010 and April 1,2011 were evaluated by two participating endoscopists in an academic outpatient endoscopy center.Polyps were evaluated both with high-definition white light and with i-SCAN to make an in vivo prediction of adenomatous vs non-adenomatous pathology.We determined diagnostic characteristics of i-SCAN and highdefinition white light,including sensitivity,specificity,and accuracy,with regards to identifying adenomatous vs non-adenomatous polyps.Histopathologic diagnosis was the gold standard comparison.RESULTS:One hundred and three small polyps,detected from forty-three patients,were included in the analysis.The average size of the polyps evaluated in the analysis was 3.7 mm(SD 1.3 mm,range 2 mm to 8 mm).Formal histopathology revealed that 54/103(52.4%) were adenomas,26/103(25.2%) were hyperplastic,and 23/103(22.3%) were other diagnoses include 'lymphoid aggregates','non-specific colitis,' and 'no pathologic diagnosis.' Overall,the combined accuracy of endoscopists for predicting adenomas was identical between i-SCAN(71.8%,95%CI:62.1%-80.3%) and high-definition white light(71.8%,95%CI:62.1%-80.3%).However,the accuracy of each endoscopist differed substantially,where endoscopist A demonstrated 63.0% overall accuracy(95%CI:50.9%-74.0%) as compared with endoscopist B demonstrating 93.3% overall accuracy(95%CI:77.9%-99.2%),irrespective of imaging modality.Neither endoscopist demonstrated a significant learning effect with i-SCAN during the study.Though endoscopist A increased accuracy using i-SCAN from 59%(95%CI:42.1%-74.4%) in the first half to 67.6%(95%CI:49.5%-82.6%) in the second half,and endoscopist B decreased accuracy using i-SCAN from 100%(95%CI:80.5%-100.0%) in the first half to 84.6%(95%CI:54.6%-98.1%) in the second half,neither of these differences were statistically significant.CONCLUSION:i-SCAN and high-definition white light had similar efficacy predicting polyp histology.Endoscopist training likely plays a critical role in diagnostic test characteristics and deserves further study.Johanna L Chan Li Lin Michael Feiler Andrew I Wolf Diana M Cardona Ziad F Gellad 2012World Journal of Gastroenterology2012,18,41:3

1225 Gbps low-voltage hetero-structured silicongermanium waveguide pin photodetectors for monolithic on-chip nanophotonic architectures显示文摘Near-infrared germanium(Ge) photodetectors monolithically integrated on top of silicon-on-insulator substrates are universally regarded as key enablers towards chip-scale nanophotonics, with applications ranging from sensing and health monitoring to object recognition and optical communications. In this work, we report on the highdata-rate performance pin waveguide photodetectors made of a lateral hetero-structured silicon-Ge-silicon(Si-Ge-Si) junction operating under low reverse bias at 1.55 μm. The pin photodetector integration scheme considerably eases device manufacturing and is fully compatible with complementary metal-oxide-semiconductor technology. In particular, the hetero-structured Si-Ge-Si photodetectors show efficiency-bandwidth products of^9 GHz at-1 V and ~30 GHz at-3 V, with a leakage dark current as low as ~150 nA, allowing superior signal detection of high-speed data traffic. A bit-error rate of 10-9 is achieved for conventional 10 Gbps, 20 Gbps, and25 Gbps data rates, yielding optical power sensitivities of-13.85 dBm,-12.70 dBm, and-11.25 dBm, respectively. 14端粒和端粒酶与肿瘤关系的研究进展显示文摘端粒是末端染色体 ,维持染色体的稳定。端粒酶是染色体末端转移酶 ,是合成端粒DNA的酶 ,对端粒的结构起着稳定的作用。端粒、端粒酶的研究始于 2 0世纪初期 ,但直到近几年科研人员才发现他们与肿瘤有着密切的关系。在人类端粒酶的研究过程中发现端粒酶在约 85 %以上的恶性肿瘤中呈阳性 ,而动物肿瘤与端粒酶的研究还是空白。文章主要介绍端粒、端粒酶的结构功能及它们与肿瘤关系的研究进展 ,并讨论世界上首例蛋鸡 J亚群禽白血病的自然发病的病例的端粒酶 TERT表达。作者曾用辣根过氧化物酶标记的链酶卵白素进行免疫组化检测 ,结果在病鸡的心、肝、脾、肺、肾、气管、十二指肠、睾丸、骨髓、脑、胸腺、法氏囊等组织中发现 TERT表达呈阳性 ,说明在蛋鸡 J亚群禽白血病发生时端粒酶活性升高 ,提示端粒酶参与了该病的发生发展机制 。徐镔蕊 冯小宇 董卫星 余春明 李宁 李博 Lee L F LI Mao-xiang 2003动物医学进展2003,24,3:2
