| 2 | ELE restrains empty glumes from developing into lemmas显示文摘Although there is evident homology among reproductive organs when comparing Poaceae (grass) and eudicots, the identity of grass specific organs, such as lodicules, palea, lemma, and glumes has been the subject of a vast and largely inconclusive discussion. Here we provide some direct evidence to support the idea that the empty glumes of rice (Oryza sativa) are counterparts of lemmas. We show that the development of empty glumes is regulated by ELE (elongated empty glume), which belongs to a plant specific novel gene family. Mutations at the ELE locus cause elongated empty glumes, which mimic the lemmas and have the epidermal morphology of lemmas with four or five vascular bundles. As a nuclear-localized gene, ELE is specifically expressed at the empty glumes of immature spikelets, and its ectopic expression causes many floral development defects, including lemma-like palea, extra palea-like structures, elongated lodicules, extra stamens and stigmas. | 3 | Analysis of single frequency modulation for passive hydrogen maser显示文摘Based on the theory of the passive hydrogen maser,along with the technology of frequency modulation and modulation transfer spectroscopy, the theoretical expression of the single frequency modulation for the passive hydrogen maser and the function of the cavity and H line error signals separation are derived, which are basically coincident with the experiment. The absorption and dispersion spectrum curves with different resonance widths show that the cavity and hydrogen transition serve as discriminators, and the two error signals can be separated.Through the calculations of the two error signals in the passive hydrogen maser, it analyzes the traditional method of the two error signals separation, and then describes a new improved method for the passive hydrogen servo loops consisting in the use of a single modulation frequency and frequency discrimination. | 4 | The study of methanol aromatization on transition metal modified ZSM-5 catalyst显示文摘In this article, transition metals of Cu, La and Zn were used as adjuvant to prepare modified HZSM-5 by impregnation method. The catalysts were characterized by XRD, BET, NH_3-TPD and Py-IR to reveal the microstructure and acid property. The catalysis performances of methanol aromatization of catalysts were investigated in a fixed-bed reactor. The results show that the strength and distribution of acid center of these catalysts are significantly influenced by the species of transition metal. | 5 | Synthesis and characterization of BZSM-5 and its catalytic performance in the methanol to hydrocarbons reaction显示文摘Five kinds of BZSM-5 molecular sieve with different Si/B ratio and a SiZSM-5 molecular sieve were prepared by hydrothermal synthesis method followed by acid exchange and pelletization.The samples were characterized by XRD,SEM,FT-IR,ICP,low temperature N_(2) physical adsorption and desorption,NH3-TPD and Py-IR.The catalytic performance in the reaction of methanol to hydrocarbons was evaluated in the fixed bed reactor.Compared with SiZSM-5,the amount and strength of Bronsted(B)acid were enhanced by introducing skeleton boron and the activity of the catalyst was greatly improved.The characterization and evaluation results indicated that the BZSM-5 catalyst synthesized from the gel of SiO_(2)/B2 O320 with Si/B ratio 74.48 had modest acidity strength,acid amount of 0.18 mmol NH3·g^(-1) and large mesopore volume of 0.23 cm3·g^(-1).The B acid ratio was higher and the acid strength of BZSM-5 was weaker than that of AIZSM-5,which could inhibit the deep coke formation and increase the activity stability.B-2 had the best lifetime which could reach 672 h under the same evaluation reaction conditions,due to the best matching of moderate acidity and good diffusion properties. | Junhua Gao Keming Ji Hao Zhou Jiayao Xun Zenghou Liu Kan Zhang Ping Liu | 2021 | Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2021，34，7： | 2 |

| 7 | Preparation and Properties of Polyacrylamide/Sodium Alginate Hydrogel and the Effect of Fe^(3+)Adsorption on Its Mechanical Performance显示文摘The preparation and application of functional hydrogels based on natural polysaccharides have always been a hot research topic.In this study,using acrylamide(AM)monomer,N,N'-methylene bisacrylamide(MBA)as crosslinking agent,potassium persulfate(K2S2O8)as initiator,in the presence of natural polysaccharide sodium alginate(SA),the PAM/SA hydrogel was prepared by free radical polymerization.Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR),swelling performance tests,scanning electron microscope(SEM),thermogravimetric analysis(TGA),UV-visible spectrophotometer,mechanical property measurements were carried out to analyze the composition,morphology,and performance of the hydrogels.The swelling behavior,dye adsorption performance,and the mechanical properties of PAM/SA hydrogels before and after Fe^(3+)adsorption were studied.The experimental results showed that the introduction of SA with 4.7%,7.8%,and 10.3%effectively improved the mechanical and dye adsorption properties of PAM composite hydrogels.The adsorption capacity of PAM/4.7%SA and PAM/10.3%SA hydrogels at equilibrium can reach 40.01 and 44.02 mg/g for methylene blue,which is higher than the value 13.58 mg/g of pure PAM hydrogel.The compressive strength of pure PAM hydrogel is 0.124 MPa.When the SA content is 4.7%,7.8%,and 10.3%,the compressive strength of the PAM/SA hydrogel was corresponding to 0.130 MPa,0.134 MPa,and 0.152 MPa,respectively.Fe^(3+)was introduced into the PAM/SA hydrogels,and PAM/SA/Fe^(3+)double-network hydrogels with excellent mechanical properties could be prepared by adjusting the SA content(4.7%,7.8%,and 10.3%),soaking time(1 h,2 h,3 h,4 h,5 h,6 h),and Fe^(3+)concentration(4.76%,7.41%,9.09%,and 13.04%).Under the same Fe^(3+)concentration of 9.09%and adsorption time of 4 h,the compressive strengths of the PAM/4.7%SA,PAM/7.8%SA,and PAM/10.3%SA hydrogels could reach 0.354 MPa,0.767 MPa,and 0.778 MPa,respectively. | Zheng Cao Yang Zhang Keming Luo Yinqiu Wu Hongxin Gao Junfeng Cheng Chunlin Liu Guoliang Tao Qingbao Guan Lei Zhang | 2021 | Journal of Renewable Materials2021，9，8： | 1 |
| 8 | Important clinical features of atypical antipsychotics in acute bipolar depression that inform routine clinical care: a review of pivotal studies with number needed to treat显示文摘English-language literature cited in MEDLINE from January,1980 to October 30,2014 was searched by using terms of antipsychotic,generic and brand names of atypical antipsychotics, 'bipolar depression/bipolar disorder', 'placebo',and 'trial'.The parameters of response(≥50%improvement on MADRS,Montgomery-Asberg Depression Rating Scale total score),remission(either ≤12 or 8 on MADRS total score at endpoint),discontinuation due to adverse events(DAEs),somnolence,≥7%weight gain,overall extrapyramidal side-effects(EPSs),and akathisia,were extracted from originally published primary outcome papers.The number needed to treat to benefit(NNT) for response and remission or harm(NNH) for DAEs or other side effects relative to placebo were estimated and presented with the estimate and 95%confidence interval.Olanzapine monotherapy,olanzapine-fluoxetine combination(OFC),quetiapine-IR monotherapy,quetiapine-XR monotherapy,lurasidone monotherapy,and lurasidone adjunctive therapy were superior to placebo with NNTs for responses of 11-12,4,7-8,4,4-5,and 7,and NNTs for remission of 11-12,4,5-11,7,6-7,and 6,respectively.There was no significant difference between OFC and lamotrigine,and between aripiprazole or ziprasidone and placebo in response and remission.Olanzapine monotherapy,quetiapine-IR,quetiapine-XR,aripiprazole,and ziprasidone 120-160 mg/day had significantly increased risk for DAEs with NNHs of 24,8-14,9,12,and 10,respectively.For somnolence,quetiapine-XR had the smallest NNH of 4.For ≥7%weight gain,olanzapine monotherapy and OFC had the smallest NNHs with both of 5.For akathisia,aripiprazole had the smallest NNH of 5.These findings suggest that among the FDA-approved agents including OFC,quetiapine-IR and-XR,lurasidone monotherapy and adjunctive therapy to a mood stabilizer,the differences in the NNTs for response and remission are small,but the differences in NNHs for DAEs and common side-effects are large.Therefore,the selection of an FDA-approved atypical antipsychotic for bipolar depression should be based upon safety and tolerability. | Keming Gao Chengmei Yuan Renrong Wu Jun Chen Zuowei Wang Yiru Fang Joseph R.Calabrese | 2015 | Neuroscience Bulletin2015，31，5： | 1 |

| 10 | Comparison of the Concentrations of Lidocaine in Different Body Fluids/Tissues after Subarachnoid Space and Intravenous Administration of a Lethal Dose of Lidocaine显示文摘The objective of the study was to compare the concentration of lidocaine in different body fluids/tissues after subarachnoid space and intravenous administrations of a lethal dose of lidocaine.Totally 18 dogs were used in the experiment.Six dogs were given subarachnoid anesthesia,another were given an intravenous injection of a dose of 75 mg/kg weight of lidocaine hydrochloride in 5 min and the last 6 dogs were used as the blank control dogs and given a subarachnoid space injection or a femoral artery injection of the same volume of sodium chloride.As soon as its vital signs disappeared,each dog was dissected and the specimen,such as brain,cerebrospinal fluid(CSF)in lateral ventricle,CSF in subarachnoid space,spinal cord(cervical spinal cord,thoracic spinal cord,lumbar spinal cord,and waist spinal cord),heart,lung,liver,spleen,kidney,bile,urine,heart blood,peripheral blood,muscle in injection location,and muscle in no injection location,were collected for analysis of lidocaine immediately.Analysis was performed with gas chromatography‑mass spectrometry(GC‑MS).From the maximum to the minimum,the order of lidocaine concentration detected in the subarachnoid space‑administered dogs was as follows:CSF in subarachnoid space,waist spinal cord,thoracic spinal cord,CSF in lateral ventricle,lumbar spinal cord,cervical spinal cord,lung,kidney,muscle in injection location,heart,brain,spleen,heart blood,liver,peripheral blood,bile,muscle in no injection location,and urine.The order of lidocaine concentration detected in the intravenously administered dogs was as followed:Kidney,heart,lung,spleen,brain,liver,peripheral blood,bile,heart blood,cervical spinal cord,thoracic spinal cord,muscle in injection location,lumbar spinal cord,muscle in no injection location,CSF in subarachnoid space,urine,and CSF in lateral ventricle.The maximum concentration of lidocaine was detected in the subarachnoid space CSF of subarachnoid space‑administered dead dogs,while in intravenously injected dead dogs,the maximum concentration of lidocaine was detected in the kidney.Our study provides some useful data for the forensic identification of epidural anesthesia accidents to decide the way the lidocaine enters the body. | Nan Zhang JunHong Sun Zhiwen Wei Wenyan He Guohua Jin Xiaohong Zhang Pengxiang Gao Longmei Wang Keming Yun | 2015 | Journal of Forensic Science and Medicine2015，1，1： | 0 |
| 11 | Intermediary roles of prospective memory and retrospective memory in the comorbidity of depression and pain显示文摘Background Patients who suffer comorbidity of major depressive disorder(MDD)and chronic pain(CP)maintain a complex interplay between maladaptive prospective memory(PM)and retrospective memory(RM)with physical pain,and their complications are still unknown.Aims We aimed to focus on the full cognitive performance and memory complaints in patients with MDD and CP,patients with depression without CP,and control subjects,considering the possible influence of depressed affect and chronic pain severity.Methods According to the fifth edition of the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders and the criteria given by the International Association of Pain,a total of 124 participants were included in this cross-sectional cohort study.Among them,82 depressed inpatients and outpatients from Anhui Mental Health centre were divided into two groups:a comorbidity group(patients with MDD and CP)(n=40)and a depression group(patients with depression without CP)(n=42).Meanwhile,42 healthy controls were screened from the hospital’s physical examination centre from January 2019 to January 2022.The Hamilton Depression Rating Scale-24(HAMD-24)and Beck Depression Inventory-II(BDI-II)were used to evaluate the severity of depression.The Pain Intensity Numerical Rating Scale(PI-NRS),Short-Form McGill Pain Questionnaire-2 Chinese version(SF-MPQ-2-CN),Montreal Cognitive Assessment-Basic Section(MoCA-BC),and Prospective and Retrospective Memory Questionnaire(PRMQ)were used to assess pain-related features and the global cognitive functioning of study participants.Results The impairments in PM and RM differed remarkably among the three groups(F=7.221,p<0.001;F=7.408,p<0.001)and were severe in the comorbidity group.Spearman correlation analysis revealed the PM and RM were positively correlated with continuous pain and neuropathic pain(r=0.431,p<0.001;r=0.253,p=0.022 and r=0.415,p<0.001;r=0.247,p=0.025),respectively.Regression analysis indicated a significant positive relationship between affective descriptors and total BDI-II score(β=0.594,t=6.600,p<0.001).Examining the mediator pathways revealed the indirect role of PM and RM in patients with comorbid MDD and CP.Conclusions Patients with comorbid MDD and CP presented more PM and RM impairments than patients with MDD without CP.PM and RM are possibly mediating factors that affect the aetiology of comorbid MDD and CP. | Hua Gao Qingrong Xia Xulai Zhang Yuanyuan Chen Junwei Yan Jianliang Gao Loufeng Zhang Jie Zhang Keming Wang Chao Li Peijun Ju Cuizhen Zhu | 2023 | General Psychiatry2023，36，1： | 0 |
